The 2nd Lost Rule of Network Marketing Success

After getting clear on your "Why", you want to begin to build your Contact List.

If you have heard this before, there's no need to roll your eyes, because we are going to teach you something that 99% of others do not teach or write about.

A common practice someone may have told you to do is to "make a list of everyone you know," and "it doesn't matter who they are, just write them down, because you will contact them eventually".

Then, you were probably instructed to call all of these people with a tremendous amount of excitement telling them that you just found out about this exciting new business, and they just have to hear about it. After that they will wonder what all the excitement is about and be curious what you are doing, and then you "edify your upline" who recruits them for you and everyone is happy. Right?

WRONG!

This strategy rarely works, and it is trained throughout the entire industry. This is mostly why the general public dislikes MLM (or at least thinks they do).

The very thought of having this type of conversation may have induced a deep feeling of anxiety in your gut. Most likely, you don't want to be that guy or girl who's always trying to sell your friends on the new vitamin product, new telephone plan, or fantastic new gizmo.

You are not alone.

Many others experience the same amount of anxiety over the very thought of approaching their friends, family and business associates in this manner. It's uncomfortable, it's not natural, and more importantly, often times it doesn't work.

Now pay attention closely.

The truth is that the average life-span of a new person's MLM career is very short. This is mainly because the most common ways of teaching and promoting MLM is to start selling immediately without gaining the foundation to build a successful business. This often causes immediate rejection, which makes most people quit right away.

These methods are simply outdated strategies that do not work in today's world. They produce a 95%+ failure rate and it is time for change.

Begin to build your list of people you know. Make it a goal to list at least 150 people, and if you find yourself stuck and running out of people to list, search Google for a "prospect memory jogger", and you can use that to come up with many people you never thought of before.

Now comes the part where what we teach is different than what you may have learned before.

Never forget that your list is your personal goldmine. You need people to grow your busines
As you know, your list is composed of a lot of people from all different walks of life. Some you have known since childhood, since high school, previous jobs, people who attended your wedding, people you work with, you get the point.

Your list consists of potential customers or business partners. The most important thing to keep in mind is that you must be able to relate to all these people, if you want them to work with you or be your customer now or in the future.

There are two reasons for making this list The first is obviously to establish just how many prospects you have, and the second, most important reason, is to get you in the habit of keeping a list. People are creatures of habit. Keeping a list of your current and future prospects is not only a good habit, it is fundamental to your succes
While you play our board game MLM The Game certain questions are designed to work as memory joggers, and it is very possible that you will think of new people for your business during game play. The most important thing is that you will build better relationships with your team through playing MLM The Game.

Simply contacting people on your list with great enthusiasm will not create the success you are hoping for. Enthusiasm is good, but it's certainly not the only ingredient in the recipe for succes
We urge you not to begin by sharing your opportunity with friends and family, until you are comfortable with your "Why", your company's products, and how these products benefit you and others using them.

Don't spoil what could possibly be a very good opportunity for others with a weak and uneducated approach. Remember, your list is your goldmine, so give these people some respect!

Do not, call the people on your list yelling with excitement about how great your opportunity is, and how they just have to see it! Doing this will kill all credibility you may have with them.

We know, because have all done it once, and seen others do it, and fail.

By now you must be wondering, "Well, what do I do with this list then?"

Here's what you do...

Go through your new list and contact the people you have not talked to for quite a while, and get caught up with them. Ask them questions about their life, ask them how they are doing, ask them how their kids or their wife or their family is doing. Ask them what they have been up to, outside of work, etc. You get the point.

This may seem like the most obvious thing to do, but most people overlook this step in the initial process and then wonder why they aren't getting results!

Understand, this may not get them to join your business. You are Networking. Remember, this is Network Marketing. Your job is to contact people and ask them questions about how their life is going to see if your product and/or opportunity will fit into their life.

Your first or second call will usually never include any recruiting. Be interested versus trying to sound interesting. Make a note of the ones that may be a good fit, and make a note of those that are definitely not a good fit. If it does not seem like a fit for them, move on. Do not waste your time trying to convince people, if you have to convince them, they later think they have to convince their prospects, this is a sure fire way to kill that leg.

The key to successfully doing business with people is building strong and long lasting relationships with them. This is especially true in Network Marketing. If you call someone you have not spoken with in two years and spend a little time catching up with them, finding out how they have been and what has happened in their lives since you last spoke (and you are genuinely interested), chances are they are going to feel good about your conversation. However, if you call them up, give a little small talk, and then try and sell them on your business like we told you not to, the result will be much different. It's pretty simple logic.

You will need to get to know them again simply because you will be looking and listening for how and where their lifestyle could benefit from an opportunity like the one you hope to offer them. You are also pre-qualifying them to see if you actually want to offer them this opportunity. Some people will not have the values you are looking for, so don't waste your time.

If you practice the goal of simply reconnecting with people, you can expect them to be naturally interested in your life too. But do not overly "sell" them, your only goal is to share a little snippet about your business with them. If done right, which we'll get to later, your words alone will pique their interest, and you will be well on your way to having a stronger relationship with them.

Healthy Lifestyles, Global Warming - Industry Shift Changes Coming

To watch the numbers tick on the World Clock, it seems that healthy lifestyles continue to be coming to an end and now we can see. We can count off each second to the tenth power how much the temperature of the earth is increasing. This information from the United Nations, which is gathering information from every weather station on earth mostly now all on line. So we know when the seas will begin to turn all us coastal folks into members of the I love Venice club, and open our gondola concession
But that doesn't solve the problem of all those jets in the sky, that the numbers will double and double again. Soon each rich new Chinese will want to see Paris again. Dear gasping mother earth says take the train, not the plane. So here is our blue pie in the sky vision, we present this to you. If you agree, send a message or three, jets are fueled by kerosine, which is that trail up there that spittles on you and me. So each day you get home, and have been out for a stroll, if the day has been cloudy it may be a jet roll. so have a good shower when you get to home, and light not a candle to your kerosine dome.

Your hair is sprinkled with stardust so kerosine pure, or dirty to be honest, and that is for sure. So here is a plan, that the Economist ran. Sprinkle the globe, with a high tech railroad, under the sea between Siberia to we, and work on your project serene, while the transport gets you from Rio to Rome, or Moscow or Nome, London to Cairo, Johannesburg, up to Istanbul, then zip on back home. Look at a map, and imagine who might object. And work with those factors, and we have a fast track.

China has begun, at which France and Japan have excelled, to fast track trains rather than freeways, which America and Britain have tried. If China chooses the Anglo American vision on this and builds freeways for one billion cars, while they extend their coal burning plants, we will all soon live in a hellish gray skied hot place, in which we all become sicker. China privately admits it is losing perhaps ten percent of it's productivity on sickness and lost time, and this is climbing, as is the global clock temperature chart.

The route is here. Or do we want to be noble, blind, so full of our manifest destiny and sense of being chosen, or that our jihad is more holy than your crusade, or that your ancestry in north Ireland creates in me a need to kill, to revenge that bloody hand. My father did extensive genealogy of our family, nobles, buffoons, and arrogant fools. I had an Irish American mother, but my English Canadian father once told me we were entitled to have in our English coat of arms the bloody hand of English in north Ireland.

I had to ask. It seems that when King James offered that northern quarter of Ireland to which ever English could put their hand on the soil first. And, speaking of fanatics, apparently we have in our blood that one ancestor of mine saw another boat was beating to the beach, he chopped off one hand and threw with great force, and it did land on the beach, which now made it his, and he was in charge. King's Han Chinese hall monitors rules. To you, King James, from both my Irish heart and even my English soul, you should not have made such an intrusive, arrogant law.

And if we need to take a boat to Dublin, or even a non jet clean aircraft from Dublin to London, some how some more English and Moors and Christians and Jews and and blacks in south Africa could at least visit by train. Which would be a healthy change, and mighty refrain. Blue skies, nothing but blue skies, all day long. Is not possible. New coal plants to build. New jets to fly and spray us, coal in our lungs, kerosine in our hair. Do you have sum ting against progress, you did all this, we can too. Oh, where is that train, convert dear Boeing and we can soon tram to Spain. And that is my refrain, I will say again and again.

Reasons Why You Should Exercise

We often think that fitness is very trendy and all the pop and Hollywood stars are getting in on the act of yoga, pilates and spinning. But the truth is that exercise has been a part of many people's daily routine for many thousands of years. Aristotle was one of the people who helped define the standards of fitness some two and a half thousand years ago. There are many reasons why you should exercise as it affects our body's health in several way
When you increase you physical activity you're heart needs to work much harder than when you're sitting about. When this happens, you blood flow increases and you're issues become flooded with fresh oxygen. It also helps to remove waste products at a cellular level.

When you exercise the lungs are forced into drawing more oxygen into your body and tissues which helps to keep your heart going. When you exhale the carbon dioxide is also removed, carbon dioxide is actually a waste product caused by some reactions on a biochemical level.

Simply by doing some moderate exercise on a regular basis you'll be able to increase HDL (High-Density Lipoprotein) cholesterol don't worry, this is the sort of cholesterol you want. Blood sugar levels can also be regulated much easier and fat which you have stored on your body can be converted into sugars which in turn is used to provide you with energy whilst you are working out. This of course is one of the reasons that overweight people are advised to exercise.

Of course all these health benefits are very well and good but one of the main motivators people use for exercising is that the want a better looking body. This might be that they want to slim down or they want to increase their muscle mass. Lots of people have areas which they really hate about themselves. It might be a large bottom, flabby abs or they might want a generally healthy glow about them. Side benefits of exercising include having much better strength, stamina and balance, along with a more positive mental attitude.

You will find that there are different types of exercise depending on what you want to be able to achieve. By doing aerobics you'll increase you're lung capacity and burn calories, whilst weight lifting increases you're muscle tone and mass. Stretching exercises such as yoga and pilates will help with flexibility and balance. Some people choose just to use one form of exercise however for an overall health benefit it's recommended that you do some stretching, cardio and weights.

Ideas for Outdoor Wedding Decorations

If you are looking at an outdoor wedding, there really are several advantages you have over a typical indoor church wedding. For one thing, in my opinion at least, you have a lot less to do with outdoor wedding decorations. My sister was very lucky in planning her outdoor wedding, as the location already had outdoor wedding decorations that she could use, and in fact were already in place so she didn't need to worry. If that isn't your situation, maybe you have to bring your own outdoor wedding decorations, or come up with how you want to decorate on your own. Sometimes that can be a little difficult, to wonder if everything will look all right. There are several things you can do for your outdoor wedding decorations. If you need some help coming up with ideas, then this is a great place to start.

Outdoor Wedding Decorations with Lights

My sister got married under a huge 200 year old oak tree which is just magnificent to look at. Since most outdoor weddings in Texas are done in the evenings, then adding lights to your outdoor wedding decorations is a great place to start. Christmas lights, of course are a given. The tree behind my sister and her husband had Christmas lights going up the trunk of the tree, and in pictures the lights were beautiful, twinkly and romantic. Another idea to consider using lights in your outdoor wedding decorations is to use candles. On some of the lower branches, my sister had looped thick white ribbon, and tied it to small glass candle holders, and lit the candles. The effect was beautiful and elegant. You can use this idea, and hang something different from the tree, but I think this is best since the candlelight is so romantic.

Outdoor Wedding Decorations with an Arch

Many couples choose to bring in some kind of arch for outdoor weddings, and decorate it with greenery, flowers or lights. This can make a beautiful addition to your outdoor wedding, as well as help to set apart an area that you both will be standing with the minister. Make sure that your arch fits in with the location though. For example, my sister got married under a huge 200 year old oak tree, and using an arch would have been definite overkill since the branches of the tree were several feet over their heads anyway. So be sure to consider your location before going with an arch.

Outdoor Wedding Decorations with Flowers

You will want to set apart some place to be the altar, instead of just open space. A great way to do this is with two pillars or other kind of stands. My sister used white pillars, and placed two large flower arrangements on them to help create an area where you and your fiance will be standing. Depending on your situation and location of outdoor wedding, you may need to do a bit more. However, if you are having an outdoor wedding, then the location you choose should already have some beautiful scenery for your guests to view. Another option you can consider for your outdoor wedding decorations is to place some small greenery or flowers at the feet of the bridesmaids and groomsmen, and out a little. This will also help to set apart the area that is to be your altar, or area where everyone involved in the ceremony needs to be.

One of the great benefits of having an outdoor wedding is that you may not need to do as much with your outdoor wedding decorations. The live nature around your guests, and natural beauty of it will add so much to your outdoor wedding.

How to Avoid Fake Sunglasses on EBay

Every decent seller of genuine sunglasses is alarmed by the number of eBay members who sell fake sunglasses. There's more to that, many of these replica vendors have a feedback value of over 90%. There are a few well known techniques used by these vendors to raise their reputation, for example they can sell a few hundreds e-books for a cent or two each. It's being addressed by eBay at the moment. For now they just get away with ripping people off. So I thought to help you in avoiding bidding for replicas on eBay. If you follow my tips you will greatly minimize the chances of buying a fake.

1. Most official resellers who sell genuine sunglasses would let you know that what they are selling is authentic. So look for guaranteed authenticity.

2. Brand new sunglasses are always packed in a box and supplied with cleaning back and warranty card. Don't trust any seller who doesn't provide those items. The one and only case a seller can lack some of these items is when the sunglasses are not brand new and that cant be a good deal anyway. The vendor is highly unlikely to have a good explanation in any other situation.

3. Authentic sunglasses package usually has labels on every item supplied in it. For example Oakley has the "Genuine O Software" label sewn on the cleaning box.

4. Since many fraud sellers are aware of what a buyer is going to look at first, they try to either fake a box supplied or use a box from a different model. Check the barcode to match the sunglasses. I've seen many replicas packed in original boxes, which had barcode labels torn off.
5. Another good replica indicator is the price. It shouldn't be far away from the average eBay value. For example, usually Oakley sunglasses are sold for over 50 USD. Anything below this price should be treated more carefully.
6. In the age of Internet every sunglasses company has its own website. You should take advantage of it. Browse the official website and make sure the model listed on eBay matches official one in color. It's amazing how many vendors sell wrong colored sunglasse
7. Make sure that the vendor doesn't use official photos. Well, in that case you should ask to email you a few real photos. When you get the pictures, look carefully for anything unusual. Avoid any stickers on the glasses or either of the lenses. Fraud vendors build fake authority by doing that. Don't buy it!

8. You can safely skip any item with words like "-style" in the title. That word is just screaming that it's a fake item.

9. I've seen quite a few vendors who list models which don't actually exist. So check the model against official website
10. If you're not sure about authenticity of the sunglasses you've bought, get them checked by manufacturer. Most of them provide this service totally free if you mail your glasses to their head office. Also any official dealer would verify the sunglasses for you as well.

11. My last tip is to ask the seller if something is not clear for you in the listing. Official vendors won't avoid providing authenticity proof. Don't bid if the seller doesn't reply to request like that.

The Hewlett Packard Road To Success

Hewlett Packard is one of the world's biggest manufacturers of printers, inkjet cartridges, photo paper, and toner. But everyone has to start somewhere, and for Hewlett and his partner Packard, that somewhere was in a beat-down shed behind Hewlett's house.

The Hewlett Packard Rise to Fame

Bill Hewlett and Dave Packard met on a social outing with friends. Both were Stanford University students with a good background in technology. With the moral support of their professor, Hewlett and Packard decided to invest their money into creating their own business. As luck would have it, they met almost instant success with their audio oscillator.

Over the years the two gain employees, enjoy million in revenue, and continue to produce electronics equipment. The company keeps with testing and measuring subjects, and eventually develops the oscilloscope a vital tool in testing electronic circuits. With their vast success in the United States, Hewlett Packard expands overseas into multiple countrie
The 1960's bring the foundation of Hewlett Packard's success in the printing market. They develop personal computers, operating systems, and calculators that change the world of engineering of their day and age. But Hewlett Packard doesn't make their debut in the printing market for another 20 year
Hewlett Packard Gains Credibility in the Printing Industry

The 1980's marks the decade of when Hewlett Packard finally breaks the printing industry. They manage to release inkjet and laser printers within the decade- which proves to be among their most profitable and popular lines of products in the history of HP.

Printers become mainstream later on in the 1980's with the release of the DeskJet printer. The DeskJet allows for consumers to afford a printing solution that doesn't cost a fortune to maintain ink and paper supplies. HP manages to make the top 50 list in the Fortune 500 listings as a result of their success in the printing industry.

Hewlett Packard Continues to Expand

Hewlett Packard goes on to release the color inkjet printer in the 1990's. This enables consumers to not only afford a printer, but to print items in color. This proves that the labs at HP are working around the clock to get technology out to consumers long before the competition can.

In 1993, HP reports that they have shipped their 10 millionth LaserJet printer to businesses and families. The 1990's continue to bring expansions in other countries, new advances in printing, and large leaps across the Fortune 500 list.

Hewlett Packard in Today's Economy

Hewlett Packard is still running strong today, keeping at the forefront of innovation and technology. Both founders of the company have been since deceased, but their aspirations and beliefs remain within the company's goal
Hewlett Packard released the fastest printer of 2005, claiming the long-held title of best in the industry. Personal and business users both remain completely faithful in the company's direction- as they have remained to be the leader throughout several decades of competition.

Even today, HP is constantly acquiring new technologies and startups to expand their market to include the world's best personal and business use printers. As of 2007, the company has almost 200,000 employees and over $100 billion in revenue
As for Hewlett and Packard, their dinky shed was restored and declared a landmark. It remains to be the very site where a Fortune 500 company was imagined, made, and held true to their standards and thirst for technology even almost a century later.

What Can Be Done About The Problem Of Cellulite?

A curse to many women, cellulite is formed close to the skin surface, producing wrinkled fat cells intermixed with the connective tissue that gives that strange 'orange peel' effect witnessed by many it is generally found in the lower half of the body. This is not a situation purely confined to those who carry excess weight this condition even affects slim women who have fewer fat cell
The fats just below the skin surface push against the tissue which results in the skin surface having that dimpled look common of cellulite. The real cause of is unknown so is the reasons why some women are more prone to suffering with it than others but scientists believe that it could be due to the way the cells are structured beneath the skin of each individual.

This problem usually comes naturally with aging and similar to wrinkles that form in the face, it is actually the result of lower levels of collagen and elastin in the skin. It is classified as a hormonal imbalance experienced by women and seldom appears on males as normally fat stored in the thighs and buttock is the same as fat stored all over the body so no difference is observed.

Often the cellulite goes unnoticed and it is only when a person's muscles are compressed or the skin is pinched that it can be seen and felt but women should not feel depressed about the problem as most suffer with it to a greater or lesser degree. Although it may not be known what causes, some factors seem to contribute to its build up including age, sex, extra fat carried and skin thickness all seem to aid the formation.

As medical science cannot prove conclusively what causes the problem, it makes it difficult creating a cure even though a number have been tried including special burning creams. Where cellulite removal massage is offered at a clinic, all that is done is deep tissue massage which just masks the affect so it cannot be seen as readily.

Another technique used to remove the fat cells, but not that successfully, is liposuction which is used to remove excess fat in the body but a method called mesotherapy which injects chemicals into the fat cells is still too expensive for most people who desire it. The problem with liposuction is not really the correct therapy for removing this type of fat but is for deeper fats, not those stuck in connective tissue, so it cannot claim to be a best treatment for cellulite.

A number of cosmetic manufacturers claim their creams are an effective method of removing the fat cells but it would seem these are just a method of masking the condition making it less visible and so far no definitive treatment exists. Although no treatment can really help, adjustments to lifestyle habits seem to be a better option which means adopting a healthy diet, with regular physical activity and an overall reduction in weight.

In addition, increasing the intake of water will help cleanse the system and flush out damaging toxins plus smokers should stop smoking or at least reduce it which will also be beneficial as smoking impacts negatively on the capillaries in the skin and reducing stress will help reduce the amount of cellulite.

Should You Sell Your House Yourself?

Once you've decided to sell your house, your next big decision will be whether to list your house with a realtor, or try to sell your house yourself. There are pros and cons on either side of the discussion, and good reasons why you'd choose one or the other. Should you sell your house yourself, or hire a realtor to do it for you?

You should sell your home yourself if

1. You bought the house that you're selling less than five years ago.

Usually, owning your home for only a short time means that your equity in the house is low. Since the realtor's commission will come out of your equity, any commission that you pay will cut directly into any profit you might realize on the house.

2. You can afford to pay for advertising and listing costs up front.

When you list with a realtor, advertising and listing costs will come out of the sale price. Without a realtor, you'll need to pay for your advertising, printing and listing costs with internet For Sale By Owner sites out of your pocket and up front. This will typically cost you several hundred dollars - but it's still considerably less than the commission you'd pay to a real estate agent.

3. You have the time to show your house to buyer
The more flexible you are time wise, the easier it will be for you to show your house. When you sell your house yourself, you must be able to make arrangements to show your house when buyers can see it.

Typically, when you sell your home yourself, you should expect to pay between 2 and 3% of your final price in sales-related costs - which is considerably less than the 4-6% that a realtor would charge.

What are the advantages to using a realtor instead of selling your home yourself? They include the realtor's specialized knowledge of the real estate industry and their available to show your house. A real estate agent can help you set the right price without you having to do all the legwork, help you get through the tangle of legalities and paperwork and negotiate with buyers on your behalf.

An experienced real estate agent can point out needed repairs and make suggestions for cosmetic changes to your home that will make it more attractive to buyers. In return, they'll take 6-7% of the selling price of your home as commission.

The advantages of selling your home yourself are obvious. In the current realty market, that 6-7% commission can amount to a healthy chunk of change - as much as $11,000 t $12,000 on an average house sale. By contrast, if you sell your home yourself, you'll be saving $8,000 or more on the sale - and all of that goes into your pocket.

In the end, the choice is yours - sell your house yourself and put more of the money in your pocket, or engage a real estate agent to do the work, to save you time and effort.

Tips on How to Stop Anxiety

How to stop anxiety is pretty much the main question for anybody who has ever experienced it. Anxiety can seriously limit your life, and make it hard to maintain normal everyday activities like work and socializing.

It is important to figure out a way to stop your anxiety as early as possible the longer you live with your anxiety, the more used to it you get, and the more you will allow it to limit your life.

Anxiety is a broad term and how to stop anxiety varies with what kind of anxiety you are experiencing. The method of approach will be somewhat different if you are suffering from generalized anxiety disorder than if panic attacks are your problem. Still, there are things that have been proven to work really well to reduce all different types of anxiety.

When you are trying to figure out how to stop anxiety, the first thing you need to do is an inventory to find out what is causing your anxiety in the first place. Anxiety is very rarely random, even if it might seem like it to you when it's happening. For instance, you may feel like your panic attacks are coming out of the blue when you are just relaxing with your family on the weekend. You see no reason for why you should experience anxiety, but you don't think about how you have been extremely stressed at work all week, just building up tension that needs to be released somehow.

Exercise is maybe the single most effective way to stop anxiety. It has been proven to greatly reduce anxiety levels in both the short and the long term. Fairly intense cardio workouts seem to work the best. If you really want to learn how to stop anxiety from ruining your life, you should start exercising on a regular basis. You don't have to do marathons a 20 or even ten minute intense workout several times a week will help your body release old tension and keep you from building up new tension.

Everybody with anxiety wants to do something about it, but they don't know how. To stop anxiety is usually a two part process

1. You need to figure out a way to prevent it from happening, usually by creating new routines in your life that are stress reducing.

2. You need to find new ways to deal with your anxiety when it happens. Avoiding situations that make you feel anxious may work as a short term solution, but in the long term it is feeding your anxiety disorder. The same goes for using alcohol and drugs to feel better.

A lot of people with anxiety turn to self medication because they realize they need to feel better but they don't know how. To stop anxiety by healthy means may not give you the same instant relief as drugs and alcohol, but it is the only way to actually, and permanently, deal with your problem.

A Few Tips On Bathroom Decorating

There was a time when the bathroom wasn't a place that required much decoration why shouldn't people have a pleasant bathroom to relax in. Think about it, we all spend a good bit of time washing and freshening up every day, so why not use a few bathroom decoration ideas to spice this room up a bit and make it a more appealing place to hang out. Gone are the days when a bath or shower was a rushed affair we all want to enjoy the experience so why not do this in a pleasant surrounding.

As a bonus, your bathroom decorating ideas can really be used to impress your friends and neighbors, they will know when they see how you have implemented your designs that you care about your home. There isn't much point in spending thousands of dollars making other rooms pleasant to live in if you are going to leave your bathroom in a state of poor decoration.

If you are stuck for bathroom decorating ideas then why not use some that you have used elsewhere in your home and when you think about it this makes perfect sense. For example, if a nice low table looks good in the hallway, it will look positively elegant in the bathroom. This can be equally effective, and more relaxing, if you place plants on them and will look perfectly in place as they are seen elsewhere in the house.

If your designs work well and are different to the rest of your home, then why not use them around the house in other rooms. Why not take that colorful tile that you have used around the hand wash basin into the kitchen for instance.

This can give the home a feel of continuity without making every room feel the same and there are also cost benefits to this as you can spruce up a tired looking room with a few simple techniques that won't cost the earth. Whilst it is the tiling aspect that tends to dominate kitchens and bathrooms, there are many other bathroom decorating ideas that can be used.

If you look at something like a soap dish or tray for example this is used constantly but very few people take any notice as they are normally quite bland objects. Some home decoration periodicals have sections on making items for you home including soap dishes and tray
In fact, a number of magazines have illustrated how to make a soap tray or dish out of common clay. Decoration that does not cost a great is always popular so using pleasing prints or photos at strategic places can be effective without any effect on your bank balance. With the materials and information available today, there is no excuse not to turn your bathroom into something very special.

Know the Signs of Cerebral Palsy

Every parent should know the signs of cerebral palsy. Of course, not every child will have the condition. Those who do also cannot be cured of the disorder. Detecting the condition however, could lead to early therapy and treatment. Having the condition treated early can help improve a child's ability to cope with life's challenge
Waiting for Signs

Cerebral palsy signs aren't the same for every child. This is because there are various types of the disorder. The signs and symptoms also therefore tend to differ. The time when the first visible signs appear also varies per individual. Some infants may show signs in the first few weeks or months of birth. There are others however, who may only show indications of the disorder after a couple of years. Whether the signs appear early or late, one thing is certain, parents are often the first ones to notice them. It is therefore crucial that parents be vigilant and observant.

Developmental Signs

There are many possible signs of cerebral palsy. The most telling signs however are delays in the natural motor progress of the child. This means that a child with cerebral palsy may not be able to walk, crawl, grasp, sit or smile on the ages which he normally should. Be careful though. Not every delayed child has cerebral palsy. That is why observations of motor abilities are always paired with other diagnostic factor
In general, there are specific motors skills that develop on certain months after birth. From 3-6 months, a child should gradually be able to gain control of its neck. He will also learn to crawl and sit with some assistance. By the age of 1, a child will begin to stand on his own, walk with some help and grasp objects with his hands. By the age of two, a child should be able to walk by himself, pick toys, pull and push and seat himself.

A child who is unable to accomplish these developmental tasks may be showing signs of cerebral palsy. Add to this the appearance of other possible signs and symptoms such as scissors gait, tremors, drooling, lack of movement coordination and lack of balance.

Muscle Tone

Aside from developmental clues, a child's muscle tone should also be checked. A baby with the disorder could have very soft or floppy muscles or very rigid ones. It is possible that babies may initially have floppy muscles that become rigid. If you are not sure about the right feel of infant muscle tone, you have to ask your child's pediatrician.

Reflexes

Doctors also check reflexes aside from muscle tone. There are certain primitive reflexes that should only be present in infants. Their presence in older babies and children could be signs of cerebral palsy. One common example is the Moro reflex. A baby on its back with the legs tilted up would raise its arms in a seeming embrace. This reflex disappears after six months or so. Those who retain this reflex should be checked further for cerebral palsy.

There is no reason to believe that you should watch for signs of cerebral palsy. Your child may never have the condition at all. It still pays however, to be extra watchful and prepared for any eventualities.

Advertising Your Vacation Rental - How to Choose

There are literally millions of holiday home owners now advertising on the internet. Some people set up their own website and just sit back and hope that they will be found by prospective holidaymakers looking for their vacation property. After a while they start to realize that there is a little more to getting seen on the internet than just creating a website.

The next step for most is using one of the myriad of advertising sites to create a listing. With many of these they are attractive to look at and after about an hour of work you have a respectable listing showing your vacation property or villa in its best light. Once again they sit back and wait for the inquiries to pour in. Once again they are disappointed.

The fact is there are several things you should do if you are a villa or apartment owner if you want your property to be seen on the internet. One of the things not to do, is to sit back and think that things will happen all by themselve
As a quick guide to getting your property seen on the internet, we will fore-go the setting up of your own website. If you are a novice at things such as SEO, (if you dont know what SEO stands for then your a novice!) and move straight onto where to list your property and how to get your listing seen by the most people.

The first thing is to choose the site to advertise your rental with. There are many ways to do this but I recommend two fairly standard procedures to follow.First make a list of all the keyword search phrases that you would use if you were looking for a villa to rent in its location. A keyword phrase is the words or phrases that you would type into the search box if you were a holidaymaker looking to book a rental.

Now you will need to use some tools that will show you where people actually search and in what volume. The key to successful advertising is getting the maximum number of visitors to your listing page. This is best done by first using a site that receives a lot of traffic for the type of property and the area you are renting in. The best single tool to use is the Google Keyword tool. To find it just type 'Google keyword tool' into your Google search.

Here you will be able to type in some keyword search phrases from your list to find out where people actually search. The tool will give you the terms with the most volume on average and the volume for the previous month. Start working through your list of general and more specific terms ranking them in terms of actual search volume. You should then end up with a list for the most searched terms by volume for the highest traffic general terms as well as your localized search term
Now go to Google and type in the highest traffic terms. make a note of the websites that appear on the first page results for each term. What you are ideally looking for are the websites that cover not only the high volume general terms, but also rank well for your local keyword searches. Once you have been down the list you should start to see a pattern of which sites rank well in all areas. If not, then look to split your advertising between a mixture of sites that provide high traffic and those that provide more localized result rankings. Remember to avoid the Pay per click sites that advertise at the top and bottom of the page and down the right hand margin. These sites pay a fee to advertise on Page 1 of the results page. If their advertising budget runs out then so does the traffic to the site. The organic results are most likely to give you stable traffic in the long term.

You should now have a list of maybe half a dozen potential websites to choose from. To decide which ones to choose will depend on a number of different factors that will be covered later.

Things To Do For Dream Interpretation

Dreams, it may not that essential to you, has taken part somehow for our total being. They can tell us a lot about our lives as well as give us a hint about secret desires- our ecstasy, aspirations and ambitions. The trouble with dreams, however, is that, more often than not, they come to in a form of a bizarre mumbo-jumbo, more likely to make it more complex to search for truth than facilitate it. So, to better understand and appreciate your dream, try to understand below.

When you fall asleep with a clear and relaxed mind, you are in a way of dream interpretation effort. The more distraught you are when you go to bed, the lower the chance that you will be able to remember your dreams with substantial in detail. Therefore, do you must relax and get the day's troubles out of your head as you fall asleep.

If you are at all serious in learning about dream interpretation, have a notebook and a pen prepared and record your dream as soon as you wake up. Lots of individuals make the mistake of assuming that just because they remember the dream now they will be able to remember it a few moments later. This is false! Unless you have jot down the details of your dream early after waking up, you will not have much to work with later when you go to the next step to actually find out what your dream is signifie
After recording your dream down, you will, more often than not, be looking at a list of bizarre events and scenes, from being chased by a three-headed green Martian to seeing your fiance attend an essential event wearing little more than underwear! The key to this stage is to look past the seemingly meaningless pattern and associate these apparently bizarre events to developments in your life in order to develop an integration between the scenarios in the dream and the happenings in the real world. For instance, does your fiance have an important meeting coming up? You will never be able to find out what your dream is about unless you are able to integrate it with what's happening to you in your daily life.

Having established associations or integration with the real world, it is time to critically understand your dream and to actually interpret its hidden meaning. To take the fiance example even further, maybe he is worried about not being so prepared for the meeting (thus the mental image of him showing up to it in nothing more than underwear?) As you can see, creative thinking is critical for this stage (and having a good-looking fiance usually helps, too!) Bear in mind, to determine what your dream is about you must take an open-minded approach when it comes to analyzing.

This is an optional step that involves cross-checking your comprehension of the dream with current resources available both online and in the real world. Though ultimately dream interpretation is a personal process that depends on your unique experiences, numbers of individuals exhibit certain common denominators in what they experience and therefore consulting with a reference source may be an effective idea in finding the meaning behind dreams.

Mortgage Refinancing: The Info You Need Before You Refinance

Should you refinance your current mortgage? Mortgage refinancing is actually the taking out of a new home mortgage loan to pay off existing mortgage on a property. Mortgage refinancing can save you money over the life of the money you borrowed. You may not be allowed to cash out when the amount of your new loan do not exceed your current mortgage debt plus point and closing cost
Sometimes the planned savings you will get out of your refinancing comes at a price. Because you need to pay upfront fees including points and closing costs. Beware of lenders who advertise with no closing costs and no points. These deals that other lenders offer may actually charge this fees which roll the costs into the overall loan balance. In some cases they charge a higher interest rate. You should not only concentrate on the interest rate and low fees, but consider other factor
There is an old adage that said you should not refinance unless the interest rate is at least two percent less than your current rate. But for some homeowners, a one to 1.5 percent is good enough. The number game in your mortgage refinancing should be considered when deciding. Home equity, costs of the new loan, and the length of time you will be staying in your current home should be considered.

These are the typical closing costs that you have to consider when planning for a mortgage refinancing. Application fee, appraisal fee, credit report fee, attorney or legal fees, survey costs, taxes, title search, and title insurance. This is a must to consider so that will not end with more to spend. Remember, you are suppose lower your borrowing and save some money for yourself. Understand and remember all these factors to get a better and informed decision.

After knowing what you need to do first, you can start making your plans. It is very important to do the calculations ahead of time. This case you will be well armed with enough information to negotiate with your lender. Again it is the saving that really matters at the end of the day. When doing the math make sure to consider the points cost and closing costs. Some lenders can hide this by adding it into the overall loan or by charging you higher interest rate.

After assessing and the calculations, and you are certain to do a mortgage refinancing, present your case to financial lending institution.

Interest rates are still very low so it is still a good time to do a mortgage refinance. Especially if you have an adjusted rate mortgage (ARM). Whether you are looking for cash out, home improvements, or just want to lower your monthly bill payments, mortgage refinancing is not a bad idea.

Getting Endorsements for Your Invention

When it comes to establishing your credibility and value, few things are more effective than endorsements. An endorsement puts a trusted and well-known figure behind your invention. It says to potential customers, in effect, "I wouldn't stake my reputation on this invention unless it performed like its creator says it does." This is an enormous help in the task of establishing your invention as something worth buying. But how do you go about getting endorsements for your invention?

Well, there are basically two types of endorsements you can get for your invention endorsements from respected people in your field, or endorsements from celebrities. We will examine each type separately.

Endorsements from those in your field

Getting a respected authority in your field to endorse your invention is an excellent way to build credibility. Fortunately, getting one is a bit easier than getting celebrity endorsements. There are a few ways to go about it. One way is to contact the person you are seeking an endorsement from and simply ask for one. Tell him or her that you are willing to send them one of your widgets and that you would appreciate a few positive sentences to use in your promotional materials. Nine times out of ten, the person you ask this of will be happy to help. Just be respectful of their time and be sure to thank them if they do help you.

If you are not sure how to strike up a conversation with this person, try flattery! After all, if you are in the same field as this person, you should have some common ground right there. If they have a great product on the market, tell them how big a fan you are, how you use it yourself, how you have recommended it to others. This builds some good will between you and establishes a basis for continued conversation. Once this has been done, feel free to come right out with something like "Hey, so speaking of kitchen widgets, I just invented a really neat new so-and-so and I was wondering if I could send you one to check out and possibly review for me. A testimonial from someone as accomplished as you could really help."

Where do you find professionals in your field? Typically, trade journals, conferences, or periodicals are the best source for this information. Anyone who publishes papers or is generally considered an authority in a field will probably be in these publications. You can also ask your colleagues if they know anyone of importance.

Endorsements from celebrities

Now, a word of caution A-List celebrities like Angelina Jolie probably won't be singing your invention's praises anytime soon. However, that does not rule out local celebrities! An excellent article on Helium.com gives some practical tips on how to find them

"Try local celebrities. Many local radio personalities are not only expected, but contractually required to advertise for a certain number of sponsors. Contact your local radio stations, and you've got your celebrities. Local acting schools and modeling agencies are filed with eager students, always needing a few shots and spots to boost their portfolio.

If you do want to spend the bigger bucks, subscribe to the professional version of the Internet Movie Database and gain access to actor's agencies. While you may not net or afford any A-Listers, there are plenty of more obscure actors who would consider giving an endorsement."

Of course, it helps if your invention is in some way related to what the celebrity is known for. For example, it would not make very much sense to ask a radio DJ to pipe up your latest suite of computer programming tools. But if you just invented a new kind of stereo speaker or sports widget, a radio DJ would be a perfect fit. Seek out celebrities that have something in common with your field, and you will drastically increase your odds of scoring that killer endorsement.

We live in a celebrity obsessed world, so it certainly makes sense to try and get one to endorse your invention. However, it may be far more effective to go the first route getting one from a credible authority in your field. These are people who your customers already know and trust. You can only benefit from capitalizing on their good will. Additionally, some celebrities are very polarizing. Half of your customers might love someone while the other half despises them. It would be a shame to alienate potential customers over something trivial like that. Therefore, you should take care to only seek out neutral celebrities that don't engender a whole lot of controversy.

If you are diligent and selective in the process of seeking endorsements, you will almost certainly secure one. It is simply a matter of getting out there and making the necessary phone calls.

Ways To Quit Smoking

So you have decided to stop smoking. Good I salute you!

You now have to choose between all the possible ways and methods at hand to get you out from your habit. Which method will it be? One could say that the method doesnt matter the only important thing is to be able to stop. The result is what count
Yes of course - but I wish it was that simple. We all know that most attempt to stop results in disappointments. The statistics are saying that only fifteen to twenty percent will succeed at each try!
Therefore, the choice of method might after all be of some importance.

I believe that the personality have some important influence upon the effectiveness of different methods. A real strong headed personality might for example be able to just stop. This specific method is generally referred to as to stop cold turkey.

Then we have the whole scale of types down to very severe cases where the only thing that can save the day is to bandage the hands and feet of the prospect.

Most people are situated somewhere between this two extremes.
In the situation where a person is clearly determined to stop smoking, there are several methods to choose among.

It's a broad spectrum of methods out there from treatment in form of substitute intake of nicotine up to methods including hypnosis, laser and acupuncture. This is of course only a very rough description of different techniques at hand and has to be divided further in order to see the many alternatives there are!

Consequently, can for example the method to substitute the "loss" of inhaled nicotine by what's called NRT or Nicotine Replacement Therapy be divided in a number of subgroups. Personal preference usually determines which one to use. One of the most well known sub methods for replacement is by nicotine gum.

Nicotine gums are available in two strengths - 2 mg and 4 mg. Which one you will prefer has probably to do with the number of cigarettes you are compensating for. A more casual smoker would most likely do with a few pieces of 2 mg per day. However, to substitute lets say 20 and more cigarettes a day you have to go for the higher level and more pieces of gum during the day.

One potential problem connected to nicotine gum as treatment is the risk for misuse of- or addiction to gum instead of cigarettes. However, one has to say that the taste of nicotine gum must be described as somewhat problematic in the long run! There are lots of smokers that disqualify nicotine gums for just that reason.
Among the NRT products, you will also find the Nicotine patches. The patch is placed on the skin in order to release the nicotine in to the bloodstream. The composition is made in a way that the release of nicotine can be performed during different numbers of hours. There are patches manufactured to last for 16 hours and other variations that will last for up to 24 hours. The later ones could be argued for in situations where the early and compulsory morning cigarette is a reality!

Then there are Nicotine inhalers that are used in a way that in action and handling is somewhat similar to smoking a cigarette. The form resembles a cigarette where you insert a cartridge containing nicotine. Each cartridge will last for up to three 20 minute sessions. The normal use during a day is 6-12 cartridges for up to eight weeks. From there on the goal is to gradually reduce the use during some weeks.

Nicotine tablets are made in a way that can be placed under the tongue and the nicotine is absorbed through the mucous membrane in to the bloodstream. Its important to know that these tablets aren't swallowed in order to give the right release but handled properly they must be described as a reasonably effective method.

The last method to date among the NRT group is Nicotine nasal spray. By spraying the nicotine in the nasal cavity the effect is rather quick. The bio availability is more or less the same as in inhaling nicotine by smoking. There are quite obvious locale side effects from the nasal mucous membrane in the form of irritation followed by sneezing, coughing and watering eyes. This is definitely a method not to be practiced whilst driving!

Whilst the different NRT methods are the most frequent techniques used to get out of smoking there are other effective methods not involving supply of nicotine.

Among other ways to quit smoking, we can use hypnosis in some form or shape. Here it can be distinguished between hypnosis performed by a certified hypnotist and a technique called self-hypnosis or self-suggestion. Both methods have its pros and cons but imply a very real and personal firm conviction that smoking has to stop.

In the category of self-hypnosis or self-suggestion we have e-books in combination with audio and/or video.

There is no single optimal method for everybody as a way to quit smoking! You have to choose the most effective and comfortable method based on your personal conditions and preferences.

Your best bet for some advice on narrowing your list of choices to the best coffee franchise for you would be with an experienced franchise consultant.

Quit Smoking - All Right - But How?

Well, that's the question and a very good one also! The most important and intelligent goal for a smoker is of course just to stop and to begin a new life without the burden of smoking.

It's though a generally accepted opinion that the stopping is a very difficult task. That problem is also reflected in the very rich flora of different methods just to be able to get rid of the nasty habit.

Very few human activities are examined so deeply and methodically as smoking. There is also full consensus about the negative effects of the habit. The physiological consequences are very well recognized and mapped regarding both short and long term effects on the individual level.

Nearly every part of the internal system of the human body is more or less affected by the toxic effect of not only nicotine itself but also by a large number of chemical substances contained in the tobacco as such.
As if this wasn't enough the burning process produces new substances and by-products to be counted for.

Does anyone believe that any medical drug with the kind of side effects that substances produced and inhaled in connection with smoking would be officially approved by the medical authorities regardless of any hypothetically beneficial effect whatsoever? No way!
So, let's return to the question How to quit smoking?

Anyone who has given this question the slightest thought knows there are a very rich not to say excessively rich flora to choose from. The reason for this is of course that there is some money to make. A lot of money actually!

The methods go from more traditional substitute treatment where the inhaled nicotine is compensated for by oral delivery all the way through hypnosis and more exotic treatments like laser and acupuncture.

Every method has its advocators and also of course economical participants. This is in itself not by any mean absolutely negative, but it needs to be understood that as a method for choosing the best way to go it has its limitations. It's not necessary the most medically relevant quality that determines the frequency or popularity among the methods used. As in many other fields of human activity marketing and propaganda has a profound influence.

However, since we as individuals are different in many respects there is a need for several ways to attack the abuse of tobacco!

One method that very few talks about as a method for smoke stop are to drastically just stop by brute willpower or as it's some time refereed to as quit smoking cold turkey.

There are as you know several ways to go in the situation where you like to quit smoking.

There is no single method optimal for everybody, but you have to choose the most effective and comfortable based on your personal conditions.

Transport Dog Crates: What You Need When Travelling by Airplane

Anytime you want to move somewhere else and you have a pet dog, think of transport dog crates. Your dog needs to be comfortable as they can in the entire travel. Otherwise, you will find them pitiful and worst look like drunk if you just stuff them in a box. Putting them in a box and leave them on the cargo bay area on an airplane looks ridiculous. Transport dog crates are an ideal solution to this problem for dog travel.

There is no problem for your dogs if you travel by land or car. But if you have to travel by air, then you need a transport dog crates. Owning a dog is sometime expensive. But if you love and care about your companion dog you should invest in a USDA approved transport dog crates. It has to be custom fit to the size of your pet dog. You also need to ensure that the transport dog crates provide enough room and space for your pet to stand and turn around.

Especially on long flights they need some comfort.
Always ensure that your pet animal or puppy could stand as well as have the ability to turn around whenever he needs to. Buy the crate well before the date of the travel and get the dog to familiarize with it. Do not wait until you are about travel. Getting accustomed with the dog crate is a must. Get your dog or puppy sleep in the transport dog crates for a week prior to your departure. This way he will get accustomed to it and thereby would not have any problem during the travel.

Sometimes the airlines might loss or misdirected some baggages. To avoid this type of hassles you have to clearly mark the transport dog crates with your name and address including your telephone numbers. Always ensure that there is written address of destination to prevent an incorrect destination. This way they can contact you in case something untoward happen
If your flight will take 8 to 12 hours, make sure to provide food for your dog or puppy for the duration of the flight. What you can do is tape the food outside the transport crate and leaves a feeding instruction for whoever is taking care of your pet dog during the flight.

To avoid your pet dog from making a big mess during the flight, do not feed them 6 to 8 hours before the flight. This will prevent or reduce the chances of them vomiting or having accidents as they may become disoriented or distressed especially at the start of the flight.

To keep your favourite pet dog hydrated, it would be wise to put a bowl of ice inside the kennel. The bowl of ice will eventually melt away bit by bit. This will give or provide him enough fluids hours later. It is also advisable to put absorbent paper and bedding in case the dog makes some mess.

For smaller dogs like Chihuahua, its best if you can ask the airline if it is possible to take it with you inside the plane and put it under the seat. For most airlines they do accommodate these arrangements. But you have to arrange it before your scheduled flight.

In conclusion, transport dog crates are very important when you are travelling with your pet dog by air. This type of investment could be worth if you love and care about your pet dog.

Website Statistics 3 Reasons You Need Them

If you are like most webmasters you have read countless articles and eBooks about improving your sites SEO and traffic. Yes, you can buy traffic and ads but the easiest way to know how to improve your website is in your web stat
Hopefully you know what I am talking about but if not web stats are a set of metrics and information about your site. Most companies that host site provide some built in programs to help. If you have cPanel on your website you have a good start to recording your stats.

There are plenty of free web counters you can get on the web that provide a wealth of information about the visitors to your website. Do a search on the web and look for "free web counter" the sites will give you a free snippet of code to install in your web page. This code records tons of information about your visitors. If analyzed this information can be priceless to you.

Although there are hundreds of things we could talk about the three that first come to mind are

1. Where your visitor came from
2. What they clicked on
3. How long they stayed

These three web stats might look very simple but if taken advantage of you can optimize how you market your website.

Where your visitors come from is a great example of how your current marketing is working. Are you writing articles and submitting to directories? If yes you should see the result here.

Get on the web and find the top 100 visited websites. Find a way to link to each one of them if possible. Do a search for your keywords and link to every result you can. Some websites survive just on the traffic a website like Wikipedia link can provide.

What your visitors click on your website is like an instant popularity poll. Did you spend hours writing content that no one is clicking on. Don't be stubborn replace or rewrite it.

Go to your favorite article directory and get some content for your site. If you find an article that gets more clicks than others move it to the front page.

How long they stayed is another important indicator from your web counter. If your website sells something get a friend to go to your site and time how long it takes them to complete a sale.
If your visitors are not staying that long you need to change something. Pictures and video can keep your visitors staying longer just make sure it is relevant to your site.
Make sure and plug as many leaks to your site as possible. Keep the links inside your site to keep them searching your site.

Tchaikovsky Would Have Loved My Mockingbird!

Yesterday I listened to the happiest mockingbird in creation. Perched on a limb in a spring time maple tree, he cast a spell on his audience below. We listened to song after song until he wearied of all the applause and left the stage. In a few moments he came back for a curtain call and once again was greeted with applause.

Enchanted by the musical ability of this particular bird, I and a friend sat beneath the tree for a half hour and absorbed every note he sang. He had to have realized that he had an enthralled audience for he performed as if it were a command performance for the queen!

This bird was loud! Everyone in the neighborhood must have heard it and marveled at the different sounds that he was singing. I commented to my friend that the bird had voiced at least 50 different sounds, including one wolf whistle. I learned later that a Mockingbird can master up to 180 different calls and up to 200 song types in only a few month
Yesterday was one of those beautiful sunny early spring mornings that we have down here in the south during the month of March. Yellow Forsythia and white Bradford Pear blossoms decorated the back yard as if placed there by a master landscape engineer. On reflection I suspect that they were. Yellow, white and pastel daffodils stretched toward the sun as we listened to a concert by an artist that knew he had captivated his audience.

I assume that it was a male bird that was welcoming spring with such passion. Female Mockingbirds do sing, but not as loudly or with as much enthusiasm as the male bird. Males sing all through the day and sometimes during the night in the spring and fall, especially if they're unmated male
Mockingbirds are everywhere in North America and they're famous for being able to imitate other birds and even some animals. Sounds of frogs, cell phone ringing tones and even the imitation of a barking dog has been part of their repertoire. My bird has even learned the sound of my car horn at least I think that's the sound I heard.

The Mockingbird in my back yard was putting on the performance of a lifetime just for me I thought, but I've learned differently. The endless songs during the spring are simply a vocal marking of his mating territory as he flies from tree to tree and serenades any female within hearing distance.
If the night is warm and there's a full moon, you'll probably hear an unmated male bird sharing his enthusiasm with the world. The female sings too, though the male is much louder. The one I saw in the tree was obviously a male. He was loud, he was boastful and he had a beautiful voice!
When the Mockingbird finally finds a mate, they build a nest of grass, feathers, rags and just about anything soft. Their nest is never far from the ground and the 4 to 6 eggs the female lays are bluish green with spattered spots of brown. Bushes and small ornamental trees are favorite places to begin a family.

Mockingbirds do not like anyone to get too close to their home, especially if the nest is filled with eggs or newly hatched birds. A couple of years ago my cat Spike was listening to the chirping of baby birds coming from a holly tree, when he was dive bombed by an angry momma Mockingbird. I'm guessing it was the mother because it's hard to tell the difference between the male and the female they both look alike.

Spike lost all interest in the nest in the tree after being pecked hard on the top of his head by the protecting Mockingbird. He stills walks carefully around that part of the yard, even though that nest has been gone for a year.
Anyone who is familiar with Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture can hear the cheering crowds, bells ringing and the town's people singing and rejoicing after the Russian Army turned back the French invasion of Russia at the Battle of Borodino. My Mockingbird would have fitted right in and no doubt would have made that piece of music even more recognizable than it is today!

Students Embrace Vibrant Learning in Toronto

One of the world's most ethnically diverse cities and home to some of the most inspired attractions, a trip to Toronto, Ontario, provides endless learning possibilities in student group travel.

Leading with a very clear mission, the Ontario Science Center was created to open the minds of visitors to science, and to produce excitement and curiosity in science and technology. Opened in 1969, the museum was one of the first interactive science museums in the world. Rather than presenting exhibits with static displays, the center created exhibits from various elements of science that allow visitors to experience those scientific fundamentals.

Here, you become a part of the science process. For instance, visitors can discover an urban wetland, create a personalized light show, or play a watery musical instrument that's part water, part piano. More than 800 exhibits are showcased in 13 exhibit halls covering topics such as technology, the environment, space, the human body, and sports. Daily demonstrations illustrate scientific principles of nature, and student groups can also take in a film at the Omnimax Theater.

Another student favorite, Canada's National Tower, commonly referred to as the CN Tower, is one of the city's most recognized landmarks. Construction on the CN Tower began in 1973 and it stands at a total height of more than 1,815 feet. Visitors to the tower begin their tour with a ride up a high-speed elevator to the indoor/outdoor observation decks. Here, they can take in views of Toronto and the surrounding area, as well as gain a unique perspective of how high they actually are by looking down through the glass floor to the ground hundreds of feet below.

A 20-minute "The Height of Excellence" documentary provides a look at the engineering marvel that is the CN Tower. The attraction is located on the north shore of the Lake Ontario in the heart of the Entertainment District.

Overlooking downtown Toronto, Casa Loma is a majestic castle, built in the style of European medieval castles. Here, visitors step back in time as they tour the 98-room castle. In addition to the home, Casa Loma includes stables, connected to the castle by an 800-foot underground tunnel, and six acres of garden
Constructed by a prominent Toronto businessman and industrialist, more than 300 men worked on the home at cost of $3.5 million. On guided tours, visitors explore elegantly decorated rooms, climb the towers, and enjoy a walk through the extensive gardens. Other highlights include a full-body shower and the grandiose Great Hall.

Opened in 1914, the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) features various galleries which include the Canadian Heritage Floor Galleries, the East-Asia Gallery, Hands-on Biodiversity, Inco Limited Gallery of Earth Sciences, Life Sciences, and Paleontology Galleries, and more. Some of the most popular exhibits include a bat cave, Egyptian mummy, and the newly opened "Age of Dinosaurs," presenting one of Canada's largest permanent collections of dinosaurs. On-site educational programs are available at the ROM to provide a more theme-focused visit for student group
For those student groups with an interest in sports, SkyDome is home to the Toronto Blue Jay and one of Toronto's proudest architectural achievements. As the world's largest stadium with a retractable roof, the SkyDome serves as symbol of the city. During tours of SkyDome, student tours can marvel at the structure's innovative roof design.

Operated by a computer, the roof panels move to stack up on top of each other along one end of the stadium, leaving all playing surfaces and nearly all of the seats under open sky when the roof is retracted. In addition to Blue Jays baseball games, SkyDome also hosts football games, tennis matches, basketball games, and concert
Eaton Centre is one of Toronto's most popular tourist attractions. Located along Younge Street, the longest street in the world, Eaton Centre features more than 285 shops, restaurants, and services. The three-level mall encompasses a four-block area, providing plenty of diversions for student tours.

Two trademarks of the Eaton Centre are "Flight Stop," a sculpture by Michael Snow, and rendition of Canadian geese in their migratory patterns, suspended from Eaton's vaulted glass ceiling. The other is the famous "shooting" fountain located in the Centre Court. On average, the water shoots 85 feet into the air but can reach heights of 120 feet.

Known as one of the most ethnically diverse cities, Toronto is made up of a variety of ethnic neighborhoods, each with their own unique sights and sounds. Two of the city's most distinctive areas are Chinatown and Kensington Market.

Chinatown is one of the largest Asian communities in North America, made up of people from areas such as Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, China, and more. Chinatown offers student group travelers a number of authentic indoor and outdoor food markets, clothing stores, herb and medicinal shops, and restaurants. A few blocks from Chinatown, Kensington Market showcases Portuguese, West Indian, and Caribbean culture. Students enjoy the eclectic mix of outdoor food stands and produce shops, unique restaurants and cafe, and vintage clothing boutiques.

Small Business Loans - What are my options?

In order for a business venture to prove successful, there is often a necessity for extra capital which can serve a variety of uses. Small business loans which might otherwise be refused by a bank can easily be secured from trustworthy and competent lending sources. When business is busy, it is also greatly disruptive to productivity to wait inordinate lengths of time for a bank to approve a vital loan. Thus the speedier option of choosing a private loan company - replete with testimonials and a history of satisfied customers - is well worth considering.

Business-related equipment can add up to potentially crippling amounts, and the worrying dead-end of needing large sums of money in order to make a decent profit, can be surpassed even if you are running a considerably small business. Loans, whether totaling four thousand dollars or four hundred thousand dollars, can give a vital boost to your enterprise, because you need money to make money. Once the equipment which rakes in the profit is in place, it becomes easy to pay your business loan back and stay on top of the finance
The most successful businesses rely a great amount on efficient, sophisticated advertising. There is nothing like a well-designed advertising campaign to ensure product or service visibility. Although decent advertising can be frighteningly costly, it is often advisable to go large rather than small. Business loans can be used for an advertising solution which is likely to boost the business's financial long-term gains, and which is preferable to squandering small amounts on several badly-run campaigns which would make no real impact and which would have an equally unsatisfactory accumulative cost.

Often in the working world, an opportunity for expansion can provide the means to secure a bright future for a business which has grown past the horizons of its initial development plan. Acquisitions often require substantial investments and small business loans can be used to cover the whole or a part of an expansion opportunity's cost. The expansion of existing premises is also often vital for the rapid growth of a business, and with a secure investment in this you can allow the business to reach unimaginable height
Aside from providing assistance in realizing your aspirations for your business's future, small business loans can provide a vital tie-over for when there are current overdue business expenses which cannot be settled using the profits of the month alone. Private loan services can take a lot of the pressure which is inherent to running a business off your shoulders, allowing you to stay focused on your short to long term goal
In short, small business loans provide the solutions to a variety of the problems faced by most businesses on a daily basis. Whether there is a business emergency, a need for a chic and resuscitating advertising campaign, a great opportunity for expansion, or a dire need for some form of remodeling within the business, a loan from a service which has the requisite integrity and directness can meet your every financial business need.

Chicago Feeds Students' Appetites for Meals & Entertainment

Exploring Chicago's eateries provides more than just an experience in food, student group travelers also learn about Chicago history and culture. There's nothing like a sample of Windy City cuisine to spice up any educational travel program.

While the deluxe hot dogs and kitchen sink nachos are a student favorite, it's not the food that makes Ed Debevic's unique. The real showstopper is the service. Ed's servers have been well-trained in mock-rudeness - an act which sometimes seems to border on truth.

Informed customers join in the fun, taking the insults as comedy. It's not unusual to be reprimanded (rudely) for not moving quickly enough to your booth or for taking too long to order. But everything's done in good humor. The '50s-themed restaurant extends to the decor and waiters' dress. Adding to the mayhem are the frequent outbursts performed by the staff. Other Ed menu favorites include the Route 66 burger, Ed's Mom's Meatloaf, and thick milkshakes. The restaurant is located in downtown Chicago on North Wells Avenue.

Thank goodness two taxi drivers and a friend got frustrated with Chicago rush hour traffic back in 1966. The result? They decided to open a pizzeria just off Michigan Avenue and Superior in Chicago called Gino's East. Using a secret recipe for golden crust, vine-ripened tomatoes, and loads of fresh ingredients, Gino's East became an instant legend with Chicagoans, celebrities, and visitors from around the world. The enormous deep-dish pizzas are made by hand and brought to the table steaming hot.

In addition to the show-stopping pizza, student tours have fun leaving their mark on the graffiti-covered booths, which were original to the restaurant's first location. A true Chicago landmark, Gino's East is as much a historic piece of Chicago as it is one of its finest eateries. The restaurant has two locations in downtown Chicago, on North Wells Street, across from Ed Debevic's, and on Superior Street.

For 21 years, Hard Rock Cafe has celebrated everything rock n' roll in the heart of Chicago's River North neighborhood. Located just five blocks from Michigan Avenue, eating a meal at the Hard Rock Cafe is like eating in a rock and roll museum. Student tours enjoy the classic American menu served up in an atmosphere focused on the world of rock and roll. Since its opening in London, 103 additional restaurants have opened in 36 different countries.

Students can view outrageous costumes and outfits worn by various musicians, famous instruments donated by rock stars, and autographed photos of celebrities while munching on hickory-smoked pulled-pork sandwich or legendary 10-ounce burger. Popular memorabilia, such as city-specific t-shirts and collectibles are available for purchase in the Hard Rock gift shop.

Combining great food with environmental education, the Rainforest Cafe is a solid choice for any student tour interested in the sciences and environment. Dedicated to the preservation of the rainforest, the restaurant chain utilizes elaborate interior design to introduce students to the wonder and beauty of this region of the world. Student tours dine amongst lush foliage, wild animals, cascading waterfalls, and exotic fish.

Jungle animals, such as elephants and gorillas come to life and thunderstorms boom in the distance. An on-site tour leads students through the cafe, which focuses on endangered species and saltwater fish life. Chicago's Rainforest Cafe is located in downtown Chicago on Clark Street, near some of Chicago's famous landmark
Live theater and great food meet at the Drury Lane Theatre and Conference Center in Oakbrook Terrace, the western suburbs of Chicago. The theater's famous Dinner/Theater Package features a sumptuous pre-show dinner, followed by a live performance. Student tours dine on chef-prepared soups, salads, and main entrees, including roast sirloin, chicken fettuccini alfredo, or roast turkey.

Desserts such as turtle sundae, cheesecake, and tiramisu tempt taste buds afterward. Matinee and evening performances include Broadway classics, top-rated musicals, and hilarious comedies such as Sweet Charity, The Buddy Holly Story, and The Goodbye Girl.

Located just minutes from Chicago's O'Hare Airport, the Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament in Schaumburg is the largest of all the castles at 85,000 square feet. It's also within short driving distance of Woodfield Mall, one of the largest malls in the United States. Specialized matinee and educational programs are offered at the Schaumburg location, ideal for student tours. Students become more familiar with the history and names of the knights represented at Medieval Times, as well as Moorish culture.

The fun begins as students receive a colored crown corresponding to the knight they will cheer throughout the show. To the delight of most kids, a meal is served "medieval style" - without silverware. As they enjoy the meal, student tours take in all the lance-splintering action and glorious pageantry. Afterward, students can meet with Knights and Royalty for autographs and pictures.

There are 2 ways of doing this

1. List Building
2. Viral Marketing

Imagine this, what if you wrote an ebook that deal with a particular niche market? Let us take an example. How about this? You have decided to exploit your knowledge of the local golf course and you have written an ebook containing a green by green description, together with some anecdotes about its history and some of the characters who frequent the fairways. It is entertaining, and you can grab the local market and maybe the tourist market too.

Let me make it clear, I am not a golfer, so apologies if I mistakenly use the wrong terms. I use this purely as an example.

So, if you sell you ebook, then you will earn so much a copy and that many people will own a copy. Full Stop.

Let us look at the other alternative
If you are developing an online business then it is essential that you build a membership of customers interested in your products. Giving your ebook away in return for enrolment to your membership list means that you will develop a list of potential customers that you can directly communicate with - anytime.

If you create a new product, or learn of one from which you can earn a commission, you can let your list know and generate income. Maintaining their interest through interesting information and give-aways, means that you earn their loyalty and they will be more likely to view your recommendations with interest. As your list grows, the opportunities grow for you too.

Managing a membership list takes time and effort, but anyone active in Internet marketing will tell you how important they are.
You can manage your list using your own email software, and while the list is relatively small, this would be the way to start. However, you will soon have to deal with a growing number of applications. Additionally, while your email address is available on a website, you will gain the unwanted attention of the spammers, and your inbox will quickly fill up with even more Spam! The easiest way is to automate the whole process using an autoresponder.

Now it is time to introduce you to the power of viral marketing.
So, what if you were to give your ebook away, and encourage everyone you gave it to, to give it away too.. and, let us take it further, you persuade the golf course pro-shop to offer it as a free download on their website.. and the local tourist office too, all with the same permission to pass it on. Then the number of readers of your e-book is going to grow..and grow and grow.

But where does your money come from?

Well, the answer is that within your ebook you include reference to products that you recommend and your readers may be interested in. And you earn a commission for any products your readers buy.
Both of these techniques are definitely worth considering as alternatives for earning income from your hard written ebook. Obviously the best option is a combination of both combined with direct sales to really boost your ebooks readership and maximise your income.

Healthy Lifestyles, Napoleon In London - While Asia Ascends

Healthy lifestyles have been on the news today. First we saw a video of a day in the newly created city of ten million people people on the Pearl River delta near Hong Kong in China. We see a before photo of a quiet rice farming valley, and then as it is now. a valley of high tower buildings with a massive harbor, apparently with that vast harbor in Japan, now largest harbor in the world. How did this happen in a decade?

China basically recreated and doubled nearby Hong Kong. They allowed ten million peasants to leave their farms and pour into town. Most high tech factories have vast scales of mostly female workers who earn an average of $120.00 a month. They stay about two years and then go home for a while, to be replaced by another. It is an amazing, magnificent, brand new city that has much of the industry of China, and we walk along massive wharves piled high with cargo crates.

We are told that a ship leaves one of the harbors every second, day and night, every day of the year. Mostly to America, these manufactured high tech goods fill each ship on the way to America. We are told they return with scrap metal and scrap paper.

Then a news story that Tata Motors of India are growing so fast that their feel they have outgrown their one billion people market of India. So they have bought Jaguar and Land Rover, in hopes to further expand. The empires are being struck back at and bought up.

So, naturally, the next news story is that the French President had a lovely reception and ride through London town with the Queen of England in her most fancy white horse and carriage parade, with the British playing the French national anthem. Then to show today's inheritor of modern France, not Napoleon, but the newest chap with his young girl friend. She and Prince Phillip chatted in the lesser carriage that followed the Queen and Napoleon.

And then, not using an Indian owned Jaguar, nor an Indian owned Land Rover, they made their way out of town to her English created Windsor Castle, which the grandson of her ancestor Queen Victoria, born in Germany, changed the family name to. And as this was such a special occasion, our modern Napoleon would not have his historic sleep at her modest town house of Buckingham Palace. No, this was to be the real old thing.

Napoleon so ached to sleep here, but never forced his way in. And never had an invitation. So it is good and healthy that those two old mortal enemies are realizing their common blood, bonds, heritage and humanity. Even those common enemies our modern Napoleon says we share in common, and we do, are human as well.

So even while another tiger from Asia arrives on the world scene, it is a good balance perhaps that India outbid China on this purchase. Because the next show was British sports, which includes cricket, soccer, and rugby, and I saw India beat New Zealand in one of those sports. Which here in Canada is all Greek to us. That is perhaps news to an American, that we here in Canada are well known as outside the club in those good British sports.

Cultures merge and blend. With the British Empire, certain sports became embedded around the world. Yet in Canada, instead we watch our local hero Steve Nash be the best basketball player in America, and we beam with pride. We tell ourselves he is best because he is a giver he hands off the ball when he steals it, where the loud taller stars are takers, and do not help their mates excel as does our Canadian icon, Steve. I happen to know the local original school coach for Steve.

The high school coach of Steve Nash of basketball says Steve devoted himself to whatever he tried. Too short for basketball in the big leagues, he tried harder. The coach saw the change one day, when Steve changed from kicking a soccer ball to bouncing a basketball to and from school each day.

Steve fondles that ball so much he feels an empathy with the basketball, sleeps with it I am sure. And on the floor, if it is in the hands of someone else, it is not theirs, and he must rescue it, and so he does. Steve has found that Gretsky sense of steal and pass to who is closest the net. And this has caused Steve to make greater those around him, or the net. Such leaders as Steve who do that are truly great. When Steve Nash from Victoria and Phoenix outplays men a foot taller than him, we all cheer. We could paraphrase JFK that even if a wall is built between Canada and America, we will still say "ich bin ein Phoenixer". And if Canada has a cricket hero, I have never heard of him.

Canadian are too close to the Americans, the rest of the old British Empire says. Canadians even understand, and play those American games. It is true. Cultures merge in various ways, and hold to their common center. The irony here is that all the world except Canada and America know that game of soccer we call, football they call, is the sport of the world. When France won the World Cup, Paris was ablaze with fireworks, and all French knew they were the emperors of the world, and every nation from every continent saw this game as their own.

I had the strange experience a decade ago of arriving in London the morning after a sports event related night long riot. My English son in law and I witnessed Germany beat England in their football, and he then drove me to the airport with my youngest daughter. We were sleep deprived, but astounded to see London in such disorder.

The one hundred thousand good English fans felt that Hitler had won after all, and every schnitzel bar and lamp post took a beating. We drove in one of those London cabs through as the crowds were being placed into police vans as the others straggled away. Welcome to sports in politics in the new united Europe!

We think there are hard feelings between Boston and New York. So, all the world loves soccer, except Canada and America, who were both eliminated by tiny nations with the population of New York. The more we all merge the more healthy and wise we all become. The luxury Jaguar now has a Bengal tiger in her tank.

Low Investment Work At Home Jobs

It is a small and mobile world these days, made more so by the revolution in free work at home jobs. With work pressure and growing expenses, even those managing their homes want to have an additional income. It is here that homebased jobs like data entry are immensely in demand and the talk of the day.

Home employment can be high satisfying as well as financially profitable, since they do not require much of an investment. You can start easily, if you have a home computer, associated basic software, and a moderately fast Internet connection. What most people cherish in a work at home job is the freedom to work at one's own pace, personal schedules and flexibility.

When you take on this kind of opportunity your work schedule is determined by yourself and not by a boss whom you have to report to. Amazing as it may sound that there is a lot of money to be earned from a type of venture and it does not involve any travel or additional costs.

One must of course be careful of tall claims, which promise great returns for zero investment. Though there have been plenty of scams reported with such home jobs, there are genuine opportunities too, which exist on the net. They require very little or practically no huge investment
There are many companies that need homeworkers. Looking at the popularity of these jobs due to the convenience and the economics involved are the next big thing to hit the market.

A simple and fast search on the Internet will show you plentiful they are which do not exactly need you to invest or lay out a lot of money. Only skill, talent, commitment, and attention to detail are the main characteristic one my need.

While on the search or even while starting on this path on of your own, you will find plenty of sites that promise to make you astronomically rich in a very short span, with a considerably big investment from your side. Do not be fooled by such offers. You will need to invest your free time apart from very little financial investment. If there are contrary opinions to this, you need to think well before such an investment.

The fact that such free work at home jobs, are low investment on time and money, is the reason for their popularity with people. In the case of most one can utilize in-house talents, like computer typing skills, analyzing skills, basic arithmetic skills etc.

God's Will is More than a Dance on the River

If you can, imagine that the direction and will of God are moving in a given course like a mighty River. You want to move in the same direction that God is moving, so you get into the River. When you are in the River, you start learning how the River works - how it flows, the direction it is going. You learn not to fight it if you want to end up where the River is going. You flow with it.
You meet people swimming like crazy, splashing, fighting, and mad because they are going up-stream against the River. They are angry and wonder why it is so difficult. Then the thought occurs that the problem is that the River should be flowing in the direction they are going. However, it's not, and of course, it won't be. So, they keep fighting, stay angry, and eventually simply believe the River doesn't exist. Even the salmon know the reason they are fighting and struggling up the river is to simply go back to their birthplace and die.

You on the other hand, are rapidly moving to the promised end with the River. You go through rapids and whirlpools but having learned what the River is, you are able to use the strength of the River to propel you down stream even faster. You know you are in the will of God. You have gotten into the River and learned about God from God. You now have His strength to propel you forward to that distant Ocean.

When we enter the River, we find different boats with which to make the journey. The boats are there for us because the River knows what we could handle to get safely to the Ocean. The problem is we think we should have a different boat. We spend a lot of time meandering around the river trying to make the boat we want work for us.
Sometimes the boat is too small for our size and we get top-heavy and tip over. We get up and try again only to keep struggling just to stay upright. We make it, but what a struggle it has been. Sometimes, and often, we want that big boat and get in it only to find that it really is too big for us and we don't have a way to steer it very well. We run around inside the hull trying to make it go where we want. But, instead, the boat takes us where it wants to go.

In the River, we often run into man-made locks that we think will keep us from getting to the Ocean but they do not. They can slow us down, and usually do. However, eventually as we learn from the River and if we work with the River, we get through the locks and on to the ocean.

Some people do not want to take the River and think they will get to the Ocean by clawing, scraping, climbing mountains, and forging through valleys. In trying to conquer the next mountain, they never make it to the River or the Ocean. Sometimes, unfortunately the people climbing the mountains find they need to keep climbing more mountains and get in a very hard, craggy, unforgiving circle from mountain to mountain. Once-in-a-while, though, a person might be on top of the mountain and become part of the snow that melts into the stream, which joins the River, which gets to the Ocean.
So, what is God's will? God's will is that River flowing to the Ocean. It is not going to change direction for us. It has a destination and a planned course. The River offers everyone the opportunity to get in and go. It is an exciting trip and can go along pretty well if we are willing to use the boat that was created for us. There are many tributaries leading to the River but there is only One River that gets to the Ocean.
Climbing mountains and battling through valleys doesn't necessarily get us to the Ocean. Getting in the River will. We just need to accept and learn the River, then work with the River to get to the Ocean.

Share Informative Articles To Generate Traffic To Your Website

One of the best venues for marketing your product is the internet. If you have a website for your products, it will be easier for customers to find the items they want to purchase. It is convenient because they don't have to leave their homes just to shop.

One of the biggest challenges in online marketing today is to generate desired traffic for your site. With the competition of businesses online, it is rather difficult to get your customer to even look at your site. It is also a big challenge to make it to the top of search engine's results or SERP.

Doing business online is very similar with traditional business. If you want to hit your goal, you have to come up with an effective marketing strategy. You have to find a way to entice your potential customers to visit your site. One of the proven ways to do this is through article marketing. Here some of the reasons why it can help your online business

1.People who surf the net are usually looking for an interesting write up. Well written articles capture a lot of readers. You can use these articles to share information to potential clients and to direct them to your site.

2.You can use well written articles to direct customers to you by providing a link that leads directly to your site. You can post your article in your own webpage or submit it to other websites specifically article directories.

3.Submitting articles with good content to other sites are also a form of free advertising for you. If you decide to submit it to other sites, choose the ones that are well known so you can take advantage of their popularity. The articles should not necessarily promote your products or services. For example, if your website is about children's furniture, you can submit articles that provide information about how to teach children to organize things and provide a link that will direct customers to your website.

4.Every time you post articles to other sites, you accumulate link partners. The more link partners you have, the better it is for your site. Increasing link popularity is important since it is one of the major factors that search engines consider in ranking your site in search result
Using informative articles is one of the simplest and most convenient ways of getting target traffic for your site. So instead of keeping those ideas to yourself, post it or share it, you will reap the rewards in no time.

How To Write Better For Article Marketing

You want to advertise your business online through article marketing the only problem is that, writing is not your thing. Article marketing has been proven to be one of the most effective methods in endorsing an online business. It has pulled generous traffic for many sites.

But not everyone can easily write articles with good content. Even professional writers have difficulty sometimes in writing informative and quality articles. If you have the interest, here are some steps that you can follow in order to construct a good article that will surely attract readers.

1. Come up with an interesting title. An interesting title is something that will tell your readers what they will get from reading your article. State it in a direct manner. "How To" articles are one of the popular searches in the internet. It is a good way to start your titles with that.

2. It has also been observed that readers are drawn to read articles with titles that involve odd numbers. It will be interesting to consider this in your titles as well. You can probably state 7 ways to... or 5 tips on...

3. Address your article to one person. Most people are interested to read something which they feel is written for them. The pronoun "you" makes more impact than the use of them or everyone. If you address your article to a particular reader, it becomes more personal and the reader will feel that you are directly talking to him.

4. Make sure that you get your readers attention in the introductory sentence of your paragraph. If a reader thinks that your first few lines are boring, he will look for other interesting articles to read. To avoid this, develop a striking opening statement that will make readers want to read more.

5. Define your ideas and present them in an organize way. A well written article does not mean that it has all the topics a person can think of. Better identify about three to five ideas and present each idea in a paragraph. It will allow you to have more focus on what you are writing and the reader will not find your article too overwhelming with information.

6. Complete your article with an invitation for your reader to take action. Here is where your resource box comes in. Put a link that your reader can click on to access your site. Provide valuable information about you and your line of business. And take advantage of the few lines you can include in the box to lure readers to check out your website.

Why Use Articles In Marketing Your Online Business?

Well written Articles are now used to generate more traffic for a particular online business, this is called Article marketing.

The articles posted do not necessarily provide direct information about the products or services that the business is offering but should contain helpful information related to the company's line of business.
If the site sells children's toys, you can write about how toys affect the development of children. But how do this article help generate traffic to your site? Below are the different reasons why informative articles provide the extra edge to online businesses that implements this method.

1.Well written articles trigger readers' interests. If you have an article with valuable content, many people will read it and even spread it. Therefore, you will be able to reach more people and this thing becomes viral in nature. Reaching more people means generating more traffic to your site.

2.You can advertise your site for free by submitting your informative article to article directories, here are some of the high ranking sites

Ezine Articles
Idea Marketers
iSnare
Go Articles
Article City

Make sure that you have embedded links that will direct the reader to your site. You can also promote your site through the reference box that is usually allowed with the articles. It should contain details about you, your business and what your site has to offer. Have your business URL or website included so that the readers can easily access it if ever they are interested. Think about the savings you have made in terms of paying for PPC campaign or Pay per Click advertising expense
3.It increases your link popularity. This is another factor considered by search engines in ranking results. Informative articles can directly help your site achieve the level of link popularity needed for your site to gain higher ranking in the search engine's list. Each time a site posts or shares your article (provided it has a link on it) the site becomes your link partner. The more link partner you gain the more "votes" you will have which makes your site more valuable and will be considered top rank.

Well written articles also generate good image for your site. If you have a good reputation, people will trust your products and business as a whole. This will encourage more readers and potential customers to visit your site which can mean good business conversion for you.

Tips On Writing Effective Articles

One of the best ways to endorse your site is to use article marketing. Many sites have benefited from this marketing strategy. It is quite simple because the articles don't have to contain too much promotion for the site's product or business. The topic doesn't have to be about why product X is better than Y or about the wonders of that particular item.

These can be articles that contain information about related topics on the site's line of business. One good article example may be about the "Top ten camping sites" to endorse an online business that deals with outdoor gear
In order for an article to successfully connect to your site, it has to catch the attention of the readers. Here are some tips on how to come up with an effective article suited for article marketing. If you are not confident of your writing skills, you can hire freelance writers to do it for you.

1.Start with a good title. A good title will entice the readers to read the article. Most of the titles that grab attention are those that start with "How to..." and "Tips on..." People want to read about something informative. Titles which start with these words are captivating. It suggests that they will gain something from it.

Be specific with your title as well. Tell your readers the benefits of reading your article. Long titles are OK right as long as it conveys a direct thought. It is not recommended to come up with very long titles though as it may mislead the message of the entire article.

2.Write good content that is interesting to read. Although it is a plus to have a good title, content is still the most significant part of the article. Make sure that the idea you want to present are organized and are presented in an orderly manner. Information is only interesting if the readers understand what the writer is trying to say.

3.Check your grammar, spelling and the rest of your articles at least twice. It is better if you have someone that can check it for you. If you check your own work, there is a huge possibility that you will overlook some of your mistakes. If someone else will do it for you, he will surely be more meticulou
The success of an article depends on the number of readers it generates. So grab their attention with your titles and make sure that they continue reading with your impressive content.

Use Article Marketing To Stay Competitive Online

Access to information has opened a lot of doors for entrepreneurs. It allowed them to do business online and reach a greater number of people through establishing a website.

This has enabled businesses to reach people from the different parts of the world without spending a lot on plane tickets and location campaign. But the online competition has also gone up to a higher level. With millions of pages on the same niche, it is difficult for most sites to make it to the top of the search engine's results.

It is important to develop a way to stay on top of the search engines to let your target market know of your existence on line. New online businesses are created every single day. If you don't take a competitive strategy, your site will be forgotten in a snap. Promoting your site through article marketing is a practical and effective way of ensuring that this does not happen.

Article marketing is a proven strategy that has been working for different sites today. It uses informative articles that talks about related topics regarding the company's line of business. If your company is into car distribution, you can provide informative articles about "summer maintaining tips for automobiles". You can also cite different safety precautions in driving on unfamiliar terrains. People usually search for interesting and informative articles to read.

Here are some simple tips on how to promote your site through articles

1. All you have to do is write an article related to your line of business.

2. Make sure that it has a good content, one that is interesting to read in order to invite more readers.

3. Include a link in the article that directs the readers back to your site. This way, the potential customer will have a glimpse of your site and may look around to do make a purchase.

The article is not the only thing that you should pay attention to. If you want to maximize article marketing, you also have to pay attention to the details included in the resource box. Make sure that you include the following information in the about you or your company

1. A link that leads directly to your site. Indicate your company's URL or complete website.

2. It should include your full name and your position.
Add striking description about your line of business. This has to be reflected in three sentences at most.

3. And finally, it should contain an invitation for the reader to take some action, whether to visit the site or contacting a business representative.

Good article marketing will help you establish a reputable online business. Try out with a few articles and master the basics, it's the best way to stay competitive.

Definition and Benefit of a Roth IRA

The Roth IRA is relatively new to the investment world, having only been on option since January 1, 1998. It was created as a result to the Taxpayers Relief Act in 1997 to help Americans better save for their retirement.

For some people (I generally think that in the long run, the Traditional IRA is the better bet for most people due to getting a tax break up front and anticipating lower wages and thereby lower taxes in retirement), the Roth IRA is a better choice for their investment needs than the older Traditional IRA for several reasons. Especially for military personnel who are on active duty in a war time situation, their compensation is tax free, and therefore any contribution they make to their Roth IRA is after tax dollars, even though they were not taxed on their earnings.

A Roth IRA can also be especially beneficial to the entrepreneur that anticipates higher wages in retirement due to past business activities that pay off in retirement as passive income. But for most of the W-2 type earners, the traditional IRA works out better in the long. But without further ado, let's look at some things with regard to Roth IRA
The Benefits

1. All qualified contributions are made with after-tax dollars and therefore all monies in the account, including earnings can be withdrawn tax free with certain provision
2. Contribution eligibility is not restricted by active participation in an employer's retirement plan.

3. The minimum distribution rules don't apply. Unlike the traditional IRA, you don't have to draw on your Roth IRA at age 70, which means your earnings continue to grow tax-free.

4. You can take certain early distributions without paying any early distribution penaltie
Contributions

1. If you are under the age 50, you can donate as much as $4,000 in 2007, and $5,000 in 2008.

2. If you are over age 50, you can donate as much as $5,000 in 2007, and $6,000 in 2008.

Eligibility

1. You or your spouse must have compensation income equal to the amount you have contributed.

2. Your modified adjusted gross income can't exceed certain limits. For the maximum contribution, the limits are $99,000 for single persons and $156,000 for married individuals filing joint returns. These dollar amounts apply through 2007.

So if you meet these eligibility requirements, and hope to make more money later in life, it may be to your advantage to invest in a Roth IRA vs a Traditional IRA. If possible, you may consider using both options.

Credit Repair is generally the process of bringing "back to life" your credit history and raising your credit score. Credit repair is the process of restoring your financial reputation. Credit repair is completely legal as long as you follow the rules and guidelines provided by The "Fair Credit Reporting Act". The "legal" steps to credit repair include

* Obtaining a copy of your credit report.

You are entitled to a "free" copy of your credit report once a year from Annual Credit Report, or you can buy a credit report from one of the three major reporting agencies - Equifax, TransUnion, or Experian.

* Review the list of negative entries.

Be sure to carefully review the entries, and focus on the negative items that are of longer duration, e.g. 90 day items are more important than 30 day item
* Look for disputable items.

Anything you have paid or that is incorrect/misrepresented in the credit report is disputable. Victims of identity theft and other scams will probably find many disputable item
* Call the Creditor.

Sometimes, you may call in to a creditor and engage in someone over the phone that will be easy to work with. You can explain the situation, and ask them to remove the negative item from your report. Some of them will, others won't. If they say no, ask to talk to their supervisor to see if they will remove the item. If the answer is still no, cordially hang up the phone and move on to the next item. Repeat this step for all disputable item
* Dispute the negative items.

If calling the creditor is unsuccessful, you may dispute the item with credit bureaus. Simply run a google search for "credit bureaus", pick some of the top ones, and use their online dispute forms to complete the request. Alternatively, you may check the phone book for credit bureaus, and send them a detailed letter outlining the reason for the dispute, and mail it to them.

* If all else fails, hire a credit repair company.

There are many to choose from, but beware of companies that bend or break the law to repair your credit. Companies that use terms like "debt elimination" have a knack for operating contrary to the law. More to follow in a future post.

Credit repair is possible, even probable if it is done properly and with patience. Using these steps will help set you back on the road to credit worthiness.

Negative Moods And Your Health

Most of us are not really aware that our moods and attitudes play a very vital role in our health. If we are happy and relaxed, we will tend to be healthier. On the contrary, we will less healthy if we are in a state of depression or under stres
Your negative moods can cause illness. They will make your body a lot easier to have diseases and you will find that it is a lot harder to deal with the diseases.

Most doctors agree that it will take you longer to recover from illness if you are depressed. Depression will be an obstacle in the healing process. According to a study, it is found that after a heart attack, depressed people will have a higher possibility of passing away after half a year. It is also found that people who are depressed will generally need more healthcare and medication.

One thing you may not be well aware is that, people who have no friends will need to deal with the pressure they are facing all alone. This is in fact not good for health. As a matter of fact they are actually forced to deal with the pressure on their own.

It is commonly known that support from family members and friends are very important when we are under stress. We need someone who is willing to listen to us when we are under stress or pressure. You should also know that sometimes it is good for us to listen to the problems of the others. It will make use understand that our own problem may not be that big compared with the others.

However, the sad fact is that the world is full of stress. There are a lot of things that can annoy us in the cities. Do you sometimes feel that we are always in rushes? We tend to work for very long hours and we do not really have time to be relaxed. We are in a rush even if we are on vacation! Besides, the bills and our expenses will put extra pressure to us. It can be sure that the stress will lead to problems to our health. It is only a matter of time! As a result, we should try to cope with the problem before it is too late.

It is generally agreed that exercising is a good way to cope with the problem. If possible, we should have less alcohol. We should stay away from smoking. You should try to be relaxed especially when you are not at work. At the end of the day, we are human beings but not robots.

The Debate Over Buying a New or Used Car

Deciding whether to buy a new or a used car can be difficult. When considering your options, which of these three do you fall under

1. I am looking for a particular car, and am not concerned with its depreciated value over time.
2. I am looking for a balance between investment value and features/preferences.
3. I am looking for a car that will retain the highest value possible over time.

There are distinct advantages and disadvantages no matter which way you choose to go. But let's look at my recommendations based on the above categories. If you fall into Category 1, you should buy a new car, and drive it for years to come. The key thing here is, that you do not sell you car within the first two years, as new cars lose 60-70% of their value during this time. You should expect less maintenance costs with a new car, but I highly recommend obtaining a great warranty package as well to further reduce your maintenance costs, the point being that since you will be making a car payment, you want to have as few unforeseen costs as possible.

If you fall into Category 2, your decision is the toughest. You will most likely want to buy a used car, looking to take advantage of the first owner's loss in value, but not too old (maybe only 2-4 years old). But, you also have preferences, such as how large the vehicle needs to be to suit your family, bad weather performance capabilities, gas mileage, and aesthetics like color, interior type, etc. This will instantly narrow your list of potential candidates to choose from, and you may want to consider buying a dealer authorized pre-owned vehicle. You may still end up with a car payment, but you will have the satisfaction of retaining the value of your vehicle longer, and the advantage of a dealer warranty and inspection/guarantee. For many middle income families, this is a very popular and often chosen method.

Category 3 is where I fall. This type of person is looking for maximum value and Return-On-Investment (ROI). They will buy an old car (I usually buy cars that are 10-15 years old) that has high mileage and only a small blue book value. Many times I will buy my cars for around $2,000-$3,000 in cash. I have no car payments, high gas mileage, and low car insurance costs because old cars aren't worth much. Maintenance costs tend to be a little higher, but still far less than a car payment every month. The key here is to choose a reliable vehicle, and my personal preference is to go with small 4 cylinder Hondas. My last Honda Civic lasted about 3-4 years and was pretty reliable, with only a handful of maintenance problems. Hondas run forever (many people putting 200,000+ miles on them) and are known for their lack of maintenance nightmare
In closing, I recommend buying an old used car, paying with cash, and driving the car for as long as possible. You will be able to take advantage of someone else losing all the value of the car due to depreciation, you will not have a car payment, and your car insurance costs will be less due to the lower value of the vehicle. It just makes the best sense financially speaking.

Benefits Of Artificial Plants In Today's Lifestyle

Artificial plants seem to go against the morals and beliefs of the common nature fanatic. At first it would seem that artificial plants only appeal to a small percent of the population, since those of us with green thumbs opt for real plants and the rest probably have little interest in the matter. As reason would have it, it seems artificial plants aren't so left in the dark as previously thought. The benefits of having an artificial plant can often far outweigh buying real counterpart
Common Benefits of Buying Artificial Plants

The human body can be very odd at times. This hypothesis is supported by the fact that with no given indication, our bodies can become allergic to certain substances as time wears on. Allergens are very common in aggravating the body's defenses in Spring and Fall seasons- and we can thank the plant for that. But the beauty of plants can be enjoyed from afar, as artificial plants that are non-allergenic can be purchased as a supplement for nature lover
Artificial plants tend to cost less, on average, since they should last indefinitely with perfect conditions. Real plants commonly perish within a few years time. Of course repotting and growing new shoots of flowers and shrubs can save the cost associated with real plants, but this arduous task can be stressful and time consuming. Certainly, the artificial plant is best for the on the go lifestyle more and more people seem to posses
The time and care necessary for nurturing a plant is nonexistent with artificial plants. Whereas daily watering and even some pruning is needed with real plants, artificial plants should have little to no upkeep. It is sometimes necessary to remove dust from fake plants on occasion, but this act consumes far less time than even one day of watering and pruning.

Uncommon Benefits Achieve Through Purchasing Artificial Plants

Artificial plants have a few pitfalls, but make up for their shortcomings in several ways. While real plants often have invigorating scents, fake plants have plastic or synthetic scents that lack a desirable aroma. But artificial plants with special scents applied to them can be purchased- effectively making them just like a real plant. The scent is bound to diminish eventually, in which case a reapplication of the scent can keep it going strong.

Another downfall is the fact that artificial plants don't always look real. This has changed in recent years, as fake plants are being made of more organic-like materials. Some of the more expensive fake plants can even mimic the real counterpart down to the very vein in each leaf. Although the initial cost may be high, artificial plants have long shelf lives, and the beauty of the plant will pay off in the coming year
Final Thoughts on Artificial Plants

Artificial plants have great use in today's busy household. Most humans naturally have a love for nature, and this yearning can't always be satisfied with hectic schedules and lack of time to care for real plants. In that case, artificial plants have begun to gain popularity as more and more people find that they don't have the time for proper plant care.

Having the benefit of a plant indoors and outdoors is compounded knowing that the stress associated with plant care is nonexistent. Finally consumers and home owners can relax and enjoy nature for its synthetic beauty- not stress over caring and tending to the shortcomings of nature's needs.

Tips For Successful Handicapping Sports Bets

To get the best return on investment in betting, professionals resort to what is called handicapping. Handicapping is the process of researching and analyzing a certain sport to the point where you should be able to make an educated guess on how they will perform. In that case, you have the upper hand when going to the sports bookie to place your money and better chance at winning the bet on average.

Basics of Sports Handicapping

Getting in on the handicapping business is tough for newcomers. The professionals of the industry either don't want to let their secrets to handicapping out, or want to charge a hefty fee for their method of attack.

There are, however, ways to get free handicapping guides. Scouring the Internet for such systems can usually turn up a healthy amount of results, but they aren't always legit or dependable. In that case, it is sometimes better to learn the process of sports handicapping through careful trial and error.

The only problem for most betting enthusiasts is that sports handicapping can be a full-time job. Careful analysis of numbers, trends, and correlations must be constantly studied to maintain a good return on investment and odds of winning. If the hours per bet required to make an educated decision isn't available, you may have to employ the use of a profession handicapper.

What to Look for In a Professional Handicapper

Sport handicapping is a full time job for most, meaning that the services of sport handicapping professionals don't always come cheap. It isn't uncommon to pay a few hundred dollars per month for advice and strategies professional handicappers provide.

The main goal in hiring a sports handicapper is to ensure their credibility. Ask to see any references or about any means of contacting their satisfied customers. Asking to see their past picks and analyzing their success rate is also a good way to verify trust within a sports handicapper.

But as the saying goes, there is no such thing as a sure thing. Likewise, sports handicappers will not be able to predict the outcome of every sport correctly each and every time. In fact, the majority of many sports handicappers might only have a 50%-60% success rate, depending on their specialization and skill set.

Free Alternatives to Sports Handicapping Services

As mentioned previously, the Internet has enabled some sports handicappers to offer their services for free. The problem is finding credible resources and experts in the industry that are willing to give up the information.

In exchange for free sports handicapping, most experts claim they can offer their services in exchange for displaying money-making ads or advertising premium sports picking services. Other services send out the picks in newsletters, which are slightly laced with advertisers and special offer
The ads are a small price to pay, however, considering the normal going rate for a professional sports handicapper can be quite expensive. As one begins to learn from free services offered on the Internet, the ability of making educated guesses on sports matches becomes easier as time progresses meaning the need for a sports handicapping service is nonexistent in the first place.

Sports handicapping can still be a very risky and dangerous business. It is recommended that any betting be done with money that you can afford to lose. Certainly avoid going into gambling fits that addicts do all too often. After all betting should be a leisure activity, not an affliction.

Short History Of The Bicycle

The bicycle, bike or cycle is a human-powered vehicle that is driven by foot pedals. It has a basic frame with two wheels attached to it, one after the other. Almost 1.4 billion people in the world use this vehicle, and is obviously one of the most popular and cost-effective vehicles in use today. Not only is it an important and popular means of transport, but also an effective recreational tool. It has several uses such as police and military applications, courier services and cycling sports as well as adult fitness equipment.

Introduced in the 19th century in Europe, bicycle has a host of innovators and inventors credited to its name. The bicycle is supposed to originate from the human-powered vehicle called Draisines. This was introduced to the people in Paris in 1818 by German Baron Karl von Drais. Kirkpatrick MacMillan made an upgrade to this vehicle by adding a mechanical crank drive that as used to drive the vehicle. Thus, the modern `bicycle` came into being.

The French inventors Pierre Michaux and Pierre Lallement designed a high-seated and big front-wheeled bicycle (ordinary bicycle, as it was formally called) that wasn`t much preferred as of its bad weight distribution. The dwarf ordinary bicycle mended these faults but the front oversized wheel remained a problem to be solved. J.K. Starley`s 1885 Rover was the first modern bicycle in its true sense with even wheels and a proper seat.

The modern bicycle has many parts. They may be jotted down as follows.

Frame - Every bicycle today has a `diamond` frame, where the front triangle consists of the head tube, top tube, down tube and seat tube. The rear triangle consists of the seat tube and chain stays as well as seat stays. The basic of bicycle frames is to have high strength yet low weight so as to optimize the energy of the rider to the fullest. Women`s bicycles generally have a step-through frame. This defines that the top tube is absent as it allows the rider (usually a woman) to mount and dismount in a dignified way while wearing a skirt or dress.

Drivetrain - The pedals which rotate the arms of the mechanical crank and chain rings and the brackets, all are elements of the drivetrain. They are used for gears and other related functions in the bicycle.

Handlebars - The handlebars are one of the most important parts of a bicycle. Upright handlebars are used in normal bicycles while dropped handlebars are used in racing and mountaineering bicycles. The latter are used because they give aerodynamic steering and speed to the biker.

Saddles - The saddles are varying depending on the journey and preference of the rider. Cushioned ones are usually used for short journeys while narrower ones are meant to give more space for leg swing
Brakes - Modern bicycle brakes are usually rim brakes that use friction pads to de-intensify speed. There are also internal hub brakes that have friction pads within the hubs that halt a speeding bicycle. Disc brakes are used on mountain, racing etc bicycles that need braking to be immediate and accurate.

Suspension - A bicycle has suspension to guard itself from the hard roads and also provide comfort to the rider who has to face the rough road.

Wheels - Wheels are necessary for a bicycle to run and reach its destination. Sizes, shapes and powerful wheels vary as per the rider`s needs and choice.

Cities such as Lyon, Barcelona and Paris have used bicycling schemes to good effect. The journey of the bicycle with the human race has been long and important, and will continue to lengthen as long as the human race still exists!

Digital Photography - The Digital Age Is Here, Don't Get Left Out!

Taking Photographs has been one of the best ways to help us re capture those treasured moments from the past for a long time now, and if anything today this is even more true. The advances in technology over the last decade have made picture taking so, so much easier and convenient pretty much anywhere and in any situation. Thanks to the digital age and the digital camera, people are taking pictures more and more often, whether it's of their children, loved ones, there pets, vacations or just of plain funny situations they find them selves in.

The other reason why picture taking is becoming more and more common among our fellow citizens of the world is the pricing of today's digital cameras. Once upon a time only rich people could afford to buy a digital camera, but today with the constant evolution of technology the price of a reasonably good digital camera is at the reach of pretty much all of us.

Just take a trip to your local electronics store you'll see that there are plenty to choose from at reasonable prices. Generally once you know which camera you want to buy, you would do good to do some searches online, since normally you'll be able to get a better price, you might want to read up on some digital camera reviews too while your at it.

A digital camera gives you so much more control that once you've got used to it, you simply won't know how you ever managed with a traditional film camera. To start with, the digital display on the camera allows you to see how the picture looks, if the picture didn't work out, you can just delete it and try again. This means that you no longer have to move on with out knowing whether or not you got that perfect picture.

But the real advantage of using a digital camera is the actual digital format the pictures are saved in it self. Since the photos are digital you can transfer them to a whole range of digital devices and what's even more important, you can transfer them to a computer where you can edit the photos in ways totally an imaginable with the old non digital photo
Maybe you don't want all of the outer area of your photo, you can simple remove it and make the image bigger so that it's the same size. Or maybe your flash has left your best friend looking like a vampire! You can remove the red eye in minutes and no one will ever know. And that's just scraping the surface of what you can do, Digital photo editing has become an art in it self!

The digital age combined with the internet, is changing the way humans interact. Digital photography and digital video is more and more common everyday. Even pretty much all mobile phones have their own digital camera these days, if you haven't got a digital camera yet, you are really missing out. Whether you like it or not, change is the most common factor in our world, you can either get with it, or get left behind.

Considering A Colorado White Water Rafting Trip? Read This First!

Have you been eyeing the opportunity to take a Colorado rafting trip for a while now? Colorado is one of, if not the best place to go rafting in the world, so it's understandable. Of cause you'll need to make a number of arrangements before leaving, after all, once you get there you're need a good hotel to stay in.

It's no secret that Colorado white water rafting trips are extremely popular. There perfect for people who thrive on adventure and the sensation that comes with speeding down rapids. The incredible surroundings you will encounter down Colorado's rivers, is breathtaking and the rapids are really something else. However, the experience can be even better if you choose the right hotel or in the case of camping, the right tour company.

People often don't put to much thought into where they will stay on these trips they are often content to just have a roof over their heads, even if that's just canvas. They are more concerned with their daily rafting activities. However for some people, maybe more so if they are repeat visitors, there comfort after a action packed day of rafting is more important and this is when a little planning and research into the best hotels and tour companies is required.
First off you will need to decide just how much money you are wiling to pay for your accommodation. If you'll be staying in hotels, the closer to the location where you're be rafting they are, generally the more expensive they will be. And of cause the services offered by each hotel will also depend greatly on how much you pay. The more in advance you can make your arrangements the better, you can sometimes save money on your hotel fees if you book in advance and of cause you'll have less danger of the hotels in the area being all ready full.

Another thing you need to consider is where you're going to eat. You may want to eat out, maybe you'll prepare your own food, or maybe you'll want to go back to the hotel to eat, in which case, you'll want to make sure your hotel has a diner.

So many people put little thought into this, and end up in a hotel much worse in terms of quality than they had originally envisioned. It's no secret that the accommodation of a trip often terns out to be the deciding factor on whether or not the trip is successful in providing an enjoyable time for you and anyone else you may bring with you.

For this reason, before choosing a hotel you should do some research into the different hotels your looking at. See how others have found their stays to be in the hotels in question. Do some searches online and in travel magazines, you should be able to find some unbiased user feed back.

As said before, try and reserve your hotel well in advance, not only could you possibly say some money, but you also stand a much better chance of getting a better room. With a little planning your Colorado white water trip can truly be the vacation of a life time. Happy Rafting.

The Best Home Based Business Opportunities

Often I am asked what is the best home based business? And this is a topic which usually means what will make me the most money. The best business is not simply down to money.

People who chase money soon find they have no money. There has to be something bigger to what you really want. The best place to start is why do you want the money in the first place? Usually you will find it is to live a certain lifestyle or to buy certain things. Working from this point of understanding we have a much better place to work from then simply wanting money.

Finding the best home business comes down to your needs, skills, and abilities. You have certain skills which you are the only person who can do it best. You also have a passion. This is something which you really love to do, and time flie
When you take your passion and your skills, you have an explosive combination. In fact this combination puts you right into the minority of truly successful people. There is nothing like doing what you love. After all doing something for money soon becomes a chore, and doing something you love very easily never seems like work, but rather like a lot of fun.

So now we understand that when we take passion and skill and add them together, we have potential to truly realize what we want to do. Life is willing to pay people to do what they love to do. We see this time and time again. Bill Gates of Microsoft left mathematics to pursue his vision and passion, and ultimately became the richest man in the world. Rock stars, movies stars, writers and others are living with passion and earning a lot more then they would have been if they simply worked for money.

One of the best questions you can ask yourself is If I gave you right now a million bucks, what would you be doing after all that spending? This question really helps get to the key of the best home based business to get into.

The next step is the actually find the best home business for you. There are many home based business opportunities available today, and you can find success with them. The process begins with researching home business opportunities which match your skill and passion then looking into them further to see if they meet your criteria.

The process of research can take time, and it is for a very good reason why it should take time. If you are going to be spending your whole life or at least the next 5, 10, 20 years on this business opportunity, you want to make sure that it is the best home based business for you.

One suggestion I can offer you is not to leave your current day job until you start making money which meets your living expenses for at least 3 months. This way you will still be able to live your current lifestyle until your home business picks up. There is a major test on the road the success, and even the best home based businesses can not promise to give you instant success and deliver, it takes time to succeed.

A home business is one of the greatest things that you can undertake. There is nothing like doing what you love, to the point that it simply does not feel like you are working, but are having fun. In that sense I have not worked but played for years, and have an amazing life. You can have an amazing life as well with the best home based business for your needs. All it takes is the persistence to live the life of your dreams, then committing to live that vision.

Healthy Lifestyles, Unhealthy Evolutions - Idealist Chairman Mao to Now

Healthy lifestyles would not have suggested you be a capitalist in 1948 Shanghai when Chairman Mao came to power. And history well knows indeed, for the decade to succeed, it was off with their lives, a million bullets a month, for those months to proceed. By 1950, the Panda was so secure in its new throne, while North Korea was a distraction, it took over Tibet. And while we all huffed and we puffed, and defended Seoul to the end.

Korea, unlike far away Tibet, was on a peninsula so easy to defend. Our navy supreme, it would be impossible, obscene, that we be thrown back into the sea at that small south eastern corner. So, we showed them our stuff, landed by guff, near Seoul and have held it since there, that's enough. We went up to Manchurian borders, China rushed us back by our bluff. So we have massive borders and will not sign any agreement that bans land mines.

Do we really seriously need to be so afraid? Of these poor starving people, who may attack us again any moment while they forage for scraps of food, they may come back at us yet. Dick Cheney assures us, be very, very afraid of North Korea, that mighty menace. They are a menace, but will not get through our net. Are we nervous, or paranoid, or silly to the world? If that indeed apparently does not matter, then we take seriously that mad hatter, over there, as the next threat of the world. His people are starving, he relies on our stuff, but threatens us with weapons, and we take all his guff.

Saddam did not have this, and did not threaten us so. But he threatened my daddy, and he had to go. So on Mugabe, despot and foe, we sneer but ignore you, as you well now know. But the original Chairman, when he was young, had ideals less filled with hatred, as his Red Book as sung.

The idealistic Red Book of Chairman Mao I read in my university youth, and marveled at it's pure insight to basic human needs and trust. It was like reaching Confucian or Buddhist compassion and logic. Share your food with the people do not give them a fright. Always smile and hide your weapons when you enter a new village. Offer them, do not take from them. Prepare before you enter each village that you have foraged for food, some wild boar, some rice in a field, and bring it into the village with smiles, and hug their children.

For they are your newer, larger army, if you can be wise. And as you gather your kingdom, so will you rise. I am not sure those were his actual words, but I have most harmoniously tried to pass on what Chairman Mao, he who, in his young idealist years said in his Red Book to me. And to you.
