Bebo Tops Most Popular Website In The UK List
Social networking sites have taken over the world with pretty much everyone in the world being a member of one. The three most popular and well - known are Bebo, Facebook and Myspace. It is hard to believe that a couple years ago social networking was almost non existent whereas today the biggest website in the UK is one of these sites.
Bebo is the most popular website in the UK and unbelievably even bigger than Google. In August Bebo had 8.6 billion page impressions whereas Google had 8.45 billion. Even stranger is that these sites don't rely on search engine optimisation and clever search engine marketing to get visitors. In fact, if you type 'social networking website' into Google, Myspace doesn't feature until the second page and Bebo and Facebook aren't even on the first 10 pages.
Bebo was founded in January 2005 by husband and wife team Michael and Xochi Birch and can now be used in most countries around the world. It is unlikely that either Michael or Xochi knew anything about search engine marketing when they first started the site. It is more likely that they had an idea which took off and they never anticipated the success it was going to have.
With Bebo being the most popular website in the UK it is the first time ever that the largest site in the UK has been run by a company that is actually based in the UK. For those who are not familiar with the website, it is a high school and college social network site than makes it easy for high school and college students to stay in touch with their current friends, find long lost friends and meet new people. As well as this you can upload photos, write blogs, add applications and much more.
The popularity of these social networking sites is attracting the attention of advertisers who can see the massive potential to reach huge audiences. With 80 percent of people who use social networks having either talked about, commented on or reviewed a brand or product on an online forum, it's hardly surprising that advertisers are targeting them.
It is a wonder if these websites that defy all search engine marketing is going to change the way SEO works. It is evident that people aren't typing anything into search engines when they go onto these sites which means that search engine optimisation and search engine marketing aren't required.

Mesothelioma is A Terrible Disease
Mesothelioma is a rare and deadly form of lung cancer, and a diagnosis of Mesothelioma can often leave people wondering how and where they contracted such a terrible disease. The truth is that Mesothelioma is not like other forms of lung cancer, which can be caused by exposure to things like soot, smoke, and smog. Instead, Mesothelioma can only be caused by exposure to a material known as asbestos.
Asbestos is a very dangerous material, in that it cases several kinds of lung disease including the Mesothelioma cancer. The dangers of the material were discovered over two decades ago, and the use of the material itself was banned by the United States government in 1989, making it illegal to include asbestos in new constructions.
Unfortunately, the ban on using asbestos in new buildings did not extend to necessitating the removal of asbestos in existing constructions, and so the material remains present in many buildings in Rhode Island and elsewhere in the United States. This means that even in buildings that have previously been safe, a falling ceiling tile or other damage can cause asbestos to become exposed and the threat of Mesothelioma for the residents or employees of the building rises greatly.
Asbestos is so dangerous because of the microscopic fibers that make it up. These fibers can be easily dislodged and once they are, they hang in the air and can be breathed in by anyone passing through them. These fibers then lodge in the lungs of the people who breathe them in, and cannot be removed from the lung tissues once they have found their way there. The fibers irritate the lining of the lungs as time goes on, and anywhere from just a couple of years later to as many as ten or more years later, cancerous cells can grow up over the fibers, causing Mesothelioma in the victims.
Adding to the danger is the fact that Mesothelioma can be hard to diagnose because the early symptoms are very similar to the symptoms of pneumonia. Early Mesothelioma symptoms include a dry cough in some cases, as well as pain or difficulty when breathing and/or pain in the chest. If you have ever been exposed to asbestos, or if you worked in an industry like construction, or if you have ever been in the United States military, you should ask your doctor if it is possible that your symptoms are actually Mesothelioma. He or she will be able to help you confirm a Mesothelioma diagnosis and you can get the treatment that you will need to extend your life and to keep you comfortable.
Mesothelioma is especially dangerous if you do not get diagnosed as quickly as possible, so it is best to be overly cautious with things like difficulty breathing than to allow a misdiagnosis to shorten your life and cause both you and your family the additional pain of a late diagnosis and difficulties with treatments.
If you have been diagnosed with this kind of cancer, then your next move should be to use this to locate a Mesothelioma lawyer to help you file your case and get some sort of justice for the pain and suffering that the negligence of another is causing you to endure. It is not your fault that you were exposed, and it should not be up to you to fully bear the burden of Mesothelioma, either emotionally or financially.
Although you may be hesitant to call upon legal counsel for your needs, you will discover that your treatment can be very expensive as it is for any kind of cancer, and you will soon require additional treatments and care that can become a heavy burden for your family to bear. A Mesothelioma lawyer can help you to file your Mesothelioma lawsuit and to potentially reach a beneficial Mesothelioma settlement with as little trouble as possible, allowing you to enjoy your life and spend time with your loved ones while providing for your own care and for their lives after you are gone.
It is difficult to consider hiring a Mesothelioma attorney when you are so overwhelmed with the other things going on in your life right now, however you should not have to bear this alone, and a Mesothelioma lawyer will help you to ensure that negligent employers are brought to justice and that both you and your family get the care that you want, need, and deserve, now and for the future. It may not be an easy decision to make, but it is one that will benefit you in the long run.

Articles - One Of The Quickest Ways To Your Customers' Wallet
One way of promoting your website and product can be achieved for free. As an additional bonus, this "free" method can boost your sites and sales, doubling and even tripling your income.
Articles. One of the easiest ways to promote your website in order to generate traffic and increase your earnings.
How does this work?
Write articles relating to your website and submit them to "free content" submission sites. Easy to do, takes little time and can increase your website traffic, sales and of course, your income.
How can article writing boost traffic and income?
The article on the free content site contains a link to your own website. Readers, after reading your articles, may choose to click on the link and pay you an unexpected visit. Having them on the free content sites is also making these articles available to other webmasters who may wish to publish that article on their site.
If they do, your article will include a link back to your site. And anyone who reads the article on that site can still click on the link to visit your site.
As the list of your published articles grow larger, and more and more of them are appearing on different websites, the total number of links to your site increases also. Major search engines are placing a lot of significance on incoming links to websites so they can determine the importance of a certain site.
The more incoming links the website has, the more importance search engines attaches to it. This will then increase your website's placement in the search results.
If you site is into promoting a product or service, the links that your articles have achieved will mean more potential customers for you. Even if visitors only browse through, you never know if they might be in need of what you are offering in the future.
There are also those who already have specific things they need on their mind but cannot decide yet between the many choices online. Chances are, they may stumble upon one of your articles, gets interested by the contents you wrote, go to your site and became enticed by your promotions. See how easy that is?
Search engines do not just index the websites, they also index published articles. They also index any article that is written about your own website's topic. So once someone searches for that same topic, the list of results will have your site or may even show the articles that you have written.
And to think, no effort on your part was used to bring them to your site. Just your published articles and the search engine
It is no wonder why many webmasters are suddenly reviving their old writing styles and taking time to write more articles about their site than doing other means of promotion.
Getting their site known is easier if they have articles increasing their links and traffic and making it accessible for visitors searching the internet. Since many people are now taking their buying needs online, having your site on the search engines through your articles is one way of letting them know about you and your business.
The good thing with articles is that you can write about things that people would want to know about. This can be achieved in the lightest mood but professional manner, with a little not-so-obvious sales pitch added.
If you think about it, only a few minutes of your time is spent on writing one article and submitting to free content site. In the shortest span of time also, those are distributed to more sites than you can think of. Even before you know what is happening, you are getting more visitors than you previously had.
If you think you are wasting your time writing these articles, fast forward to the time when you will see them printed and wide-spread on the internet. Not to mention the sudden attention and interest that people are giving your website and your products or services.
Try writing some articles and you will be assured of the sudden surge in site traffic, link popularity and interest. Before you know it, you will be doubling and even tripling your earnings.
Nothing like getting benefits for something you got for free.

4 Easy Ways To Get Your Opt In Subscribers To Trust You Quickly
While the rest of the world have developed many barriers and protections to keep their e-mail accounts spam-free, there are also those that subscribe to mails that promotes their products, services and their site. This is mainly because these subscribes wants to know more about what these sites are offering and can be beneficial for them. They expect to get be kept posted on what they are interested in and what are new in the market or field they have chosen.
Businesses would be so lucky to have these kinds of customers the basic element needed to get these types of people is trust. When your customers trust you they will reward you with their loyalty. Many internet users have gone to great lengths in protecting their email accounts from spam mail. Some free-mail internet providers and internet service providers offer spam protection while there are also some internet based companies that screen your mails for you.
With an opt-in mail list, the mails you send containing your promotional materials such as newsletters, catalogs and marketing media will go through. Your intended recipient will be able to read and view what you have sent making it a successful transfer of information. To be able to be allowed to do so, you will need permission from your recipient, to get this permission you need to be able to get their trust. With the great lack of disregard for privacy in the internet, getting the trust of an internet user you don't personally know is a big achievement.
To build a good opt-in list you need people to trust you, for a faster and quicker build up, you need to get your opt-in subscribers to trust you quickly. The faster you build your opt-in list the faster word about your site and company gets to be spread. The bigger the scope of your opt-in list the more traffic you get spelling more profits. Its easy math if you thin about it. Getting the numbers is not that simple though, or maybe it is?
1. Getting the trust of your clientele shouldn't be so hard especially if you do have a legitimate business. Getting your customers trust should be based upon your expertise. People rely on other people who know what they are talking about. Garner all the knowledge and information about your business. Ell, frankly if you decide to go into a business most probably you have an interest in it. Like how many basketball payers become coaches, you don't really venture into something you don't have any interest in.
2. Show your clients that you know what you are talking about. Provide them with helpful hints and guidelines that pertain to what you are selling. Talk about how to install a roof if your into hardware products or provide articles on insurance settlements if you're a settlement lawyer. You don't have to be a big corporation to make use of an opt-in list. If your customers see you as someone who knows what he is doing and saying, they will trust you quickly.
3. Be true to your customers, if you want to hype up your products and services, provide guarantees. The more satisfied customers you get, the bigger probability there is that they will recommend you.
Generally, people will trust someone they know, when that someone recommends you then you're a shoo-in. They will go to your site and check it for themselves and be given a chance to experience what the other shave experienced from you, so make sure to be consistent in the service you provide.
4. Another tip in getting a customer to trust you quickly is to provide them an escape hatch. Show them that you are not there to trap them. Keep a clean list that would enable them to unsubscribe anytime they want. Elaborate your web form by providing information on how to unsubscribe from the list. Guarantee them that they can let go of the service when ever they want to. Many are wary that they may be stuck for life and would have to abandon their email accounts when they get pestered with spam.
Remember that when you get the trust of your clients don't lose that trust. Because if you do anything with their email addresses like sell them or give them out, you will lose many members of your list as ell as potential members. The true quickest way to gain the trust of your subscribers is when you are recommended by someone they trust.

Five Ways To Help Your Customers Spend More
Making money is always a good thing - especially when you're in business for yourself. But although you might see an initial jump in your profits when you're running an online business, keeping those profits moving in the upward direction is not always as simple as it seems. In order to continue to grow your business, you need to find ways to help and to encourage your customers to spend more when they are on your website. Here are some of the most common and most effective ways to do thi
Offer Regular Sales
People like to save money, even if it means spending money along the way. When you offer regular sales, customers will see that they are going to be able to spend less on the items they want often causing these customers to buy more to stock up until you have another sale. Try to hold regular sales so that your customers understand that you will be discounting items each week so that they come back to see exactly what is on sale. The only trick is that you don't want to look as though your prices are never steady. Try to limit your sales to one to five items each week to continuously keep your customers guessing as to what you will mark down next.
Offer Additional Items with Purchase
Create specials in which the customer buys one thing and then can get something else for a discounted price when they pay full price for the first item. One of the popular deals is to offer a one dollar item with the purchase of one regularly priced item. Or you might want to offer a certain item for free when the customer spends so much money during a single transaction. In either case, they are going to be spending more than they originally planned to spend because of that extra item. This ends up making a nice profit for you in the end.
Give Discounts to Regular Customers
If you have customers that come back again and again or you sell products that need to be refilled, be sure to offer some sort of discount to these loyal customers. Perhaps they can get a coupon off their next visit if they make a purchase with you. Or you might want to establish a system in which they get points for each purchase and then these points can be redeemed for discounts. Loyal customers are the ones that you really need to work hard to keep as they can provide you with years of profit
Encourage Add-Ons at the End
When the customer is starting the check out process, you might want to include advertisements for items that will go well with items in their shopping cart. This is sort of like the little knick knacks that you always see when you're out shopping. Strategically placed by the register, these items are things that the customer might need, but since they're so easy to pick out as they're wrapping up their shopping, they're more inclined to buy at that point. If you are selling clothing, you might want to offer accessories or perhaps a matching purse. Think of ways to add on sales to each order.
Make Shopping Quick and Easy
Of course, the faster you make shopping, the more likely your customers will come back to spend more. Online shopping is supposed to be fun and simple. If you can expedite the shopping and the check out process, you will encourage your customers to not only spend more, but also to come back again and again.

Rising Number Of Brits 'Paying Over The Odds' For Energy
Those moving into new homes are coming under increased financial pressure to the tune of millions of pounds every year, new figures show.
In findings released by SimplySwitch, consumers entering newly built accommodation are unknowingly paying out some 15 million pounds per annum as a result of receiving their gas through privatised pipelines. According to the company this is due to property developers turning to independent gas transporters (IGT) to lay pipes. While such a move reduces initial connection charges for property firms, this in turn increases costs for homeowners which could consequently impact upon their ability to make utility bills and secured loan repayment
Research from the company also showed that the majority (56 per cent) of those moving into a brand-new home are unaware of the higher costs that an IGT network can bring. Meanwhile, 96 per cent were not informed that they would be on such a set-up upon making the initial decision on whether to rent or purchase a property, "leaving them with no alternative but to pick up the additional costs long-term".
Karen Darby, founder of the price comparison website, said "Three out of the big six suppliers are currently charging their customers more for receiving their gas through an IGT network. These charges are often hidden, resulting in a higher unit rate and/or a yearly supplemental charge."
Ms Darby also pointed to further findings from SimplySwitch showing that more than half (54 per cent) are unaware as to what main gas network they are on and often do not realise this until they switch utility supplier. As a result, she stated that homeowners are "effectively picking up the tab for the developer year-on-year" with the money the property developer initially saved by opting for an IGT "unlikely" to be passed on to them via reductions in rent rates or property price
The SimplySwitch founder added that this could impact upon consumers' attempts at money management as "at present we are facing a situation whereby consumers on the same street may be paying much higher rates for their gas because of where they live". In addition, Ms Darby stated that more people may face more pressure on their capacity to pay utility bills and personal loans, as energy regulatory Ofgem predicted that more than one million homes and businesses will be connected to an IGT network by next year. She asserted that this number could rise even further given prime minister Gordon Brown's pledge to build three million new homes by 2020.
"In addition, some suppliers have started to exclude IGT customers from certain new tariffs coming on to the market such as capped, fixed or online and the choice of payment methods is limited. In an era of soaring energy prices it seems unfair that an increasing number of people are paying over the odds and are not receiving the same benefits of competition and choice," Ms Darby reported.
As a result, those worried about how they will be able to handle their finances due to rising utility costs and other areas of costs should perhaps consider taking out a debt consolidation loan as a solution to monetary difficulties. Earlier this year, research by moneysupermarket showed that 12.7 million Britons have opted for a personal loan to aid reducing their debts into one low-rate monthly repayment. However, the price comparison website warned borrowers against getting into further debts, as two-thirds of people applying for such a loan will go on to get deeper in the red once more.

Easy Mortgage Reduction Methods For You!
The important share of the mortgage payment that you make month after month is the importance on the amount that you make. Most mortgage payments work this way. In the initial years, your payments include a very high portion of the interest, and the share of the principal that you pay is less. As you keep making your payments, the interest amount that you pay goes on decreasing and the principal amount increases. That is why, if a person were to suffer a foreclosure in the prime years of his or her mortgage, when they would stand to fine a major share of their property interest.
That means, the main burden on your mortgage payment is of the interest you pay. Therefore, if you are looking at mortgage reduction, you should actually be considering method and means to lessening your interest.
Now there are some interesting processes for mortgage reduction that you should know of. We tell them here-
1. Make plus payments on your mortgage when you can. Even if you can make one plus payment every quarter of a year, you are decreasing that amount from your prime amount. When your foremost decreases, the interest payable will also reduce, because the interest is always calculated on the balance principal you have left. This will not only shorten the length of the mortgage you hold, but it will also reduce the potential amount you will be paying.
2. Several financial experts will tell you that making fortnightly payments is a best way for mortgage reduction. In this method, instead of making one monthly payment, you are splitting it into two and paying each fortnight. The advantage is that half of your monthly payment comes in fifteen days before it is due, so that does reduce the important balance you owe to the lender. As a result, though the mortgage amount you pay in a month does not reduce, in the long run, there is mortgage reduction because the total interest you pay goes down. You can actually knock five years off your total mortgage length if you manage your mortgage payments this way.
3. Mortgage cycling is one the most recent trends at mortgage reduction. Here, you do not make menstrual payments, but you pay twice a year. Of course the payment becomes a great amount, but you are knocking off your principal by a considerable amount each time you make a payment. The significance goes down considerably, and the large advantage is that you gain a lot of equity on your home. Mortgage cycling is the best way to build up equity on your home out of all mortgage reduction method
Whatever way of mortgage reduction you are adopting, you must make sure that you are able to manage your payments properly. If not, then you will be losing well more than you imagined. For example, if you are not able to keep up with the large payments in mortgage cycling, you could lose the very home you live in.

The Google Revolution - Search Engine Wars
SEO has come a long way since 1997, in those days Alta Vista was king and search engines such as Hotbot, Excite and Lycos were well known brands with a large following.
As time went by a new engine started to emerge, it was made popular and pioneered by webmasters and search engine savvy people. In those days most people in the UK were on dial up Internet access with painfully slow speeds.
Search engines such as Lycos and Excite had graphic intensive homepages with animation and unbearably slow loading speeds, add this to slow modems and it could take 10 seconds just to load the main part of the page.
It made search a laboriously slow process, then along comes a new search engine, it has no adverts, it has almost no graphics and just a few text links on the page. It loads quickly and delivers search results quickly.
In fact you could load it, search it, find what you were looking for and then close it before Lycos had even loaded. Little wonder then that Google arrived quietly and then took the world by storm.
It was a revelation, you could find good results quickly and a brand new user experience was fed to a growing mass of internet users. Of course this lovely experience was quickly extinguished when you made your selection, that is because the website you chose had the same problems as Lycos and its fellow search engines, very slow load time
Big un-optimised graphics and 150k page sizes were common place and so in many respects the joy was short lived. The problem continued for some years and was compounded by British Telecoms refusal to roll out broadband to the UK. In fact the stance adopted by BT probably held back Internet business years in the UK as people continued to lack belief that it was going to become part of everyday life.
Even back then it was difficult to persuade businesses to adopt the internet, selling websites was like selling life insurance, in most cases a terminated phone call and then every now and then somebody who said but what use will it be!
Factor search engine optimisation into the sales process and for the most part people would refuse to consider payment for such a thing. There was no value attached to it back then. In fact even some years later I know of companies who were receiving 40,000 visitors a month who didnt want to pay more than 200 quid a month for the traffic.
Of course in the industry SEO was a bumpy ride, changes in the algorithm constantly undermined a websites stability, spam was rife and black hat ruled the generic world. It was all going to come to a head with Google bringing in stringent changes that laid waste to millions of websites as they fell from the ranking
Updates such as Florida were cruel and had dual purpose, there is no doubt that Google was trying to improve its system but also it wanted to drive customers to its Adwords advertising platform.
Paid search had been around for a long time but as Google started the drive to a stock market listing it expelled countless business websites from its database and drove them all to Adword
Of course by this time businesses had grown to depend on their search positions, e-commerce was big business and losing all your search positions was an absolute disaster for somebody selling online.
If there was a positive outcome it was that businesses for the first time realised how valuable their visitor numbers had been. The client complaining about paying 200 quid a month for 40,000 visitors was now faced with paying between 10k and 30k or more for the same traffic.
They realised what good value they had been getting and all of a sudden there was a realistic price tag put on SEO services, especially reliable ones that delivered result
Since then the SEO industry has grown at an amazing rate with the commitment by marketing directors to spending their budgets on online marketing. This trend is set to grow further, especially as much of the UK is now finally on fast broadband connectivity.
Search engines such as Alta Vista and Excite have slipped into obscurity as have many of the Internet business who lost and continue to lose profile in Google. However, Google has continued to spread its technology wings and who knows what the next ten years will bring.

How Video Capture Software Makes Itself Friendly To The Online Marketer
Whenever anything new like the video capture comes up, there is certain a lot of consternation at the outset. People are skeptical of using such software only because they have a preset notion that it will be too not easy to operate. But if you consider the great things video capture can provide to your business, you will certainly want to find anything new that is necessary to operate video capture software. Video capture tool allows you to make a video of your computer screen as you go on speaking in the background. If you think about it, no other software tool has thought about creating audiovisual presentations in this way. That is all the also cause to educate yourself about cam studio software.
But in fact, you will not need doing anything particular to find about video capture software, which is very user friendly, even for the online marketer who has no special computer skills. Here are the top five reasons why we can say that video capture software is extremely user friendly
1. Video capture software has a very simple Use section. It is simple, in the sense that you do not have to be a computer whiz to understand what they are trying to say. As it is, the software does not need some great installation, but even then the Help section will tell you how to go about it, if you want. The Help section also touches upon all the features that video capture software has to offer, and explains them how they can be used. In fact, there is a whole ten minute instructional video with a narrated voiceover that can help you to make your start.
2. What users of the software vouch for is the technical support that video capture software provides. They will not leave you in the lurch if you have once bought their package. They are always prompt in replying to the queries that people ask them, even if they just want to know about some extra information on using the software. The best thing is that all the answers are provided in a most simple to know language, and there is hardly some technical language used when answering these question
3. If all this is not enough for the user to feel at ease, there is the 100% money back warranty that the users might feel very helpful. There is no cause why anyone would want to return such a useful audiovisual presentation tool, but even then that helps to put people's minds at ease.

Mortgage Cycling And All That It Entails
Methods to decrease mortgage payments have always existed around us. There have been several methods like pledge loan consolidation, taking a new mortgage loan with a new payment cycle, making fortnightly payments, etc. The latest entrant in this arena is mortgage cycling. This way allows you to make two huge payments in a year, so that you save a lot on the importance and build up equity for your home too. In that manner, cycling for mortgage does seem to be a lucrative way for reducing mortgage payments, and also to make the mortgage end earlier. But, like all mortgage decrease methods, mortgage cycling also has its pros and cons.
The first advantage of a mortgage cycling process is that it can help you to build a veritable equity on your home. Since you are not making many small payments in short intervals of time, you are able to build up the overall value of your house. This is how it works. When you make menstrual or fortnightly payments, a greater part of the repayment you make specially month is taken or the interest part of your mortgage and you are paying off very little on the actual principal amount of the mortgage. As a result, your important does not go on decreasing as it should.
But when you make only two lump all payments in the year, you are paying off a large chunk of the significant amount. That frees up more interest on your home for you, in terms of equity.
One distinct problem of this method is that the person may not be able to make up enough amounts to pay on a six-yearly basis. If the payments are not made within the assigned timeframes, then the consequences could be drastic. The borrower might have to forfeit the home itself, as well as any equity that he or she has earned on it. That is the cause why only people who are sure of their annual income, and are sure that they will be able to keep up with the large payments that will come in twice a year must go ahead with the mortgage cycling proces
At the same time, there is a way out of this problem. If a person is not able to arrange the finances needful for making the payments on the mortgage, then there is a possibility of taking a home equity loan. The home equity loan would be of a considerable amount, because of the good amount of equity built up. This amount could be used to make the payment, and then the same equity could be repaid within the next six months. In this way, the borrower will be able to conduct the mortgage through an impartiality loan.
There are both pluses and minuses to the mortgage cycling process. If you are sure of your financial capabilities for the year, and if you are sure that you will be able to free up a good quantity to pay for the two big installments in the year, then it makes sense to go in for this plan and to finish your mortgage faster, paying less on it than your ordinarily would have had to.

Why 80% Fail in MLM Online Business!
Eighty percent of the people in online business fail because they quit. This is a well known fact. This article is written to help those who have the ability to succeed to do one thing and one thing only not quit.
I have found that there are many leaders out there who are giving up to soon in online business. Often I'm puzzled as people who in the beginning say "I'm with you all the way Don, even to the end, I know I'll never quit." But then six months or six days, or six hours later you get an email from your MLM that this person is no longer a member of your organization.
Well, first off, you don't go chasing after the person, because as well noted speaker and author Jim Rohn has stated "Just say, isn't that interesting?...and don't go chase the birds because when you do that you leave the field!"
However, this article is written to those with genuine people, sales, or communication skills, who are quitting without giving themselves a chance from the start.
Since this article is written for potential birds, my urging to you is don't fly away before you see your ocean view penthouse or your 2007 Corvette! Write down your dream, and then stick to it like glue, and do as Johnny Wimbrey, up and coming incredible motivational speaker says "Make it your Must."
So many people get into online business thinking that it's going to be get rich quick. Perhaps they should title get rich quick schemes "get rich quit." Because it's really true that the guys at the top of most scams are getting rich quick while you quit after investing your money. It's a vicious cycle. One that must be obliterated and dealt with.
So, how do you know if you should stay with your current MLM online business or if you should quit? Number one, if your not sure of your company or stability, perhaps you have a good reason to quit. But for the 90% of you out there who are sold on your company or opportunity, I have one message Don't quit!
The online opportunity I'm involved with has over 20 years of online experience, and they were the first affiliate program ever offered online, so they have quite an immaculate background. But, even though that's true, it still takes me "work" to make it happen. Greg Ankney, one of the top health company MLM leaders has been quoted as saying "I went to work."
That's the problem and herein lies the solution. Most people quit MLM's because they are not willing to go to work or to keep on working. Comments like "Oh, this is too hard, and oh, I didn't know I'd have to talk to people, are running rampant in MLM. Yes you have to talk to people, yes you have to follow your companies marketing plan, to the tee, doing everything your leaders tell you to do, and then you may just end up getting rich!
The internet today keeps making it easier and easier to market your online business, but yet it's amazing when you look at the statistics that fewer than 5% of those who join MLM's actually ever advertise online! Isn't that interesting? Even with the advent of cheap or low cost free ads, forums, pay-per-click advertising, and much more, people are still afraid to step out and just let others know about their site. That's just crazy!
So how do we stop this nonsense?
It's easy, I need all of you out there who are in an MLM, or looking for an MLM home business, to do three things. Number one, never quit. Number two, find an online business that you love. Number three, when things get tough in your home business, I want you to remember the accomplishments in your life. For example, did you ever win an award for selling something, did you obtain a diploma your proud of, did you win the congressional medal of honor?
Just simply thinking of your prior accomplishments in life may indeed help you to hang on to this awesome MLM online business opportunity you've been blessed to participate and succeed in. In conclusion, my hope and prayer is that someone will read this article who is about to quit their MLM, or who needs a stable MLM home business, and they will make the choice to do one thing Never quit. Ever.
Then I want you to write me and let me know what happens. In addition to never quitting I want you to follow the instructions of your upline leaders to the tee, without inventing your own tangents, and then keep going with your company for three to five year
It just might be after that amount of time where you "go to work" you may become financially free, and better yet, you may be involved with your MLM for life and your family may never have to worry about money again. Never forget what happened to a friend of mine Joel Buchfeller of Excel Telecommunications. He enrolled one guy names Al, on his second level, who made him an income for the rest of his life. He never fell below a $5000 per month income, and most of the time it was two or three times that. So don't give up, because you never know when you're going to find your "Al" who enrolls under you!
So please, take my advice, and don't quit. Remember your prior accomplishments, and in the words of our Lord, please remember that "With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible." Matthew 1926. If you know you belong with your MLM company, stick with it, and who knows, you may be the next online business internet millionaire, and you'll be the one all of us are listening to for advice. Never quit.

Five Important Benefits Of Super Affiliate Handbook To Professional Marketers
Whoever said that only amateurs in the affiliate marketing game want proficient assistance does not know much about the genre at all! Of course amateurs will be on much more changeable ground and will requirement help in everything they do, including making the website and promoting it but even people who have been in affiliate marketing for a few years need some help with the method they are carrying out things. Most resources on the Internet cater to teaching the tricks of the traffic to beginners. There are very scant resources that try to fill the requirements of the professional affiliate marketers, i.e. those who know quite well about SEO and website promotion.
Super affiliate manual is a book that has attractive points about affiliate marketing for professional marketers to learn from. Affiliate guide book, quite expectedly, has been written by someone who is an expert in the machinations of the Internet, and she puts forth many points that professional marketers must know. The following are five important topics of professional significance that super affiliate handbook covers-
1. even if marketers know about the way affiliate businesses work, they might go wrong when they invest in products that have no scope for getting sold on the Internet. It is true that all products are sold on the Internet, but do all of them have effective to be sold through affiliate marketing, giving good commissions to the marketer? It is not so. Super affiliate handbook clearly delineates the products that can be sold in an affiliate venture.
2. Another thing that this professional manual tells marketers is how to predict market trends. That is considerable because then they will know which businesses they can safely invest in, and which carry some amount of hazard.
3. Super affiliate plan has a section on how people can be made to return to a website time and again. Even hardcore marketers will agree that it is easy to make people come to their website once through SEO, but it is not easy to bring them again and again. However, repeated visits are most extraordinary for ensuring businesses.
4. When you are in affiliate marketing for a while, you want to reconstruct your strategy for getting better commissions. You certainly wouldn't want to remain stuck in the low commissions that you started out with. Again, professional eBooks will help you know how to negotiate raise
5. Finally, both amateur and professional affiliate marketers suffer from one problem, and that is Internet stealing. There are several network agents that will steal your commissions. By being better educated, you can prevent that probability.
It is true that overconfidence does not work in affiliate marketing. This is a constantly evolving genre and the marketers want to gain more and more education on newer trends. Very few eBooks like super affiliate plan answer this significant need.

Choosing Your Wedding Dress - Budget Versus Style
When you walk down the aisle, you become the focus of the wedding and you will draw the attention of all the guests. Certainly you would like to be the most perfect bride when your guests are looking at you. You will try to find the best make up and hair stylist. The wedding shoe will also be extremely important. For your wedding dress, you should also choose it with care so that your guests will not be disappointed.
When you are choosing the wedding gown, the first thing you need to consider is of course the budget. Unless you can borrow a dress from your friend or relative which totally fits you (which means that you do not need to make any alteration to the dress), you will certainly have to spend some money. In fact, the price range of a wedding dress can vary a lot. You can find gowns at about a few hundred US dollars. You can also find that some gowns may cost a few thousands. You budget should be set by considering how much you are willing to pay and how much you are able to pay.
It is very normal that you would like to be the most beautiful bride in the world and you would also like to buy a perfect wedding dress. However, it may be something you find unaffordable. You have to be realistic in such cases. It is sure that you will only be disappointed and unhappy if you can only "dream" of the perfect gown. As a famous Chinese saying, you will always feel happy if you can admire and appreciate what you have on your hand. It is also true for your wedding dress. It is better not to think of something financially unattainable.
After you have settled the number one issue, which is the budget, you can start defining the style of the dress you like. There are tons of different styles you can choose from. For the material, you have silk, lace and so one. A long dress is also different from a short one. You may even consider a gorgeous vintage bridal gown if you like.
You will need to research on the different styles before you make your final decision. You can do your research on the internet and bridal magazines. You should keep the images of bridal dresses in a folder for your future reference. It will be even better if you can make all these images digital so that it can be easily sent to your friends and relatives. In this way you can also ask for their opinions without any difficultie
When you are choosing your wedding dress style, what you basically need to consider is your body shape. A gown can look good on a fitting model but it may not look as good when you put it on. You should try to understand the strength and weakness of your body and you will not find it hard to find the most suitable style for you.
Besides, the type of wedding will also affect the style you choose. You will not choose a formal gown if you are going to have a beach theme wedding. You may even choose a totally informal gown in this case of outdoor wedding. On the contrary, you may want to choose something more formal if you are going to have a church wedding.

How GPS Tracking Aids Post 9/11 Homeland Security
It's now been a few years since the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center and many of us get complacent thinking that no more attacks on US soil will ever happen. But what has been reported by Washington is that there are now 10,000 foreigners from states that sponsor terrorism living in the US and they have obtained permanent residency in the the United States in the past 7 years. So the risk of yet even more powerful attacks on US soil is only a matter of time. We must not get lulled into thinking it won't happen again.
This article explores the ways in which GPS Tracking technology is being used in conjunction of an application called the Mobile Tactical Collaboration System. It's and example of the Mobile Command Post of the Future to effectively help coordinate missions to thwart another major terrorist attack.
First we preset details of an exercise performed during the Southwestern Pennsylvania Operation Steel Hammer a harbor security counterterrorism exercise in the City of Pittsburgh.
At approximately 0900 hours this morning, Pittsburgh River Rescue police officers observed a small boat moored along the water entrance of the David L. Lawrence Convention Center.
Two occupants were spotted and as they were questioned, one of the officers observed a suspicious package. Additional searches of the boat revealed the existence of schedules and photographs of Gateway Clipper Fleet vessels, suggesting an attempt may be underway to commandeer one of the vessels and ram it onto a bridge support and/or detonate a hazardous device.
This was confirmed by an emergency call from Fleet offices that one of their boats, the Liberty Belle, had been commandeered by unknown assailant
A multi-jurisdictional and multidisciplinary task force was mobilized which included Pittsburgh River Rescue Unit, Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD), Pittsburgh Police Special Deployment Division (aka SWAT), Pittsburgh Fire Bureau, EMS Divers, Pennsylvania State Police SERT, Intelligence Unit, and Office of Emergency Management, to identify, assess, interdict, board the Liberty Belle and neutralize the threat.
Thus began the Pittsburgh portion of Operation Steel Hammer, a 13-county Southwestern Pennsylvania regional (Region 13) counterterrorism exercise under the auspices of the US Department of Homeland Security.
Following the exercise, the quotes from Steel Hammer participants about the benefits they gained from using MTCS and AdvanTraq GPS were punctuated by 'awesome'. They included MTCS workspaces and common operating picture enabled operators to communicate, collaborate, and coordinate visually, effectively, and in real time.
Until the introduction of the Mobile Tactical Collaboration System, first responders had to rely exclusively on radio handsets for tactical communication. Although radios are trusted and reliable, responders experience difficulty describing complex situations and strategies using verbal communication alone.
The integrated tracking device allows commanders and operators enhanced situational awareness by overlaying actual unit positions dynamically on top of the operations plans. Our operators were pleased with the robustness, ease-of-use, fast training, and intuitive look and feel of this new technology which allowed them to focus their attention more on sharpening their tactical skills using the tool rather than being frustrated by its complexity.
From campus security to port security, from critical infrastructure protection to border patrol, from major sporting event security management to VIP transportation, from man-made to environmental disaster response, the challenges faced by public safety officials and first responders in the post 9/11 world are as complex as they are numerou
About Mobile Tactical Collaboration System
Developed using industry standard Web 2.0-based technologies, MTCS represents the next generation of intuitive, easy-to-use browser-based collaborative command and control solutions for public safety. Because a picture is worth a thousand words, MTCS enhances public safety officers ability to communicate and collaborate visually and in real-time using tactical graphics, digital maps, and shared workspaces. It facilitates the rapid design of multiple scenarios, one or more of which can be executed based on real-time contingencies and at the discretion of tactical commander
The MTCS platform addresses the 5Cs of Interoperability for tactical operators and first responders - Communication, Collaboration, Coordination, Command and Control. This level of interoperability is a must for critical incidents requiring multi-jurisdictional and multidisciplinary response, and for the related exercises necessary to sharpen the tactical proficiencies of operator
MTCS is accessible by authorized personnel in the field using mobile data terminals or ultra mobile PCs via secure wireless broadband, or at the operation center using desktop PCs and LAN lines. Microsoft Virtual Earth is the standard mapping imagery delivered by MTCS, however other customer imagery can be incorporated.
AdvanTraq GPS and MTCS provide commanders and other senior leadership an unprecedented level of real-time situational awareness of an executing operation and its operators, significantly increasing operator accountability and safety. The versatility of the MTCS platform enables it to be used by law enforcement, fire/EMS, search and rescue, and EOC personnel in a variety of command and control scenarios. These include perimeter and border security, SWAT operations, major sporting event security management, disaster security response, multi-alarm fire suppression, preparedness training and exercises, post-incident analysis, and day-to-day public safety activities.

Dangers And Pitfalls Of Mortgage Cycling Program That You Should Be Aware Of
A lot is being written about pledge cycling strategies, the newest entrant in the mortgage reduction techniques widespread in the world. The concept does show very fascinating on paper. What it entails is this instead of making menstrual payments on your pledge you have to only make two lump sum payments in a year. A calculation shows that the whole repayment made is significantly less than that made in other mortgage management methods.
Then there are double important benefits that are really fascinating people and making them thinks about mortgage cycling program as the solvent they have always waited for. These are
1. It helps people to build up equity on their home very faster than some other method.
2. It helps people to close their mortgages very faster than some other method.
In fact the above things are all so exciting that population does not pause to think before purchase a Pledge Cycling package from a provider. But, there are some unsafe waters here that you should know of. Let us now analyze the pitfalls of the mortgage cycling program method.
Mortgage cycling program must be considered only if your financial point is effectually stable. You will have to make at least two large payments per year. How are these payments calculated? It takes the foremost equivalent to that period into account and then adds the reasoning interest to it. Since the interest is calculated over the six-month period, it comes much lesser than in monthly payments. But even then, there is a considerable amount to be paid after all six months.
You must consider the repercussions of not being able to make this half yearly payment. If your payment is overdue, banks will not consider your case as leniently as they would do with a monthly payment. The reason is that the payments are much higher when you cycle your mortgage. If you default on these payments, banks will not lose much time in assuming the property. In that case, the property could be auctioned. You could stand to lose your entire property, along with the payments you already made on it, and the equity that you built up on it.
Therefore, if anyone talks to you about mortgage cycling program in glowing terms, do not get talked in quite easily. Assess your own situation first, and see whether you will be able to make the payments in time. Or you will be in deeper perils than you had been earlier.

Get Advantage Pledge Reduction Through Mortgage Cycling
If you are looking for getting your mortgage paid off early, and also pay a lower sum, then you must seriously think the mortgage cycling process that is slowly catching on in the mortgage decrease market. What is this mortgage cycling all about? Well, basically the premise is quite simple. Instead of making monthly payments, you make only two huge payments in a year. Approximately, they will be equal to the amount you will be paying over the entire six-month time. That could be quite a large sum to pay at one go, but it has many advantages when it comes to mortgage lessening.
Let us see how. When you are paying a lump sum at the start of the six-month term, you are reducing the principal you owe to the lender considerably. If you were to pay on a monthly basis, your principal would reduce only each month. If you take the fourth month as an example, you still owe the principal for the next two months, and so you will have to pay an interest on that. But when you are paying off the six month dues in advance, you are clearing a huge chunk of your principal for the succeeding six months. That means, you are let off from paying any interest on those six months. A small calculation would expose to you that this means a same sizable mortgage reduction, taking the interests into account.
Interests are always calculated on the part of the principal you have left. But since the important is out of the method, there is no interest the lenders can take from you. This is how, every simply put, cycling can become a very efficient mortgage reduction plan.
Since you are making big payments at the opening of all six months, one great advantage is that you will be able to pay off your whole mortgage much faster than with any other mortgage reduction plan around. In fact, if you are able to make all your payments in period, you stand to complete your entire mortgage payments within ten years. For, you not only economize on the amount you pay, you also have a very short indebtedness period.
One more benefit is that you build up equity on your home very fast. By making big chunks of payment on the foremost amount, you own your home faster. In case of any unexpected charge, you will be able to money in on this equity too, by taking a home equity loan. That, in fact, becomes one of the big bonuses of this loan reduction plan.
There is no wonder then that mortgage cycling is catching the US homeowner's fancy like no other mortgage reduction plan does. It is good for savings too, as it will make the average American debt-free faster, and provide them with a better standard of living.

Is Your Work Causing Sleep Deprivation? - 7 Possible Ways
Do you feel drowsy during the day or evening?
Is tiredness affecting your daily activities on a regular basis?
Do you fall asleep often when you sit down to relax?
Are you irritable with others around you?
If you answer yes to a couple of these, most likely you are sleep deprived.
LONG WORK HOURS
Staying at work way beyond the normal eight hours is the biggest determinant of how much sleep Americans get in a typical day. Overtime is a common occurrence in many industries. In the culture of many organizations, to work just eight hours could actually be considered skipping out early. Mathias Basner, a researcher at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine studied 47,731 Americans. He found that those who worked longer hours found time for other activities by shortening their sleep hour
INSOMNIA CAUSED BY WORRY
When you have concerns on your mind about work, it can be difficult to sleep at night. In order to combat this sleeplessness, many people have an alcoholic drink or take sleeping medicines to fall asleep. The problem with these is that you have lighter sleep and don't have the REM phase of sleep that is so restorative to the brain.
SHIFT WORK
When you are working at times when you normally would be sleeping, you disrupt your circadian rhythm. This rhythm is the cycle your body repeats day after day. Shift work sleep disorder has effects very similar to jet lag. Shift work affects people in various industries medicine, production lines, technology, telephone service reps, transportation. We also need light in our days to produce the melatonin needed for quality sleep. Having to sleep in the daytime when you are on a night shift deprives you of sunlight.
LONG COMMUTE
Travel time, including time sitting in traffic, can take up a large portion of your day. It could be considered one of the hidden costs to living out in the suburbs. To make up for the loss of those hours, it's tempting to shorten sleep time. Fatigue caused by the lack of sleep can make the commute dangerous as well as stressful. Sleep-deprived drivers cause more than 100,000 automobile crashes a year (National Sleep Foundation).
LOGGING INTO YOUR OFFICE COMPUTER FROM HOME
What a wonderful technological advancement to be able to log into your work computer from home! Or is it? When does work stop and leisure begin? Working on your sofa with your laptop while trying to participate in family time is not effective for either activity. And how tempting it is to continue work in the quiet of the night to catch up on what you didn't feel complete from your day! To transition from working at the computer to falling asleep can be difficult also, resulting in an even later start to sleep.
UNHEALTHY EATING
Working long hours and not taking breaks during the day can lead to too much time between food intake and poor food choices. Late business dinners or dinners with clients can mean a very full stomach when heading to bed. This can have an adverse effect on the quality of your sleep.
LACKOF EXERCISE
Exercise is often forgotten with not enough time or energy left over after work demands are met. And exercising too late in the evening can also make it difficult to get to sleep. Getting up early enough in the morning to exercise can be a real challenge when you do not have enough sleep during the night.
If some of these factors are influencing your sleep, you may want to look for solutions that can help you move toward taking better care of yourself. Over a period of time, the effects on you from sleep deprivation build up and can cause a multitude of physical, mental, and emotional problem
If you have employees, be aware that these challenges to their sleep and other self-care can be very detrimental to their productivity and attendance on the job.

Getting Well-known With Different Mortgage Reduction Strategies
Everybody needs to economize a little bit on their mortgage, and there's no harm in that at all. There are many mortgage cycling strategies floating around to use those who are stuck with a mortgage. These strategies are carefully prepared out ideas, and they all work at the same goals reducing the payments on a mortgage and getting a mortgage paid faster. The subsequence is a short description of the different mortgage strategies that exist, and which one you must think about if you are one of those unfortunate ones with many years to close your mortgage.
1. Biweekly mortgage payments
As the name suggests, biweekly mortgage payments means to make your mortgage payments once every two weeks instead of once every month. Instead of making a big fat payment at the end of the month, the payment is split into two halves and each half is paid at the end of every 15 days. The benefit of this is that the significant amount goes on decreasing with each payment you make. So instead of the important getting reduced each month, it gets reduced each fortnight. Also, since there are 52 weeks in a year, you make 26 biweekly payments. That is equivalent to 13 monthly payments. Hence, you are making one more menstrual payment (equivalently) in a year. That will also help to shorten the duration of your mortgage. People can save money up to five years on their mortgage by making biweekly payment
2. Mortgage refinances loans
Starting your mortgage cycle over again can be one of the best mortgage reduction strategies. One obvious advantage is that your interest cycle begins all over again, and that does mean a reduction. Also, the principal decreases when you refinance, which again makes the interest more affordable. However, people going in with this mortgage reduction strategy must be careful that they do not pay more fees for the closure of the old mortgage and the start of the new one than they are possible to save.
3. Mortgage cycling
This is lately emerging as one of the most efficient mortgage reduction strategies around. Here you do not make monthly payments, but you make a lump sum payment at the end of all six months. Again the advantage here is that you have to make most payments on the principal, since the interest is always calculated only on the balance of the foremost. With a six-monthly payment, you stand to save money a lot on the interest. Other advantages here include that you are considerably shortening the period of your mortgage, some people have come off their mortgages using this strategy in as less as ten years, and you are significantly reducing the amount you are paying. Another big plus point is that you build a great amount of home equity this way.

. Heavy Equipment Mechanics In this job, you will basically be required to undertake routine repair and replacement works as might be necessary to keep the big machines in a running and 'safe to operate' condition.
. Mobile Heavy Equipment Operator In this job, you will be required to operate mobile heavy equipment machines that are often deployed by wholesale leasing and distribution firms, federal and local governments, and large construction and mining companies.
. Construction Equipment Operators In this job, you will be required to operate forklifts, trailers, compressors, air pumps and others that are normally used for moving earth and shifting heavy materials.
. Railcar Repairers In this job, you will be required to carry out repair and maintenance works on railroad locomotives such as mine cars and subway cars that are mostly the properties of railcar manufacturers and private and public transit companies.
Apart from these, you can also get jobs in the county, mining, and governmental agencies such as parks and recreation departments, city and highway departments etc. Depending on location, you can become eligible for a starting salary of $12.00 to $18.00 per hour. These may not be enough, but you need not worry because with experience you will certainly witness a dramatic increase in your pay package.
Infrastructure development is a never-ending process and this is why you can rest assured that there will never be a dearth for jobs in this particular domain. You may have to manage through brief periods of cyclical downturns depending on the existing economic conditions, but even then it is highly unlikely that you will face unemployment, especially when you have the right skills and expertise. So, go ahead and register for a heavy equipment operators' course, right away!

Where Should I Buy A Holiday Home?
Everyone is well aware of the advantages of buying a holiday home so deciding to buy one is the easy bit. Deciding where to buy one is the difficult part as there are so many options available all around the world.
Spain is the most popular country when it comes to buying a holiday home with 66 percent of Britons deciding to buy a home there. The reasons for this include the great weather, interesting culture and the standard of living out there. With so many people interested in purchasing property in Spain it makes a great investment opportunity.
There are currently 3.3 million holiday homes in the sunny country with demand rising by three percent year on year over the last decade. Firstly, this means that there is always going to be a demand for people wanting to rent your property while you're not there. Secondly, house prices are set to rise with so much demand meaning that when it comes to selling up you are bound to make a healthy profit.
Florida is one of the world's greatest holiday destinations and there has been a huge growth in the popularity of villas in the Sunshine State. This is no doubt down to the year round entertainment on offer, tropical weather, stunning beaches, sports facilities and of course the all important Disney World.
Another growing hot spot for the number of people buying a holiday home in the area is the Algarve. Notorious for its beaches and weather tourist flock there for various types of holidays such as golf breaks, clubbing sessions and relaxing breaks. The Algarve is a great place to start if you are only just getting into overseas property investments as it's not as touristy as Spain, France and America so house prices are likely to be a lot lower.
A great investment opportunity if you a looking for a holiday home somewhere a bit different is by the shores of the Red Sea. The town of Hurghada is a unique area where the desert meets the sea and has plenty of spectacular beaches. There is plenty to do in the resorts around the area from desert safaris and diving to golf.
When buying a holiday home the most important thing is to ensure that your destination is somewhere you like and preferably have been there before so you know what to expect. However, once you have made a decision it is unlikely to be one that you will ever regret.

Business Plan-Fast-Track Your Way to Success
I thought my business was important to me. I would make a few prospecting calls here and there, but not too consistently. I would place classified ads here and there and that too was not consistent. I just did those things when the mood struck me. No wonder I wasn't getting anywhere. My marketing was inconsistent and I was inconsistent. Can you relate to that?
From the outside, it appeared to me that I was productive, but my bank account said otherwise. I had no schedule or system to follow. I had no marketing plan. I was leading myself into the abyss of broke-hood. Sure I wanted to make money, but I never took the time to write down how I was going to do it. That was then.
Now I have a plan to follow and it keeps me motivated knowing how I'm planning to market my business and take it to the next level. So, does having a plan make a difference? You bet it does. It's the difference between giving a map to where gold is buried and sticking your finger up in the wind and trying to find it.
You see until you are clear as to why you're even in business, what value you're bringing to the marketplace, and how you're going to make money, you're really not in business. Most part-time entrepreneurs don't bother making out a business plan. That is probably one of the reasons why so many of them go out of business.
A business plan tells you how you're going to fund your business and how you plan to use the funds to market your business. It's the glue that holds everything together.
Not having a business plan is like a coach showing up to a big game with no game plan and telling his players to "just wing it". Of course any coach would not say that to his team, but yet there are people who say that to themselves about their busines
You see, the odds are already against you when you start a business, so why would you stack the odds against you even more by not doing a business plan?
It doesn't have to be formal or really detailed unless you plan on getting business funding. You do, however, want to identify your market, goals, products and your purpose. Most importantly you want a game plan as to how you intend to fulfill all your goal
You should be able to tell people what sets you apart from other people in your same market. That's your unique selling proposition. Why would anyone want to do business with you? If you don't know the answer to that question, then you may have an answer as to why you're not as profitable as you thought you could be.
With your business plan, you'll be able to identify your target market, thereby reducing wasted time, money and energy chasing after the wrong target.
Lastly, when you have a business plan in place it means that you are serious about your business and it's not some hobby you just do on the side. You send a clear message to yourself and others that you are indeed in business. Get your business plan done today.

Monetizing Your Traffic Stream
If you are involved in the online business field, then the one challenge that you are going to face has to do with the monetization of your traffic stream. This is the challenge you will face in a big way simply because it will determine how well your online business does. This is ironically where most online businesses fail actually they are able to get a decent traffic stream going and then through lack of monetization efforts, they end up going under. This is the stuff you see when it comes to the AdSense websites that are around one monetization strategy, so if it happens to under-perform then it is game over for the website.
Now, a lot of people will complain that since AdSense doesn't allow competing CPC ads, there is no way for you to monetize beyond Google AdSense. While it is true that there is no way for you to get other CPC ad networks (Yahoo, Bidvertiser etc.) onto the same page where you have AdSense, there are a number of other options available to you should you wish to go ahead and monetize your traffic stream.
First and foremost, there are still CPM (cost per thousand impressions) networks around that you can use. These networks primarily exist to function through the use of advertising banners and therefore look nothing like the AdSense text ads employed by the Google advertising network. Therefore, they are not in breach of the terms of service from Google and can be used on the same page as Google.
In addition to that, there are text link advertising opportunities for you to pursue. You can actually sell text links on your website for a monthly fee and make money that way. Text link advertisements are great because they are unobtrusive (i.e. do not look like advertisements) and they represent a guaranteed income rather than an estimated one that you would have to assume from the CPC networks.
Also, in addition to CPC, CPM and text link advertisements, there are also affiliate programs. Look around for affiliate programs that represent your particular niche, find the affiliate links necessary and insert them into the content of your website wherever you see fit. There are a number of products being sold online, so finding pertinent and relevant affiliate links should not be difficult to do.
Monetization and multiple monetization sources is the key to making sure that your online traffic does well for you. If you can make 2 cents per page view from one source on average, why not have five monetization methods that allow you to collectively make 10 cents per page view from different sources? It just makes sense to combine things and as long as you can keep the visitors happy about the advertising, there is no limit to how many sources you can use.

Let the Government Help Start Your Home-Based Business!
New home-based business owners need to tap into all the resources possible. Achieving success means overcoming obstacles and finding solutions to challenges. Starting a new home-based business is, in itself, a challenge, and surprisingly enough, the federal government can be a great resource to help get your home-based business underway.
Start-up funding can be difficult to find. Most banks don't like to lend money to businesses that haven't proved their worth yet. Angel investors are one option to getting that much-needed money for starting a home-based business, if you can find one. Although not recommended, using a savings account or cashing in some bonds is another option. Dipping into debt with credit cards is a third, and probably the most popular.
The government has multiple loan funds set up to help start a new home-based business, and this can be a great way to obtain start-up money. Programs for low-income, the disabled, military veterans and more make funding a business venture accessible to many entrepreneurs. Once an applicant has applied for and received a loan, repayment is arranged, usually with very reasonable payment schedule
Grants are also available through the federal government. Grants ranging from five thousand dollar to six-figure amounts are available for research and development of businesses. Grants are a great funding option for starting a home-based business, because this money isn't a loan and doesn't have to be paid back. Consider a grant to be a gift, though it is a gift that you have to apply for and be accepted to receive. Many government agencies offer grants grouped by categories such as agriculture, real estate, and general busines
But there is more to starting a home-based business than money. Knowledge, training and information resources are important. The government has numerous sources for assistance with business development, expansion and renovation, all accessible to small home-based businesses. Your local Small Business Administration office (or the SBA) is the place to call to obtain this information.
The SBA can also help set up small home-based business owners with counseling and training to acquire new skills vital to management and operation. Guidelines for applicants and forms are available through the SBA. There are other services available as well that provide advice on areas such as managing labor relations with employees or improving skills required for business management.
What is important to remember is that new home-based business owners should access any and all available resources possible. A good foundation of business skills and training goes a long way towards operating a successful business. Opportunities may present themselves when they are least expected, take advantage of every bit of help and advice possible. Starting your home-based business with government resources is a great idea, and soon you'll be well on your way to owning a substantial home-based business.

How To Write Title And Description Meta Tags
This article goes over the basics of the title and description meta tags and how to write them.
Meta tags are information inserted into the "head" area of your web pages to tell search engines about your pages. In the early days of the internet when the engines databases were small, meta tags were a quick way for the search engines to determine which keywords might be important on a site. Then spammers started to put keywords into the meta tags that had nothing to do with the content of their site. Today much less weight is given to meta tags. Search engines go to the actual content of the web pages to look for keyword
There are many factors search engines use to rank your pages. Optimizing your pages to rank high involves title and description meta tags, external links, content, keywords, image alt text and design. All play a part in determining how your web pages will rank. Since the search engines use a wide variety of factors to determine site rankings, you need as much help as you can get. You should use the title and description meta tags, along with every other appropriate, lawful technique available. The meta keyword tag is hardly worth the trouble, it has little if any relevance.
How to write keywords for your title and description meta tag
Most people will write the content of the page and then try to pull out keywords to add to the the meta tags. Before writing content for a page on your web site, pick out 3 or 4 keywords. Then write phrases from those words you can use in the title and description tags. Then you can write the content for the page around the keywords. Put yourself in your potential customers shoes and imagine what words they will type into a search engine to find your site.
Base your keywords for each page on your busines
The first step towards writing a page's meta tags is selecting keywords that best reflect your business. You want to focus your efforts on keywords that describe what you sell. If your site sells car stereos, your keywords could be, "car audio receiver", "in dash CD Player" and "car speakers system". Also use brand names in your content like, "boss audio", "soundstream speakers", and "visonik subwoofer".
How to write a good title tag.
There seem to be some misunderstandings about the title tag. The title tag on each page is the title of your listing in any search engine. Some web masters think that the title tag should be all keywords. You do not want your title listing to show up in a search engine to consist of a list of keywords, people will not take the site seriously. The title tag should be the name of the site and a brief description of the site. For example, you could put "Car Stereos at (Company Name)" or "(Company Name) - Car Stereos At Bargain Prices" or "(Company Name) is your Car Stereo Online Resource".
The title tag should never be more than 80 characters. Generally, the briefer the better.
How to write a good description tag.
To write a good description tag, you need to write a concise description of your site. You are limited to 200 characters or less in the description tag so make it brief but comprehensive.
Let's use the car stereo example again. Your site is based on car stereos. So your description tag should say that your site is about car stereos. The search engine robot will see this and will place your site pages in relevant search results. So if someone searches for car stereos, they should see your site somewhere in the search result
These principles can be applied to any site. Use the these simple techniques and you will create meta tags that to some degree control how your web pages are described by some search engines.

30. What are the typical questions a consultant asks in the first three months - this can give you an idea about any quirky procedure
31. How many other consultants are working in your area - is it at or will soon be at saturation levels?

Baby Boomers as Grandparents: the Club Sandwich Generation
As the offspring of Baby Boomers marry and start their own families, the responsibilities of the Sandwich Generation grow. You're already in the middle of your family in flux - between growing children and aging parents. Now the sandwich adds another layer, the grandchildren. It's sometimes harder to eat, but definitely quite appetizing.
It's often said that you don't experience perfect love until the birth of your first grandchild. Baby Boomers describe this event as an opportunity to slow down and savor one of life's most precious gifts. Iris put it best "For too many years I've been caught up between the dramas of my grown children and aging parents. My new grandson has been a welcome distraction - and I am enraptured by him. Believe me, this whole experience - seeing my son as a dad and getting to know my grandson - is by far the richest part of getting older."
Do you have mixed emotions about this new chapter in your life, with feelings of eager anticipation yet some trepidation? Perhaps you're not sure what to expect - from the baby, your children, your co-grandparents or even from yourself. Here is a compilation of suggestions for grandparents-to-be, and reminders for you veterans - honor your children, stand up for your own needs, and make the most of this unparalleled opportunity.
1. Enjoy the process. Don't worry about the old stereotype of "grandparent" - it needn't define you. You can add to your self image without subtracting all that you have created and gained over the years. Allow yourself to accept and take pleasure in your insights about yourself and your relationships.
2. Be helpful, especially in the beginning. Think ahead about the ways you can assist your children and offer to do them even if they are not your first choice - run errands, do a middle of the night feeding, baby-sit early on a weekend morning. You will feel closer to your grandchild after putting in the effort and your children will be more relaxed without having to do these extra chore
3. Try not to offer advice unless asked. You don't have to say whatever comes to mind. If your suggestions are requested, present them in an open-ended way so that your children are free to accept or reject. Remember how you felt when your mother or mother-in-law shared their opinions about how to raise your children.
4. Talk about the challenges. Don't be afraid to communicate with your children in a non-confrontational way. You will all be more comfortable and appreciative of your relationship if you don't let issues fester. However, do not expect that the results of your talk will follow a pre-determined path. Often the fact that there is conversation is more important than the outcome of any one particular discussion.
5. Be aware of your feelings. You may be ambivalent about babysitting often when it begins to impact the pursuit of your personal interests. Choose a balance between your own needs and the responsibilities of your grand-parenting role. It is important to set the limits that work for you.
6. Respect your children. You have spent years raising your sons and daughters and now allow them to raise their own children. A lot has changed since you began to parent - new theories of child-rearing, new equipment, new techniques. Do not assume that, just because you did things in a certain way, it's the best. Your relationship with your children will change as you begin to see their capabilities in a different light. When you hold back, you will notice how naturally and competently they love and care for your grandchildren.
In valuing your children's parenting style, you will realize that the benefits can be immeasurable. Mark said he was happy that, "By taking our cues about the grandkids from our daughter-in-law, we've earned her confidence and trust. We've been given our stripes and the reward, an on-going relationship with our grandchildren, benefits everyone." Herein lays a second chance to make a difference. And a fringe benefit to consider is seeing these relationships as an investment in the future - your grandkids may eventually be taking care of you.

What's The Big Deal About Sleep? Some Solid Facts
We've been hearing all our lives that we need to get to bed to get our sleep. So what's the big deal? Are there really any big consequences to cheating ourselves out of adequate sleep? Let's look at some solid facts about the subject of sleep.
HOW MUCH SLEEP IS NEEDED EACH DAY?
* Infants 16 hours
* Teenagers 9 hours
* Adults usually 7-8 hours or as few as 5 hours to as much as 10 hours
* Pregnant women early in pregnancy need several more hours a night
* Elderly need as much as younger adults, but sleep less soundly so need more
REM SLEEP IS CRUCIAL TO OUR WELLBEING.
REM sleep was discovered in the study of infants around 1953. This is the type of sleep when dreaming takes place, usually about two hours a night. There is an increased production of proteins during this time.
REM sleep stimulates the brain regions that are used in learning of certain mental skill
SLEEP DEPRIVATION LOWERS OUR MENTAL SHARPNES
Without adequate sleep our nervous systems do not work properly. Our memory is impaired and our ability to do math calculations is reduced. Sleep-deprived people tested by using a driving simulator performed as badly as or worse than those who were intoxicated.
Sleep rests the portion of the brain used in our emotional and social functioning, allowing us to be at our best after the night.
LACK OF SLEEP AFFECTS OUR PHYSICAL HEALTH.
Animal studies have shown that sleep is necessary for survival. Rates died by the age of 3 - 5 weeks instead of their usual life span of 2-3 years when they were deprived of sleep. They also developed low body temperatures and body sores indicating a compromised immune system.
Human hand-eye coordination has been shown to be very poor in a sleep-deprived person.
Getting adequate sleep encourages the production of the human growth hormone that helps to build muscle mass, thicken skin, and strengthen bones. Sleep is one of the simplest things people can do to avoid accelerated aging.
SLEEP DEPRIVATION KILL
Driver fatigue has been blamed for an estimated 100,000 motor vehicle accidents and 1500 deaths each year. Sleep deprivation magnifies alcohol's effects on the body, causing great impairment. The National Sleep Foundation gives some guidelines for determining if you are too drowsy to drive
* You have trouble keeping your eyes focused.

The Job Profile Of A Heavy Equipment Mechanic
Depending on the type of industry, there might be slight variations in the job profile of heavy equipment mechanics, but if we take a broader view we can easily relate these professionals with the service and repair of the equipments such as bulldozers, cranes, bucket loaders, wreckers, backhoes, grades, rollers, back rollers, scrapers, etc. For better understanding, let us discuss the job profile of a heavy equipment mechanic in detail.
Work under limited supervision
Heavy equipment mechanics having two to five years of experience are required to carry out all the routine maintenance jobs on their own in accordance with established norms and standards. The most common maintenance jobs that a mechanic may be required to do include the following
. Carry out the necessary repairs and if needed, replace the damaged or worn parts
. Adjust and maintain engines and their subassemblies such as gear transmissions, crawler heads etc by using hand-held tools, power jacks and cranes
. Regular servicing that includes dismantling and reassembling of heavy equipment with the use of hand tools, jacks, and crane
. Test machines and equipment at regular intervals to check whether they are working at optimal efficiencies or not
. Using hands, eyes, ears and standard testing tools such as micrometers and gauges, a heavy equipment mechanic should examine critical parts and components for damage or excessive wear and tear
. Operate the machines themselves in order to point out the exact anomaly and to verify the claims of the regular operator
. Weld broken parts and components using standard tools such as an electric or a gas welder
. Clean parts and components with the prescribed industrial cleaning solvents, using either the direct immersion technique or the spray-paint technique
Other crucial job responsibilities of heavy equipment mechanics
Buying heavy equipment entails huge investments and this is why it becomes necessary to conduct a trial before actually investing in these. Technicians are hired for this purpose who carry out the necessary checks and submit their report to the senior management. Based on the report, the senior management then decides whether or not to opt for that particular piece of equipment.
This makes the job of a heavy equipment mechanic all the more important because now he not only has to deal with routine maintenance jobs but is also required to become a part of the managerial decision making process. However, since such responsibilities also have the potential to create unwanted problems in case something goes terribly wrong, the mechanics should never forget to back up their claims with real-time evidence collected during the trial.
Apart from these, heavy equipment mechanics are also called in to impart theoretical and practical training to new recruits and other employees. Since activities such as maintenance, repair and servicing are a never-ending process and since technologies keep changing, the mechanics are required to continuously hone their skills and keep abreast with the latest developments in their respective domains. It is only then will they be able to perform to the best of their abilities.

Criminals and Petty Thieves Travel Too!
Do you often wonder how many crimes are committed at the airports? Eighty-five percent of crimes committed against travelers occur at the airport.
Approximately 2 million passengers fly a day with an expected 1 billion passenger to fly per year by the year 2015. More people travel, more opportunities for criminals to prey on unsuspecting travelers.
Let's talk about how not to become a victim of crime. Remember to purchase privacy tags for your luggage to keep your information just that--private. A name and phone number is sufficient on privacy tag
Don't give out personal information out loud. Write down the information or speak softly so no one else will overhear. Do not give out financial or personal information while talking on your cell phone. Do not work on confidential files while on the airplane. You don't know if the person behind you is staring through the gap in between the seats.
Use the buddy system if you can when visiting the bathroom. Some bathrooms across our nation are used for meeting places for men or women looking for a good time. Direct all questions to airline employees, security or police if you need information.
When traveling through airport security be sure to place your valuables and all metal objects in your carry-on and not the small trays they provide you at checkpoint. Do not place money clips with your paper money still attached in the small trays. You are really asking for trouble. Be sure to walk through the metal detector at the same time your carry-on and purse are going through.
At Chicago O'Hare a passenger placed his computer on a chair and because it wasn't in front of him, he then forgot it. A criminal saw a computer sitting by itself, sat down on the chair where the computer was and slid it into his jacket and walked off in less than 30 seconds. Good news is that is was recovered.

Searching Online For Heavy Equipment Jobs
The Internet is a great resource for searching suitable job openings for pursuing careers in heavy equipment operation, maintenance and management fields. Just google 'heavy equipment careers' to access loads of information on everything from training to certification including jobs in this field. For example, a job as a mechanic for these types of machinery can typically fetch a salary ranging between $39,000 to $70,000 per annum depending on qualifications and the level of skills and experience.
The job would require fixing power shift transmissions, hydraulic systems or fuel injection systems, inspection of bulldozers and cranes and clean/test machine parts etc. Job openings exist in the construction, mining, gas, oil and other industries. Work can also be found at subway repair or railroad construction sites.
An online application form for the job will typically seek the following information about the applicant that has to be provided while submitting the application. A sample of information required is being provided hereunder.

Although known commonly as heavy equipment operating personnel, the nature of the work performed by a heavy equipment operator employed in construction and maintenance of different work sites under contractors, construction companies, municipal corporations and logging companies etc. varies quite a lot. Accordingly, theoretical/ practical knowledge and experience specific to different equipments is desirable for operational work as asphalt plant operator, backhoe operator, dredging equipment operator, bulldozer operator, excavator operator, loader operator, heavy equipment operator, grader operator, paving equipment operator, side boom tractor operator, snow-removal equipment operator, sewer flushing truck operator, pile driver, bridge worker etc. More than half of all heavy equipment personnel are engaged by the construction industry. The rest are employed in gas, oil, mining, landscaping, agriculture, logging, fishing and manufacturing industries.
Demand for qualified personnel to be directly recruited in supervisory and managerial positions in heavy equipment jobs is also high. However, with long experience and varied work exposure to develop required knowledge and skill sets, it is possible to progress to supervisory/managerial positions from the level of heavy equipment operator in course of time.

Confidence Or Penis Size
I' m sure you' ve asked this question before Does size matter?
Some women say yes, while others say no. The truth is most women will never agree. In fact, it' s not a matter of who' s right or wrong, but more about personal preference.
I say size has little to do with sexual satisfaction confidence is the key to getting noticed by women and performing your best. Today, you will learn all the sexy secrets behind confidence why it' s more important than penis size, how to fake confidence, and how to have sexual confidence even if you' re below average in size.
Get ready to learn about the sexiest tool ever confidence!
Does size matter?
Although most women can' t agree if size matters, research revealed at the Kinney Institute confirms that most women have unreal expectation
The Kinsey Institute in Indiana promotes interdisciplinary research in the fields of human sexuality, gender, and reproduction. Recently, they conducted a research on the average penis size and concluded the average penis size to be between 5 1/2 and 6 inches. This goes on to say that if the average penis size is merely 5 1/2 - 6 inches, than most women never experience sex with King Kong. So why all the hype for bigger penis size?
What this study means is that most women know what penis size to expect. Perhaps what should be considered is why the average penis size does not satisfy women. Is it really the size or other factors such as sexual skills and techniques? The fact is penis size has little to do with satisfying women, sexual satisfaction comes from personal confidence.
Here' s why
What is confidence?
Confidence is very sexy to women. It is the quality that distinguishes a boy from a man. Confidence is an attitude of control, self assurance, and cool. When a man is confident in himself, his abilities, and his performance, women no longer look to size for pleasure they look to skill.
How can I be confident if I' m below average?
Just fake it. That' s right. If you act confident, you' ll start believing it. It' s a simple mind trick. Start walking with your head up, shoulders broad, smile softly and make eye contact with attractive women. Body language of confidence leads people to believe that you are confident.
Your attitude is also important. Studies have proven that, if you act as if you' re attractive, people will perceive you as attractive. Ever wonder why ugly guys wind up with beautiful women? The key is acting confident. Remember this the next time you see an average guy with a hot girl. Is she with him because of his looks or is he expressing an attitude of confidence?
How to have personal confidence
As mentioned above confidence starts with faking it. Learning the body language of confidence tricks yourself into believing you are and women into thinking you are utterly attractive. Here are three basic techniques to have women thinking you are sexy and confident.
Having a Confident Appearance
First impressions are extremely important. Psychological tests have proven that once a first impression is made, it is very hard for people to alter it later on. Since a first impression is a lasting one, you should always be well groomed everywhere you go.
Start with the essentials hair, nails, and teeth. Even if your wardrobe needs help certain traits will pull you through such as having clean fingernails, groomed hair and white teeth. A woman appreciates a man who can take care of himself because it shows he is confident and values his appearance. Regular grooming techniques such as cleaning and cutting fingernails, styling hair, and whitening teeth should become a habit for men. Believe it or not, women look at these factors right away.
Hands
Single women look at a man' s hands first to spot a wedding band. If your nails are long or have dirt underneath them, she will be turned off right away. Don' t worry you aren' t compromising your manhood by having nice hands, this works to your advantage. Since hands tell a lot about a man' s habits and lifestyle manicured hands will have her thinking you are a successful white collared male who uses his mind to get the buck. Even if you aren' t a white collared guy, this is the first step to get women to believe you are smart, confident, and successful.
Hair
Next, is the hair. Hair unlike hands doesn' t need to be neat and perfect it just has to look styled. Because every woman is different, there isn' t one specific haircut that will turn her on. Some women love bald men others love men with long hair. Whatever the odds, a man' s hair should look styled. A confident man knows this. If his hair is long, it is done so intentionally not because he missed several haircut appointments. Also, men going for the messy look should distinguish it from embarrassing bed head. All in all, women should know the difference between intentional hair styles and just plain lazines
Teeth
Finally, the most important behavioral trait confident people demonstrate is smiling. Confident people are happy they are in control of their lives and are successful. You don't see confident people angry or sad they are cool and collective. Confident people walk tall, make eye contact when they talk, and smile. This doesn' t mean you have to walk around with a huge grin on your face but you should smile softly at people you meet.
Like wise, you should do your best to reveal a charming smile do so by whitening your teeth. There are several over the counter teeth whiteners and bleaches. The most popular are Crest White Strips they are clean and easy to use.
How to have sexual confidence
As mentioned above confidence starts with faking it. Learning the body language of confidence tricks yourself into believing you are and women into thinking you are utterly attractive. Here are three basic techniques to have women thinking you are sexy and confident.
Most men believe sexual confidence is more important that personal confidence. For them, if a man is sexually confident in bed, then he will demonstrate this confidence in his personality. I disagree. Confidence is a state of mind that is first practiced in your personal life then integrated into your sexual performance. Nonetheless, men concerned with their size wonder
How can I be confident with my small size?
The answer just as before is fake it. Just as you fake confidence, men can fake penis size. This helps men attain sexual confidence. Here' s how
Penis Confidence
Many topical solutions in the market give the illusion of a bigger harder penis such as Endowmax oil. These solutions are rubbed onto the penis before sex. They work instantly to promote genital blood flow. The result is a harder, longer, stronger erection. Other products work to sensitize a woman' s vagina so that your penis feels incredibly pleasurable to her. They also promote genital blood flow and make orgasms easier for her to achieve. Now, you won' t have to worry if your size is adequate to make her scream. As mentioned before, there are several factors beside penis size needed to satisfy a woman. Men should learn several techniques such as pleasing women orally or with sex toys. You can reference the Sex Toys 101 chapter to discover the hot steamy world of sex toy
Finally, I would like to remind men how incredibly important and sexy confidence is. Confidence is what gets y

Don't Let Divorce Lead To Foreclosure
Divorce and foreclosure often go hand in hand. Many individuals find themselves divorced and stuck with a home that they cannot afford the mortgage on. Others are in divorce and then the individual responsible for the mortgage simply quits paying it. This can be very devastating to both individuals if the home still has both individuals on the deed. There are several options that can be used to relieve both individuals from the burden of an expensive mortgage that neither can afford.
The house can be sold and both individuals can share the profits if there are any. They will be able to avoid foreclosure by paying off the mortgage. If the house is foreclosed on the bank will force you out and sell the home. In many circumstances, the house value is not high enough to pay off the lender and through the foreclosure process the bank may be able to come after the assets of both individuals to pay the rest of the debt.
Throughout the process of deciding what to do with the home it is important to remember that you do not want to remain on the title of the home if you can avoid it. Many couples will decide to keep the home running and may work together to pay the mortgage despite the fact that they are divorced and one spouse no longer lives in the home.
If there are any disputes between the two ex-spouses, one person may simply decide to stop paying their portion of the mortgage and the other individual is stuck with the entire bill. This is often how divorced couples find themselves in a horrible foreclosure situation. If you remain on the title and you are not living in the home, you will find that the foreclosure of your ex-spouse will be attached to you as well. Any liens or judgments that the home owning spouse receives will then attach to you because your name is on the title. If your ex-spouse obtains a lien against them, the lien will also ruin your new title as well.
To avoid a situation such as this, it is important that after the divorce the mortgage must be refinanced. The spouse that chooses to move out of the home should have their name removed from the mortgage. The easiest method of doing this is through refinancing the mortgage. Some mortgage companies will simple remove the spouse but will have to complete an application called an Assumption Agreement.
The spouse that remains in the home will agree to assume any and all responsibility for the mortgage debt. The lender will require tax returns and a current appraisal of the home. They will also require that the loan to value is very high. If there is enough equity in the home then the bank may consider a request to release the spouse from the mortgage. If there is not sufficient equity in the home then bank may not consent to removing the spouse from the mortgage.

Steps to Prevent a House Fire
Whether you think that it can happen to you or not, a house fire can be one of the most trying experiences that you can have, but the majority of house fires can be prevented simply by paying attention to what you are doing and using the electrical devices in your home the way that they were intended.
When cooking in the kitchen, you should never leave oil or shortening to heat on the stove unattended. This is the cause of more house fires than you can imagine and it is easily avoidable by simply not leaving the room for more than a minute or two (literally). If you have to put out a grease fire, you should know that you cannot do this with water. Use baking soda or your fire extinguisher, depending on the size of the fire. If it is very small, the baking soda should take care of it. If it is larger and threatens to spread beyond the stove, use the fire extinguisher.
The electrical devices most notorious for starting house fires are used during the winter to keep the house or the people in it as warm as possible. Electric blankets have been known to catch beds on fire with people asleep in them and go on to burn the rest of the house to the ground.
While you may think that you know how to use an electric blanket, you may want to reconsider leaving it on while you are asleep under it. If you absolutely must leave it on, it should be on a low setting. Never leave it on a high setting, especially when it is underneath other blankets. The other blankets will insulate the heat and make it even more likely to catch on fire. Secondly, do not allow pets or children to walk on the bed while it is on it. Walking on electric blankets can damage the heating element
Space heaters are another concern for those of us who cannot afford to pay the extra cost of a gas bill during the winter time to heat the house. These can cause house fires quickly, as well, and should be used with caution. Do not place them in the rooms of small children since they often have a number of plush toys and blankets in the room that can catch on fire. An area of at least 3 to 5 feet or more should be cleared from around the heater so it does not catch anything on fire.
Something else to consider when using devices that emit heat is to never use an extension cord with them unless it is a heavy duty gauge of at least 14. Small cords used with lamps and other devices cannot handle the current needed to provide power to devices that emit heat. They will melt.

Preventing House Fires
A house fire can be one of the most devastating experiences a homeowner can go through, but there are a number of things that you can do to reduce the chance of this happening. A large number of house fires result from people simply not paying attention to what they are doing, neglecting an electrical device, or using one incorrectly.
Space heaters are used in the winter in many homes that cannot afford to pay the gas bill or the extra electricity cost that it takes to heat their home, but these are the cause of house fires if they are not used properly. The first thing you need to realize about these devices is that you should never use an extension cord with them unless they are heavy duty. The cord should be a gauge 14 at least or else it will melt. The smaller cords simply cannot handle the amount of electricity needed to power these devices and so, they cause fires.
Something else you should be wary of is putting the heater on a carpeted surface. You can do this with heaters that have a good amount of space between the heating element and the floor, but space heaters with short legs should be used only on non-carpeted floor
Another electrical item that is often misused is the electric blanket. Imagine waking up and the bed being on fire with you in it. That could be mistaken for a nightmare, but it has happened before to people who do not turn their blankets off when they go to sleep. Electric blankets need to be used to warm up the bed only and turned off afterward and they should NEVER be left on their highest setting while you are sleeping under them. You should also not allow pets or children to walk on these, since it can damage the cords inside them and cause them to have short
Any other electrical device that puts out heat should be used very carefully to ensure that a house fire does not break out. It is important to follow the directions of the device to the letter and use the utmost caution if you have to leave it unattended for any amount of time. Try not to leave these items alone for more than a few minutes at a time.
Grease fires are also common in the kitchen. The best way to prevent this is to heat oil or shortening slowly and never leave it unattended.

The Nature of Gold Jewelry
Gold is dense, soft, shiny and the most malleable and ductile of the known metals. Because of the softness of pure (24k) gold, it is usually alloyed with base metals for use in jewellery, altering its hardness and ductility, melting point, color and other properties.
Native gold contains usually eight to ten percent silver, but often much more alloys with a silver content over 20% are called electrum. Although gold is a noble metal, it forms many and diverse compounds.
High-carat white gold alloys are far more resistant to corrosion than are either pure silver or sterling silver. Gold jewelry is usually sold at 18 karats, but 9 and 14 karat gold jewelry is also very popular.
Gold may have been the first metal used by humans and was valued for ornamentation and rituals. Gold is also mentioned several times in the Old Testament, and is included with the gifts of the magi in the first chapters of Matthew New Testament. The south-east corner of the Black Sea was famed for its gold. Gold has been associated with the extremities of utmost evil and great sanctity throughout history.
Medieval kings were inaugurated under the signs of sacred oil and a golden crown, the latter symbolizing the eternal shining light of heaven and thus a Christian king's divinely inspired authority.
The price of gold is determined on the open market, but a procedure known as the Gold Fixing in London, originating in September 1919, provides a daily benchmark figure to the industry. In various countries, gold is used as a standard for monetary exchange, in coinage and in jewelry. Although this is certainly not a professional way of examining gold, the bite test should score the gold because gold is considered a soft metal according to the Mohs' scale of mineral hardness. The purer the gold the easier it should be to mark it.
Yellow gold is not the only gold jewelry available, gold jewelry can come in a variety of colors depending on various factors, which make up its composition. Although yellow gold remains popular one should consider purchasing a variety of color.
White gold is an alloy of gold and at least one white metal, such as silver or palladium. While some higher quality white gold alloys retain their shine and lustre, most will be coated with a very thin layer of rhodium. Like yellow gold, white gold is measured in karats. Rose gold is also known as pink gold and red gold. Since it is an alloy, there is no such thing as "pure rose gold" pure gold is yellow and pure copper is reddish. 18 karat rose gold may be made of 25% copper and 75% gold. It is produced by various methods, such as electrodeposition using black rhodium or ruthenium plasma assisted chemical vapour deposition process involving amorphous carbon and controlled oxidation of carat gold containing chromium or cobalt.
Black gold is a type of gold used in jewelry. Unfortunately, black gold is very hard and making jewellery out if it usually necessitates using previously-made melting form
When buying Gold jewelry it is important to ensure that it is valuable. Like gemstones it is wise for a buyer to obtain proper certification so that there can be no doubt about its authenticity. A genuine jeweller will have no problems with providing you with such certification and some online retailers will provide certificates of authenticity automatically.
Summary Gold is a valuable metal used in jewelry. It is important for those who enjoy precious jewelry to know the qualities of gold and the different types of gold jewelry available.

The Most Profitable Thing You Can Sell Online
We've often been told that the most profitable industry to be in is health and wellness. This is due to the consumable aspect of it. This is true, you definitely want to be in the best consumable industry there is-when it comes to network marketing.
In network marketing, you get a residual check that you get month after month. So therefore, you want a product that can be consumed at least monthly if not weekly.
The factors to consider when you have a product that is highly consumable, like vitamins, is that it has to be formulated, stocked, packed, and shipped. Those are just four steps-it's not counting the numerous other steps in between. Each step reduces the profit margin.
Even with these disadvantages, health and wellness is still the most lucrative industry in network marketing due its high consumability factor. Notice I said in network marketing.
Now, when it comes to Internet marketing, that's a different story. In Internet marketing, you can deliver products electronically and the process is a lot simpler. Therefore, there are a lot fewer steps to get the product to the end consumer. Because of these factors your profit margins are increased exponentially. Let's examine it a little further.
Electronically delivered products such as e-Books, software, membership sites, video courses/tutorials, and paid newsletters can be made and set up relatively easily in a short amount of time. You don't have to worry about shipping, because everything is automated and delivered instantly. After you've created your product it is simple to make copies of it.
In the case of e-books, you can compile your book from works in the public domain, public label rights, or just create the content yourself. If you frequent forums a lot, there may be a person or two whose forum posts or rants are outstanding and would make a good read in an e-book. You will more than likely have to get their permission, but this still makes for an easy way to get content. Those are just a few idea
Membership sites are another revenue stream where everything is handled over the Internet and you don't even have to issue membership cards! The great thing about membership sites other than everything is handled electronically, is that it is recurring income. This is the kind of income you dream of.
The downside with most products that are delivered online, is that once the sale is made you're done- until the customer decides to buy again. With membership sites, you can count on the sale month after month or until they cancel their membership. In a sense you can say that it is consumable, because your customers want access to your information every month.
If you already have a business that does not sell products that can be delivered electronically, you may want to consider adding that aspect into your business to give you another stream of income.
As long as you have marketing system in place products that are sold electronically give you the best return of your time, energy and money.

How To Shoot Craps
Most people begin shooting craps at home. Just in case you've never played the game at all or are a beginner we'll start with the fundamentals of play, and then touch on betting.
You throw a pair of dice, two cubes, bearing dots 1 to 6 inclusive. If the dots total 7 or 11 on the first roll, you win your bet, and the throw is called a "natural."
Should the dice add to 2, 3 or 12 on the first roll, it's "craps" and you lose. You keep the dice, however, and throw again.
When you as the shooter win, it is called a "pass." When you lose, it is called a "missout" or "miss." This is not always decided on the first roll. Instead of a "natural," "7, 11" or a "crap" - 2, 3, 12 - a 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 or 10 may appear. Then, any such number becomes your "point" and you try to "make the point" by rolling it again before a 7 appears. Here, 7 is no longer lucky. Also, 2, 3, 11 and 12 have no significance when you are trying to "make the point."
You keep on shooting until you "pass" by bringing up the needed "point" or until you "miss" by rolling a 7. If you "pass," you win the bet, keep the dice, and proceed to make another bet.
BETTING
The following combinations should be committed to memory even before you pick up a pair of dice
- There's just one way to roll a 2 1-1
- There are two ways to roll a 3 1-2, 2-1
- There are three ways to roll a 4 1-3, 2-2, 3-1
- There are four ways to roll a 5 1-4, 2-3, 3-2, 4-1
- There are five ways to roll a 6 1-5, 2-4, 3-3, 4-2, 5-1
- There are six ways to roll a 7 1-6, 2-5, 3-4, 4-3, 5-2, 6-1
- There are five ways to roll a 8 2-6, 3-5, 4-4, 5-3, 6-2
- There are four ways to roll a 9 3-6, 4-5, 5-4, 6-3
- There are three ways to roll a 10 4-6, 5-5, 6-4
- There are two ways to roll an 11 5-6, 6-5
- There's just one way to roll a 12 6-6
Now let's start the private game. Each player rolls the dice to determine who comes closest to 12 in one roll. The highestand starts the game.
The shooter bets whatever amount he wants - for our purposes here let's say it's a dollar - and places that amount in the center of a circle formed by the players.
Now the money or the "center bet" is covered or "faded" by one or more players. That is, one player may put down a dollar and cover all of it, or two or more players may choose to take a portion of the bet. Anyway, the money is faded and the shooter rolls the dice.
To get the game off to a good start, we'll say the shooter rolled a 7, a "natural," so he wins. Remembering the probabilities in dice, there are exactly 6 such combinations out of a possible 36. (11 would have been a "natural" too - with only two ways to roll it). Our shooter was pretty lucky here.
With two dollars in the center, he can either "let it ride" - bet that amount on the next roll, or draw a portion of it and bet the remainder on the next roll. Also, he can draw the two dollars and pass the dice to the next player on his left. But that is rare.
Let's say that the shooter chooses to "let it ride." He shoots again and this time it's a 3 - "Craps." So he loses the money but retains the dice. Out of 36 possible combinations, there are only 2 ways to roll a 3. (Of course, 2 and 12 would have been "Craps" as well - and there's just one way to roll each of those numbers out of a possible 36 combinations). So our shooter wasn't too lucky this time.
See how exciting this simple game can be. Have fun!

How to Ensure You Buy a Valuable Diamond
Certification of gemstones is an important consideration when buying jewellery. A large trade in gem-grade diamonds and other gemstones exists. Gemstones can be sold already set in jewelry, or as is increasingly popular, sold unset. There are a number of important considerations when buying diamonds and it is therefore important to ensure that proper certification is obtained.
In the last two decades there has been a proliferation of certification, not only for diamonds but for gemstones as well. After all when you want to sell the diamond the new owner will want a certification from you. If the seller is unwilling to supply a certification with the diamond then he may not be telling the truth and you should find someone who will. Insist on a certification before procuring a diamond for investment purposes. Although certification can provide certainty and clarity, each laboratory has its own methodology to evaluate gemstones grading experience is different and depending on the certification required each laboratory approaches these issues differently.
Diamonds are specifically renowned as a material with superlative physical qualities such as their hardness and brilliance. A diamond's gem quality, which is not as dependent on material properties as industrial applications, has invited both imitation and the invention of procedures to enhance the gemological properties of natural diamonds. Some of these procedures make the diamond appear bigger but greatly reduce the sparkle and other positive qualities of the diamond. Nevertheless a diamond is commonly cut and polished to produce a high appearance of these qualities. Borazon, ultra hard fullerite, or aggregated diamond nanorods, enables a diamond to hold a polish extremely well and retain their lustre.
The production and distribution of diamonds is largely consolidated in the hands of a few key players, and concentrated in traditional diamond trading centers. In contrast to precious metals, there is no universal world price per gram for diamonds. Unless you are a trained jeweler you will not have the ability to determine if the quality of the diamond is matched to its purchase price. As diamonds in larger sizes become increasingly rare and valuable, any easily visible and readily understood pricing system has been hard to establish. Some of the price jumps are related to marketing and consumer expectations rather than their intrinsic value. Diamonds are expensive and knowledge is needed to make a wise buy that will retain or even increase in value over time. As diamonds in larger sizes become increasingly rare and valuable, any easily visible and readily understood pricing system has been awkward to establish.
The greatest thing about internet shopping is that it gives people options that stores cant provide. It would take hours, or even days, to do the same thing going from store to store. Choose style over price however ensure that you obtain value for your money. Just because you buy diamonds and other gemstones on the internet more cheaply than from offline jewellery stores this does not mean that you should forget certification. Insist on a certification before buying a diamond for investment and personal reasons.

People Rarely Value What They Do Not Pay For
It is a sad but true fact that people rarely value what they do not pay for. Yes, we all love getting something for free and gifts are often very special to us but when it comes right down to it, the things we tend to value the most are the things we purchase ourselves with our hard-earned cash. When you have to work for it and then you have to give up your own money for it, it tends to mean more to you. Wasn't that how most of our parents used allowance to teach us the value of a dollar? Those same principles hold true in the business world.
When it comes to running a business, no matter what type of business you have, this is a very important thing for you to learn and understand. You can take this fact and apply it to your business strategies and tactics to help you determine what works and what doesn't. So often businesses try to reel people in with free promotions but that isn't always the best tactic to take. If you give away your product for free, what is there left to motivate people to purchase it? If you are giving it away, people think it must be inferior in some way. If you have a low priced item, it may be labeled as "cheap" in the minds of prospects. Additionally, many businesses under-price their products and services thinking it will help them make more sales when it is actually much more productive to set a reasonable price that truly shows the value of your product.
People tend to value those things which cost a lot but which they see as a necessity in some way. For example, automobiles are typically an expensive purchase but this is something that most families and individuals really need. There are many things in life that people will pay more for when they feel like they need it rather for personal or business use. Your job as a marketer is to make them see why they need your product. You need to market to their emotions and show them why this is a product or service that is important to them and then you can mark your price higher and people will understand why it is more expensive.
This doesn't mean that you charge more for an item that isn't worth it buyers have to feel like they are getting value in what they pay for. There are also other methods of gaining attention for your product or service. Depending on what your business does and what your target market is, you can also come up with creative ways to use free items as promotional tools without sacrificing your product. Remember that while people rarely value what they do not pay for, they are still widely attracted to the promise of something for nothing. You can use this to your advantage.
Remember though that you need to learn how to price things for what they are worth. Don't undervalue yourself trying to get the lowest price in the marketplace. You may give something away for free to entice a lead, but have higher and higher priced items on the back end. Don't over price or under price - give more VALUE to the customer than what they are paying for (for instance, customer service, bonuses, additional information). You need to focus on determining a value for what you are selling, marketing that value so that people "get" the value and want it and perceive a need for it and are willing to pay a bit more than they are comfortable with to get their needs met. It all boils down to emotion and eliciting that emotion in your customers.

Create a Business Doing Something You Enjoy
Have you always wanted to be your own boss or make money doing something you enjoy? Are you tired of the same old day to day grind and want to try something new? Most people dream of owning their own business or working for themselves so they can plan their own schedule, take control of how things are done and feel satisfied and confident in what they have achieved.
Unfortunately, many people who have this goal do not know how to take the proper steps to achieve it. Before you can move forward with creating your business, you will need to have an idea for what you want your business to be about. For some people, choosing this is easy. For many, it is not so easy and they spend time researching and trying to decide which business idea will work for them and bring them success. One thing that will help you dramatically in making your decision is to choose something you enjoy doing.
Do you have a hobby or a favorite past time? Do you like to write or to read? Are you exceptional at public speaking or at helping people? Do you like to teach or instruct others? Do you participate in a sport or follow a favorite sport? These are all areas you can explore that will help you in choosing a business idea that will work for you and that you will enjoy doing. You can sit and make a list of some things you enjoy doing or want to work more with and then refer to this list to help you get an idea of what kind of business you can create.
Remember that this does not have to be a lifelong passion or dream, only something you enjoy. If you don't like it, it will show in your business and it will be a real drag to work on. This is why it is important that your business is based on something you enjoy or have an interest in. Otherwise, you can choose from just about anything. The options are virtually endless for how you can start your own business today.
Remember that if you want your business to be successful, it needs to be something that you will enjoy spending time working on. If you hate your topic or find it boring, it will show through your business and to your customers. This will result in damage to your business because customers will see you don't care about your subject. Once you find something that you enjoy doing enough that you want to create a business out of it, you can start looking at what types of businesses can be expanded from that idea.
There are many options you can consider such as opening a store, an online marketplace, working as a consultant, running a restaurant, etc. The amount of funds and resources needed to start your business will depend on the type of business you are starting. If you enjoy what you are doing, you can guarantee you will be starting on the right foot towards having a positive business.

Business Clarity Should Permeate Your Business
It is very important that everyone involved in your business from the very top to the bottom of the chain knows exactly what is going on in your business. A business is team and you need everyone on your team working towards the same goal. Before you can teach your team about the business plan, you need to know it yourself. Once you are well informed of your business plan and the strategy and tactics you plan to use to get there, you can form excellent, dependable business clarity that will permeate throughout your business.
A business that starts off with clear and focused goals and plans and a strategy to reach those goals will be much more successful than those businesses without this. You need all members of your team moving in the same direction and working towards a common goal. The only way to truly do this is with business clarity. While it may sound easy in writing, most people find that the hardest task they will face in their business is properly defining their purpose but this is a necessity to finding clarity.
Studies have shown that there is a direct link between clarity and success. You must know what you are working toward if you are ever to expect to get there. The more clarity you have, the more profit you can expect to see coming in to your business. Defining business clarity should be a daily activity for you in your business. You need to dedicate some time each day to study and evaluate where your business is coming from, how you are growing and what new trends are taking place in the marketplace. Often, your market will change and you will need to adjust and make changes with it to remain profitable but all too often business owners fail to see this until it is too late.
What are some ways that you can maintain this business clarity throughout your organization? Remember that first and foremost, it always needs to begin at the top. You need to have a crystal clear picture of what you are doing and why before you can expect the rest of your business associates and employees and staff to do the same. Once you have this image clearly defined in your own head, you will need to move on to the next step forming a plan to get there.
When you have this clear plan laid out on how to get to your goals, you will need to define each person's role in that plan and then your briefing and training will need to begin from the top and work its way down. There should be clear instructions for what is expected of each individual and their role within your business, this way there is no confusion later about the focus of the business.
When you have business clarity in your business, everyone will see the same focus as you when it comes to the future and success of the business. This is how businesses become and remain successful.

Determine What is Working and What is Not in Business
In your business, there will come many times when you have to study, evaluate and rethink your business practices. It is important that you know how to determine what is working and what is not in business and that you know how to focus on what is working and abandon what is not working.
A business cannot thrive and prosper if the tactics being used by that company are not really working. If your business seems to be in a rut, it may be due to using strategies that are not beneficial to your company. You need to take time to look at your business and determine your amount of succes
You can start by looking at an overview of your sales. Has business increased, decrease or stayed the same. If you are not seeing an increase, then you need to look for reasons why. For instance, how are your advertising techniques working? Advertisement is a way to get new potential customers interested in your product or services. If you are not seeing an increase in customer interest, then you need to try something different in this area.
Monitor how your customers are responding to customer service. Different customers respond in different ways to the same tactics, but all of them respond in a negative way if they feel they are not being taking seriously. Customers need to feel special and know they are your number one concern. If the routine you use has become boring to your employees and clientele, then it is time to look for a more exciting way to approach and handle your customers.
Here are some suggestions to help you determine what works and what doesn't work in your busines
- Keep a record of all the techniques you use, then compare the results
- Record customers response to your techniques
- Compare results over a specified amount of time
- Compare sales on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis
- Provide a way for your customers to comment on your services
Keep in mind that what works for one business will not necessarily work for another, even if they are the same type of business. There are many things that determine the need of a company. For example, your location plays a big role in what tactics will work for your company. You can have two identical companies in two different locations and the way each one needs to be run will be different. It will depend on the type of environment surrounding the business, the competition and the average income for that area.
Tactics that have worked in the past may become outdated and you may need to disregard them and look for new modern ways of running your business. Customers get bored with the same old thing time after time. They look for fresh new ideas that grab their interest and spark their curiosity. However, if you have a technique that works and continues to bring in the customers, don't abandon it. Only lose the ones that have lost their pizzazz.
When you find techniques that do work, be sure to elaborate on them. Show consumers that you are paying attention to their needs and listening to their comments. Don't be afraid to try something new, if it doesn't work, move on to another idea until you find ones that do. You will begin to see happy customers and an increase in your business when you are using techniques that really work.

Space Heater Fire Prevention
While a large number of people use space heaters in their home during the winter to avoid having to pay the gas bill during that time, most people are not completely aware of just how much damage these little conveniences can do to their home if they are left unattended or used incorrectly.
Any homeowner with children should be wary of using space heaters, depending on how old the child is. Small children tend to touch things they are unfamiliar with or things that look "cool" and this can be a really big hazard. It is a bad idea to use a space heater in a child's room at night, especially since smaller children tend to have stuffed animals and toys all over the room that could easily get too close and start a fire.
Something else that you should know about space heaters is using extension cords with them is a very bad idea if you do not have access to a heavy duty one. The smaller extension cords that are used for lamps or other electronics simply cannot stand up to the high amount of electrical current needed to power a space heater and they will eventually melt.
You may or may not realize it, either, since sometimes you will be able to smell the melting plastic, but other times you might not. Use an extension cord that is marked as being at least a 14 gauge or higher cord. This should be able to handle most space heater
A great number of fires concerning space heaters happen at night when people are sleeping. If you can help it, try to leave space heaters off at night. Cover yourself with more blankets or anything else you have to do in order to stay warm, since a space heater may catch on fire and end up causing you and everyone else in the house to be much, much warmer than you intended.
Space heaters should never be used as dryers for any kind of wet clothing, even though some people have done this by setting something they want to make warm on top of it. Do not do this even for a few seconds and even if you are right there watching it.
It is a bad practice to get into and once you become confident that nothing will happen, you will let your guard down and a fire will eventually happen. It may not happen the first, second, or third time, but fires are unpredictable and you never know when one may start.
Keep at least one smoke detector in your home and have one located on each floor, whether you use space heaters in your home during the winter or not. Fires can break out no matter what kind of heating system you may use.

Top Countries in Producing Counterfeit U.S. Currency
The United States Secret Service was established in the 19th century at the end of the American Civil War to try to put an end to making counterfeit money when approximately one-third to one-half of all the currency flooding the nation's market was fake. Today in the 21st century, the Secret Service's role has expanded to include aggressively pursuing American money counterfeiters and traffickers internationally.
Counterfeiting once again is on the rise with the continuing quantum leaps of computer technology and ubiquitous access. A popular "funny-money" making method is digital printing using computer scanners and high-resolution printers. Professional money-printing presses use technologies similar to those of the U.S. Bureau of Engraving and Printing and produce high quality "supernotes" or "superdollars" that can easily fool an unwary or untrained eye.
In a report issued in October 2006, the United States Treasury Department released its findings with a list of countries deserving special mention as sources of counterfeit U.S. currency. According to the study, Latin America in general, Bulgaria in Southeast Europe and the region on Russia's southern border were amongst the highest rankers. Colombia, in particular, for the last four years has topped the list where the largest amounts of forged U.S. notes were seized and where the trafficking of counterfeit money worked hand in hand with the manufacture and distribution of narcotics by local criminal organizations.
The superdollar, an almost perfect counterfeit of a United States banknote, has been circulating since the late 1980s and is so called because the technology used to create the note exceeds the technology of the original. Currently, it is estimated that 1 in 10,000 bills is a super note. In an ongoing strategic investigation, the U.S. government determined that the main culprit in superdollar distribution scheme was North Korea for the purpose of financing its own government and to undermine U.S. economy. Likewise, North Korea responded that the accusations were "sheer lies" and an exploitation of the issue as pretext to war and in January 2007 reports surfaced suggesting that the CIA was the culprit behind the counterfeit products. Later that same year a report by Swiss investigators challenged the U.S. claim of North Korea's culpability.
Interestingly, the U.S. Secret Service has noted a substantial reduction in the quantity of forged U.S. currency. Despite the growing availability of counterfeiting technologies, in 2005 only about USD $61 million (a relatively small amount) in fake money was passed on to the public worldwide. Meanwhile counterfeiters have turned their attention to the Euro, which has experienced rapid growth in the forgery of banknotes and coins since the Euro's launch in 2002.
To find out more about anti-counterfeiting features, new U.S. currency designs, and other money facts, visit the website of the U.S. Bureau of Engraving and Printing. Or see the web page of the Treasury Departments Financial Crimes Enforcement Network for more information on fighting other financial crimes, including terrorism financing and money counterfeiting. For more information on U.S. policy, see Terrorist Financing.

What to Know About Hiring a Contractor
Hiring a contractor to build your house might be some tricky business, especially since there are so many factors involved, but it does not have to be a nightmare if you do your research and know what to look for.
First of all, the contractor that you choose needs to be a licensed one. After you discover that they are licensed, find out if there have been any lawsuits or claims filed against that license. They should also have the appropriate levels of insurance so if anyone is injured while they are on your property, you are not liable for their medical bill
Second of all, you need to talk to each contractor you are considering in person and make sure that you can get along with this person. You both need to be able to get along so you can concentrate on the process of building the home instead of arguing about this or that. This person will be in your life for at least a few months, so hiring someone that you can tolerate is important.
Next, you need to get references from each contractor that you talk to and talk to those references at length and make sure that the contractor does good work. Ask if they have had any mold or water damage issues since their home was constructed or since their remodeling work was finished.
Mold may be the most important issue to look for, since this gets built into new homes more often than most people think due to materials being stored directly on the ground or because they have been rained on.
You should also consider what your contract with this person is going to have in it. You should schedule a date for when the project will start and an approximate date that you want it to have been completed by. If you are expecting a baby or any other major event that will require you to have the home completed, take this into account when hiring your contractor. Find out when they can start on the project and if you do not have any room to be flexible (this is rare), consider hiring someone else.
The contract also needs to contain exactly what materials you want your home to be built from, from the kitchen counter material to the type of finish you want on all the hardware. Be very specific and do not give room for any substitutions, since some contractors will substitute lower grade materials without you noticing if they can get away with it.

Heating Devices Can Cause Fires
There is not a homeowner in the world that wants to have to clean up after a house fire, but this is a common occurrence around the world, no matter how careful you might be. You can go through your whole life and never even see a single tiny grease fire in the kitchen and your house still burn to the ground.
On the same token, you can have several small fires on your stove or in other parts of your house, and the entire thing still be standing tall when you are ninety years old. But, do not think that it all comes down to luck, because it most certainly does not.
The likelihood of a fire burning your house down is directly related to how closely you pay attention to the electrical items in your home. This includes maintenance on large appliances and whether you are using small electrical appliances correctly or not.
One thing that most people do not think about causing a house fire is a curling iron. These have been used by women to curl their hair for many years, but leaving an electric one on and unattended for any period of time is not a good idea. They can cause not only burns on any small children or pets that may run into the cord, but can also cause things to catch on fire depending on where you are using it in the house.
Another item that needs to be used carefully is the space heater. These come in all shapes and sizes, but the general consensus is to never leave these on for extended periods of time and to not use extension cords with them. If you have to use an extension cord, make sure that it is a heavy gauge one with a marking of at least 14. If you can stand to turn them off while you are sleeping, it is a good idea to do so, since many fires of this nature happen at night when no one is awake to watch the heater.
A winter item that you need to be just as careful with is the electric blanket. There have been reports of people waking up with their beds on fire because they left them on while they were sleeping. You also do not want to put pressure on the heating elements in these blankets, since they are easily damaged.

Investment Strategies For Avoiding Risk
Ideally, investors try to buy a stock when the price has reached a support level (a level at which the price is as low as it will go) and sell the stock when it hits a resistance level (a level at which the price is as high as it will go). This is easier said than done. Most investors end up missing out on a continual rise by waiting for a stock to plummet first, or sell way to early by underestimating how high the price will go. In this article, we will focus on the two most popular strategies that you can use to invest without having to worry about market timing.
Dollar cost averaging (DCA) is an investing technique intended to reduce exposure to risk associated with making a single large purchase. According to this technique, shares of stock are purchased in a specific amount on a specified periodic basis (often monthly), regardless of current performance. The theory is that this will lead to greater returns overall, since smaller numbers of shares will be bought when the cost is high, while larger number of shares will be bought while the cost is low.
An example of DCA would be as follows If I want to buy 1,200 shares of IBM stock using DCA, then I might decide to purchase 400 shares of IBM per month over the course of the next three months. Hypothetically, during month one, the price of IBM may be $105 per share, and then it might drop to $95 per share during month two, and then rise to $100 during month three. If I bought all 1,200 shares during month one, I would have cost me $105 per share. But, by spreading the purchase over a three month period, I managed to buy IBM at an average price of $100 per share.
The primary drawback of using DCA is that you may not be maximizing your overall return. If there is an indication that a certain stock is currently undervalued and might shoot up in price, you would actually make less money using DCA than if you had bought all the shares in the beginning before the price skyrocketed. So, it is not always a winning strategy to spread your purchases over a period of time.
Value averaging, also known as dollar value averaging (DVA), is a technique of adding to an investment portfolio to provide greater return than similar methods such as dollar cost averaging and random investment. With the method, investors contribute to their portfolios in such a way that the portfolio balance increases by a set amount, regardless of market fluctuations. As a result, in periods of market declines, the investor contributes more money, while in periods of market climbs, the investor contributes les
Here is an example of DVA I want to invest in Yahoo using DVA. For the sake of argument, we will say that Yahoo is currently $10 per share. I determine that the value of the amount I am going to invest over the course of 1 year will rise, on average, $1,000 each quarter as I make additional investments.
If I use DVA, I invest $1,000 to start. If, at the end of the first quarter, the share price has risen to $15 per share, that means that the value of my investment is now $1,500, which means I will only have to invest $500 at the start of the second quarter in order to bring the total amount of my investment for the first and second quarter to $2,000. So, I am investing less as the stock price increase
Dollar value averaging usually works better than cost averaging because value averaging results in less money being invested as the stock price goes up, whereas with cost averaging you continue to invest the same number of dollars regardless of the share price. But, neither of these strategies are necessarily full-proof. Make sure you know something about the company you are going to invest in before you go forward.

Contractor Need to Know Facts
Almost everyone wants to have the opportunity to build that dream home, but before you can have it built, you need to find the right person to build it for you. This means finding the contractor that you can stand to be around for at least a few months while the house is being built and also finding the contractor that can get the job done right and on time. Other legal matters will also need to be taken care of by the contractor, so before building begins, you need to be sure that these have been taken care of, as well.
When looking for a contractor, talk to your friends and relatives first to find out if they can recommend anyone to you. If they cannot, then it is time to go to the phone book. Avoid hiring a contractor over the internet if possible, but if you feel like you have to go this route, be very careful.
Meet the contractor in person and obtain a number of references so you can find out just what quality work he does. Find out if there have been any problems with mold in the home or water damage due to bad plumbing or bad construction since the house was built. Ask a lot of questions about the contractor's character and about how efficient the job wa
Find out whether the contractor's license is current and has no claims against it at the moment. There should not be any. In California, anyone who is contracted to do work that will cost more than $500 must have a license from the Contractor's State License Board. If you hire someone without a license, you may not be able to obtain assistance from the Board to resolve a complaint. They should have a pocket license with their name on it and the name on it should match the name of who you are talking to.
Your contractor should also have all of the appropriate insurances and he should have no problem with giving you copies of the policies for your own records. He or she should have liability and worker's compensation insurance. They may not be required by your local law to have general liability insurance, but if they do damage to your property, you or your insurance company may have to cover the bill.
Your contractor is also responsible for getting the appropriate building permits from the city to do your project. Make sure he or she has obtained all these permits and permissions before building starts.

Hurricane Water Sanitation
Hurricanes and typhoons occur in different parts of the world, but the effect of both is typically the same. Flooding, high winds, extremely heavy rain, and often casualties occur during both of these kinds of storms, even though one type occurs in the Atlantic and the other occurs in the Pacific. They are similar in not only this way, but also in the way that you need to prepare for them.
Both of these storms can do serious damage to your local water supply and contaminate it with leaves, sticks, other debris, sewage, and sea water. This means that your local water supply is not safe to drink until your local government says that it is safe to do so after the storm is over.
You should never drink the water out of your faucet while the storm is still going on outside and if possible, you should always evacuate your area if you are worried that your home could be flooded by the storm or the collapsing of surrounding dams or levees. The catastrophe of Hurricane Katrina in 2005 showed what can happen when levees break, so if you live in a similar area and a hurricane comes to town, take whatever you can carry and get out.
If you are not worried about your home flooding during this storm, then you will still need to save up as much water as you can to ride out the storm in your home. As mentioned earlier, drinking your tap water after the storm begins is not an option. You can boil it if you need to, but the bad thing about this is that boiling does not remove any chemicals from the water that it may have been contaminated with. You can purchase bottled water before the storm gets to your house or you can go the cheap way and save tap water in rinsed milk jugs. This is the easiest and cheapest way to do it.
Consider just how much water you are going to need. This amount will go up with the number of people that will be staying in your house and the amount of time you are expecting to be locked up in it while you are waiting for the storm to end. Each person should have access to one gallon of water for their use per day. The last thing that you want is to run out of drinking water, so if it is looking like your water supply might not last, forego bathing until the storm is over.

Choosing a Drug and Alcohol Recovery Program Based on the Critical Factor in Reducing Relapse
The percent of addicts that relapse after completing a rehab program can be cause for disappointment among those considering drug rehab as an option to stop the destruction of drug and alcohol addiction.
A drug and alcohol recovery program requires a serious commitment, but if the relapse percentage is so high, is it worthwhile to invest the time, energy, and money into a program? Addicts and families of addicts seeking recovery solutions are very smart and justified in having these concerns. However, there is one critical factor that can greatly decrease the odds of relapse and that is the length of the program.
90 Day Recovery Programs vs. 30 Day Recovery Programs
More and more drug and alcohol recovery programs are moving to a 90 day 'xtended care' model as opposed to the conventional 30 day model. The reason, quite simply, is because they are far more effective in producing alumni that remain sober without relapse.
The reasons for a 90 day program being more beneficial than a 30 day program are clear and simple
- The body and mind has more time to heal in a safe, structured environment
- Longer length of stay allows for some changes in the belief systems and thought-life of the residents which translates to better decision making.
- Daily habits of what a day in recovery looks and feels like starts to become automatic with the longer length of stay.
- Sufficient time to work through all of the steps instead of just some of the steps.
- Many residents, because of the longer length of stay, re-locate and leave the areas where they were drinking and doing drugs. This move away from the city or home where they were drinking or doing drugs greatly enhances their chances of staying clean and sober in the early months and even years of recovery.
A Longer Stay Doesn't Necessarily Equate to Higher Cost
It would be natural to assume that a stay of 90 days would cost three times as much as a 30 day stay. Surprisingly, many 90 day recovery programs cost about the same as 30 day programs. There are several reasons for this, rooted the shift in the drug and alcohol recovery industry.
When insurance companies began covering the costs of drug and alcohol treatment and recovery centers, many corporations jumped to create recovery centers as a way to take advantage of the insurance company payouts. That's not to say that these recovery centers aren't good or that the counselors there aren't effective, but most of these programs are 30 days in length and charge a significant cost.
In recent years, private individuals have begun developing recovery centers with programs based on what addicts need, rather than what insurance companies will pay for. The result is a longer program and lower rates.
As these programs begin to develop outcomes, it has become clear that the longer continuum of care the client experiences, the lower the chance of relapse.

Floor and Ceiling Water Damage Help
Finding mold or water damage in your bathroom is something that no homeowner wants to deal with, but the fact is that this happens more often than most people realize and that preventing it is much easier than dealing with the discovery later on after you have neglected this very important room of your home.
If you are moving into a brand new house, then you are in luck, since there will probably be neither water damage nor mold in the bathroom when you get into it. You are ahead of the game. If you are moving into an old house or have lived in the same home for a number of years, then you might have some issues on your hands, but hopefully the room is not so far gone that you will have to renovate completely to take care of them.
The first thing that you need to look at in your bathroom is the floor. This is what holds up everything else in the room and if it gives way, it does not matter the quality of the craftsmanship in the rest of the room everything in the room will end up on the ground under the house.
So, if the flooring in your bathroom is old or damaged, then you should replace it. Before you put the new flooring down, though, you should take a look at the joists underneath to see if they are water damaged or rotting.
If they feel weak in any way, you should find the money to repair it with, since building a new bathroom on top of weak joists makes no sense at all, because weak and rotted joists are what you are trying to prevent in the first place. You should also look for mold under the old flooring, as well, and remove any materials contaminated with it.
After you replace the flooring (if necessary) and put down the new flooring, you need to make sure that the entire floor is water tight to prevent rotting the joists later on. Much more water goes through the bathroom every day than you may realize, so think about this when waterproofing your floor. There should be no missing areas of grout or caulking anywhere in the room.
The next place you need to look is up. Does your ceiling sag at all or is it cracked in any places? Do you have a window in the bathroom or an exhaust vent? Or do you have neither? One of the most important things that you can install in the bathroom to protect it is an exhaust vent. Steam from your shower or bath is absorbed by the ceiling over time if it has nowhere to go, cause mold growth, and the drywall to sag. If enough water is absorbed by the ceiling over the years, it can crack and eventually collapse.

Bathroom Water Damage and Mold Help
Nobody wants to find mold growing in the bathroom, but you will if you do not take the proper steps to make sure that it is taken care of on a regular basis. There are a number of things that you can do to stop mold from growing in your bathroom and since you will spend a large amount of time in this room over the years, it is suggested that you take these steps no matter what it might cost your wallet.
The last thing you want is to need a mold remediation done in the bathroom that could cost you thousands of dollars simply because you did not take the time and effort to care for it.
One of the most important parts of your bathroom is not the tub, the toilet, or the sink, but the floor. This holds up everything else in the room and if this goes, the entire thing will fall to the ground underneath the house. This happens more often than you think and it is usually due to floors not being properly waterproofed.
You can do this by making sure that there are no cracked tiles or cracked portions of linoleum or whatever flooring you have decided to have put down in the bathroom. If the flooring is old and you have not had it replaced since you have lived in the home and it is damaged, you will want to seriously consider having the floor checked out to see if it is water damaged. Mold can also start growing underneath it, so if the bathroom smells musty at all, you may want to have the house checked for this, too.
Another thing that you want to consider adding to the room is an exhaust vent. Exhaust vents are required by many local building codes and you may not really feel like you need it if you have a window, but installing one is a good investment since it is not always a good idea to leave the bathroom window open. The reason for these vents is so steam is not absorbed by the ceiling and upper walls and cause them to become molded over time. Ceilings that absorb water like this will also start to sag and possibly collapse later.
You should also keep an eye on the plumbing underneath the sink and near the toilet. You should not neglect the slow drips that can happen with these pipes and you should get them fixed as soon as possible, no matter how water tight your floor might be.

5 Wedding Guest Book Ideas That Make Unique Wedding Keepsakes
Your wedding guest book is one of the most special memoirs from your wedding. However, the time-honored tradition of the paper guest book in paper is slowly changing and many new innovative ideas for wedding guest books are becoming popular. If you are willing to take a walk on the wild (or mild) side, please consider one or more of the following ideas for your upcoming ceremony.
Lampshades Aren't Just For Party Hats
So what if you are not the party animal you used to be? Now you can put that neglected corner table lamp to use by using the lampshade as a guest book. Just place the lamp on the reception table with a permanent marker, and your guests can sign their names and wedding wishes for posterity. Simply explain that people will be writing on the shade and it should complement your wedding theme. The lamp then becomes a daily memory of your special day when you bring it back home, perhaps finally in a better location!
You've Been Framed
Every couple has at least one favorite wedding photo. And it goes without saying that you will proudly display your wedding photo in a lovely frame. So rather than sign a traditional guest book, you can have your wedding guests sign photo frames. Save your first kiss or other treasured moment for family and wedding party signatures, and let your other guests sign additional photo frame
Is This Thing On?
For a modern-day interpretation, you can have an audio and video wedding guest book. Of course this isn't really a book, but it serves the same purpose a living record of your wedding day. Use a professional videographer or ask a friend or family member to interview a few guests documentary-style about their thoughts on your matrimony. Some editing may be required!
Knit One, Pearl Two
You can turn a custom a quilt into a wedding guest book. At your wedding ceremony, set up a table with the pre-cut quilt squares and a few acid-free permanent markers. You can provide larger squares for those who deserve extra room such as the wedding party members. After the wedding, you can have the quilt professionally sewed, creating a lasting treasure that can also keep your feet warm on winter nights.
Getting Engraved
Many couples are opting for engraved or hand-painted wedding invitations. Did you know that you can purchase a hand-made guest book that will match your invitations? Local artists are often an excellent source for these special guest books, and an eBay search for "custom wedding invitations" will often put you in touch with the right vendors.
As you have seen, the wedding guest book is no longer just any book. In fact, it may not be a book at all. I hope you have enjoyed some of our guest book ideas that blend traditional and unique concepts. And make sure no one trips over the cord when they're signing your wedding lampshade!

Issues When Hiring a Contractor
Hiring a contractor to build your new house or remodel it may be one of the most important decisions that you will ever make, so it needs to be done right the first time. There are a few things that anyone considering having a home built for them need to know before even beginning to search for the contractor that will be in their life for many months to come.
The first thing you need to know about hiring a contractor is the fact that this person will be a constant part of your life for the next few months or however long it takes to complete the house. You need to be able to get along with this person and stand to be around them. Talk with them not only on the phone, but also in person to really get an idea of who they are and what they are all about. Talking to them in person will give you the benefit of a gut feeling about whether you will get along with them or not.
The second thing is that you need to find out if the contractor that you are interested in is licensed or not. Their license should be current and there should be no claims made against it.
You also need to find out if the contractor you want to hire is properly insured and that he or she will allow you to have copies of their insurance policies. This will give you the peace of mind that if any of the crew is injured while working on your home, you are not liable in any way, since they will be on your property.
You also need to be prepared to talk to some of the contractor's past clients to get an idea of what quality their work is. You will want to ask whether there have been any mold or water damage issues with the property since it was built.
Another issue you may face with your contractor if you are not having an entire home built, but simply a renovation or remodeling in one or two rooms, is the fact that the contractor and his crew will be in and out of your house. You will want to sit down with your spouse and figure out exactly when the work day will begin for the crew and what time it will end. Having small children in the house during the project is not a great idea, so you may want to have the children somewhere else during this time.

Storm Survival Necessities
Preparing for a hurricane can be some hectic business, but compiling a list of things that you will need during the storm if you are planning on staying home is the easiest way to sort this mess out.
The most important thing you will need is clean water to drink. You can purchase bottled water at the grocery store if you need to, but a cheaper way to do this is to save old milk jugs and fill them with tap water before the storm begins. As long as you have somewhere to store the milk jugs, you should not have a problem with this method. If you do not have anywhere to store them, you can buy water at the store just before the storm begins, but be aware that they might not be able to meet the demand.
After the storm begins and you are shut up inside your house, you should not drink the tap water or even really bathe in it because of possible contamination. It might be fine to bathe in sea water, but you never know what the local water supply may be contaminated with. It could be sewage, chemicals, soil, or any one of a number of different things. Try to have enough clean water saved up to bathe a little with while the storm passe
You will also need plenty of non-perishable food to eat. This
