Mixed vegetables in a plane gravy
Ingredients
Vegetables like parwal,ridge guard,lady`s finger,potato,drumstick & pumkin pcs – a large bowl
Bori – ½ cup ( Bori is a small conical ball made of the paste of pigeon-pea and dried in the sun
(this ball is eaten after being fried and cooked).
Milk- ½ cup
Salt – to taste
Turmeric pw- as needed
Sugar – ½ tsp
Green chilli – 4/5 pcs
Kalonji – ½ tsp
Method
1. cut & wash all the vegetables & drain water from it.
2. add oil in a pan & put kalonji in it.
3. fry the Bori`s & in vegetables lady`s fi only . then separate it in a bowl.
4. now add all the vegetables with salt,turmeric pw. & sugar . then mix it well.
5. add milk into it.
6. cover it in simmer .
7. while cooked , garnish it with green chillies.
8. serve hot with rice, roti or parantha.
