Dahi Parwal
Ingredients
Parwal – 8 pcs. (whole)
Bay leaf – 3
Red chilli whole – 2
Ginger paste – 2tsp.
Salt – as per taste
Sugar – 1 tsp.
Coriander pw. – 1 tsp.
Cumin seeds pw. – 1tsp.
Fresh curd – ½ curd
Cornflour – 2 tsp.
Ghee – 1 tsp
Garam masala pw. – 1 tsp.
Water – ½ cup
Method
1. wash the parwal & make it half fried.
2. add oil in a pan & put cumin seeds, bay leaf, & whole red chilli into it.
3. add ginger paste,salt,sugar, cumin & coriander pw. , with ½ cup of water into it.
4. while start boiling, add parwal & keep aside it to cook.
5. now add curd & cornflour ( mixed in water) into it.
6. garnish it with ghee n garam masala pw.
7. serve hot & enjoy it with rice,roti or parantha.
