Kaju pakoras


1 cup besan
1/2 cup of raw broken cashews
1/2cup rice flour
4 or 5 curry leaves
3 or 4 hot green chilies
salt to taste
pinch of hing
a tablespoon of oil
1/2 tsp of baking soda
Mix both flour well. Make a small well in the middle of flour, put the hing, baking soda, and oil and blend well with fingers. Then add chopped green chilies and chopped curry leaves add broken cashews and mix the dry ingredients. Slowly add water a tablespoon at a time and knead till the mixture becomes a hard dough.
Make small flat shapes, the size of a dollar coin and fry in hot oil on medium flame till light golden brown. Remove on to a paper towel.
