PEPPERY FRIED FISH


16 fillets Pearl fish
1/4 cup Lemon juice
2 ounce Green pepper paste
2 ounce Corn paste
1/2 tsp haldi
Salt to taste
Garnish
Lemon wedges
Green pepper strips

Method
Wash clean & pat dry the fish
Mix lemon juice,salt, green pepper paste, corn paste & haldi.
Evenly rub the fish with marinate & keep aside for 15 mins.
Heat oil in a pan till smoking.
Add fillet & shallow fry on both sides evenly.
Serve garnished wih lemon wedges & green pepper strips.
