cashew chicken.

carrot rice.
2 cups grated carrot.
2 cups basmathi rice.
3 green chilles.
2 cloves.
2 sticks dalchini.(small)
2 elachi.
1/2 sahajeera.
3 bay leafs.
1 tbs ginger paste.
1 tbs garlic paste.
2 tbs ghee.or oil.
1 tbs daniya powder.
8 cashews.
soak rice for 1 hr. keep a side.take a heavy bottom vessel.heat oil,put the green chillies.add all spices.when u smell them add carrot fry the carrot upto 5 min,or till it leaves all its rawness.then add ginger,garlic paste and fry for 2 min.then add 4 cups water.and salt and daniya powder.when water starts boiling add saoked rice.mix well and put the lid,and cook for about 12-15 min.untill all water evaparatesand rice is done.fry some cashews and put over for good look.
its healthy and easy to make.

mulli paratha.
2 cups grated mulli.
2 cups wheat flour.
3 green chilles.
1 tbs grated ginger.
1 tbs corriender.
1 tbs garam masala(optional).
1/2 tbs salt.
oil,ghee or butter.
grate mulli and keep a side.u will see all juicescoming out. squee the mulli and collect all the juice.with that juice mix the wheat flour.add little oil,and water if needed.keep it a side.mix salt,ginger,corriender,and garam masala.and u can make chilli paste,or put in small pieces.mix all well.make small balls of mulli mixture.make like small puri with flour,make sure it is thick in middle and thin at sides.put the mulli ball in middle.and cover it.small flat carefully.and put on hot pan.nicely fry it on both sides untill golden spots appear.put some ghee or butter and serve withonion or cucumber raitha.

spinach dal
ingredient...
1 cup toordal
2cups spinach leaves cutin small
6 green chilles
1 small onion cut length wise.
salt according to taste.
for seasoning.
3 red chilles
1/2tbs cumin.
1/2 tbs rai.
1/2 urud dal.
4 curry leaves.
haldi a pinch .
hing./potional.
3 garlic cloves cut into pieces.
in a vessel take all dal,spinach,chilles and onions and cook them. u can put in cooker and go for 3 whistles.take a pan heat oil and when heated,all all seasoning ingredients and when they r done,when u can hear all splaters add dal mixture and cup of water and salt.let it mix and boil for 8-10 min.serve hot with rice or roti.healty and tasty dal is ready.

coconut rice.
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup grated coconut
seasoning..
6 dry mirchi.
3 tbs palli(raw peanuts.)
8 cashews.
1tbs rai.
1tbs jeera.
1tbs urud dal.
1 tbs channa dal.
8 curry leaves.
haldi a pinch.
1 tbs salt.(as desired)
3 tbs oil.
take rice mix the grated coconut.(u can use coconut powder too.)take a pan,heat the oil.when heated put dry chilli first,then rai,jeeraand dals.then add raw peanuts let them become little brown,carefull u dont burn them.add cashews haldi and curry leaves.then add salt.make sure salt disslove compleltly in oil.now pour this hot seasoning on rice.and mix well.
it takes good.kids will like it.
