Mango Pie


Ingredients

Graham Cracker pie crusts
1 can mango pulp (basically 3 cups mango pulp)
3 envelopes unflavoured gelatin (preferably knox brand)
1`Can of Evaporated Milk (condensed milk)
3 cups boiling water
1 cup sugar

note if the mango pulp is very sweet, use 1/2 cup of
sugar.

Method

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Blend milk, sugar and gelatin mixture.
Add mango pulp and stir, pour the mixture into the pie crusts and refrigerate (do not freeze) for 3-4 hours.
Slice it and serve.

This recipe makes 3 pies. and should not cost more than 10$ and is a great dessert!
