Ingredients
2 cups rice,
1/2 cup green peas,
1 cup cauliflower chopped,
1/2 cup artichoke,
1/4 cup baby carrots,
1 small can tomatoes,
1 1/2 tbsp poppy seeds,
3 tbsps sesame seeds,
1 large onions,
1 tbsp garlic chopped,
salt to taste,
oil for cooking.

Cook the rice. Fry onions and grind with roasted sesame seeds, poppy seeds and tomatoes. Stir fry galic and vegetables till cooked add the ground mixture and let cook for some more time.

Add the rice and let it cook on a slow fire for another 10 to 15 minutes. Just yummy.
