Italian Vegetable
Ingredients
For the Vegetable
* 4 big spoons Potato
* 1 spoon Spinach Puree ( Palak)
* 3 big spoons Rawa
* 1 big spoon Maida
* Salt as per taste
For the Sauce
* 2 cubes butter
* Oil
* 1 spoon Garlic
* 1/2 Simla Mirch (small pieces)
* 1/2 Red Simla Mirch (small pieces)
* 1/2 Yellow Simla Mirch (U can use tomato instead)
For the garnish
* 1 cup Cooking Cream
* 2 spoons Kesar mixed in milk
* 6-7 pieces of Black Olive
Method
1. Mix the ingredients for the vegetable and make it into a smooth dough, make a long roll of the dough and cut into small equal pieces (of about 1 inch).
2. On the small pieces - give an impression with the fork – (catch the piece on ur first finger, roll the fork in dry maida so that it does not stick and give an impression on the piece only on the top)
3. Take a vessle filled with water to boil the pieces – put in a little salt and a little oil in the water and put in the pieces
4. Prepare the sauce – Put the cubes of butter in a frying pan with a little oil so that the butter doesn’t burn, cut finely cut garlic or paste, and the simla mirch, red simla mirch and yellow simla mirch (or tomato) and cook it for a little while.
5. Then put in the vegetable pieces and mix together. Put in a little salt as per taste.
