Kashmiri Rice - Sweet And Hot Swiss Style

Boil 2 cups of Rice (basmati preferred) in 3 cups of water. when the water boils reduce the heat to simmer and cover the pot, let simmer for 15 minutes.

Fry 300 grams of chicken/meat of your preference, and add 2 tea spoons of Curry powder, half a tea-spoon of salt in some butter till brown , add one 2 cups of cream (half and half) and stirr, let simmer for 10 minutes.

in a separate pan fry sliced babanas and pineapple together in butter, for just a few minutes, (carefull not to make it brown)

Put the rice on a serving plate, pour the warm fruits on it, and then the curried meat sauce over it. And you have the Kashmir-Rice dish.

The fruits give it slight sweet taste to the hot curry, and it may taste strange to some, but a lot of kids love it.
