Kachoombar Pulao


Kachumbar Pulao (Nutri-Pulao)

Ingredients

Rice 1 Cup
Nutrela Minced Nutrela (1Cup)
Onion 1
Peas as desired
Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds(Jeera) 1 1/2 tsp
Cloves 3-4
Water 2 Cups
Oil 2 tsp
Salt to taste

Procedure
1) Wash and soak Nutrela in warm water for 30-40 minutes.
2) Wash and soak rice for 4-5 minutes.
3) In a pan, add oil and heat it add cloves and cumin seeds to it.Add Onions and stir.
4) Add the Minced nutrela and stir for a while till the nutrela starts to shrink.
5) Add peas to the mixture and stir.
6) Add the rice and heat till the water from the soaked rice evaporates.
7) Then add water to the pan and bring it to boil.
8) Add garam masala, black pepper and salt.
9) Cover the pan with lid and simmer till the rice is done.


Serve with Curd (Dahi).
Nutritious and delicious pulao is ready.
