Prawn Shahi Burfi


Ingredients

Skinless clean Prawn - 250 gm
Fresh Coconut paste - 1 cup
Green Chillies paste - 2 tsp
Mustard paste - 2 tsp
Salt
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Mustard Oil - 2tsp
Chopped Cashewnuts and Raisin for garnish.

Method


Make a paste of prawn. Add coconut paste, green chilli paste, mustard paste, salt & turmeric powder with it. Make a smooth paste.
Take a dish which covered with a 2 tsp of mustard oil and then add this paste in it. Now covered it and steamed it for 20 minutes and cut in cubes when it cools.
Garnish it with chopped cashewnuts and raisin on it.
