Ingredients

1 cup All Purpose Flour
1 cup Rice Flour
Salt to taste
2 green cillies
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon oil (to splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds).

Cooking Procedure

1. Mix Rice Flour and All Purpose Flour using water and bring it to dosa batter consistency.
2. Splutter mustard seeds, cumin seeds and roast green chillies. Add this to the batter.
3. Add little coriander leaves.
4. Add little salt to the batter.
5. The batter could be used immediately.
6. Then heat a Pan/tava, add a little oil and spread the batter across as you spread for Dosa.
7. Cook till done well on both sides.
8. Serve hot.
