Veg. Fried Rice
Ingredient Quanity
Ajinomoto a pinch
Basmati Rice 750 gms.
Black Pepper powder 1 tsp.
Cabbage 125 gms.
Carrots 100 gms.
Cauliflower 100gms.
Coriander leaves 3 tsp.
French Beans 100gms.
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp.
Garlic 1 tsp.
Ginger Paste 2 tsp.
Green Chillies 2-3
Green Peas 125 gms.
Oil For frying
Onions 1 large chopped
Salt As per taste
Sesame Seeds 1 tsp.
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp.
Sping Onions 2 chopped
Vinegar 2 tbsp.
Method of Preparation
• Boil rice till each grain is separated.
• Cool in a big plate.
• Cut all the vegetables.
• Heat oil in a deep pan. Fry all the vegetables one by one till crisp. Except spring onions, and keep aside.
• Heat oil in a large pan. Add chopped green chilles, ginger and garlic stir for a while.
• Add chopped onion and fry for 2 min.
• Add soya sauce, ajinomoto, vinegar, garam masala powder, sesame seeds and stri.
• Add fried vegetables, black pepper powder, chopped spring onion and salt, mix well.
• Add boiled rice and mix well. Cook for say 4-5 min.
• Garnish with chopped coriander.
• Adjust sauce and salt as per taste
