Prawn/shrimp Pakoda
Ingredients
Corn flour 21/4 tablespoons
Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic Paste 1 teaspoon
Ginger Paste 1 teaspoon
Egg white 1 white
Prawns 11/2 pound
Coriander Leaves (dhaniya) fistful
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste
Cooking procedure
Roughly chop coriander and keep aside.
Shell shrimp, wash thoroughly and pat dry with a paper towel. Mix shrimp and all the above ingredients except oil. Make into walnut (or even smaller) sized balls and keep aside.
In a deep skillet heat oil. When oil is very hot lower heat to medium and fry these balls to golden brown.
