About Swingers and Swing Lifestyles
There are many myths and misconceptions around swing lifestyles (or simply "swinging"). Just what is swinging about and who are the so so-called swingers?
Swinging can be defined as the act of sharing yourself and your spouse with another couple, or other couples, with the full knowledge of all involved. It is the participants of this lifestyle who are referred to as swinger
There quite a few myths and misconception about swinging and swingers. One common misconception is that swinging is the definition of swinging as "wife swapping." This definition is inaccurate in that it does not explain to explain the full range of sexual activities that swinging encompasses. It also gives the impression of a male-favored activity, which too is inaccurate as swinging involves full participation of both partners.
Another common misconception is that swingers are older couples who are bordering on being perverted. The swing lifestyle is composed of people of all ages, including ordinary next-door types who exemplify marital happines
In fact, one of the requirements for people seeking to join a swinger's group or party is that the couple must be reasonably happy in their marriage. The reason for this is that swinging should not be used as an escape from or alternative to an unhappy relationship.
Most people find it inconceivable that one would allow his/her partner to have casual sex with another person, stranger or not. But to swingers, this is an acceptable form of social recreation.
Swing lifestyles and activities are as broad and varied as are swingers. They include
1. Soft swinging Also known as soft swap, this is doing everything with another person except sexual intercourse. Usually they will stop at the last minute and switch back to their original partner. At this point they might choose to have sex with their own partner in front of the other people. Most first-time swingers begin this way.
2. Open swinging This is when the couples swap (know as full swap) and actually have sexual intercourse in the same room or on the same bed. This includes threesomes, orgies, exhibitionism, voyeurism and anything in between.
3. Closed swinging Usually a full swap, but sexual intercourse takes place in separate rooms. This is for those who feel the need for more freedom or don't like interruptions. This type of swing is mainly practiced by the more experienced couples, as a higher degree of trust is essential.
Why do they do it? Why would anyone want to be a swinger? Well, the reasons are as varied as the couples themselve
One reason is the need to explore sexual fantasies without having to "cheat" on one's partner. Maybe they just want variety in their sex lives, or good old fun. The couple may have married too young and never had a chance to "sow their wild oats." And so on.
Does this mean that the couples never feel any jealousy? This is the biggest hurdle to overcome, especially in the beginning. Not all couples go through with it. A number of those who stick with it say that jealousy actually makes them even more sexually charged up, as well as creates deeper interest in their mate
Some swingers claim that it is the actual giving or "letting go" in order to make the partner happy that is the essence of this lifestyle.
Obviously, not all couples can be swingers (this writer is not one) and this article is not about asking you to become one. As with anything else, swing lifestyles do carry certain liabilities and risks, which are subject of another article.

Solutions for iPod Screen Repair
The release of the iPod Nano was an enormous hit for Apple, but also sparked controversy among its loyal followers. Customers began calling in record numbers about broken screens on the iPod Nano. Apple quickly discovered and fixed the problem then replaced the faulty players for free. Although iPod screen repair isn't an epidemic, screens still break, crack, or scratch for one reason or another and must be replaced. Should you find yourself in this situation, you've got two different options to do the repair yourself or send it to an iPod screen repair specialist.
Do it yourself iPod Screen repair
For those who feel comfortable poking around the inner circuitry of their iPod, a do-it-yourself iPod screen repair kit might be an option. For about ten bucks, you can purchase a set of iPod-specific tools you'll need to unscrew the casing and pry apart the two halves safely while the screen runs between $89 and $149 depending on the model.
While the process can be fairly straightforward for some, there is room for error when doing your own iPod screen repair. In order to remove the screen you'll need to detach some of the pieces and pull the broken screen away from the logic board and attach the new one.
Send your iPod to an iPod repair specialist
Perhaps the most attractive benefit about sending your iPod off to a specialist for the screen repair is that they can troubleshoot the iPod to ensure that a new screen will in fact solve the problem. Often a broken screen is caused by a trauma, meaning the possibility of additional damage.
Some repair shops don't charge any more for professional installation than the cost of the screen itself. Although you will pay a few bucks for shipping, you'll be able to have a full diagnostic run and the screen replaced by a professional.
Isn't iPod screen repair covered by my warranty?
Apple considers a broken screen misuse or accidental damage. Apple's service repair page specifically states that "If your iPod's LCD display is cracked due to accidental damage, do not send your iPod in for service." The repair is not covered under the iPod's Limited Warranty or the AppleCare Protection Plan.
Every day life is just more fun with a soundtrack which is why the iPod has quickly grown to become America's favorite gadget. The iPod has proven fairly tough in light of the amount of use most endure on a daily basis. However, should your iPod ever need repair there are do-it-yourself kits and iPod repair specialists that can help you get your iPod back on track in no time.

How to Find a Qualified Hair Replacement Surgeon
Commercial media are full of offers to solve the problem of hair loss, but there is only one permanent solution hair transplantation (also called hair replacement surgery). The procedure yields natural-looking results. They look natural because they are natural - your own hair grows in areas of your scalp that were previously bald or thinning. This is achieved and maintained permanently without an endless regimen of expensive drug
If you already know about hair replacement surgery and have decided to undergo it to solve your own hair-loss problem, you should know that the most important factor in your success will be your choice of a qualified physician.
As with most things in life, there is a broad range of quality among hair transplant specialists. At one end of the spectrum, you'll find many doctors who are relatively inexperienced. These often work for large groups that may look impressive because they have offices all over the country, but that are actually little more than sales offices which may import relatively inexperienced surgeons, some of whom don't even specialize in hair transplant surgery. Many of these doctors have limited understanding of this new field of medicine and use outdated practices. Most of the time these practices yield unsightly result
At the other end of the scale, you'll find a handful of skilled doctors, highly experienced and knowledgeable in state-of-the-art techniques. These are true artists who have done thousands of hair transplants personally, and who continue to do them every day. It is unlikely that you will locate such a qualified specialist down the street from your home. You are probably going to have to travel, even to another state.
The following checklist will help you evaluate prospective hair transplant doctors
1. Ask how many hair transplants the doctor has done himself. If you're looking for the best, his answer should be well up in the thousands.
2. Ask how often he performs hair transplant surgeries. The right answer is "every day."
3. Ask to speak with happy patients. Not just one or two. Get dozens and call them. If possible, have lunch with a few and take a look at their hair.
4. Ask to view a surgery in progress. There is no valid reason why this request should be denied.
5. Ask how many assistants work with the doctor on any given day. The right answer will be ten or more. When the strip of healthy hair is removed from the donor area of your scalp, many assistants will be needed to work on it simultaneously, separating the up to 3,000 miniscule hair follicles that your doctor will then plant in your scalp during your three-to-five-hour session. If only a few assistants are involved, the doctor won't be able to complete the procedure in one session. Many sessions will then be needed, at high cost and inconvenience to you, before you achieve adequate hair coverage. Save yourself thousands of dollars by selecting a doctor with a large staff, ensuring your work probably will be done in one or two session
If your prospective physician is unwilling or unable to satisfactorily answer any of these questions, continue your search. Be patient and persevering. Your choice of physician will have life-long consequences. The wrong one may leave you with nightmarish phenomena like scarring, freaky-looking hairlines, doll-head hair (holes poked into the scalp and inserted with small clumps of hair), and other unnatural disasters. Permanent hair replacement is a once-in-a-lifetime gift you give yourself. If you do it right the first time, and you'll never regret it.

Causes of Hair Loss and a Permanent Solution - How to Find a Qualified Hair Transplant Surgeon
Thinning hair and baldness afflict millions. These conditions are caused by several main factors
1. African-Americans and others who style their hair in "corn rows" or tight braids often suffer hair loss, because chronic pulling of the hair follicles (roots) slowly destroys them. This usually results in permanent hair loss of the frontal scalp.
2. Pattern baldness is a genetic condition that usually afflicts men but also occurs to a lesser degree in women. This condition, also known as male pattern baldness, is caused by excessive amounts of the hormone DHT, which attacks and destroys hair follicles, causing baldness on the top of the head. Excess DHT is caused by too much testosterone in the blood. This may occur naturally or be caused by certain pills and supplements.
3. Hair loss may occur as a side effect of some medications and certain medical conditions. These include thyroid and anemic disorders. Hair will probably stop falling out if the medication is discontinued or the gland or organ is restored to normalcy, but in areas where hair follicles have died, hair won't regrow and a person may be left with permanently thinned hair or bald spot
Many of the pills, potions, gimmicks and gadgets on the market claiming to restore hair are ineffective or downright fraudulent. A few of them may produce some hair, often of marginal quality, but that hair may fall out when the drug or treatment is discontinued.
Hair transplantation, or hair replacement surgery, is the one solution to hair loss that is permanent and that does not depend on ongoing, expensive medications or therapy.
Hair transplantation is accomplished by making a small strip incision in an area where hair is plentiful, usually back of the head. This hair is plentiful because it has been genetically programmed to grow throughout life (even in cases of pattern baldness). This donor area is then sutured shut, with hair concealing it. Each small donor strip contains as many as three-thousand hair follicles. These are harvested, separated into units of two or three hairs, and inserted into tiny incisions in the bald areas of the scalp.
The surgery requires just a local anesthetic. In most cases, two three-to-five-hour sessions are sufficient. In many cases patients are happy with just one or two sessions since the genetically fecund transplanted hair follicles will produce hair for the rest of one's life.
Unfortunately for the unsuspecting public, it takes a bit of sleuth work to find a knowledgeable and highly experienced doctor. Such doctors are rare, and most people naively assume that plastic surgeons and dermatologists who do a few hair replacement surgeries a month will do a good job. Others fall for hair transplant companies that are merely sales offices, many importing inexperienced doctors. The results can be disastrous "doll's head hair," (unnatural-looking plugs or tufts of hair), freakish hairlines, scarring, and flap
So how do you avoid these pitfalls?
1. Look for a doctor whose sole focus is hair replacement and who performs this type of surgery every day, having performed thousands of procedures throughout his career. If a doctor is part of a large group working for a transplant company, or has been in practice just a few years, he may not be able to fulfill this criterion. Don't be afraid to ask how many cases the doctor has personally performed.
2. Ask if you may observe a procedure.
3. Most importantly, ask for the names of many, many patients whom you may call.
If you meet resistance in obtaining any of this information, look elsewhere. You are not buying a car. You are making a decision which will determine your appearance for the rest of your life. If you insist on the best, you will be delighted with the results.

Can A Guaranteed Approval Credit Card Really Help If You Have Bad Credit?
Once you get into a situation where your credit is no longer recognized as being acceptable, you begin to find that it can definitely put your life on hold. You need some way to be able to start rebuilding your credit and you are wondering how. Although there are more ways than one, one effective way is to get a guaranteed approval credit card. Here is how it can help you get a better credit rating.
When looking for your guaranteed approval credit card, you need to be aware that they are different from regular credit cards. They pretty much work the same way, but are made to ensure that the credit card company is at a place where it can minimize potential loss.
In order to do this, they place a number of fees on your guaranteed approval credit card. These will already be on the card when it is issued to you, and will then leave you with a minimum amount of room to be able to charge anything. In fact you may be able to charge about $100 - and possibly even less for your first bill. Some of these cards will give you a little more room to charge more.
Compare the rate of interest on the various offers for your guaranteed approval credit card. These are generally higher than most other credit cards - again to minimize their risk. Typically it will be above 19%. Of course, this is hardly competitive for a regular card, but if you can endure it for a while, your credit rating will slowly improve and soon you will have better offers come your way from the same company.
Be sure to look at all the fees that apply to the new card. The reason that it is called a guaranteed approval credit card is largely because of the fees that apply. Another one you will have to contend with is the annual fee, which will usually be more than $125.
An alternative to a guaranteed approval credit card is a secured credit card - but it will cost you even more. The expenses for this kind of credit card come from the fact that you will have to open a savings account that is usually equal to the amount of your credit limit. So, you can see, the guaranteed approval credit card is the cheaper of the two ways to go.
One very important thing that you must find out before you apply for your new credit card is if they report to the credit bureaus. This is a must, because if they do not, then it cannot help you at all. Regular reporting means that you can raise your credit rating as long as you make your payments on time - every time. Also, keep in mind the hefty interest rate - paying on time will also save you some money, too.
Before you sign on to any such deal, though, it is always a good idea to check out the company that you are dealing with for any business. Many new companies are fraudulent, and, for this reason, it may be a good idea to stick with the major name companies.

How To Utilize A For Sale By Owner Home Fact Sheet
A fact sheet prepared for your for sale by owner home will prove to be one of the strongest marketing tools. Fact sheets, sometimes referred to as home brochures, are usually attached in a weather case to the For Sale sign in the yard of the home. You can also place them inside your home to give to buyers. It is a good practice to pass out fact sheets at open houses and home showing
Upon seeing a for sale by owner home, buyers naturally have many questions about the home. How big is it? How many bedrooms and bathrooms are there? What are the special features of the home? These are the questions that you answer on your for sale by owner home fact sheet.
When you prepare a fact sheet for your home for sale by owner, you should include several key pieces of information
Total square footage of the home
Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
Dimensions of the bedrooms, dining room, living room, and kitchen
The names of local schools
Your contact information
The address of the home
A color photograph of the home
Dates and times of future showings
Since school information is subject to change, it is a good idea to mention this on the for sale by owner home fact sheet. Place an asterisk (*) next to the heading for school information and reference the asterisk at the bottom of the fact sheet. Simply say that school information is subject to change and the government can be contact for the most up to date information.
Surely, there is more to your home than the size and number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Did you recently remodel the kitchen? Add on a patio? These facts are perfect for including in your for sale by owner home fact sheet. In fact, the fact sheet should include the facts about your for sale by owner home that make it saleable.
Dont clutter the page with too much information. Its unlikely that every single thing about your home is a saleable fact. Even so, the buyer isnt likely to read the entire fact sheet if it is filled with too much information. Choose the absolute best features of your home and use those rather than trying to include everything that makes the house valuable.
The picture you use on your for sale by owner home fact sheet is important. If you have already taken a picture for listing your home in a real estate magazine or other advertising vehicle, that picture might very well work. Make sure the exterior of the home is attractive, the lawn is manicured, and there are no distracting objects in the picture. You might also include pictures of the inside of the home to give buyers a better view of what you have to offer.
Your fact sheets will look best on glossy paper. Although it might be a couple of cents more than some alternatives, it will present your for sale by owner home in its best. This is exactly what you need to ensure a successful offer.

Some Important Tips For First Time Mortgage Users
Its very likely that you will never make a purchase as large as a home purchase. This is a very good reason to prepare for the process as much as possible. The home you purchase will depend very much on the amount of mortgage for which you qualify. As a first time mortgage user, preparing yourself for the home buying process is the best way to set yourself up for succes
Making the Down Payment
Many first time mortgage users worry about saving up for their down payment and rightfully so. A down payment can mean the difference between getting approved or denied for a mortgage. This is true for first time mortgage users and homebuyers who have obtained a mortgage previously.
The good news is that, for many lenders, you dont have to make as high of a down payment as first time mortgage users have in the past.
First time mortgage users should keep these tips in mind when trying to reach a down payment goal.
First make sure the goal you are setting for the down payment is a reasonable one. Consider your monthly income and expenses. Use this to decide how much you can reasonably set aside for the down payment. Saving for your home shouldnt cause you to miss your other financial obligation
Set aside money for yourself first. Before you pay any monthly bills or other expenses, set aside money for your savings or investment account
Watch your purchases. Consider every dollar you spend on something you dont need a dollar that could have gone toward your down payment.
Preparing Your Credit
As a first time mortgage user, it is a good practice for you to begin watching your credit as soon a home purchases has been decided. Your credit history will be one of the primary factors used by prospective lenders to determine your eligibility for a mortgage.
Past credit problems wont disqualify you for a mortgage. Many lenders work with first time mortgage users that have less than perfect credit.
Even if you have had credit problems in the past, you can begin repairing your credit to look more favorable to lenders. Start by disputing inaccurate and outdated items from your credit report. You can also pay down some of your debt to improve your credit history.
Income vs. Debt
To determine how much you can borrow for a mortgage, lenders compare your income to the amount of debt you have. In general, lenders look for first time mortgage users to spend less than 35% of their monthly income to pay for monthly debt and housing expense
The lower the percentage of income you spend on debt, the better your chances at obtaining a loan. Avoid increasing your debt by making large credit purchases before applying for a mortgage.
You dont have to be intimidated by the mortgage process because you are a first time mortgage user. Being prepared with the knowledge of the lending process will ease some of the qualms you have about applying for a mortgage.

Digital Signage: Hybrid, Interactive Systems Amplify Marketing Impact
A new trend in digital signage is emerging that combines the strength of digital signs with the interactivity of digital kiosks. For many areas, such as retail shops, the sum of the two holds greater potential for marketers than either of the individual part
Known in some circles as hybrid digital signs and by others as interactive digital signage, these combo systems can capture the attention of those nearby by playing back compelling linear content -for example an enticing commercial or news feed- and immediately switching to an interactive mode when triggered by an external input, such as the touch of a viewer, the mere presence of a passerby or even environmental condition
Like a standalone digital sign, a hybrid system allows communicators to playback a pre-built sequence of elements, including video files, graphics, text, animation and live television. Those staples of digital signage are the makings of an effective message that entices interaction with the very flat panel on which the content play
Once viewers touch the panel or step within its proximity, the hybrid sign automatically interrupts linear content playback and displays a digital kiosk-like interface that lets a shopper touch hot spots on the screen, launching a pre-built interactive branching presentation. Navigating through the presentation, shoppers can find the information they want like product recommendations, pricing and availability.
Depending upon the level of sophistication needed, such hybrid interactive presentations can link to company's servers, pulling information needed for the presentation and collecting information about the consumer that can be stored on the server.
For instance, a hybrid system at an automotive retailer could send an inquiry to the store's server to access a database of recommended filters and oil viscosity specified by each car manufacturer. Matching information the customer entered about his car with the recommendations in the database, the system could check inventory for the right products, retrieve availability and pricing and present the information to the shopper standing at the hybrid sign.
Prior to offering that information, the system could ask the shopper to enter his name and address and to grant permission to be notified of future specials. With that data saved on the server, the retailer's marketing department can automatically send out coupons for oil and filters when next estimated time for an oil change rolls around.
What enticed the shopper to touch the screen in the first place? Perhaps it was a video playing back in linear digital signage mode of a favorite racecar driver discussing why it's important to stay current on oil change
On the front end of customer interaction, the hybrid system cast a wide net, cycling through a playlist of content designed to sell oil, followed by tires, then batteries, air filters -the list goes on an on. Each linear segment is backed up by an interactive kiosk component that's triggered when a shopper's curiosity is piqued by one of these linear presentations and touches the screen. On the back end, the system uses data that's collected to stay in touch with shoppers once they leave the store, offering special incentives to have them return. In essence, hybrid digital signage can help to extend the marketing reach of a retailer well beyond arm's length from the display panel and into the homes of shoppers who are willing to interact.
Interactivity doesn't haven't to begin with a human touch either. Imagine a hybrid digital signage system in a ski shop at the base of mountain. Skiers donning their boots and gloves might see a digital sign in passing as it plays back linear content however, their attention might be focused when temperature, wind and solar sensors at the top of the mountain report conditions and trigger specific presentations. Lots of sun could call up reminders about needing sun screen. Heavy snow might trigger another presentation that makes them think twice about leaving the store before having the right gloves or goggle
The possibilities for interactive, hybrid digital signage are only as limited as the imagination of creative marketers. To be sure, this aspect of the digital signage market is in its infancy. However, with the recent availability of the hardware and software needed to bring together the separate worlds of kiosks and digital signage, hybrid systems will certainly play an important roll in the unfolding digital signage market.

What You Need To Know About Wedding Music
If you are planning a wedding in the near future, one of the most important things is going to be the music. Music adds a special touch to any wedding ceremony and you will want to make sure that you pick out great music and have it performed by great performers as well. When you are choosing and organizing music for your wedding, you will want to choose your songs first, and then you can work on finding the musicians and DJs to perform or play the music that you have selected for your wedding.
Music Selection
Before you start worrying about musicians and DJs, you will need to decide on the songs and styles of music that you want to be in your wedding. You should consider both wedding selections for your ceremony and for your wedding reception. When choosing music for your ceremony, you will want to consider what type of wedding ceremony you are having. If you have decided to have a traditional church wedding, you may want to keep your music more conservative and in line with a formal religious wedding. On the other hand, if you are having a wedding that is not held in a religious type of setting, you will be more free to choose music that is not as conservative. If your wedding is being held in a church and you want to use secular music, make sure that the officiating minister or priest will allow it during the ceremony.
When choosing the actual songs that will be sung or played in your wedding, you will want to choose songs that have meaning to you and your fiance. Perhaps you and your fiance have a special song that is "your song". If so, you may want to include that song in your wedding. If you feel that the song is a bit too wild or contemporary for your wedding ceremony, then consider having it played or sung at the wedding reception, or you may even want to have it as the song for your very first dance. You will also want your wedding music to be unique, so steer clear of music that has been played at every other wedding you have attended.
Musicians for your Wedding
Another important part of organizing the music for your wedding is choosing musicians to play the music you have chosen. If you have a family member who is an excellent musician, you may want to have them play a piece for your wedding ceremony, but be sure to steer clear of being talked into having your second cousin's daughter playing if you are not sure of her skills. If choosing a family member, make sure that you have heard them play and that they are qualified to play your wedding music or you may end up in a wedding day disaster.
The musicians that you hire for your wedding may depend on what style of music you have chosen for your wedding. If you are going for a very classical style of music you may want to hire a string quartet or a brass or woodwind quintet. If you want your processional to have organ music, then you may need to hire an organist as well. You may also want to hire a pianist for your wedding, especially if you are having people sing in your wedding. If the wedding is an important part of your ceremony, make sure that you can have at least some of the musicians available at the wedding rehearsal to make sure that everything goes smoothly the next day.
Choosing a DJ
Many people decide to choose a DJ for their wedding reception instead of live music because it is a great deal cheaper than hiring a full band and usually you can get a greater variety of music as well. There are many DJs to choose from for your wedding reception, but you want to make sure that you get the very best. When choosing a DJ you may want to check with friends and family who have had weddings recently and see if they have a recommendation. You can also check with a wedding planner or even with your reception hall to see if they have any DJs that they would recommend.
Once you have a few names for consideration you will want to interview each of the DJs and ask to see video of any weddings they have done in the past. Make sure that you get along well and that the DJ is easy to work with and will take your suggestions. Other things to check into when hiring a DJ is the cost, making sure they will be dressed appropriately, and the amount of experience they have doing weddings.
Remember that your wedding is your special day, and you want to make sure that everything goes well. Make sure that you pick the music you want for your wedding and find musicians and DJs that are experienced and professional. You want your wedding day to be perfect, so spend time in the beginning choosing the right music and the right people to perform that music at your wedding. A little time spent before your wedding deal with choosing and organizing your music can save you from a wedding day disaster.

Affiliate Marketing Programs - How You Can Make Money Online With No Product of Your Own
Would you like to make money by selling products online? If so, do you already have a collection of products to sell?
If not,do you have the money needed to obtain them? If you are like many others, who want to make money online, there is a good chance that you do not have the funds needed. After all, if you did, you likely would not be looking for ways to make money online.
While you might automatically assume that it is impossible for you to make money online, especially if you don't have any products to sell, it isn't. There is good news. That good news is that you can make money, a substantial amount of money, even if you don't actually have a product to sell.
There are a large number of individuals who want to have an internet business however, many think that it is impossible to do because they don't already have a collection of products to sell or they don't have the money needed to create products for themselve
Unfortunately, when this occurs, a large number of individuals just give up their dream of making money online. Do not allow yourself to be one of these people! As previously mentioned, it is possible to have your own online business, even if you don't have any products to sell. You can do so with affiliate program
Once you find a website, which is running an affiliate program that appeals to you, you can enter into a partnership with them. This affiliate marketing partner program is unique because you can both benefit from it.
Affiliate programs work to help affiliates increase their sales, and they also help business owners generate extra income.
While some affiliate marketing partner programs are operated in different ways, they tend to be operated in a similar manner. The business owner creates links or banners for affiliates to display on their websites and in their promotions.
Special tracking software, which is often referred to as affiliate tracking software, is used. This software will enable a business owner to determine exactly when you helped them generate a sale and how much that sale was. This sale will, in turn, generate income for you by way of commissions.
The amount of money you make will depend on the affiliate program you choose to join, but your commission is usually a percentage of your sale. In some instances, it can also be a flat rate amount.
When it comes to affiliate programs, one of the questions most commonly asked is whay get involved in one? As previously mentioned, affiliate programs allow you to make money in an online business even if you don't have your own product.
Becoming an affiliate makes sense for many reasons. When you are an affiliate you don't have to invest time and money to develop a product.
You don't have to invest money to get into the partnership as there are many free affiliate programs available that you can sign up for at no cost to you.
You do not have to deal with any inventory. And you also don't have to ship any products to buyers.
In fact, you shouldn't even have to communicate with your customers. Your affiliate partner, the one who is selling the product, will do all of the work for you. What could be easier than that?
When selecting affilate programs to partner with, make sure you do your due diligence and find a product and program that you can fully stand behind, one hundred percent. Look for free affiliate programs
It's pretty amazing that you can have your own internet business and make money online selling products, without having to create them or handle your own inventory. Once you decide on an affiliate program, you are on your way to making money!

Network Marketing Personality Types to Avoid at All Costs
In your MLM career you will encounter all kinds of people. Some of them will help you more than others in building your business. By being able to recognize and understand some of the challenging personality types you'll be able to choose who you can manage and who you'll steer clear of.
People who Pressure with Unrealistically High Entry Fees
Unless you can afford it and you love the products, you must avoid people who unnecessarily pressure you into high inventory loading or front loading. Your sponsor might be going to the quick sale and that can happen even after you joined as a distributor.
Of course you will normally get a much higher profit margin if you buy more products, but you have to consider whether your prospects are willing to do the same thing. Maybe they just want to be customers. Not all will come in at the most expensive entry level.
Hardcore MLM Junkies
Only join the team of serious networkers who work hard in their company and are in it for the long haul. Some MLM junkies are only in for the fast money and you will find it hard to locate your sponsor if he suddenly jumps off towards the next smoking hot opportunity.
Normally, an MLM junkie will join a company after he or she gets really hyped up by the opportunity meeting or rally. They will be on fire for a while before they lose steam and die a natural death.
The root cause of the problem would be running into difficulties in their business and when they can't handle the struggles, they find reasons to leave and join other companies because they are better or because their upline is better.
It's important to keep in mind that if we can solve the struggles within ourselves, then we will not find problems with our businesses. The main reason to hesitate joining an MLM junkie would be seeing him all hyped up about one opportunity and later on he will tell you to join another one and give reasons why the previous one he got you into is not as good as this one.
The Energy Sucker
Sometimes, the wisest move can be to turn this type of prospect away from your group. The energy sucker is like a disease among the sheep. A good shepherd removes the diseased sheep from the flock to preserve the other sheep. Energy suckers carry too much emotional baggage and are the biggest cry babies in the networking industry.
An energy sucker sucks your positive energy dry and can frustrate you with his problems like all the pain of his rejections, complaining about the company, the team, the staff or even the products. If you are not careful, that negative energy can get passed to your downline and he might influence them to leave.
The Talker
These people are not bad people in and off themselves. They are great crowd pleasers and when you ask them to share testimonials or goal setting they would be the first to give a rousing speech.
The problem becomes when all they do is talk, and tag along and give all kinds of excuses to justify their lack of results. You can't depend on them but yet you can't turn them away because they seem so sincere and have become one with the team.
One of the best ways to deal with them, since they like all the attention, is to get them to bring their friends to home parties or rallies or any events organized by the company that will give them lots of fun. They will forget that they are doing work while you build your friendship with their prospect
Mr or Ms Know-it-all and Heard It Before
These are people who are very good analyzers and attend all the trainings and meetings. They write down every bit of information but don't create result
Because they are know-it-alls, they may give you a hard time when you are trying to educate them or coach them to succes
They may not attend trainings with open minds because they think, oh I've heard this before, they are not teaching me anything new here. They may even start criticizing the event or training speaker
Training must be attended repeatedly so skills can be updated and reinforced. This type of person would most probably be making little money in their network despite their large storehouse of information.
The Snake
This group of people is the biggest poison in the network marketing industry. They will do whatever it takes to recruit people into their network. Even if it means using unethical methods to get them.
Some of the tactics include high-pressure hard selling, friendship blackmail and worst of all, line pinching.
Be very careful of these people when they are talking to your prospects. They will appear friendly and helpful, sharing with your prospects and welcoming them to the team, and the next thing you know it, they wind up in their downline.
They might even pick at your own existing downline and entice them to get into other MLMs that they are already a part of.
The Sloth
These people will act just like a sloth. They do nothing! They join MLM companies to purchase not a business opportunity, but to purchase hope.
The surprise they find is that MLM requires work.
They may attend all the meetings, rallies, home parties, reading all the books and listening to the tapes but will expect their uplines to do all of the network building for them. That is because there is one thing that he or she won't do.
He or she will not see the people. They won't get out there and talk to anyone. Instead of doing what they need to do to develop their business they sit back expecting their upline to do everything for them.
The Negotiator
When you approach someone with your opportunity and they are trying to sell you something at the same time, you might be facing a hard time if that person is adamant on selling you his wares or opportunity.
It's not that you must avoid every single negotiator, but bear in mind that these people can be very calculating and will only join your network if his or her price is met. Then they might start pinching lines from your network and you will find that your people have gone over to the other side. Afterwards, it would be too late for you to remove that spy within your midst.
Other people in network marketing, especially the more established ones will take longer. You may need to keep contacting them over a couple of weeks or months before they are ready to join your team.

Why Do Banks Hate The Payday Loan Companies So Much?
Payday loan companies are thought of as the bottom feeders of the banking industry. Many people believe that these companies just take advantage of low income families and hurt them more than they help them. The rates of payday loan companies seem high, because they are giving a very short term loan, which is small and usually not very risky for the company.
However, if you were to seek out a loan from a payday company in your local area, you will see that they have to make enough money to pay their own bills. These companies have to pay their employees, rent or mortgage, and other fees to conduct business. All of these things add up, so they have to make enough money to stay in business. Also if you were to compare a payday loan company's rate to a credit card, you would see that they are similar and in some cases lower. The payday loan industry also has a hard time, because the banking industry hates them.
Banks hate the payday loan companies so much, because these companies are taking money out of the banks' pockets. Banks only care about their bottom line. They do not care about the people that they service. In fact banks will sometimes allow people to get themselves in too deep, because they know they can get more money out of them.
A bank will give away a free checking account, because they know there is a good chance someone will slip up and bounce a check. Then the bank will get to charge almost $30 for an overdraft fee. A payday loan will allow someone to get a small loan, from $150 - $500 usually, to help pay for an emergency expense. This really cuts down on the amount of overdraft fees that a bank will be able to collect on their customer
Banks also hate payday loan companies so much, because banks can not get as many people to sign up for long term loans. Many times a person just needs a small loan to get them through a tough time, but they get suckered into a larger loan from a bank. Banks usually will not give a loan less than $1000 so many times people will have to get a larger loan than they would have if a smaller amount would have been available.
Banks also usually require some type of collateral, like a house or a car, to receive a loan. However payday loan companies will give these small loans as long as you have a bank account, steady employment, and they will only loan you 25% of the total amount of your paycheck, so it is harder to get in big debt with a payday loan company.

Does Planning Your Wedding Appear to be Overwhelming?
Are you hyperventilating just thinking about all the work and details that go into planning your perfect wedding? If you take baby steps and do one thing at time, you will have a beautiful wedding and still have your fiancee speaking to you!
First things first--how formal do you want your wedding to be, how many bridesmaids and groomsmen do you want and how many people do you plan on including on the invitation list. All of these factors will play a big role in your budget. It is better to also decide these issues BEFORE you set the date.
A morning wedding and luncheon reception will definitely cost less than a formal evening wedding with a sit down dinner and open bar following. Since everyone wants to get married on Saturday, you can get a better price for your wedding on any other day of the week.
Even though the bridal party pays for their own attire, there are still the gifts, meals for the rehearsal dinner and bouquets and the boutonniares. The number of people you plan on inviting not only determines the cost of the food and drink but the size of the cake, table linens, center pieces, party favors, the number of invitations, postage, programs, place cards, etc.
Mindfully think about how much you want to spend on your wedding and then come up with a working budget that you won't deviate from. If you want to spend more on one item that you have budgeted for, you will have to spend less on another item to make up for it.
When you have decided what is going to be spent on the individual items, start looking for your wedding services as soon as possible. Putting together a wedding requires an unimaginable amount of time and energy. Explore all your various options before you decide on one. The sooner you begin, the easier it will be to obtain services on the dates you need them.
Attending Bridal Shows, researching on the internet, asking for referrals from your friends that have recently gotten married are all good starting points to find your vendors. Since your wedding is one of the biggest days of your life, you will want to entrust it to reliable wedding professionals so that you won't have to worry about the day going smoothly.
One of the first decisions you should firm up is where the ceremony will be. Contact the church or any other location of your choice and get a confirmed date before you book any other service. Keep in mind the weather conditions if you are planning on an outdoor ceremony or reception and have an alternate venue or plan in mind if the weather does not cooperate.
Now that you have wedding location in place, you can move on to looking for a reception location and your photographer. Locating and securing your photographer early on is important because they typically can only do one or two weddings a day, whereas a florist can handle several weddings. Finding a really good photographer is very important so that you can preserve that special day for years to come in your pictures.
Meet with several vendors for each service keeping in mind their quality and your budget. Ask for referrals and then take the time to call them. You do not want to ruin your special day with someone who is not reliable.
You can then move on to all the other various services you will require to include but not limited to music, gown, wedding attire, cake, flowers, invitations, wedding favors etc.
Always make sure you get a written contract with each vendor with all the services that will be provided clearly delineated out with prices. Go over all the contracts with your fiancee and make sure you both have no questions. Then, you can plan the best part together--your honeymoon!

Top 5 Places To Go Camping In North Carolina
Going Camping? Have you decided where to go? Let me give you a good idea of some fantastic places to go in North Carolina. That's right, North Carolina. What better state to go camping in? With the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains in the west and the Atlantic Ocean in the east, all of it steeped in American history, there just isn't a better state to choose.
But where in North Carolina? A difficult question to answer because there are so many options open to you. I will help you narrow it down by giving you some information on the top 5 places to go camping in North Carolina. Because these are all such great places, they are not listed in any particular order.
Merchants Millpond State Park (Sunbury, NC)
Located in the northeastern part of the state, this camping spot often gets overlooked simply because it is neither in the mountains nor on the beach. This is very unfortunate because it has so much to offer. The Merchants Millpond itself has been called a mini Okefenokee Swamp because it has a wetland ecosystem.
This makes it an excellent place for fishing and canoeing. The high ground around the pond offers many hiking trails. The campground is well maintained and very appealing. With only 20 campsites available, it isn't overcrowded, but you do want to be sure to get there early to get a site.
Lake James State Park (Morganton, NC)
Lake James hold the distinction of being one of the clearest, cleanest lakes in the Carolinas. This is one of the newer camping spots and as such, has contemporary facilities. However, there is no Rv camping here, but it is great for tent campers. The views are absolutely breathtaking. The high mountains of the Pisgah National Forest can be seen across the water. This campground has 2 campsites that are disabled accessible. There is so much to do here - swimming, fishing, canoeing and hiking. What more could you ask for!
Big Creek Campground (Cove Creek, NC)
The Great Smoky Mountain National Park is a great place but can be a bit overcrowded unless you know where to go. Big Creek Campground is just such a place. It is the smallest campground in the Park with only 12 campsites and is tent only, which explains why it is often not overcrowded. It is also a walk-in campground from the parking lot, so you are transported to a simpler life when you camp here. The campground is at the head of the Big Creek Trail that traces the old logging era railroad grade. If you want to cool off, you can do so in one of the swimming hole in Big Creek that pool between the white rapids. With Big Creek Campground as your base, you can enjoy all the wonders of the Great Smoky Mountain
Hanging Rock State Park (Danbury, NC)
With the barren rock faces of the Sauratown Mountains rising from the Piedmont, overlooking the countryside, it is no wonder that dramatic setting of the Hanging Rock State Park is so popular! The campground is a perfect base from which to explore the park and see all it's wonders. The 73 campsites are in two loops. The first loop has 42 campsites and is open all week, while the second loop has 31 campsites that are open only on weekends. It is best to get there by 1pm on Friday for a weekend camping trip. But why not get there during the week and stay longer. You will be glad you did.
Balsam Mountain Campground (Cherokee, NC)
Experience something rare - red spruce and Fraser fir forest in the highest reaches of the great Smoky Mountains. Balsam Mountain Campground offers the highest tent camping in the Smokies in the type of forest usually found in Canada. Originally established in 1934, Balsam Mountain Campground was set up for tent camping, as there really wasn't much in the way of RV camping at the time. Today, it is still for tent camping in the best tradition. Because the campsites are too small for RVs, it is never over crowded. This makes it ideal for a wonderful mountain get-away. Get away from the rat race and spend some quiet solitude in Balsam Mountain Campground, exploring the great Smoky Mountains to your heart's delight.
A couple of other places that merit a mention are Ocracoke Island Campground, which is only accessible by ferry, and Frisco Campground, which is in the Cape Hatteras Seashore. Both are wonderful places to camp on or near the beach.
Tough choice, I know. You may want to go camping in North Carolina every chance you get just so you can experience them all. With always pleasing scenery, North Carolina is a camper's paradise. So, pack up your tent and sleeping bags and get ready for the best camping experience you've ever had.

5 Highly Effective Ways To Use Your Mortgage Business Card...Part I
We all carry them...at least we should. And, we all try to have them available for the right occasion...at least we try. We collect them so they can be used for future reference...which is good. But, are we really using them effectively?
I'm referring of course, to the "business card." Now, don't bail out on me here and click away...this is really good stuff!
Your business card can be one of most powerful forms of marketing available to you. Now, as you know, it's not meant to be the only form of marketing you use...but, as the old saying goes If you've got it...use it! Actually, that's not quite right.
Any way, here's my list of highly effective ways to use your business card to help you originate more mortgages
1. Add value to your business card. Here's a sobering fact More times than not, your customers and prospects currently throw away your business card
This is their logic I just met this person or I just purchased or refinanced my home and I won't need a mortgage for a long time...so I'll just throw the card away. Six months from now, when their brother-in-law needs to refinance, not only will they have forgotten your telephone number, but your name as well.
So how do you add value to your cards? The answer is simple...laminate them. I know...what a pain! But, the fact is...people just don't throw things away that are laminated. Your laminated business card has perceived value, and isn't that exactly what we want?
We want them to keep those cards for not only their personal use...but for their brother-in-law too. We want them to keep those cards forever?
I have to tell you, I've been laminating my cards for years. A few months back, one of my cards surfaced that was about six years old. How did I know that? Stay tuned for the answer...its coming up next.
2. Use the back of your business card. I'm not kidding folks...this is great space...use it. As you know, mortgage money is readily available today and with it comes some very low "Start Rate" adjustable rate mortgages.
That's what I promote on the back of my business card today. The back of my card looks something like this
Ask me about the
1.00%*
Mortgage
*The 1.00% Start Rate is based on the fully indexed MTA with an APR (etc., etc.) All loans are subject to credit approval. Rates and programs may change without notice.
The 1.00% is in huge bold red print. "Ask me about the," and the word "mortgage" are smaller in bold blue print. The disclaimer is very small in black print. So, how do I use my double sided card? This is what I say to my contact
"Here's my card...if you even hear the word mortgage mentioned...please give them my card...that's how I make my living. And, by the way, we have a great mortgage with a 1.00% start rate" and there's a reminder of that on the back."
That little statement is a great conversation starter as it always seems to get a response.
I hear things like this all the time
"Wow, that's a great rate! I refinanced last year at 6.25%...can I get that Rate?" or "You're kidding...what's the catch?"
My response to the first
"You probably can! We should take a look at it. When can we get together? Is tomorrow OK, or should we do it Saturday?
My response to the second
"No catch...it's the hottest mortgage product on the market today and it can save you a ton of money! We should get together and talk about it...etc.
I'm amazed that with all the advertising and hype these low start rate programs have experienced...there are still tons of people out there that don't know anything about them... these programs are super HOT!
If you're sitting on the side lines and watching, and not generating mortgages...you are missing out on the greatest financing opportunity available ever. I keep saying to myself..."This can't last too much longer, the price of money has to go up!" And yes...I'm glad it hasn't!
Everyone that originates mortgages has a low start rate adjustable available to them. Now, you may have a 1.00%, or 1.25%, or 1.50%, or 1.95%. The point here is...learn it, promote it...and you'll make a bunch of money with it.
Remember that lost business card that came back after some six years? Although I've worked for multiple lenders over the years, and laminated my cards for many years...my card back changes with the time
At that point, I was printing a small amortization table on the back, so that someone could reference it and with one calculation, come up with a principle and interest payment knowing their mortgage amount. Interest rates were quite different back then.
My contact said he saved that card because it was laminated...now he needed my services...and he called! Just as side note That same contact is now the proud owner of a low start rate mortgage.
I know what you're thinking at this point...in my case the company I worked for printed all of their business cards in-house...so I could use both sides of the card.
If your company has cards prepared for you by a printer, you can still do it. Design a card back, print it on card stock, put the two together back to back, and then...laminate it!

How To Fulfil Your Dreams Of Starting Your Own Business
They began with a dream, an idea for finding a way to make a go of finding what they really want for their work.
Indeed many of the world's most successful businesses and organizations began with a very simple idea and an inspired individual.
Starting your own business doesn't have to be a complicated process or require a particular degree. It just needs a little foresight and determination.
The first step in starting your own business is finding out what you want to offer consumers. You need to think seriously about what it is that will set your business apart from other
This involves gaining some first-hand experience and on-the-job training that cannot be found in school books or lectures. By finding things out for yourself, instead of relying on what you have read, you have a better understanding of how things operate.
Then, you can have a more solid grasp on how to handle different situations as they arise in your own busines
First-hand experience can really help you sharpen up your business focus in the real world, which will be useful for your future busines
Finally, first-hand experience can help you develop the determination you need to make your business grow and prosper in a crowded marketplace of ideas.
Determination and razor-sharp focus are vital to help your business reach its fullest potential and lead you to the top of your game.
After you gain broad experience in an area you want to start a business in, you need to figure out where and how you want to open your busines
This involves picking out a location that will cater specifically to your business needs, such as office space and the availability of relevant, local personnel.
Location, winning products and great employees are things that will make or break a business. So, for example, you need to understand what the customer base is for your particular business and find an area that fits that, assuming, of course, that yours is a real, rather than 'virtual' busines
If you are opening a retail business, you want to find a store that has a lot of street traffic and puts your storefront in full view of potential customer
If you are planning on starting an Internet business, you need to find a place where you can install cable and phone lines for web access. You also need to consider the availability of pretty quick help with IT problems and question
Finally, when it comes to location, you also need to see how many competitors are going to be near your business. Having more competitors near your business means you may have a more difficult time getting a solid clientele established.
And, on the upside, it also indicates that there is a good, local market for the type of business you are in. With a bunch of specific selling points, unique to you, that's quite a pool of willing customers or clients for you!
Although it is not a requirement, having a degree to back your dream of starting a business can give you an upper hand for several reasons. The first reason is hanging out with other people with interests similar to your own.
This 'social networking' is one of the leading ways to getting yourself ongoing business, whether you are getting the word out to friends, relatives or social acquaintance
A degree program also means you will be exposed to ideas from other successful entrepreneurs from around the world. You can read and listen to what their failures were, how they made their successes and short-cuts needed to get more bang for your buck.
Becoming clear about what you want from your employment, in addition to financial reward, may well challenge you - yet it is a vital step on the way to a life where work and play meet - a wonderful opportunity for your future.

Why I Hate Pay-Per-Click
I will just come out and say it. Pay-per-click is the most frustrating, pointless, bone-headed form of internet marketing known to man . Most websites use at least some pay-per-click to attract traffic to their site. Other sites use nothing but pay-per-click to attract traffic to their site. I, on the other hand, detest it. I hate paying for clicks and I have modified my internet marketing strategy accordingly.
What is pay-per-click (PPC), you ask? Well, go to Google, and then type in a keyword or phrase that you want to search for. Then, at the top of the search results, you will see a section for what is called sponsored links or sponsored results. These sponsored links are paying a certain cost per click to be listed in this special section at the top of the listings. Each one of these websites pays a certain fee to Google each time someone clicks through to their site.
Each website that uses PPC has to place a bid on how much they are willing to spend per click for a certain keyword. The highest bidder is placed in the number one position, the second highest bidder is placed in the number two position, and so forth. Also, each bidder specifies how much they are willing to spend per day. Once their daily budget has been exhausted, the clicks stop until more money is added to the account.
Google is not the only search engine that has a PPC service available. Overture also has a service, as does Miva, and several others. Each service is tied to different search engines. If you go with Google, your website will be listed on Google, AOL Search, and Ask.com. If you sign up for Overture, you will be listed on engines such as Yahoo, MSN, Netscape, and several others. Miva is tied to approximately 6 different search engine
The costs are expensive, especially if you are bidding on a highly sought after keyword or phrase. Keywords related to auto insurance, or mortgage quotes, can cost anywhere between $1 - $20 per click or even more if you want to be ranked in the top position. If the keyword you want to advertise for is not too popular, the click costs will be much less. Usually, doing pay-per-click will boost your Google PageRank by 1 (PageRank is scored on a scale of 1 to 10), but it certainly has never actually helped me get anywhere near the first page of Google.
It is possible to spend thousands dollars on clicks and make zero sales of the product or service you are selling. Conversion rates are usually 1%-3%, meaning that only 1%-3% of the people who come to your website will actually order what you are selling. So, you need to take that into account when developing your marketing strategy.
The problem with PPC advertising is that most people using a search engine are only looking for information, and are not planning on buying any products or services. So, you can spend tons of money to get clicks, but you will likely only convert 1% - 3% of those clicks into sales, and sometimes you will get absolutely zero sale
I am not saying that the search engines do not bring business to your site. They absolutely do. That is why it is good to achieve a high ranking on the search engines within the free part of the listings. Even though you will still only convert a small fraction of your visitors into paying customers, at least you are not wasting money on every single click. So, getting to the top of the search engine listings without having to pay for each click is paramount for your online business.
PPC advertising is not necessarily inappropriate for every online business. If you are selling an expensive item ($100 or more), you can turn a profit as long as your per-click costs are somewhat modest. But generally speaking, you will spend more than you will make.
The only time PPC is truly helpful is for businesses that sell a service where a recurring fee is involved. For example, dating websites charge their customers a recurring monthly fee to be a member of their site. So, if you own an online dating service, it makes sense to use PPC and not worry about losing money on attracting new customers, because if they stay members for the second month, you will be able to charge them again, thus making your website profitable. If they stay members for a year or more, then you really come out ahead.
You need to have a lot of cash to burn in order to compete with the bigger businesses who are spending thousands of dollars per month for their clicks. If you are operating a small business, you need to diversify your internet marketing efforts by optimizing your website and increasing your link popularity so you can climb to the top of the search engines without having to pay for every click you receive.
Also, you should consider having an affiliate program so that other websites will promote your business for free as long as you pay them a commission for any referrals they produce. The best way to approach internet marketing is to use several different methods that when put together result in an optimal cost situation for your business and attract a significant amount of targeted traffic to your website.

Investments in Bend Oregon Real Estate
Bend Oregon has seen some of the fastest growth in the nation in the last few years. Its population has grown steadily and real estate prices have risen dramatically. The real estate market has cooled down some now but there are still some opportunities out there for the smart investor. The days of buying a house, condo or land and then "flipping" it are over.
The good investments are going to be centered around the City of Bend's new Juniper Ridge development in North Bend. The City Commissioners are planning on a mixed use zoning and have already annexed 500 acres into the city limits. Most of this first phase will be light industrial (IL) zoning and research and Development. But the second phase will possibly have a new four year college campus, some commercial and residential.
This land is all owned by the city of Bend but there are several hundred acres of private property around the development that are for sale now or will be on the market shortly. These are the properties that a smart investor can make some money on.
Most of this land is small hobby farms from 3 to 20 acres. It is currently zoned for low density use. However, the city is in the process of rezoning most of this property and bringing it into the city limits. A new sewer main is proposed to border the south end of Juniper Ridge and run east to the sewer plant
The city is supposed to make their proposed changes public on March 26, 2007. This is two years later than what was initially planned. Delays in infrastructure engineering required by the state have been the cause. So this date is not etched in stone. However, it should be made public soon.
The smart investor could be buying some of the surrounding properties now and possibly doubling their money in a couple of years. Similar land has been selling in the last couple of years for $250,000 per acre and more. Investors should be tying up properties with contingencies prior to that time. There are sellers out there willing to sell their property with an extended closing date subject to rezoning
Development land currently inside the city limits (UGB) is listed for sale at $500,000 to $600,000 per acre. However it's not selling at this time. There is an over supply of available lots. But these lots should sell out this year. It's the authors' opinion that residential land inside the city limits will settle out around $450,000 an acre next year when the city moves the city limit
Everyone seems to be waiting for the city to make a determination on where the new city limits will be and what the zoning will be. Several investors paid over $250,000 an acre on land outside the UGB thinking that it would be developable and buildable today. That has not happened. Once the boundary proposal is official you will see more activity in the market for development land.
Finished lots on Bends East side have been selling for around $160,000 each. They are around 8,000 square feet. Larger lots sell for more. The minimum lot size today is 4,000 square feet according to city building code. The trend is towards larger homes on smaller lot
On site infrastructure has been running between $25,000 and $30,000 per lot. Large amounts of rock and or sewer pump stations can add to the costs. Off site costs can also add up quickly. Today's cost to bring in a sewer main is around $100 per foot.
As of the end of February 2007 there were 59 single family lots for sale in Bend with an average size of 5,183 square feet. The average asking price was $164,800. Past sales of bare land outside the city limits on the East side have been averaging $270,000 per acre. Properties with homes and other improvements have averaged $291,000 per acre.
Bends real estate market is cooling its jets for a while but rest assured it will heat up soon.
Bend is a great place to live and there will continue to be more and more people moving here. The development of Juniper Ridge by the city will add more jobs to the mix and the need for more housing.
Investments in land on the outskirts of Bend will pay huge dividends in the future. Much of the land will be zoned for residential. But there is some land that will become commercial or light industrial. An investor does not have to develop the land. Just hold it for a couple of years and resell it.

Tips for Troubleshooting and Repairing the Top Three iPod Repairs
There are two ways to handle just about any repair for your iPod. You can either repair iPod yourself using a Do-It-Yourself Kit, or have a professional iPod technician complete and guarantee the work for you. Read about the pros and cons associated with the top two iPod related repair issues and what to look out for in the proces
Screen Repair
The leading cause of an iPod in need of repair is a broken or damaged LCD screen. Even though the iPod may still work with a cracked, scratched, or broken screen, this severely reduces the usability and aesthetic appeal.
If you were one of the first to get the iPod Nano, you may be entitled to a free replacement. After numerous complaints, Apple admitted that a small number of Nanos (less than one tenth of a percent) were shipped with faulty screens due to a manufacturing problem.
For the rest of us, there's the choice between a do-it-yourself replacement screen or professional repair. Apple has engineered many of its new products specifically to be customer friendly when it comes to repairs. By doing a search for "iPod LCD screen repair" you'll find kits for all models of iPods that can be ordered online for between $79 and $149.
Those who aren't comfortable opening their iPod and replacing the screen themselves can opt for professional repair. It's important to choose a company that specializes in iPod repair. Some companies offer a free diagnostic check for your iPod. If your iPod was damaged in a fall and you're not sure if there is additional damage beyond the screen, this may be the best option. Although a little more expensive than a do-it-yourself kit, you won't risk causing additional damage to your iPod during the repair.
Battery Replacement
Replacing a battery seems simple enough until you take into account that iPod isn't designed to be opened easily. Opening the iPod to change the battery can damage the devise if you're not using the proper tools. The battery used by the iPod generally lasts about 500 cycles. For an average iPod user, this equates to about one year of use.
As time passes, your battery will hold its charge for shorter periods of time and need to be charged more often. You can find a battery for your iPod at Best Buy, CompUSA, Circuit City or online store. The service professionals can help you find the right battery for your model. You can also download your model's instruction manual on Apple's website for reference.
Many iPod owners opt to leave battery replacement to a specialty iPod shop. Apple offers a battery replacement service for $59, a reduction in price from their original $99 price. Specialty iPod repair shops often offer incentives with battery replacement, including lifetime Platinum Battery Program where you get a free yearly battery replacement for as long as you own your iPod.
There are a few simple tips for getting the longest lifespan from your battery. Make it a habit to let your iPod charge long enough to obtain a full charge which takes about 4 hours. Charging the battery for short periods of time repeatedly can reduce the battery's lifespan. Turning off unnecessary features such as the back lighting and the equalizer will also extend the battery life. Compressed songs that are 9 MB or smaller take the least effort for iPod to cache, also reducing the power needed from the battery.
Apple has made it simple for iPod owners to make choices about how they prefer to handle their repairs. No matter your choice, it's important to verify that the place where you purchase your part or have your repair done specializes in iPod service.

Four Myths about Hair Replacement Surgery
Perhaps of all hair-loss solutions, the one that works best, modern hair transplant technology, is the one least understood. Hair replacement surgery is in fact the only permanent solution to hair-thinning and baldness. Check out the four opinion statements below and see if you have been a believer in myth
MYTH # 1 Hair transplants are phony-looking, obvious and embarrassing.
FALSE. While that was true in the past (and still is, if you don't find an experienced and qualified doctor), hair surgery today has reached a level of sophistication that renders it as natural-looking as a person's original hair. In fact, it is a person's original hair, moved to a different location on the head. In most cases, in just one or two grafting sessions with the proper doctor, a person achieves good overall coverage that will last a lifetime. "Doll's-head hair" and hair plugs are ugly and outdated. Today it's possible to transplant hair follicle-by-individual-follicle, so transplanted hair grows as beautifully as a person's original hair before their hair-loss began.
MYTH #2 Hair-grafting hurts. It calls for unsightly bandages and causes scarring.
FALSE. Scarring and bandages are artifacts from the pioneering days of hair replacement surgery. Physicians skilled in modern methods achieve outstanding results without those things. The procedure does not hurt. During the three-to-five-hour procedure (which is performed once or twice before a person is finished with treatment), a patient's scalp is anesthetized, and the person typically reads a book or watches TV while the procedure ensues. Afterwards, there is little or no down time, and the patient may return to work the following day.
MYTH #3 Hair transplants are a last resort for people. There are better ways to handle hair-loss problems.
FALSE. While there are many gimmicks and gadgets on the market that promise amazing results, most do nothing at all or at best produce baby-fine hair. Two drugs have been shown to produce some results, but when the medications are stopped, the hair falls out again. And no gadget or drug will grow hair in bald areas. In contrast to this, hair replacement surgery grows permanent, natural-looking hair that continues growing without any need for drug therapy after the initial growing stage is complete. Hair transplantation is the only known permanent solution to severe hair-thinning and baldnes
MYTH #4 Hair transplant surgery is prohibitively expensive.
FALSE. If a person finds the proper doctor, the cost is not much different than any other kind of plastic surgery usually $2,000 to $6,000 per sitting (most people need only one or two sessions ever). Patients who want quality treatment usually fly to the home city of their specialist, since knowledgeable physicians experienced in state-of-the-art technology are rare. Inexperienced doctors require many more sessions and in the end, charge exorbitant fees for what is often a botched job and an embarrassing nightmare for the patient.
Don't go for the quick fix when it comes to something as important as your appearance and your hair. Find out what really works for hair loss, and invest in a permanent solution. It will save you piles of money and probable tears in the long run.

Trust And Obey Part I
Joshua looked out at the Jordan River. It was harvest time and the river was flooding. His prayers immediately flowed towards Heaven asking God to help the Israelites to safely cross the water.
Joshua was the servant of Moses. He was his understudy and now he was the prophet's successor. All Israel looked to his guidance and wondered if he could carry on where Moses left off and get the people to the Promised Land securely.
The task was huge and the man full of the Spirit of God knew that the only way he could succeed was if the miracles that Moses performed were passed onto him. He fell on his knees before the tent containing the ark of the covenant of God. His prayers for strength were heard and then God Spoke.
Joshua 15&6, "Joshua, no one will be able to defeat you as long as you live. I will be with you as I was with Moses. I will always be with you I will never abandon you. Be determined and confident, for you will be the leader of these people as they occupy this land which I promised their ancestors."
Joshua stood before the Israelite people and commanded the priests to take the ark of the covenant into the Jordan river. As soon as the priests stepped into the river, the water stopped flowing upstream and piled up, and the flow down stream was completely cut off.
The people crossed the Jordan river on dry ground. God had exalted Joshua in the sight of the Israelites. This sign from God gave them confidence that Joshua would be a strong and miraculous leader just like Moses. A leader they could depend on to fight the wars that they were about to face.
All of this took place because Joshua trusted God and obeyed his words. He was a man just like us. As a human being he had no power to perform miracles, but with the supernatural workings of God, he could do anything.
Too many people today limit God. They look at the world for what it is and believe no further. They pray but they really don't believe that God can perform miracles in their life.
I grew up in a small rural Kansas town. Everyone thought they knew every one's secrets. I married young, had three children and was very involved in church. I was highly respected, but everything changed when I fell in love with a woman.
I divorced and tried to live in my home town, but the people would not accept my life change. They followed me around, denied me service in the stores and wrote letters to the court service officer stating that I was gay and I shouldn't be allowed to be my children's custodial parent
Up until this time I was like everyone else reaching for the American Dream and desiring to raise my children to be good, law abiding, Christian people. But everything changed when I was persecuted and everything changed when God began to reach out and single me out for a miracle.
God supernaturally began typing me messages. He stated that if He didn't make Himself real to me that I would never be able to make it. At the time I didn't understand what this meant, but later after looking back at everything I suffered I began to understand.
I was raised to be a very strong Christian. I knew the difference between love and hate. I prayed and loved God, but I had never gone through anything other than the difficulties of raising three children.
It wasn't until I was injured by my ex-husband, abandoned by my parents, and stalked by members of my ex-church that I finally understood faith. The test of loosing everyone I loved demanded for me to believe beyond what I had once been taught to believe.
God's messages taught me to see the war surrounding our world. A spiritual existence that is not visible by the naked eye. An unseen world where powerful spirits interact in the minds of individuals. Every message I received was ended with these words, "Pray for protection from Satan, I love you, God has Spoken."
The war that surrounded my life caused me to depend on these messages from God. I read every word, applied them to my life in full obedience and trusted that all the pain I was going through would not last forever.
I trusted and obeyed God because I had no one else except for Tori. I had to let go of what I had been taught in order to interpret and follow the messages God wrote to me.
Joshua 19, "Remember that I have commanded you to be determined and confident! Do not be afraid or discouraged, for I, the Lord your God, am with you wherever you go."
I became like Joshua at the Jordan river. I was determined to hold onto Tori and to learn why the church hated gay people so much. I held onto my Bible praying for protection from Satan and obeying God's messages to me.
Each message helped me to gain strength as I faced each and every court battle until my children were finally taken away from me and given to their dad. The messages made me stand up to the injustices of our legal system. The messages helped me to defy the court order to turn over my children and run with my kid
Joshua stood at the Jordan river and wondered if God would really use him to lead the great people of Israel into the Promised Land. His human weaknesses doubted his ability to do it, but his belief in the miracle working power of God made him Trust and Obey.

Careful Preparation Makes For A Great Vacation
The key here is planning and organization.
First you should select the type of vacation and its destination. Are you looking for a relaxing time on the beach, an exciting skiing vacation or a thrilling gambling junket to the islands? Once you have narrowed down the type of excursion you have chosen, it is time to do some research. You will want to find the peak time of the year to go for your particular trip along with the best prices on transportation and lodging. You can get the information from your travel agent or do it yourself on the Internet. Then depending on your decision, purchase the airline tickets, schedule the cruise, rent a car or reserve the hotel or campground. Arrange for transportation to and from the airport.
Allow enough time to get your traveling documents in order. For instance, ordering a notarized birth certificate or applying for a passport, visa, international driver's license, travel insurance, etc. Be sure if you will be going as the solitary parent, to obtain a notarized letter of consent from you spouse or ex-spouse that you have the permission to bring the child with you to your destination. However if the other parent is deceased, you may need to present their death certificate. Then again, if you will be leaving your child with a guardian, give him or her a notarized letter allowing them to authorize emergency medical attention. Check to see if any mandatory inoculations are necessary for immunization to travel in the area you are going to be visiting. Verify that your health insurance is up-to-date.
Plan your itinerary because a well-planned itinerary will save you both time and money. For example, if you decide you really want to attend a special festival, concert or other activities while you are away, check out if it will require tickets or reservations and order them before hand. This will avoid arriving to find a long wait or the activity is sold out. Do not overload your schedule. See how long it will realistically take to get from place to place. What is the best way to get there? How long will you stay? Realize there will be delays caused by weather, transportation and possibly health issue
You will want to make sure you have everything at home tended to while you are away. You will need someone to take care of your pets, plants and trim the lawn. You may wish to hire a house or pet sitter. Otherwise, you will have to arrange to have your pet boarded, the mail held at the Post Office and deliveries like the newspaper and bottled water temporarily stopped. Make sure that you supply your house sitter with a key and the alarm code to the house. Provide instructions for taking care of your pets. Also make a list of emergency phone numbers they might need, such as, the veterinary, police, fire department, alarm company and where you will be staying.
Shortly before you leave, make sure you have your prescriptions refilled. Pay any upcoming bills. Shop for things you will need to bring with you. Give yourself plenty of time to pack your luggage so you will not forget anything. Advise your alarm company and police department of the time you will be gone. Put lights and maybe a radio on timers so it looks and sounds like someone is home. Throw out anything in the refrigerator that will spoil. Make sure to have the credit cards, travelers checks, cash or foreign currency, reservation confirmations and traveling documents you will need.
Right before you depart on vacation, shut off all electrical appliances and unplug televisions and computers. Depending on the season, raise or lower the heat and air conditioning. Take out the garbage. Shut off the water to your washing machine and outside faucets. Check with the airline to confirm your flight is on schedule. Lock up the house and car. Get ready to have a fantastic vacation knowing everything has been taken care of due to your careful preparation.

Why Do Most Marriages Fail?
Roughly 50% of all marriages fail and many of those dont even make it past the first year. Understanding why these marriages fail can be key to ensuring that your own marriage does not fail. Some factors that contribute to the failure of a marriage include a lack of communication or poor communication, financial issues and even the circumstances of the marriage. All of these issues can exist in a healthy and enduring marriage but if they are not dealt with properly they can lead to the failure of the marriage.
Communication is critical to the success of a marriage. Without proper communication, conflict resolution becomes a difficult issue. If the couple lacks the communication skills necessary to resolve their problems, then even the smallest problems will become insurmountable. Communication allows a relationship to grow and thrive by giving the partners an opportunity to share their dreams, concerns, hopes and desires with each other. Without sharing in this way a couple will not grow as close together as possible. Communication also gives the couple a healthy way to resolve their arguments.
If one or both partners lack effective communications skills it becomes difficult to resolve arguments because the couple is not able to understand each others points of view.
If the marriage is already in trouble, both partners in the marriage must be dedicated to working on their communication skills in order to improve or salvage their marriage. The absence of effective communication techniques can lead to the failure of a marriage.
Love may conquer all but sometimes even love isnt enough to save a marriage when there are significant financial concerns. While financial concerns in and of themselves may not be the cause of a failed marriage the tension that financial concerns create is often the culprit in a failed marriage. Financial concerns can be a heavy burden to bear and when a couple is struggling to meet their financial obligations, there can be a tremendous amount of pressure in the relationship. This pressure may be enough to destroy an otherwise healthy marriage.
If one of the partners in the marriage becomes obsessed with the marital finances they can begin to neglect other aspects of the marriage. This neglectful behavior has the affect of making the spouse feel ignored and lonely which can be damaging to a marriage. Often one of the partners will become consumed with the financial affairs and this can be very damaging to a marriage.
Even the circumstances surrounding the marriage can lead to its failure. A marriage of convenience is often not a healthy marriage. When the decision to marry is based on something other than true love, it is likely that the marriage will fair. Some examples of marriage circumstances that often lead to failure are getting married because there is a baby on the way or because the couple is feeling pressure to get married by friends and family members. Neither of these reasons are truly valid reasons for marriage and often leads to divorce. When a couple marries for reasons other than true love the marriage is often doomed before it starts.
Marrying too young is another reason why many marriages fail. While the right age to marry varies greatly depending on the person, many people argue that the teens and early twenties are too early to get married. Getting married before you have had a chance to enjoy many of lifes experiences can result in resentfulness in the marriage and can be the cause of failure of the marriage.
Another reason why many marriages fail is that society no longer places importance on the institution of marriage. Today it is common for couples to live together and have children without being married. This degeneration of society devalues marriage and results in a higher percentage of failed marriages. With so little value placed on marriage in todays society, couples are not committed to making their marriage work and are often quick to give up on the marriage and each other.
Many marriages today are doomed before they even start. Marriage is no longer seen as a necessary step in a relationship so many couples are quick to divorce without making an honest effort to resolve their problems. Communication breakdown, financial difficulties as well as circumstances of the marriage are all problems that can cause many marriages to fail.

Treadmill Tips To Save You Money
The treadmill was one of the first pieces of home fitness equipment appealing to walkers, joggers, runners and a wide range of people. Treadmills can be used in the home to avoid the difficulty of going to a gym. Treadmills are simple to use.
Treadmills can have an AC or a DC powered motor. The belt or deck is the area on which the actual running or walking takes place. A few treadmill models are powered by the user rather than a motor.
Features such as extra cup holders, built-in fans, CD players and other electronic gizmos may be handy but not essential for you to get an ideal workout. Display panels should be easy to read and straightforward to operate. Many of the treadmills available have the ability to add an incline to your workout to duplicate running or walking uphill, therefore increasing the intensity of a workout.
A heart rate monitor is another useful feature to look for. The newest models of treadmills come with many extra features. The console indicates belt speed and other factors, such as heart rate, mph, distance, etc.
Notice that some treadmill heart rate monitors clip onto an ear or, for more accurate readings, strap on to the chest. Folding treadmills collapse to allow for easy storage and are ideal for people without enough room for a bulky exercise machine.
You'll probably want to buy a unit with a motor that delivers 1.5 to 3 continuous horsepower. Most manufacturers of commercial treadmills found in gyms and health clubs also produce home versions. Less expensive treadmill models may be fine for walkers but they may not hold up as well for regular or seasoned runner
The first thing to consider when shopping for a home treadmill is the kind of use you need it for. Do your research treadmills are an important investment, regardless of the price, and if it's not right for you, you don't want to find out after you've set the treadmill up at home. Noise from the smallest repetitive sound can drive you nuts over a period of time and provide you with one more reason not to exercise.
Consider the cost of maintaining your treadmill as well. You'll want a treadmill with an aluminum or high alloy steel frame that's strong enough to support the heaviest runner who'll be using it. Treadmills are a very important investment, regardless of the price if it's not right for you, you don't want to find this out after you've set the treadmill up at home.
If there's a treadmill you've enjoyed using regularly at your local gym or fitness center check to see if there's a home version available in your price range. Commercial club treadmills are reliable and well constructed do look into a home version.
Once your equipment has been up and running, lubricants and cleaners can be used to take good care of it. If you can afford to buy a treadmill with a heart rate monitor, it'll be a good investment in your health.
Better quality treadmills provide excellent cushioning to limit the impact on knees, ankles, hips and lower backs. Selections of preprogrammed exercise routines are not essential to obtaining a good workout from a treadmill, but they do help to provide motivation.
Walking, whether on a treadmill or not, is one of the best approaches anyone can take toward fitness. If you have severe leg conditions, a treadmill may not be the best choice of home exercise equipment for you.
Buying a treadmill online doesn't have to be intimidating when you've done your homework. For most people buying a home exercise treadmill is going to be a major investment. A treadmill is a good investment for anyone who has decided to make a conscious effort to become healthy and fit.

Affirmative Prayer - One Key To Power
There are many keys to Power. One key which provides many people with solid, reliable results is affirmative prayer. In this article, I will explain what affirmative prayer is, why it works, and how to use it.
While there are many types of prayer, affirmative prayer is the most scientific, and the most reliable. But what is affirmative prayer?
Affirmative prayer is a prayer where you don't ask for anything, rather you make a statement as though what you want already exists. For instance, instead of asking for a large financial income, your affirmation would be something like "I am now making $100,000 per year, doing what I enjoy doing. I am happy in the job I have, and I work with wonderful people."
But why would we want to pray this way? Because it works! Is there any other reason? Yes, because the process is more enjoyable. How enjoyable is going to your boss at work and asking for something, like a raise? Most people would rather avoid it. The same feeling usually comes up when trying to ask for something in prayer. You usually feel as if you have to prove yourself, or give something in exchange for what you are asking.
But there is no need to give up anything in exchange for what you want. Most religions have taught us that God is just like a person, and has many of the same caprices, temperaments, and moods that any human has. This is just not so. God is so far beyond our petty emotional fickleness that you could almost see God as being another natural law in the Universe. The Christian Bible even quotes God as saying "I am the same, yesterday, today, and forever." or something to that effect.
Do you really care what the bacteria in your stomach want? Do you care what the worms in your back yard are doing? NO! You will continue to do whatever it is you normally do and let them do their thing. You will eat the same foods, giving the bacteria the nutrition they need, and you will cut the grass from time to time giving the worms what they need to survive. Your actions do not change based on what these lower level life forms do.
God is the same way. God (neither He nor She) has set up the Universe so that each individual can get whatever they want if they will but use the resources available. One of these resources is the supply of Universal Power that supports and sustains the Universe and all Life.
If you are alive, then you have access to this Power. In the Christian Bible, there are many references to the availability of this Power. Christ Himself taught that as long as you believe that you will receive what you ask for in prayer, that you will indeed receive it! His great example of prayer (The Lord's Prayer) does not ask for anything. It commands! "Give us this day...", not "Could I please have....". The example is missed by most, who continue to ask, beg, and go without.
God has created you in such a way that you can supply your own needs! All you have to do is tap into the Universal Power and command what you want to come into being!
Of course, this theory is all well and good, but the real question is exactly how do you go about doing this? It's simple really, although not necessarily easy. The first step is to make contact with this great supply of Power.
This first step is the one that most people will have the hardest time with. I generally spend several sessions with my students working on various aspects of this, to insure that they can reliably make this contact any time they want. Here, I can only cover the basic
At it's simplest level, making contact with the spiritual source of Power is about having the intention to do so. Your inner mind handles the intricate details of managing your connection to the spiritual realities. You have to communicate to your inner mind that you want to open the gates to spiritual Power and you want access to that Power now.
You can communicate this intention in several ways. You can affirm "I am opening up my connection to spiritual Power, and this Power fills my being with great intensity!" This is a time-honored method which has been used very effectively. Another approach is to imagine going into the deepest recesses of your being and opening the gateway and releasing Power for your use. A third option is to imagine yourself going into an imaginary workroom/temple/holy place, and using imaginary tools to make contact with this Power. If you use this third option, you have to believe that what you are imagining will be echoed in reality. Faith is the foundation of all spiritual activities, including making contact with Spirit itself.
You will know when you make contact with spiritual Power. Different people sense the presence of Power in different ways. Most will feel heat, or pressure, or will perceive a greater luminance. Some will feel a sense of cold, or a light airiness around them.
When you make contact, then you are ready for the second step, which is to affirm what you are asking for as though it were already true. You will usually want to create your affirmative prayer before you start, however. We mentioned one example at the beginning of this article, dealing with money. Another example, to create an ideal relationship, could be "I am in love with a wonderful partner, who loves me dearly. We spend many happy hours together sharing interests, hobbies, and just enjoying each other's company. This is an ideal relationship, I am completely happy with my partner, and my partner is completely happy with me. Neither of us wants to change the other."
Whatever you want out of life, you can have. Do whatever you can on the physical level to bring it about, and add the assistance of the spiritual level with affirmative prayers. God Bless You.

The Single Most Powerful Addition To Your Online Marketing Arsenal
Selling, or supplying online promotional tools, is a multi billion dollar industry, but how efficient are some of the most popular tools, and are they worth investing in, or are they simply a waste of time and money.
Online trading places you in probably the single most competitive market in the world. If you were simply trading in your local town your competition would be restricted to the guy half a mile away selling some similar products. On the Internet you are competing with possibly millions of other traders selling the same, or similar products as your
The Internet is a completely different animal and you need to tame the animal, or at the very least get to know it well, before you can truly make a serious income from your website.
There are various tools which are supposed to help in your on going battle for Internet Supremacy, but are they all they are cracked up to be, or are they useless time wasting pieces of computerized junk.
As you would expect, some are good and some are simply useless, others which used to bring in results, no longer do, and some of the more recent tools have taken over. I suppose this is only to be expected as the Internet like everything else is subject to the laws of evolution.
Where does this leave you and what new products are now available, but in particular which product or program is the next Big Gun in the battle for traffic and sale
I have tried, used and dismissed hundreds of marketing tools over the past few years and it needs something very special to excite me and get the juices flowing, and very rarely a system of such a magnitude emerges, and once more the way forward with online marketing becomes clear.
The latest, and in my opinion, the one which will prove to be an on going giant for many years to come, is the Search Sub Engine.
What is a Search Sub Engine, what can it do for your marketing efforts and how do you make the best and most efficient use of it.
The Search Sub Engine is a brand new system of site submission, when I say site submission, I don't mean a way to submit your site to the Search Engines. This could be better described as a Search Engine within a Search Engine.
The Search Sub Engine works independently of, and is in no way directly connected to any of the Search Engines, but it has the power to drive unlimited amounts of targeted traffic to your website, blog or affiliate program.
It achieves this by gradually pushing your business listing upwards towards the #1 position for your search category. By rotating your listing towards it's pinnacle, it ensures that when your category is searched that you have an equal opportunity to receive your fair share of traffic, unlike any other program or method currently on offer, from the Search Engines, or for that matter anywhere else.
The Search Sub Engine allows you to list your business in a category, or categories that best suit your product for varying periods between 1 and 28 days. During that time your listing will gradually rotate towards the top search results within the Search Sub Engine, allowing you to receive the traffic you so dearly need.
Once you register with the Search Sub Engine, registration is free, and for the forseable future, so is your listing submission, you are privvy to some pretty special tools to help enhance your listing and get your website noticed.
You are able to create a headline for your business and utilize a full page to sell the benefits of your site or product, this page also includes a live link direct to your site, giving you, in effect, the opportunity to double sell your product to the surfer. You also have some very useful other tools at your disposal, you can add a sub headline to your listing, you can enhance your listing with bold text or color, you have a hits counter, allowing you to monitor the effectiveness of your sales copy, and if your not happy with your results you can alter or completely change everything at will, as often as you wish, until you achieve the desired result
Comparing this method to a standard Search Engine, you will see the added benefits immediately, the Search Engine uses a snippet of the first few lines of your website when indexing, with the Search Sub Engine you choose the lines you wish to use. The Search Engine loses your site in amongst all the other millions of results far away from the #1 position, the Sub Search Engine actually pushes your site to the very top giving you a prime opportunity to make the most of the traffic you will receive.
The only stipulation you must meet to make use of the Search Sub Engine and all its excellent promotional tools is, your site must be available to view online, and nothing more. If your site meets that one criteria you can make the very best use of what is set to become the next giant in online marketing.
The Search Sub Engine is waiting to explode onto our screens and considering the costly or simply useless alternatives, I think it warrants serious consideration from you and every other professional marketer trading online now, or in the future.

'Nutritional' Contributors to Hair Loss
Too much has already been written about pills and potions that promise to halt hair loss. Most of the claims in such articles and ads are unsubstantiated. On the other hand, not enough has been said about products on the market that contribute to hair loss, supplements and pills that many people take, unaware of their side effect
Let's look at a few of the key offenders
* Growth hormone supplements
Growth hormone supplements increase the testosterone level, which increases DHT (a hormone that destroys hair follicles when present in the system in large amounts). DHT can cause hair loss and baldness.
* Creatine
Creatine is tauted for increasing muscle mass, but it also increases testosterone. In the presence of high testosterone levels, too much DHT is produced in the body, resulting in unwanted hair los
* Certain protein shakes
Certain protein shakes that are not organic have growth hormone in them, which causes high DHT levels. Too much DHT destroys the hair follicles needed for a full head of hair. For a protein shake to not affect hair loss, it should say "growth hormone free" on the primary label. "Branch amino acids" should NOT appear on the ingredients label.
* Fat burners or diet pills
Fat burners or diet pills are another big offender contributing to baldness in unsuspecting buyers. Anything that changes the metabolism very quickly causes a fluctuation in hormones which starves off healthy cells and leads to hair los
It is an unfortunate irony that many "nutritional" products people take to improve their appearance have the side effect of causing them to go bald. They then lose their looks in a new way, adding to their appearance problems.
"An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure," goes the old saying. Take care of the hair you were born with. It isn't something you want to take for granted.
If you are already suffering from major hair loss and are looking for the best remedy, beware of the pills and potions, gadgets and gimmicks. Many things touted on the market as hair replacement solutions are fraudulent, while others produce hair that's not much better than peach fuzz. Some remedies require a lifetime of medication-taking or three-times-a-week therapy.
The best and only permanent solution to hair loss is hair transplantation, a science which has made great strides in recent years in its ability to produce a natural-looking hairline and good coverage. One or two sessions, for the majority of people, are usually all that's necessary with a qualified specialist.
In this procedure, a small strip of hair follicles is extracted from the back of the head where hair is genetically programmed to keep growing. These follicles are planted one-by-one or by twos or in threes into tiny incisions in the scalp where new hair is desired. Natural, quality hair results from this, and typically the hair will keep growing the rest of one's life.
The key to successful hair replacement surgery is finding an excellent surgeon. Not all hair doctors are created equal. It is good to see a transplant procedure in progress but it is most important to speak to many references. A qualified hair transplant surgeon has personally done thousands of cases. Beware of large groups which make that claim, when in fact they are speaking of the procedures performed by all their doctors collectively, not each one individually. A physician who has only been in practice a few years will not truthfully be able to claim extensive experience. If a doctor won't let you view a procedure or speak with satisfied customers -- whatever the excuses you are given -- keep looking. Be prepared to travel when you find the doctor of choice, as specialists in state-of-the-art technology are still rare. But if you commit to giving yourself the best, the results you get will be much more than worth it.

Heavy Metal Detox: A Summary
What you consume can have an impact on your health. Hence if what you eat is largely junk food, then it is reasonable to expect that your body will not be performing optimally. What cause most harm to your body are heavy metals. The presence of heavy metals can cause you energy leakage, low mental clarity and reduces your brain activity and function.
Heavy metals are industrial byproducts but traces can easily be found in drinking water, pesticides that you breathe in or even through dental braces or dental fillings. Scrap dental amalgam was declared a dangerous compound by the Environmental Protection Agency in 1989.
Usually, your body has a natural way of detoxifying on its own, even with harmful metals. Impurities are eliminated from your body through the release of feces and urine. In addition, small amounts of heavy metals may also be released into the air through your lungs. The liver can also help in heavy metal detox. It actually excretes metal in the bile and reabsorbs them. The kidney also performs a process that disposes the heavy metals that your body absorbs. Kidneys produce metallothionein, which neutralizes the mercury in your body. Problems occur when there is a toxic build up of heavy metals and other waste, causing the organs to perform sub optimally.
Heavy metal detox helps to eliminate heavy metals like mercury, lead and cadmium. These metals in your body destroys vital enzymes, cell receptors and hormones. Lead is also found to restrain brain nerves. Thus, the presence of lead can have a negative impact on brain development, especially in young children. It is the same with mercury.
For heavy metal detox, you will need the advice and guidance of an alternative health expert. The concern is that if this process is not carried out properly, it can result in renal failure. You will also experience symptoms of chemical poisoning.
Your health practitioner is also likely to recommend the following nutrients for your daily diet to aid in the process of heavy metal detox
* Chlorella
* Vitamin B6
* Mega-H
* Cilantro
* N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine
* Silymarin
* Magnesium
* Methionine
Many do not believe in the idea of heavy metal detox. Still, no one can dispute the fact that the presence of heavy metals can create harm to your body. If the brain development of your child is delayed for instance, then heavy metal detox is a subject that you really should explore.
