this experience is unique : disciple Sutikshanji arranges Go

In continuation of divine devotees --friend Udhavji and uncle Akroorji
page 48 to 50 of Godly devotion or BHAGWADPREM ANK of Jan, 2003 of monthly Kalyan...Godly devotion or BHAGWADPREM ANK of Jan, 2003 is too sublime discuss with too divine Premopasana of sage Sutikshanji who

* though disciple of famous Agastya-muni .... what is " ADITYA-HRIDAY" ?

* became instrumental in Bhagwan Ram's darshan to His Guru though it's generally opposite ( i.e. Guru leads one to God GURU GOBIND DOU KHARE KAKE LAGON PAYYEIN ...... )

For real enjoyment of above please open Aranyakaand of Tulsi / Adhyatma / Balmiki Ramayanas .... after Shivratri, a grand feast on 17th Feb . In fact , when Sutikshanji's Gurukul-stay was over and Guru Agastya did not want any Guru-dakshuna , Sutikshanji insisted for same so Agastyaji asked for Ramji's darshan and lo , disciple Sutikshanji fulfils it !

Goswami Tulsidassji most bautifully covers this episode in Doha 10-11 of Aranyakaand --

i) Sutikshanji is so engrossed in Dhyan of Ramji before his arrival that he is unaware of ACTUAL standing of Ramji-Sitaji-Laxmanji before him. So Ramji replaces Lord Vishnu in his contemplation and surprised Sutikshanji opens his eyes just to have Darshan of Sita-Ramji and Laxmanji !

ii) " as abhiman jai jani bhore , main sewak raghupati pati more " i.e. though Sutikshanji is Humilty personified , he feels proud to be called himself servant of Ramji ( just like Hanumanji .. pages 40 to 45 discuss Hanumanji's divine devotion to Lord Rama )

iii) when Ramji asks him for boon , Sutikshanji says as his discretion is limited whatever Ramji gives will be acceptable to him. And lo , Ramji gives him

aviral bhakti birti bigyana , hohu sakal gun gyan nidhana ( Just as Maa Sitaji blesses Hanumanji in Sunderkaand ... .....after listening to Sunderkand at CHITRAKOOT )


iv) but Sutikshanji is so sublime that pleads Ramji that He blessed what Lord liked now

prabhu jo dinh so baru main pawa ab so dehu mohi jo bnava

ANUJ JANKI SAHIT PRABHU CHAAP BAAN DHAR RAM

MUM HIY GAGAN INDU IV BASAHU SADA NIHKAM !!!!


v) after this double-triple blessing ( just as Savitri desired son from Yamraj that automatically saved life of her husband ) , now Sutikshanji wants to go to His Guru Agastyaji so that his guru-dakshina is completed.


vi) as if it's 6th boon , Sutikshanji requests that let him accompany Ramji-Sitaji -Laxmanji to his Guru's ashram so that

A) he may continue to enjoy Divine company of Ramji-Sitaji-Laxmanji throughout en route to Agastyaji's ashram

B ) and also have Darshan of his Guru Agastyaji as a matter of gratitude as it was he who had demanded such Guru-dakshina . This Guru-kripa was actauly a boon as it transformed Sutikshanji 's life totally as darshan of Ramji became his mission after Gurukul-education was over !



So let us humbly bow to holy feet of Sutikshanji who , in fact , got not one or 2 but 6 boons from Lord Rama in one go and is a unique example in Divine history that even a disciple can make way for darshan of God to his perceptor or master !
