3 Easy Steps That Will Keep Your Online Business Running Smoothly

As an Internet marketing professional, one truth of the business is that when your Website doesn't work, you have no business. Server interruptions can cost serious Internet Marketers thousands of dollars in just a few hours of down time.
Funny enough, most marketers don't have a backup plan in place when a server goes down and the money making entity, namely your Website is not accessible by existing and potential customer
Here are three vital steps you must take to keep your online business running smoothly
Step 1 Your Support Should Be On a Different Server or Host
When your business Website server goes down, there is not much you can do about it. It is a fact of doing business online, and unless you actually own your servers and pay an employee to maintain them, you are at the mercy of your hosting company.
Savvy Internet marketers know the importance of having customer service and support areas of the Website hosted on a different server or with a different hosting service altogether.
This means that if the main site goes down, the support site does not. Existing and potential clients can still access certain parts of your site such as their accounts. You can also use the support section of your Website to post alerts about the server situation on the rest of the site.
By keeping customer service and support services on a separate server or host, you are assured that you still have a certain level of continuity and communication with your customers, without dropping off the face of the Internet altogether.
Step 2 Choose a Hosting Company that Offers Auto Backup Service
Many quality hosting companies offer a backup service. This can work in one of two ways. The economy version of backup services means that your host will regularly (usually daily) and automatically back up the entire contents of your Website.
This means that if the server outage is severe and any of your Website content is lost or corrupted, your host has a recent and full back-up of the entire site that can be reinstalled when the server issue is fixed.
The better version of back-up services means that the hosting company actually has a mirror site so that if a server goes down, a visitor is automatically and seamlessly forwarded to the mirror site, which is an exact replica of your original site.
This type of service generally costs more money but if your livelihood depends on your site being up and accessible at all times, it may be well worth the extra money.
Step 3 Keep Off-Server Customer Information
You would not believe how many Internet marketers do not keep hard copy information of their customer database on a local computer. How silly is that? If the server goes down and damage is done, all this valuable information could be lost.
Furthermore, you need to be able to reach important clients when your server goes down. You need to make it a critical task to continually back up your customer information including name, address, telephone number, and email address and order history.
This way, when your servers go down, you can contact and reassure customers that you are working diligently to resolve the situation and your customers will feel connected and valued.

Learning How To Pace Yourself With Work: Home Business

When you work from home it is very easy to work your tail off, literally. You might find that since you are working from home, there is simply no set time where your work is finished. You might feel as though since you are at home, the project that you weren't able to complete during the day. It might be very tempting to continue working long into the night, because you simply don't have to come home from work, you are already there.
On the other hand, it might be very tempting to not work very much during certain days. You might feel as though since you are working from home, you can go ahead and take whatever breaks you feel like taking, and if you dont want to work in the morning or work all day long, you don't have to.
Either way, you are going to run into some problems. First of all, you are going to find that if you work all of the time you are taking away from your home and from your family. You might also find that if you fail to work when you are supposed to, you aren't going to meet deadlines, and our business is going to suffer.
No matter which of these problems you have, there is one clear solution, and that is to pace yourself. You need to take direction from yourself, but you also need to actually set goals and expectations for yourself, even if you are the only employee.
There are several good ways to do this. The first thing that you can do is set a timetable for when you are going to work and when you aren't. Set actual office hours, and stick to them, even if it is only a few hours a day. You can make this easier by also scheduling yourself time to do other things. Leave one afternoon free for running errands, and another one free for cleaning your house.
If you schedule yourself completely, you'll find that you can more easily stick to your schedule. Remember that the most important things you can do in order to pace yourself include writing down when assignments and projects are due, and then making a chart of work days to allow yourself plenty of time to complete them. This is the most important thing, because if you allow yourself plenty of time to complete everything, you'll find that you are much more able to actually get the work done that is allotted to you, and your home business is going to be even more of a success. The most important key to pacing yourself is having good time management skills, and being able to implement them in a home business setting.

Advance Pay Day Loan: Quick Cash Advance

Advance pay day loan is a loan of small amounts ranging between $500 and $1000 secured for short durations such as a week or two. Cash advance lenders usually charge $15 - $30 for every $100 borrowed. An advance pay day loan is usually secured until the customer's next payday. Over the last few years payday lending industry has become one of the fastest growing sectors with many millions of customer
Truth about Payday Loans
Pay day loan is extremely useful if utilized in the right way. Many hardworking people such as day laborers, military personnel, and people from economically poor backgrounds find that an advance loan provides them with timely relief. To many single moms it can make the difference between starvation and feeding her hungry children. It is indeed a blessing if utilized in the right manner.
The right manner refers to using services such as advance pay day loan only when they are absolutely necessary, by borrowing only as much as is affordable and making payments on time. It is a much publicized fact that payday loans may have very high APRs, but some feel that it is worth paying extra when you get the money that you need which may easily be repaid later when due.
An advance pay day loan may be a curse when it is abused when one too many such loans are secured and payments are not being made. The high APR may cause the situation to go beyond a controllable point, customers may end up paying many times the amount they borrowed yet not be able to repay the loan as the payments that they have made goes towards the fee and interest for extending or rolling over the loan. Making payments on time can be the secret to utilizing a loan such as an advance pay day loan without any repercussion.
Online Application is Quick
Right now, it is so easy and quick to apply for an advance cash loan over the Internet. You save time and hassle by submitting the online application directly from the comfort of your computer. The application form is simple, which takes only a few minutes to complete. Many payday lenders do not even bother to check your credit history making the loan approval process much quicker. With the speed of the loan, you can expect to receive cash deposited directly into your bank account in the same day.

Comparison Between Trade Secrets, Patents, and Trademarks

It typically requires a patent attorney to define all the nuances between trade secrets, patents, and trademarks, however a few basics don't require a patent attorney for a generic understanding.
Patent infringement is considered an infringement on a product, or a product enhancement that is patented to an existing inventor or company. For a period nearing twenty years, an inventor or company can hold exclusive rights to a patent, and anyone who markets or presents a product that can only reasonably used for the same purpose is guilty of patent infringement.
A trade secret is typically regarded as a company secret that makes the product different from any other, often this refers to an ingredient such as what makes Corn Pops taste like Corn Pops instead of Corn Crunchies.
A patent attorney may be called in to draw up contracts with employees to keep trade secrets safe, as well as prosecute any trade secret infringements once an employee has left a company. It is illegal for an employee or anyone else privy to trade secrets to open up their own company using the trade secrets they learned while working for another company.
A trademark is typically an emblem, logo design, or other distinguishable characteristic that is easily recognizable as a company's trademark. A trademark can be the way a name is or brand id displayed, like Coca Cola's emblem placed up the can or across the bottle.
Trade secrets, trademarks, and patents can all be subject to patent infringement laws, and while these laws are typically complicated enough to require a patent attorney to interpret them, the basis of these laws simply means that nobody is permitted to copy these things without permission.
When trade secrets or trademarks are copied, a patent attorney is usually contacted to assist the defrauded company in determining and prosecuting the offender, as the selling or theft of trade secrets or the copying of trademarks can sufficiently hurt the established company's business.
Many companies rely on their trade secrets and trademarks to establish something special in the marketplace, and being defrauded means that the consumer is now likely to interpret the trademark or purchase the other brand, believing it is the same product.
When this is not true, the consumer may lose confidence in the defrauded company when the product is not the same as expected. The defrauded company has no way of explaining to the consumer that this product was not theirs without retaining a patent attorney to file a patent infringement lawsuit based on either the theft or sale of trade secrets, or the copying of a trademark.
Once a patent attorney is able to bring the case to court and expose the damage done, the consumer by then has already found either another product or may be leery of wasting money on a product that turns out to be less or even just different than what they expected.
A patent attorney can often be brought on board a project in order to help prevent the infringement of trade secrets and trademarks, and of course patents. This is routinely done in the development stage in order to prevent the company from wasting money and energy on a product or product enhancement that is already covered and protected under patent infringement laws, which includes trade secrets and trademarks.
Patent infringement covers all aspects of business practices that include things such as trademarks and trade secrets. Patent attorneys are able to keep up on the changing laws, which is often invaluable in the development of a new product.
No company wants to spend man hours and money in the development of a product or product enhancement that is like to find them on the receiving end of a patent attorney's line of questioning. Considering the ample awards that are handed out for patent infringements, it makes financial sense to bring a patent attorney on board to justify the product development.
Naturally, patent infringement is taken very seriously in business law, and the penalties for either a patent infringement, trade secret violation, or a trademark infringement are quite severe. This is just one motivating factor in seeking assistance from a patent attorney before marketing a new product or product enhancement.
In today's business world, an ounce of prevention is worth about 2.3 million dollars worth of cure. The vast majority of companies simply skip the guess work and retain a patent attorney from the start, and by doing so, thwart their chances of accidentally being guilty of patent infringement, trademark violations, or trade secret violations.

Record Keeping for Daycare Centers

The key to record keeping is to simplify, simplify, simplify. As with any other repetitive task you want to make it as easy as possible so the main goal is achieved. At the end of the chapter I will reprint a copy of what the IRS is providing to its auditors when looking at child care centers. This information will give you some insight.
The end result of keeping accurate records is two-fold. Sometimes we get all caught up in defending against problems with the IRS and tax return preparation and that we forget the purpose of record keeping. We should be using the information from the records to advance our business and allow us to make decisions on how to run the business more effectively.
Good record keeping will allow you to keep track of the health of your business. Again, seek professional help or read as many books as possible to aid you growing your business effectively and keeping it on track. Don become overwhelmed with everything in your business and allow this area to be the one that always falls short. Remember the rule simplify! Get the information you need to make a proper decision and give the government the information they need in the form of tax return or report
Lets get started.
There are a number of logs that are necessary in the preparation of good records. They are time, food, auto, and asset. In addition to these logs we need to keep track of income sources private pay, government pay, grants, and food program. The other sources of funding must also be tracked bank loans, vehicle loans, and loans from others. The final things that need to be kept track of are the valid expenses of the busines
Lets break down each of the above in a little more detail.
Income sources
1. Private pay from parents by child
2. Food Program (USDA)
3. Grants
4. Government Programs
I recommend that you keep track of each source of income separately and then report them separately on your income tax return. Each source can be verified by the IRS so if you report it this way there is no question to its accuracy. All money received should be deposited into a business bank account. This allows you to easily verify the income to the deposits that were made during the year.
Time, Food, and Auto
Many states provide a calendar for the tracking of these figures. In the end we need to know how many hours the day care was in operation to calculate the time space percentage (discussed previously.) Do this daily and weekly, (record on the calendar) to be able to answer all questions at the end of the year on your tax return. If you are anything like me, you can't explain what you did last week much less what you did eleven months ago.
In 2004 the IRS made a significant change in the calculation of food expense. Prior to 2004 the only way to track food was to provide receipts of food purchases. This method was always in question to providers on how to determine what was personally eaten food, (non-deductible) and what was consumed by children, (deductible). We now have a new log to keep. You now need to provide the number of breakfast, lunch, dinner, A.M. snack and P.M snack. The IRS provides a rate that is equal to the tier-one food rate for the USDA food program.
This new program eliminates the tracking of food receipts. I still recommend keeping the food receipts to prove that you have spent at least what you are claiming. You are still allowed to keep actual receipts and use those for expense. Just realize that on audit the auditor will do a test of meals served and if your expense is higher than the calculation of meals times rate they will argue to reduce the expense.
The auto log is simply the record of miles driven on a personal vehicle for the pursuit of business. If the vehicle is used 100% for business you may take the actual expenses for that vehicle. If you share the vehicle for personal and business you need to determine the percentage of business that the vehicle was driven. The choice of using actual or mileage method is made in the first year of service. In both methods you will need to keep an accurate mileage log. The total miles driven are also necessary. The other information needed is date, miles driven, and what the business purpose was. This can be recorded on your calendar or a special book specifically for this purpose. Again, if you do it daily, it becomes natural to you and the information is readily accessible for tax time.
Asset Log
Asset Log is defined as what is in your home that will last longer than one year. There are two types of assets those you owned before you started operation, and those you purchased after you started operations. These assets can be further broken down into those that are 100% used for business and those that are shared by you personally and the day care. No matter which kind the assets are you need to record information about them.
Owned before operations started
1. Asset Name (ie refrigerator)
2. Location (room from floor Plan)
3. Fair Market Value at date of start of operation
4. How you determined value
5. Asset type
Purchased after operation started
1. Asset Name (ie refrigerator)
2. Location (room from floor plan)
3. Date Purchased
4. Where purchased
5. Asset Type
Based on the above information you will be able to create a depreciation schedule and claim the proper amount of expense. The depreciation schedule will either go directly to the business return or be further reduced by the time space percentage depending on whether it is a shared asset or a total business asset.
Loan List
You will need to keep track of the monies that are entering your business and from where. When you make a loan to the business it needs to be tracked. The bank wants to get their money back when they loan you money and you should want the business to return that money back to you as well. The money you loan to the company should be deposited into your business bank account, and the expenses that the loan was needed for will be recorded in the business checking account.
Many times I will have a provider complain that they are not being treated as a business person and instead are being treated as a baby sitter. Keeping accurate records and acting like a business requires you to have good records. Be sure to keep strict separation between personal expenses and business expenses. By doing this you will be treated as the professional that you are, and will give you piece of mind when tax time or decision time arrive
Lastly, Direct Expenses
All direct business expenses should be written from your business checkbook. I have found that using a credit card has been very helpful. If you use a credit card use it for business purposes only, and pay the balance monthly, you will be able to track expenses easily. Debt is a burden that will many times destroy a new business. Good record keeping will allow you to better keep track of the monies coming in and going out. You should keep the receipts associated with the expense and organize them by category, not the month. The IRS wants to know the amount of supplies, not January, February, etc. This will allow you to easily assemble the information for the tax return or financial statement purpose
Whether you decided to use a computer with the many programs that are available for record keeping or not, the

The Facts About Permanent Penis Enlargement: Your FAQs Answered In One Spot

Permanent penis enlargement is a hot topic. This article will discuss in detail the most frequently asked questions about permanent penis enlargement including penis enlargement products, costs and how it's possible to increase the size of a man's penis through penis enlargement products.
What Is The Average Size Of A Penis?
You may be surprised to learn that the average size of is under 6 inches. Videos and pictures may give men the mistaken impression that the majority of men in the world are very well endowed but the fact of the matter is that this is absolutely not true.
What Are The Options For Men If They Would Like To Increase Its Size?
Nowadays there are many options for men to increase their size, both in length and width. Some of these options include plastic surgery, vacuums, extenders, undertaking regular exercises and also taking pill
Which Method For Enlargement Is Best?
The best solution for enlargement depends on the individual. Every male penis enlargement solution comes at a cost. There are free techniques and exercises for men who have the time to invest but not the money.
Is It Safe?
Yes it is safe, however, this also highly depends on what permanent solution you use. Exercises are safe provided you do them correctly. The same applies to pumps provided you follow the instructions and don't overdo it. There are also pills that are proven to be safe as they contain all natural herbal ingredients.
Hanging weights and traction devices are also options, however it is important that instructions are followed without exception. Plastic surgery is also an option but it does come with a number of disadvantages, the cost not being the only factor.
What About Curvature Of The Penis?
Having a curve does not cause a problem for enlargement solution

Other enlargement options are less expensive in comparison and include enlargement devices and enlargement pill
Are There Guarantees With Enlargement Products?
That depends entirely on what enlargement product you use. Guarantees given by doctors vary from surgeon to surgeon. Most of the better quality enlargement products do come with a money back guarantee and I would highly recommend that you not purchase any penis enlargement product at all that doesn't offer a money back guarantee.
Can Enlargement Products Really Give Permanent Results?
Yes, according to many manufacturers permanent results are possible, even in a few months.
What Effort Do Men Have To Put In To Get These Results?
This entirely depends on the individual. If you choose exercises for penis enlargement then, as with any form of exercise, these exercises will have to be done regularly and consistently without exception.
The same applies for pumps and extenders. One of the easiest options for penis enlargement is taking an enlargement pill as this simply involves taking one to three tables on a daily basis with no effort or exercise required.
Which Enlargement Product Should I Try First?
This is entirely a matter for the individual but I would highly recommend you start with a enlargement product that comes with a money back guarantee, requires as little effort as possible and should show some results with a couple of months.

Data Recovery: Counteracting Data Loss

With several companies and businesses relying on computers for storing their reports, files, and information sheets, protecting systems is no longer enough to emerge at the top of the industry. Data recovery is the latest in counteracting loss of data whether its due to bad weather, hardware failure, malicious intent, or human failure.
Before, much confusion and inconsistencies in information about data loss made data loss and data recovery the most misunderstood concept in the computer industry. Because of this, many users and experts often consider lost data as permanently damaged with no way of retrieving it. But now, with the advent of new facts on data recovery and loss, computer whiz and experts are now focusing more on restoring data into the systems as a new way of overcoming data loss or corruption.
The discovery of the concept of file retrieval led to several data recovery experts offering their online services. The services offered by these experts range from hard drive recovery, software or program retrieval, mailbox file retrieval, and more. Data recovery services are practically endless with numerous experts coming up with more and more ways of recovering important files and programs that are lost.
So what exactly is data recovery?
Data recovery, according to the word sleuths and recovery experts, is the process of salvaging of deleted or inaccessible data stored on damaged media like magnetic disks and computer hard drives, optical devices, and tape cartridges. A large number of file retrieval software and data recovery service is designed to help users retrieve their files at the event of a computer crash or viral infection.
How does data recovery work?
The first step of the process of data recovery service usually involves evaluation where the initial analysis of the extent of the data lost is determined. After the prognosis, the data recovery experts and technicians would then proceed in cloning or copying the media and queuing it into their systems. The actual file retrieval process occurs when the technicians secure and extract the data from the copy of the damaged media.
Hardware and Software Teams
A damaged media has the data locked within it and it is the job of highly experienced hardware and software engineers to unlock it. These two teams of experts work very closely together throughout the project, combining all their experiences in their respective fields to solve the problem quickly and surely.
For safety measures, hardware engineers access as much of the disk as they can to produce the copy which they then share with the software specialists. The bulk of the file retrieval process lies on the software team as they are the ones who do the actual extraction using complicated software programs designed especially for recovery work. The ensuing data are then filed and written onto a new, undamaged media.
Data recovery has become an essential part of the computer industry. Many companies offering data recovery service invest heavily on research and development to ensure efficiency in the whole spectrum of data recovery.

The Mom's Guide to Living Frugally

Not only am I an entrepreneur but I'm also a stay at home mom. For some reason you just can take the mom out of mompreneur. I love working at home for a lot of reasons, but it has not been all gravy.
My daughters who are now 9 still don't understand the concept of leaving me alone when I'm on the phone or computer. And always, summer is approaching and we are wondering what they should do to keep their days busy.
A lot of my frugal mom's ideas about living have been passed down from my mom and dad, who were the extreme parody of living without. My parents were not business owners and basically were unemployed most of the time. So they became very talented at living on pennies from social assistance. Something I do not agree with.
My husband Robert is another master at frugality. He is an accountant and financial representative and see's peoples finances on a daily occurrence. One thing he has learned is that many people over extend themselves and get themselves into financial hot water.
Frugal Mom's guide to the world is a mired of suggestions, but you must decide what you wish to put up with. We all have our ideas as to what we need and what we what.
Frugal Mom's Idea #1
Buy only what you need and not what you want. Pretty simple, but a lot of us are enticed. Advertising companies know how to manipulate us with behavior, emotion, colors, and the list goes on. They seem to know what we want better than we do.
Frugal Mom's Idea #2
Pay off your credit card every month. If you feel that you are capable of doing this, than have a credit card that gets you miles for airline tickets. The interest rate is higher on these cards, so it behooves you to pay them off on time. Our family charges all items to the credit card so that we receive the points for airline tickets. Each year we claim several free tickets for our purchases (that we would have made anyways.)
Frugal Mom's Idea#3
Live below your means. My husband and I live in an old home, drive a basic car, and don't live extravagant lives. My jeans have rips in them (it's really in fashion) and my husband owns one pair of pants (besides his suits). Can we afford more? We sure can. But other things are important to us, saving money, private school, family vacations. We just don't see the need to go out and buy more stuff. We are happy, and don't need other people to tell us so.
Frugal Mom's Idea #4
Watch out for nickel and diming. What does this mean? Going to Starbucks for coffee. This concept totally amazes me. This business is so successful on a premise of coffee which has been around for centuries. Everyone can make coffee in their kitchen, and even BUY Starbucks at the grocery store. But people wish to spend more and go the store with the friendly person waiting to collect their money. Think about how much money you would save if you didn't buy that latte every morning.
These items are just a few to mention, the list could go on, and on. We all have way's to save money and become more financially free. We are being manipulated by the media and corporations each day, they want us to buy their stuff. Really.

Does the Brain Atrophy Like a Muscle?

We aren't so much talking about the physical structure of the brain itself - or are we? Medical and psychological research recently has pointed to the emerging idea that the more you exercise your brain, the better it will work in your old age and the more resistant you will be to Alzheimer's, dementia, and general cognitive impairments. It is very difficult to say exactly how this works - what, for instance, are we to make of the recent clinical test where a group who was taught how to juggle showed a marked improvement in abstract intelligence after one month?
It is becoming certain that the less people exert themselves mentally, the less able they are to handle mental exertion. The classic case is the "couch potato", particularly someone with a desk job by day and not much recreation beyond watching television at night. "Use it or lose it." An interesting footnote to the couch potato effect is that the acts of sitting still and staring at a lit screen for periods of time don't seem to be the causes of mental atrophy in themselves. Computer users do the same thing, but the difference is that computers are interactive while television demands that you sit and watch and thus, computer users - even if they're just playing video games - tend to keep their mental skills sharp where the television-watchers slowly lose their edge.
Of course, the physical atrophy of the brain is somewhat uncovered. Cerebral atrophy, which is the loss of neurons and the connections between them, has been pinpointed as a symptom or associated effect of strokes, Alzheimer's, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and many other diseases in which mental acuity is decreased. By the time any of these have set in, however, it is too late to take a preventative measure.
But our purpose here is to talk about the stimulation of a healthy brain in order to keep it healthy. And there is a mounting body of evidence that it is quite possible to do just that. Some of the latest findings are
* Neuroscience researchers at Northwestern University have uncovered the first concrete evidence that playing music can significantly enhance the brain and sharpen hearing for all kinds of sounds. Experience with music appears to help with many other things in life. Such activities as reading or picking up nuances in tones of voices or hearing sounds in a noisy classroom better are all sharpened by playing music.
* Neurologists at Columbia University Medical Center in New York have discovered that (physical) exercise boosts brainpower by building new brain cells in the brain regions linked with memory and memory loss. Tests on mice showed that they grew new brain cells in a part of the hippocampus that is known to be affected in the age-related memory decline that begins around age 30 for most human
* Researchers at the University of Rochester have shown that people who played action video games for a few hours a day over the course of a month improved their performance on a visual acuity test. The conclusion is that action-based video game play changes the way our brains process visual information.
* In a study by researchers at the Wellcome Trust Center for Neuroimaging at UCL's Institute of Neurology, a series of brain scans performed on taxi drivers and bus drivers showed that the mid-posterior hippocampus of all the taxi drivers was bigger and that they had more gray matter than the bus drivers. The one big difference between the two is that bus drivers stick to routes, while taxi drivers have to learn the layout of the whole city.
The downside of our new technology age just might be that having more and more electronic convenience devices exerts a terrible toll in robbing the brain of needed stimulation. In the taxi driver study above, the researchers advocated against using a GPS system to navigate, because of course that's one more robot doing the thinking for you - and one less source of stimulation to the brain!
If you have a patient who you think would benefit from some mental stimulation, here are some ideas you might want to try out. The good news is that none of these are sheer drudgery - encourage the patient to think of them as little games, or to pick something they will enjoy.
* Toss the calculator. Re-learn how to do sums in your head, for instance in figuring the tip at restaurants or mentally keeping a tally on the total price of items in your cart when you do grocery shopping. Stress that the point of this is not to become a human calculator, but to see how close you can come with practice. For the grocery shopping, rounding prices to the nearest dime and recalling the current total at the end of each aisle is quite easy, and you'll often find yourself off by no more than a dollar by the time you check out - even on a $200 purchase!
* Make out a grocery list or to-do list - but then as you run the errand, don't look at the list! The simple act of writing things down helps your brain remember the list, and you can always peek at it if you forget an item. Keep at this practice until you can do without a list at all.
* Do word puzzles like crosswords and jumbles. Make a habit of seeking the puzzle out every day in the newspaper. Again, the object is not to become perfect at it - but just starting the crossword and seeing how far you get at it is enough to practice a little while.
* Do other kinds of puzzles. These include mazes, spatial reasoning brain-teasers, and the popular soduku puzzles. These have the same benefits as the word puzzles, but exercise different areas of the brain.
* Learn a new word per week. Not just looking it up, but also using it a few times in conversation. The rule of thumb is "Say it three times and it's yours." Our thoughts, in a manner of speaking, are made up of words, and so each new word we learn allows us to think new thought
* Take up a new hobby or activity. It doesn't have to be an all-consuming pursuit or even an expensive one. Simple pastimes like orgami, poetry recital, telling jokes, juggling, assembling jigsaw puzzles, sketching, or bird watching are cheap and simple to participate in, and provide many benefits. The idea is more to step out of your "comfort zone" and challenge yourself to master a new activity that you never thought of yourself doing.
* Get more involved with your computer and other electronic devices. Really read the owner's manual and learn how to use all the features - less than one percent of us actually do that! take up a new technology-related skill such as web design or programming - these are not at all as hard as people think they are! Or before throwing away an old computer or a broken VCR, try taking it apart first. See if you can figure out why it broke, or how it works at all. Look up a diagram on the device and see if you can identify the major part
* Lose your Microsoft Windows dependency and try a new Open Source operating system, one that you can download for free, such as Linux or BSD. These operating systems are like little computer science lessons, teaching you how computers work and forcing you to confront and solve more situations than an environment that does everything for you.

PPH During Pregnancy Can Produce Birth Defects

Studies have shown that PPH during pregnancy can produce birth defects, lung problems, and a multiple host of conditions for the newborn. In addition, PPH during pregnancy carries a high maternal mortality rate.
If a women took Fen-Phen as a weight loss suppressant, the chances of her acquiring PPH is a given. Moreover, if this same woman became pregnant, the risk to her health is even greater.
Primary pulmonary hypertension is a rare, progressive condition aggravated by the physiologic changes occurring during pregnancy and surgery. The maternal mortality rate associated with pregnancy and PPH ranges from 30 to 50%.
To preface the extent to which PPH during pregnancy can cause a host of health problems, particularly for the mother to be, here is a case study of a woman in her 30's who had PPH during pregnancy.
A 35-year-old patient with a history of hypothyroidism presented at 26 weeks, gestation with progressive exertional dyspnea and fatigue of several weeks duration. She also reported several recent syncopal episodes. Her first pregnancy was uncomplicated, and she denied prior cardiopulmonary disease, illicit drug use, or ingestion of anorexigens.
On physical examination, her vital signs were normal. However, the jugular venous distension was present (which is one of the symptoms of PPH). An echocardiogram displayed a dilated right ventricle, paradoxical septal wall motion, and normal left ventricular wall motion.
The patient was admitted to labor and delivery, and was prescribed bed rest, oxygen, diuretics, and heparin. The progression of labor was inadequate, and a cesarean section was scheduled. A bilateral tubal ligation was performed with patient consent.
Three weeks later, the patient underwent a vasodilator trial with calcium-channel blockers but did not have a favorable response hence, she was continued on epoprostenol therapy. Presently, she has resumed an active lifestyle as a housewife and mother. Furthermore, her 2-year-old son is in good health without any developmental delays.
As a result of the maternal-fetal mortality rate that still exists, PPH specialists have concluded that contraception and early fetal termination must be considered. They observe that the maternal mortality rate is caused by the increased demands on the heart during pregnancy.
In addition, other changes include an increase in cardiac output during labor in patients receiving local anesthesia. These events place a great demand on the cardiovascular system, with the greatest incidence of mortality occurring during the first several post-operative days. Subsequently, several reports have described the use of vasodilator therapy with good outcomes.
Several factors have been implicated as potential risk factors for maternal death, including mode of delivery, type and technique of anesthesia, and manner of maternal monitoring. An important component in the successful management of PPH during pregnancy involves a team approach with an obstetrician, PPH specialist, cardiology specialist, anesthesiologist, and experienced nursing staff.
PPH during pregnancy is likely to worsen during labor and delivery, resulting in a high maternal mortality rate. Elective cesarean section may have to be performed. Moreover, there are no physical deformities or fetal growth retardation. The management of patients with PPH during pregnancy is of great importance for a successful maternal-fetal outcome.
What does this all mean? In the case of the 35 year old woman, she was lucky. She had PPH specialists and other qualified doctors who recognized the signs, treated her appropriately, delivered the baby via caesarean section, and put the woman on a proper drug regimen.
However, after reading her history, it is clear that she took Fen-Phen as a weight loss suppressant and developed PPH during pregnancy. The question then becomes, does this woman have legal recourse? Most assuredly, she does. Since Fen-Phen was taken off the shelves in 1997, law suits have been on the upswing. This is because there is a 10 year delay from the time one takes Fen-Phen to the time symptoms appear.
Unfortunately, in this woman's case, her pregnancy only complicated the matter further. She had every right in the world to contact her PPH attorney and file action against the company who produced Fen-Phen.
Fortunately, her baby did not suffer any ill effects however, the maternal-fetal mortality rate did put her at an even higher risk. This is unacceptable for any woman about to give birth. The stress and strain is immeasurable as evidenced by the symptoms which ultimately caused the woman to need intervention.
It is imperative that women be made aware of the dangers associated with prior usage of Fen-Phen, and to abstain from taking any form of anti-depressant when pregnant. The risk of developing PPH during pregnancy is too high.

What is a Satellite TV Package?

Satellite TV packages are a collection of television channels that you purchase for a flat monthly fee from a direct broadcast satellite provider. The two main providers in the United States, Dish Network and Direct TV, provide a variety of package to meet the needs of varied household
Both offer several different packages. The simplest is the "family package", which provides local programming, plus a limited number of cable network channels. The selection is focused on wholesome, family-friendly programming. These packages don't offer a great number of sports or lifestyle channels, but do have enough variety of programming to satisfy the average family's basic television need
Next are the tier packages, with increasing numbers of channels for an increasing flat monthly price Dish Network offers packages with 60, 120, and 180 channels, plus an "Everything Pak", while DirecTV's packages have 155, 185 and 250, plus a "Titanium" everything-included package. On top of that, both allow you to add your choice of premium movie channels HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, and Starz.
Packages aimed at family viewing are the least expensive, while premium "everything-included" satellite television packages promise and deliver platinum service with something for everyone. HDTV, satellite radio, video-on-demand, and pay-per-view are just a few of the extra goodies available.
Both services include dozens of satellite radio channels, in addition to the video channels Dish Network provides programming from Sirius Satellite Radio, while DirecTV provides XM Satellite Radio.
In addition to the standard satellite TV and radio channels that the consumer gets with their monthly subscription, both providers offer certain movies as video-on-demand (VOD) selections. This means you don't have to wait until the movie you want to watch is ready to start- frustrating even when the movie is being played multiple times a day on a premium network- you just go to your VOD channel, select the movie you want and press "play" when you're ready to begin.
Dish Network and DirecTV also provide pay-per-view channels that allow you to spend a few extra dollars to view first-run movies, or special events like major boxing matches or broadcast rock concert
Dish Network's packages are a less expensive, but contain fewer standard channels, although they have a greater selection of high definition channels. It remains to be seen whether DirecTV's customers will continue to consider the wide selection of channels and the noted customer service to be worth the higher price.

Penis Enlargement Pills: What To Look For In A Penis Enlargement Pill

When you are looking for a male enhancement program, you'll want to compare penis enlargement pill options as one of the things to think about. This article will discuss how to properly compare enlargement pill options plus explain in detail why enlargement is possible with a penis enlargement pill.
There are currently 7 brands of enlargement pills Vimax, SizePro, Vig-Rx, Viacyn, Nitro Herbal, Virility Pills and ProSolution Pills.
By and large these pills have got a good reputation in the marketplace and their manufacturers and vendors have had to go through some quite severe certification and conformance tests. These tests were required to be done by certain government bodies in order to reveal possible ineffective and/or dangerous penis enlargement pills.
Here are a few tips for comparing enlargement pills on the market to find the one that will work right for you.
A good start is looking at how long a pill has been on the market, the longer ideally the better.
Another factor to take into account is the actual ingredients. Are they safe to use? Are they natural or do they contain possibly harmful chemicals.
Look at the website in detail. Does it explain who manufactured the pill? I would highly recommend that you only try an enlargement pill that has been created by qualified professionals and doctor
Another matter to take into account is is the purchase risk free? By that I mean does it come with a money back guarantee. I would avoid altogether any enlargement product that doesn't come with a money back guarantee.
Customer service excellence is also important. You may have questions about penis enlargement and it's essential that there be not only an informative website but also the ability to actually talk to customer service representatives either on the phone or through live chat.
Some companies also offer exclusive bonuses to their customers and special deals.
As you do your research you may find that there are a gluttony of enlargement products on the market. Some may be scams while others may work very well.
Before you consider buying a pill be sure to consider two important things
One, it's critical that you follow the directions on the packet when using an enlargement pill. These directions will guide you as to precisely when to take the pill and how many enlargement pills to take.
Second, it is recommend that you take an enlargement pill for six months or so. Although a pill will give results in a few weeks it is better to take it for a longer period to get a lasting, more permanent change to your penis.

Get A New Shingle Roof Soon

Asphalt shingles are economical and versatile, which may be why they represent more than 80 percent of the roofing market. They're relatively inexpensive to buy and install, are suited to roof pitches from 4-in-12 to vertical, and are available across a wide range of quality, cost, and style.
Easy to cut, fit, and fasten, asphalt shingles are compatible with many different kinds of flashing and edging products, and don't require specialized accessories for roof edges, wall terminations, chimney or vent flashing
Choosing Shingles
There are two kinds of asphalt shingles on the market Fiberglass shingles and organic-mat shingles. Both are made with asphalt, but fiberglass shingles use a fiberglass reinforcing mat, while the organic kind use a cellulose-fiber mat derived from wood. The organic mat of traditional shingles has to be saturated with soft asphalt, then coated with a harder asphalt for protection the fiberglass shingles need only the hard asphalt coating.
Fiberglass shingles are thinner, lighter, easier to lug around, and carry a better fire rating than organic shingles, but organic-mat shingles are tougher and stay more flexible in cold weather. Fiberglass shingles predominate in southern and central regions, but organic shingles are still popular in the North and are almost the universal choice in Canada.
Be Aware Of The Warranties
When it comes to shingles, the drawbacks center on service life. While asphalt shingles come with warranties ranging from 20 to as long as 45 years, roofers and builders remain skeptical of those warranties. Since warranties are a marketing device, they are not a reliable predictor of lifespan.
In the past decade, there have been many complaints of asphalt shingle failure long before warranties expired. Many homeowners have been dissatisfied with warranty payouts that didn't cover all the costs of repair or replacement, as well.
So rather than compare warranties, it's wise to demand shingles that meet industry manufacturing standards. Fiberglass asphalt shingles are covered by a standard called ASTM D-3462, which requires products to pass tear-strength and nail-withdrawal tests.
Until recently, few shingles on the market actually passed the tests. But codes have been upgraded to permit only fiberglass shingles labeled as complying with this standard to be installed. Today some manufacturers even have the independent Underwriters Laboratory certify that they measure up. To check for compliance, look for the familiar UL logo on the label next to the ASTM D-3462 certification.
Organic-mat shingles are covered by their own standard, ASTM D-225. In practice, organic shingles have a much higher tear strength and nail-pull resistance than fiberglass shingles.
They are also heavier because of the additional asphalt used to make them. Old-time roofers used to pick heavier shingles when they wanted a better brand while this may not hold true for modern fiberglass shingles, it's still a good rule for the organic kind.
Shingles that pass the standards cost more than low-grade shingles. However, installation is a big factor in total roof cost and, since it costs just as much to nail on poor shingles as first-rate ones, cheap shingles are rarely worth it.
Shingle Appearance
Asphalt shingles now come in all kinds of colors and profiles. The old 3-tab shingles are still around, but a wide range of "architectural" shingles, whose profiles suggest the random shadows and patterns of slate, wood shingles, or ceramic tile, are readily available.
These specialty shingles often carry a longer warranty but, once again, beware Check to see that the shingle actually has two full layers, not a half-width of lower lamination. Also, make sure the package is labeled as complying with ASTM D-3462 or ASTM D-225.
Architectural shingles have a random pattern and, as a result, can be easier to lay out than the standard 3-tab kind. With a traditional shingle, you have to line up the tabs properly, or the roof will have a haphazard, wavy appearance.
The surface pattern of the architectural shingles, on the other hand, obscures the shape of the shingles themselves, and provides the desired appearance while saving effort on the layout. This savings in installation time may actually help offset the sticker price associated with specialty shingles.

How to Repair Your Personal Credit - Part 1

When it comes to a marred credit report, it can be pretty tempting to listen up when you hear advertisements for companies claiming to be able to repair your damaged credit. They will promise to make all of your negatives positive again. They will claim to be able to get your credit in good standing so that you'll be able to get approved for mortgages and car loans. The bottom line however, is that these companies are not going to be able to do anything for you. Anything that they would be able to change for a fee, you can do yourself for free.
The first and foremost step to cleaning up your credit report is to get yourself in good standing with your creditors. This is something that can usually be handled with a phone call or two to each creditor with outstanding balances. It can be intimidating to call them when you've gotten behind on payments, but it's better to work with them than to do nothing at all. Most credit companies will be willing to work with your unique budgeting issues and come to some sort of agreement that will return your status as long as you honor the terms of this new commitment.
Once you have completed the task of returning to the good graces of your creditors, you will slowly see pre-approved credit card offers return to your mailbox. Though these can be irritating to receive since to be safe, you have to end up tearing each one to shreds to dispose of it, they can give you an indication that your credit score is going up. This is not a definite way to know, but it's a way to assume at no cost and headaches that things are looking up in the credit score department. BY NO MEANS am I suggesting that you go out and get new credit cards. You will soon be in the same mess you just got out of if you start charging up your credit again.
At this point, you will have done everything that a credit repair company will claim that they will be able to do for you. Your credit rating will return to the positive and creditor phone calls will stop. This is a process that will take a little time to accomplish, but it's worth the time and effort to return yourself to good standing on your own. There's no need to worsen your financial situation by paying a credit repair company for things that you can do on your own.
Finding the Correct information
We all have indiscretions from time to time. You may make a late payment or forget a bill altogether. In either case you will be hit with a late fee and possibly additional finance charges, but you will not have negative information reported to the reporting services until your account has become delinquent which typically means two to three payments behind. Once negative information is reported to your credit report, it is your responsibility to follow up with it and make sure that once the account is brought current, the negative information gets taken off of the report.
If a company has denied your application for credit, insurance, or employment, you are entitled to a free credit report. However, in order to get this report for free you must request it from the denying party within 60 days of being denied. Once you receive this report, you will have all the information that you'll need in order to clear any incorrect negative information in the report. Also, you are able to access one free report a year from each of the three credit reporting agencies Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion.
Once you have your correct report, you will be able to comb through it to find false or incorrect information. If there are mistakes, you are able to dispute those mistakes at little or no cost to yourself. The companies responsible for the incorrect information are the ones responsible to investigate the disputed information and ultimately remove it from your report once it's been verified as inaccurate.
When this has been accomplished, your credit report will reflect the changes made and your credit score will begin its ascent to a more positive number. It will take some time for the score to rise due to the fact that you have to give disputed information some time to get worked out. In a mere matter of months your score will be looking up and your financial outlook will be much improved.

Mail Order Business

There are two main divisions in the mail order business first, as carried on by a small dealer giving it his whole attention second, as transacted by an established house, either as side issue to assist the traveling sales department, or as in case of Montgomery Ward & Co. and other catalogue houses, as a sole busines
The underlying principles of the business are the same in all cases, differing only in application. The requisites for a successful start may be briefly outlined and if conscientiously followed out will bring a degree of success depending only upon the extent of the field and the closeness of the application of the promoter.
Qualifications Necessary. First, brain is of importance. The average beginner should employ the best brain talent procurable, some one else's if not his own. For the building of a permanent business, honesty must be an asset as well as brain power. Houses now in the field to stay are noted for the honesty with which they treat all dealing with them. Sales over the counter may be made on account of the locality of the store, even though the goods are not up to standard and the proprietor considered tricky, but a customer who has been victimized by mail can never be depended on for another order.
The smaller mail order journals and a certain class of jobbers as well as some mail order writers hold forth a glowing future for an inexperienced man starting in the business with small capital - as one writer terms it, "a man or woman of average intelligence, with a capital of fifty dollars in cash, no experience, and no influential friends, can start in business and spell success in capitals at the end of one year's labor." "Where one such venture launched at an opportune time by someone peculiarly fitted to the business, comes to success, fifty fail for lack of capital and as many more yield indifferent results.
Says W. B. Powell on this subject "You cannot get rich on a three-line ad in a mail order paper filled with advertising that makes yours look like thirty cents. The mail order business has gotten down to hard-pan basis. You have to have a good article and considerable capital back of you, business sense, and a tenacity of purpose that will not falter within two or three years. You cannot get rich quick on two or three hundred dollars. If you could, there wouldn't be white paper enough to print the ads offered the mail order publications."
A beginner should have sufficient capital - actual money in the bank - and a reasonable credit to tide him over in case he needs money temporarily.
Adaptability, as in other lines of business, is a prime requisite. A business suited to one's taste is bound to be a success eventually, and if not suited to it and the promoter cannot adapt himself to its manifold requirements, he should lose no time in changing to one in which he can put forth his full energie
System. - The advantage of system in the mail order business is fully set forth by Sydney A. Hale, who says "You must have system in your business, and the best is none too good. In no other business is the routine and detail so great in no other business is a most accurate and most minute record of every transaction so essential in no other business is a handy record so necessary.
A good system is not necessarily an involved one on the contrary, inasmuch as system consists in the elimination of labor, time and useless detail, the simplest system is the nearest approach to perfection. It is the writer's experience that no one stock system can ever prove adequate - only a system devised essentially and especially to fill your own particular need
Whether it fills anybody else's need is not your care unless it can fill your own needs it should be abandoned. A successful system must always be easy of access it must be accurate it must be complete. Money invested in perfecting a system is money saved. Don't try to start business or life without them. It is the man that has a system in both life and business that wins the battles."
Advertising. - The vital part of a mail order business once started is the advertising. Proper mediums must be used, the ads must be well worded, displayed, and placed advertising effort must be continuous.

Are You Ready for your Own Online Affiliate Marketing Business

Before you venture beyond the idea of your dream of a based business, you need to ask yourself some serious questions and determine if you are ready to operate a home business. This has to be something that you are willing to do with the same loyalty, devotion, and zeal that you would extend if you were working away from home doing the same thing. You cannot take the attitude that you can work whenever it suits you rather than when your customers need you to be available. You cannot treat a home business like a hobby and simply devote only those hours that you choose to devote.
There are some home businesses where this is possible to a greater degree than others, but if you have a product-oriented business or a service-oriented business where you deal directly with your customers (accountant, hairdresser, builder/contractor, cleaning service), you cannot set your own hours. If you are a freelance creative artist (writer, editor, copywriter, copyeditor, etc), you can set your own hours as long as you meet the deadline for the project.
You have to be certain that you have both the time and the desire to work at home. Some people are not goal-oriented enough to work at home and must be in an environment where they know they have to work certain hours and complete a certain amount of work within that time frame. If you are that kind of person, a home business is not going to work for you because there is not going to be anyone to tell you that you must work certain hours nor is anyone going to give you work and expect you to have it finished by the end of the day. You are the only one who can set these goals for yourself in a home business, and if you are unable to do that, it won't work for you.
The thought of working at home and not having to report to an office or shop every day is appealing, especially during the winter when the roads may be bad because or the weather or during the summer when you want to be outside. It takes a special person to work at home and be able to prioritize projects so that work, family, and leisure activities all take their rightful places. If you do not feel that you are able to devote the time that you need to a home business, take some time to work on learning how to do that. If you aren't goal-oriented enough to work a home business, you would be doing yourself and potential customers and disservice by pursuing it.
Knowing this doesn't mean you can never operate a home business, but rather that you aren't ready now. Keep these thoughts in mind, and when you are ready to commit to working at home, you are ready.

You Need To Get Targeted Traffic To Your Site To Succeed

Now that your business web site is built, it's content is rich and informative and now it's out on the world wide web, you now have to start with one of the most important parts of your business, the need to let everyone know what it is that you are doing and offering.
Always remember, without traffic you will not get any visitors and without visitors you will not make any sales or get any subscribers. So what good is your web site going to be without any traffic? Your priority now is in getting quality traffic to your site, but not just any old kind of traffic, but targeted traffic. So as well as writing articles for ezines, how do you go about getting quality traffic?
For a start it is of no use to you in your marketing efforts if you just end up driving traffic to your web site and all the visitor does is just land on your main page for instance, stays a moment or two to just check out what it is that you do or are offering and then they just disappear from your site, never to return. That is what is called un-targeted traffic and everybody can do without that.
As you are probable aware, there are hundreds if not thousands of companies out on the net giving you promises and guarantees to send people to your web site. Well for a start, some of the methods that some of these companies employ, may be a little dubious and could be considered spam and if so, it may result in your hosting company terminating your account without notice. Not really the start to your Internet business that you envisaged I'll bet?
So should you want to avoid that scenario, then the next most important thing you should think about is which are the good traffic generators and which ones are just going to take your money and provide you with little or no traffic at all or are just plane scams? So how much money are you prepared to waste trying them out, let alone your precious time in finding them and then monitoring the various companies? And yes of course there are companies offering free ways to drive traffic to your site, but again, how much time do you want to waste searching for them?
Right, I'm sure that you are now coming to understand about the fruits of experience, know-how and just what the best tested and proven traffic generating marketing techniques can do for you and how you could benefit from it.
So finally just consider how much more spare time and money this would give you to do other things. You would have both more time and money for the family and friends and if you had money left over, you could then direct that in to other proven marketing techniques that would again in turn save you both time and money.
I just wished that there had been sites with good honest advise around when I first started Internet marketing.

Can You Make Affiliate Riches Without A List?

Every internet marketing guru will tell you that you need to have your own list of subscribers who you can market to, if you want to make real money from affiliate marketing. Well is this true or is it just a load of hype?
There's no question that having your own list is certainly not a bad thing, and the minimal costs of maintaining your own list makes this option a no-brainer really because it can only increase your affiliate income. Your only costs are those of your chosen autoresponder which are relatively small in comparison to the profits you can make.
By building a list of subscribers you ensure that a fair few visitors who visit your site are not lost forever when they leave your site. By offering something of value in order to capture their name and email address, you can add them to your email list and market to these people over and over again, whilst building a relationship at the same time, which can only increase your affiliate revenue.
However, if you really don't wish to build your own list, or maybe you don't have the time to build a list or constantly find new products to promote, then all is not lost.
An alternative would be to just drive traffic to your affiliate links or website, but if you're only promoting products that pay commissions on a one-off basis, then you will be fighting a constant battle to maintain affiliate sales. Every new affiliate commission will require a fair amount of effort to achieve.
This is why I always recommend promoting those products that pay commissions on a recurring basis, such as membership sites, web hosting, autoresponders, and so on. This way you earn commissions every single month for as long as your referrals remain a member, and you have greater financial stability in future month
Each affiliate referral requires the same amount of effort as a traditional one-off affiliate product, but the rewards can be far more substantial in the long run, and can provide you with a stable income for several years in some instance
In fact promoting recurring commission products is essentially similar to having your own list because both have the potential to provide solid long-term profits, so in my opinion this is the way to go if you really don't have the time to build and maintain your own list.
Although I always tell everyone that they should be building their own list, you can still make a very good living from promoting affiliate products without one, especially if you focus your efforts on promoting recurring commission products.

Are No Credit Check Loans Good For People With Bad Credit?

No credit check loans are something to be avoided if your credit is good. The loan without credit check process is quick and easy and designed to help (well, not really) those who have bad credit and need to borrow.
Generally, however, they are exorbitantly costly and could lose you the title to your vehicle or possession of other property you put up as collateral. Quite often, no credit check loans are a payday type loan, which means you get the money by writing the lender a post dated check for the date of your next pay period, at which point they cash the check.
That seems easy and fair enough, doesnt it? The catch, of course, is that you pay back that lender much more than you get by taking out a loan without credit check.
Of course, there are situations that are unpredictable and many of us can find ourselves in a financial pinch that, for credit reasons, leaves us without any other option than a loan without a credit check.
Loans without a credit check are a rather novel and comparatively new industry, and some of them such as payday loans and title loans prey on the low income and the unfortunate.
There are legitimate lenders, however, that do offer no credit check loans. Banks and other financial institutions do so. What is important is that you comparison shop and read all the fine print. Ask for as many free quotes as you can.
Most of these are going to be available online, although some will say they can give you an online quote and what they are doing is getting your personal contact information so a financial sales rep can call and hound you into using their loan without credit check services.
If you want the information and this happens you might consider submitting an alternative phone number. The result will be that you will get an email saying they were unable to reach you by phone, at which time you can tell them to send the quote by email. Some will, but some will not. If they will not then they were probably one of the higher-end of the lenders. Cross them off your list.
Comparison shopping is not just about who offers the lowest rate, however. Make sure you know all their policies such as prepayment penalties and terms of repayment.
A much lower rate paid back for an additional three years could end up costing considerably more than its shorter term loan without credit check counterpart who offered a higher rate of interest. Make sure you do the math.
One term you will want to fully understand when comparing the various no credit check loans. The term is APR, annual percentage rate. This refers to the total cost of your loan for a year, and it is expressed as a percentage of the amount of the loan.
It is made up of the total of the interest you will be paying over the course of the loan and the other loan without credit check fees such as discount points.

What Bathroom Remodeling Can Do For You and Your Home

When we consider a home improvement project, such as bathroom remodeling, we often think in terms of what it will do for us. This is a valid consideration. Investing in a remodeling project can be somewhat costly, and bathrooms are among the home improvement projects which can cost the most.
Much is made of the value that a bathroom remodel can add to your home in terms of it's dollar value. This is an important consideration if you are planning to sell in the near future. But, even if you have no plans to sell at this time, you should keep an eye to dollar value as you are working through a bathroom remodel. Situations change. While you may have no immediate thoughts of relocating now, that could change in the future for one reason or another.
Increasing size of family is one frequent reason for selling a home and moving, and of course, there is also the possibility of your employment creating the need to sell and move elsewhere. So, it is wise to think ahead when you are planning on remodeling your bathroom. For instance, a black bathtub may work for you, but it probably does not have wide appeal and therefore would not add to the appeal of your home when selling to the average home buyer.
One positive aspect to a bathroom remodel is that if it is done well and finished it is one project that usually returns the majority of your investment if you should sell in the future, and it adds a lot of appeal which is important if you want a quick sell. Bathrooms and kitchens are the two rooms that really sell a home in most cases, and they will be the most heavily scrutinized by potential buyer
But unless you are already in a mindset to sell your home, you will be remodeling your bathroom for the benefit of the members of your household.
What will a bathroom remodel do for you and the members of your household? That should be the immediate concern. If you have thoughts of undertaking a remodel, then obviously there are things that either displease you, don't function properly, or are drastically outdated. The first place to start might be to think of what you don't want then move on to consider what you do want.
A bathroom remodel can be full or partial. It just depends on your needs. If most of your big fixtures are in good condition, look good and function well, then there is no reason to add the expense of replacing them to your list. Toilets and bathtubs are very durable and if cared for will last many years.
Some folks who have the space want to remove their bathtub-shower combination and replace it with separate units. If you have the space and the desire this could add greatly to the functionality and pleasure of use your bathroom will give.
While toilet and bathtubs usually hold up very well and can often be kept, the vanity is one item in a bathroom that will show signs of wear and give your bathroom a dated look. While you are replacing the vanity, think about lighting. If your lighting is inadequate, the time to either update fixtures or improve wiring is during a remodel.
Each bathroom remodeling project is very different, and this is what makes estimating cost so difficult. The size of the bath is a big factor, along with which items you replace, and the quality of the items and materials you select.
You alone will determine the extent and needs for your bathroom remodel. Don't make the mistake, though, of saving a few dollars by trying to salvage an item such as a vanity that really looks sad and worn. The few extra dollars you spend will give the bathroom a renewed and finished look.
And, speaking of finishing, do finish you project in all respects. Make sure all the little details have been attended to when you are finished. Small details like not replacing molding or hardware can mar a remodeling project that would otherwise look very good. Few things will de-value your home more, or feed your ongoing dissatisfaction like a half finished remodeling project.

Since you are going to manage your life, work and even your children, please be aware that there is such thing of a good and bad time management. The important of accessing time management managing your work, children and even your life is to know the difference. This holds true whether you are an company employee, own your business or if you a mom working at home with young teenagers to take care off.

Guide To Getting Your First Credit Card

Stepping into the adult world presents a lot of new issues you may never have considered before. Among these new problems is how to establish credit. So many people find themselves ready to leave their parents' home to get a home or apartment of their own only to find out that they can't get certain things like a place to live and the utilities that go with it because they don't have sufficient credit.
Sometimes having no credit can be worse than having bad credit. When you are trying to get a loan for a car or a house your future creditors want to make sure you can pay the loan back. They have no records to look at to tell them if you will do this or not. It might sound like a Catch 22, but you will have to start by getting a credit card and making a few purchase
When deciding which credit card to start with, you should sit down and evaluate some things about yourself. For instance, are you someone who procrastinates? Do you have steady income that will allow you to pay the bills? Why do you want a credit card in the first place? It is very important to be honest with yourself when you answer these questions because it is easy to get into a hole that you can't crawl out from.
Even if you feel like you are the most irresponsible person on earth, but you still want a credit card, a good one to get is the American Express green card. The Amex card has to be paid off every month, and you may be willing to spend less if you know that there is not going to be a minimum balance.
Trying to find the right credit card for you can be a confusing process. You have to take into consideration the APR, annual fees and a multitude of hidden charges. The best place to start is with the APR and compare those. Many people gloss over the fine print because at first glance it seems like a nuisance to wade through. Try to read it anyway.
No doubt you will find that there is information in there that will save you money in the long run. Credit companies don't want to hear "I didn't know", not when they can point back to the small print and tell you it was right there when you signed your name to the agreement.
When you use your first credit card there are some rules that you should follow. You should always shred your receipts, and also shred any credit card offers that you are not considering. Do not ever give your credit card number over the phone unless you are the one who initiated the phone call to the company that you are ordering things from, or trying to get a bill paid.
Keep the customer service numbers of all of your credit cards in a safe place. Sometimes companies will send you a new card and it will get lost in the mail, an automated system will ask for your information before it will let you proceed, however, if you don't have a customer service number, you will have to wait until your next bill comes in. You would think that calling the store would help, but incompetence runs rampant in all parts of the world.
When you do finally get your new credit card remember that it is not free money. Everything you spend you will have to pay back. It is all too easy to fall into spending carelessly and getting yourself into trouble when the bills come due. Know your limits and what you are capable of and use your card wisely.

A Gift for Someone You Love

It is often difficult to find the perfect gift for that special someone in your life. An individual may be at lost for those particular days of the year or just to say how much they are thinking of that person. There are great presents for any individual who would like to show that unique individual how much they are wanted, needed and loved.
These types of presents could be for a parent, sibling, spouse, significant other or even a close and dear friend. Sometimes it is complicated to know exactly what would make their heart flutter. It is vital to understand what kind of items they appreciate and enjoy.
Flowers and candy are usually the simple gifts. These could make anyone smile because they know that the individual was thinking about them. However, not everyone likes these kinds of presents. They are simple and it seems everyone gives these to their sweethearts, mothers and other people in their life. They are a fabulous method to show that a person was thinking but there are other ways to demonstrate how much thought was put into the idea.
Jewelry is another gift for the ages. This kind of item would make anyone's heart flutter. An antique pocket watch for dad or a beautiful diamond pendent for mom are excellent presents. An individual could buy their significant other an engagement ring or a gorgeous necklace. There are many possibilities with this style of gift. It would be a fantastic method of showing how much an individual is appreciated and loved.
Electronics may seem to the average individual a tad odd. However, think of all the times someone has mentioned how much they want a new electronic. Men definitely would love a gift of this magnitude more than a piece of jewelry.
Even some women would enjoy having a brand new TV or computer rather than a ring. These are the style of presents that give the wow factor. They are most of the time unexpected and a surprise that could last for years to come. Remember, that most women would still desire jewelry, however not all of them.
Practical gifts may be the best solution of them all. This method will prove to the individual that they are heard. They love to know when they talk about certain things they are being listened to and people are responding appropriately. This could be anything from a new washer and dryer to a cell phone.
This could also be a brand new floor in their bathroom to a fixed roof leak. Practical gifts are the ones that people talk about needing and an individual could give them something that will last a lifetime. This includes listening and being helpful in a time of need and desire.
There are various gifts an individual could purchase for the one they love. It does not always have to be expensive or fancy. If an individual is feeling ill, they could bring them chicken soup and a soda pop.
It is about thoughtfulness and the desire to make another individual happy. While considerate ideas are explored and initiated the individual that is loved will appreciated and be thankful that a person this caring is in their life.

The Software Wheel of Fortune

Software publishing offers opportunities for all who keep up with changing technology, according to a recent government report. Employment is projected to increase 68 percent before 2012, ranking software publishers as the fastest growing industry in the economy.
Small publishers also have opportunities to move into sales positions as they gain knowledge of specific products and services. Programmers producing software for accounting, for example, may use that knowledge to sell their products to other firm
Just about anyone can become a software publisher with some training and experience. It does not necessarily involve writing or distributing the work of others in the way that book publishers operate. It is entirely plausible to engage a freelance programmer to produce software for publication. His fee is paid on condition that the copyrights are also passed onto the intending publisher. It is in fact a common practice in the Industry.
The projected rise in employment is greater than four times the 16 percent growth projected for all industries combined.
Despite the recent economic downturn among firms involved in information technology, employment in the software publishing industry has more than doubled over the past decade and is software projected to be the fastest growing industry, according to NAIC
The greater reliance placed upon on information technology, combined with falling prices of computers and associated hardware, will encourage further investment in applications and systems software to maximize returns on investment. Even in difficult economic times, organizations continue to make investments in software.
Growth will not be as rapid as it was during the previous decade, however, as the software industry begins to mature and as routine work is increasingly outsourced overseas, particularly in countries of south Asia, steady growth is a virtual certainty.
Increasing reliance on the Internet, with faster, efficient and secure communication, together with the development of new applications, cements the future for software development and publishing.
The rate at which the software publishing industry is expected to grow, and the increasing integration and application of software in all sectors of the economy, job opportunities should be excellent. Professionals will inevitably find the best opportunities as employers continue to demand higher level skills to keep up with newer technology.
According to a recent report, computer related industries are expected to continue their rapid growth. This aspect bodes well for specialists engaged within the industry, as a shortage of professionals and skilled technicians will inevitably result in a corresponding increase in remuneration to attract more and more people into the industry.
Software publishing will account for a huge growth in wages and salaries within the next few years. The opportunities for new entrants to train for employment, contract work, and even new business start-ups within this sector, can clearly be seen as outstanding.
Similar predictions have been forecast for the United Kingdom and western Europe whose computer service industries will inevitably experience growth linked to the success of computer services corporations in the United State
Now is the time to take advantage of the opportunities available from so many different sources both in the USA and Europe. Freelance work and contacting opportunities are readily available for those with the necessary skills. The Industry will provide opportunities for all who take advantage of available training now.

Understanding the True Meaning of Tolerance

Dictionary.com defines tolerance as the following
1. a fair, objective, and permissive attitude toward those whose opinions, practices, race, religion, nationality, etc., differ from one's own freedom from bigotry.
2. a fair, objective, and permissive attitude toward opinions and practices that differ from one's own.
3. interest in and concern for ideas, opinions, practices, etc., foreign to one's own a liberal, undogmatic viewpoint.
Although there are other definitions for tolerance, they don't relate to what I'm about to say.
I live in the United States of the Offended. It seems like every time you turn around somebody is whining about being offended or having his/her rights violated. Often these are rights they really don't posses
I believe that everyone has the right to believe whatever they want. However, no right is absolute. It doesn't mean you have the right to say whatever you want, or to act on those belief
An example in America is racism. Racism simply means that you think your race is superior to everyone else's. I'm sure there are people who believe that. So what?
Far more dangerous is prejudice and discrimination. Holding prejudiced beliefs and then acting on them leads to discrimination against others for a lot of different reason
I don't believe Christians are any more intolerant than anyone else. I don't believe our faith is a religion of intolerance.
Anyone who wants to become a Christian can certainly do so. The real problem is when Christians begin to embrace sin. When we say that it's OK to engage in any kind of behavior as long as it makes you happy.
This is where we need to draw the line. The bottom line is that Christians will always be accused of being bigots. However, as long as we respect the rights of others, even when we disagree, we're not bigots at all. We are simply trying to follow Christ, and He never had a problem with confronting another person about his/her sin.
One fundamental right we all need to recognize is the right to free choice. It is a right that God has given to all of us. We can choose to love Him or not. We can choose to be sinners, or not. We can choose to walk the path Christ has created for us, or not.
Just as I don't want to see my faith banned, or outlawed, I would see no one else's right to practice his or her faith outlawed. I may not agree with it, but as long as it does no harm to others, I see no point in telling others what to think, believe, or how to act.
America is at a crossroads we can choose to respect the rights of others without agreeing with them. This also means that sometimes we will have to stand up for what is right when the acts of others are harmful.
The late Reggie White, Greenbay Packer, and one of the greatest pro football players of the NFL, was called the "Minister of Defense". He earned this title not only because he was the greatest defensive player who played the game, but he was also an ordained minister. He said that Christians should be "meek, not weak".
Meek doesn't mean being a doormat. It means being patient. It's time to stop being doormats. It's time to stop getting our feelings hurt every time someone calls us a name, or disrespects our faith.
Jesus called us to love. Judgement belongs to Him. It doesn't mean we shouldn't be discerning about our relationships and who we choose to associate with. Hang out in a bar long enough, and you'll be drinking.
However, in your daily contact with non believers, you need to love them. You don't have to agree with them, and it isn't your place to judge them.
Let Jesus heal your life. Lead by example. How you live will be a far more shining example of what Jesus can do than your word
The Bible says that what's impossible with man is possible with God. God can do anything as long as you get your free will out of the way and allow Him to bless you. Only by allowing God to bless you, can you be a blessing to other
There are so many broken, hurting, people in the world today, and you have the power, and the great Physician to help you do it.
Show others your respect. Demonstrate the true meaning of tolerance. Show them your love, and you will change the world in a way that is only possible with God.

Understanding Prosperity Christianity - Are Christians Supposed to Be Rich?

Prosperity Christianity has gotten a bad rap. A lot of people seem to think it means that for Christians to be rich, they have to have a lot of money or else God hasn't fully blessed them.
After watching the recent events play out in the press, for stars like Mel Gibson, Britney Spears, and Jessica Simpson, I want to challenge this belief. Although these people claim to be Christians, what they're really doing is living in a way that Wallace Wattles, in "The Science of Getting Rich", called swinishly.
Now, we can argue over whether or not these people really are Christians. That's not the point. The truth is, only God really knows the answer to that one, and it's between Him and these individual
My point is this is true prosperity for Christians really all about money?
For these three, I would say no.
Does this mean Christians shouldn't have money? Again, no.
Christians should have money, and there's absolutely nothing wrong with getting financially prosperous and having a lot of money.
Joel Osteen certainly has a financially prosperous church and marketing experts and Christians like Lisa Diane and Jimmy D. Brown have certainly demonstrated that you can have a lot of money and be happy. And none of these three shy away from living their faith.
Money has its place. As T. Harv Eker says, "You can't pay your bills with love".
There are several keys to prosperity that Christians need to put first
1. Make God number one in your life. Put Him first. "Do what you do for the glory of God." As Christians, there's a lot of things we can do with money to spread the gospel. We can be a blessing to other
In the words of Wallace Wattles, "You owe it to God, to yourself, and to humanity to make the most of yourself."
Understand that God has a purpose for blessing you with a lot of money. It's not just about being able to ride around in limos, eat in fancy restaurants, and buy whatever you want. There's a purpose.
2. Prosperity is about balance. In order to achieve true prosperity, you need to do a lot more than just make a lot of money.
The three areas Wallace Wattles says to concentrate on are mind, body, and spirit.
This means we need a strong focus on God. We need to build strong relationships with those we love. We need to achieve health, and we need to strengthen ourselves mentally and spiritually.
Get rid of your baggage, grudges, hatreds, and anything that's holding you back. There's tremendous power in forgiveness because you're releasing something you shouldn't hold onto anyway.
I truly believe that many people have died well before their time because they held onto painful event
Let go of this garbage and replace it with positive belief.
God thinks you're someone special, extraordinary, and unique. He deeply loves you so much that He made you in His image, and He sent his son, Jesus, to die for you on the cross so you could have a relationship with Him forever.
Talk about an offer you can't refuse!
3. God put those desires in your heart. Remember, God is a creator, and He created us to have a relationship with Him. He also created each of us for a purpose.
Unless those desires in your heart are sinful, God put them there. So it's time to go for it!
True prosperity isn't just about money. True prosperity is about becoming everything you are meant to be, to do all you are meant to do, and to have all you are meant to have.
God has big plans and big dreams for you.
We were never meant to aspire to be God, we are to aspire to be like God. That makes us creators, and we can choose to create something great, or something that's junk.
Stop living small. Stop dreaming small, and ask God to reign down His blessings on you. Ask for everything He wants you to have. If He didn't believe you deserved it, He wouldn't want to give it to you. He just can't give you what you won't accept.
Now dream big, live big, and open yourself up to having everything God wants you to have. When you do, what you will get will be far larger, far richer, and far better than just a big bank account.

The Reasons That Lead To Bad Credit

Sometimes without us knowing it bad credit can ambush us and leave us wondering what happened. Your credit might be perfectly fine to you one day and then the next you find that it has taken a turn for the worst.
All too often people don't know how this turn of events could have happened. People automatically assume that simply paying their bills on time is enough and if they do so they won't encounter any problems. When you get down to it, there is much more that needs to be done than people realize.
There are some typical things that cause bad credit. The first is inquiries. An inquiry can come from a credit card company, a utility company, or a mortgage company. The problem is that it takes 30 to 60 days for credit to show up on your report. What this means is that if you were to apply for five credit cards, and were accepted and issued those cards, the approval would not show up on your credit report for 1 to 2 months.
Therefore, if in the meantime you wanted to take out a mortgage for a house, the mortgage company would pull your credit, and they would be unable to tell if you were approved for the cards or not. The result could be a skeptical mortgage company who is weary of giving you any more money when they don't know if everyone else in town has already turned you down.
One thing that is very obvious to a majority of people is that bills need to be paid on time. Creditors don't want to hear excuses, they don't care and they have probably heard every excuse in the book. They want their money on the date you agreed to pay them. One thing to keep in mind is a future creditor will look at your credit for the past year in order to see your most recent activity.
Charge offs are another reason for receiving bad credit. A charge off is when you didn't pay a bill, forgot to pay a bill, and it has become obvious to a company that you are never going to pay the bill. The company will write off your incompetence as a loss on their books for their taxes.
When a company decides to take this route, it puts a negative mark onto your credit report. This mark that is made will stay on your credit report for 7 years, but if the company decides to update the charge for any reason, the 7 years will start over. Charge offs can be a pestering factor when it comes to ruined credit.
There are other things that make a difference on a person's credit. However, most of these things are obvious. For example, if you come home one day to find that your car has been taken from you, it's safe to say that your credit will be affected.
If you come home to find that your home is now a part of the government's property, chances are that your credit is suffering. If you owe someone money and you have decided that you are willing to let them take you to court in order to force it out of you, credit is the least of your worries (know that it will be bad).
Knowledge is power and armed with the proper information can help you in making the right choices when dealing with your credit. Being informed will help you to avoid obvious pitfalls.
Ignorance is no excuse and it certainly isn't bliss. Stay updated on your finances and all the pertinent information.

Second Chance Credit After Experiencing Bad Credit

A lot of people give up, so to speak, when they feel like their credit is ruined. They don't feel like there is any point to trying to apply for things that they want because of their tarnished credit. However, gaining knowledge on what you are eligible will help you to achieve the things that you need without having to worry about credit issue
Each creditor will set their own standards for deciding whether or not you are eligible to be approved, and their views on your credit history will vary. There are some that will only look at your record from recent years, and some will be more lenient with giving you credit if it appears that your payment history has steadily improved.
A good way to determine whether or not you will qualify with a company is to call the creditor directly and discuss their regulations with them. The worst that could happen is that you could be denied, and even though this may be an incredible blow to your ego, you will not be any worse off than before you made the phone call.
Many creditors are open to working out a repayment schedule. However, you should only consider this option if you are unable to work out a schedule for yourself but you feel like you can work under the deadlines of a creditor's budget. There will be no good result if you waste someone's time making them find the best option for you, and then fall behind on your payments again.
There are also credit organizations as well as non profit companies that are dedicated to helping people get on schedule with their payments, but try to research these companies before enlisting their help because they are not always trustworthy. You should also make sure that you learn about all of their fees upfront whether they are higher than average or hidden fees.
Also, just because a company is non-profit, it doesn't mean that you have to make a contribution. If you were in a position to give money away, you would not be requesting their help. If you are going to get help from a management company, make sure that you find one that will conduct their services in person as opposed to the Internet.
Bankruptcy is a word that frequently gets tossed around and too often people think that it is an easy way out of a bad situation. The truth is that it isn't. When you file for bankruptcy your financial life can be put on hold for as long as seven years.
When you declare bankruptcy you are telling your creditors that they will not be getting their money. This will place your goals of buying a car or a house further out of reach.
Back in October of 2006 an amendment in the bankruptcy laws had been put into place that made going for credit counseling mandatory within six months of filing. You might be better off going for the counseling and learn how to properly manage your credit rather than filing for bankruptcy.
The point is that a few mistakes on your credit may not ruin it forever. Don't give up and think that you will never be a homeowner, you will be forever uninsured, and you will always be riding the bus. You can choose to try and fix your mistakes, or you can simply inquire about the possibility that a creditor may look at your recent history, and forgive you.
