The Value Of Play In Texas
A report in the Journal Pediatrics in January of 2007 by Dr. Kenneth R. Ginsburg and two committees of the American Academy of Pediatrics summed up the importance of free play in Dallas, Houston and elsewhere else in Texas to a child's development. The report made these points
* Play allows children to use their creativity while developing their imagination, dexterity, and physical, cognitive and emotional strength.
* Play is important to brain development.
* Play allows children to create and explore a world they can master, conquering their fears while practicing adult role
* Play helps children develop new competencies that lead to enhanced confidence and the resiliency they will need to face challenge
* Undirected play allows children to learn how to work in groups, to share, to negotiate and to resolve conflict
* Some play must remain child-driven, with parents either not present or as passive observers. When play is child-driven, children practice decision-making, move at their own pace, discover their own areas of interest and ultimately engage fully in the passions they wish to pursue.
* When play is controlled by adults, children acquiesce to adult rules and concerns and lose some benefits of play, particularly in developing creativity, leadership and group skill
* In contrast to passive entertainment, play builds active, healthy bodie
* Above all, play is a simple joy that is a cherished part of childhood.
Allowing Reasonable Risks
Franklin Stone, a lawyer, community activist and former director of the nonprofit public policy group Common Good, is concerned about the effects that litigation is having on children's access to free play.
"For fear of lawsuits, we've created a bubble-wrapped society," Ms. Stone said. "Fear of litigation has resulted in the 'dumbing down' of playgrounds and the closing of sledding hills and hiking trails. We've made playgrounds immensely safe for 3-, 4- and 5-year-olds, but they're boring for 8-, 9- and 10-year-olds, who are on the streets with their skateboard
"New playgrounds today have only bucket swings for babies, no monkey bars or high slides or seesaws," Ms. Stone added. "Yet children are much more likely to be injured from almost everything else --from beds, pots and pans, TVs, organized sports -- than they are in a playground.
"We need to re-evaluate safety guidelines to see if we've gone too far. And we need to consider legal protection for those who offer opportunities for play -- the schools, churches and community organizations who are now afraid of being sued if a child gets hurt."
Children have to learn to take reasonable physical and social risks if they are to become the confident grown-ups parents want them to be. If children are constantly being told not to do things because it's too dangerous or they might get hurt, parents are teaching them that they are weak, Ms. Stone said.
Susan G. Solomon, author of "American Playgrounds Revitalizing Community Space," said "Children need a chance to take acceptable risks, learn cause and effect, make choices and see consequences. If they don't learn to take risks, we'll lose a generation of entrepreneurs and scientists."
New vs. Old Ideas
A recent proposal to create playgrounds in New York City that offer sand and water and various portable objects that are overseen by a trained play worker, revives a concept that prevailed there in the 1920s and is still practiced in Europe. But it has drawn some devastating criticism from parents and others who say children don't need adults "directing" their play.
Rhonda L. Clements, a professor of education at Manhattanville College in Purchase, N.Y., and the author of nine books on children's play, called it an exciting and much-needed concept.
The idea, she said, has been misunderstood. Play workers don't tell children how to play. Rather, they provide the equipment for imaginative play that gives children of different ages, ethnic backgrounds and skill levels a chance to interact with and learn from one another, unlike traditional playgrounds that are more isolating.
Also crucial, the authors of the Pediatrics report wrote, is more parent-child playtime. Some of the best interactions occur when parents work on a hobby or play sports with their children or become fully immersed in child-centered play.
Whether you're a married individual with children or a single individual without the responsibility of parenthood, "playing" should be an important part of your daily routine. Recreation is crucial to staying fit and healthy, both physically and mentally.

How To Build a Sauna - Tips For Making It Easy
Home saunas are becoming a favorite home additions for do-it-yourselfers. There are many reasons for this. Who wouldn't like a way to relax at home and improve your health all at the same time? The tremendous health benefits of using a sauna are a not so well kept secret among sauna lovers.
When researching what is required to build a sauna it quickly becomes obvious that the process is not as difficult as most people believe. There are just a few basic principles that you need to take into account. Beyond that, creativity and flexibility are the name of the game.
Just like any other how-to project it is important to start with a solid plan. When making your plan the two main components that you need to consider are The structure and the heat source.
When designing the structure, you need to consider the function and unique environment of a sauna. Saunas are a place to relax. Platforms and benches need to be arranged with comfort in mind. The number of people that will be using the structure is important. You want to plan enough space but at the same time a smaller space is the more efficient. It is a bit of a balancing act between large enough for comfort and small enough to be efficient. When in doubt, don't skimp on space.
The heat and steam of saunas are what give you the health benefits. These can also create structural problems that need to be planned for. Insulation for the walls and some sort of vapor barrier should be included in your design. The idea is to keep the moisture and heat inside as effectively as possible. The basic requirement is to hold the climate within a comfortable place. All improvements beyond that are gravy.
The second crucial consideration for you to think about is the heat source. Steam saunas can be heated with gas, wood, or electric heaters. Electric heaters are a favorite choice for indoor saunas because of the convenience and lack of exhaust. For a traditional experience a wood stove is the best choice. Proper venting of wood and gas stoves is something do-it-yourself builders should get expert advice about before starting.
Using Infrared waves for your heat source is a modern alternative to traditional steam saunas. Infrared emitters produce waves that heat the solid objects in a sauna but not the air. One downside is that there is no steam in an Infrared sauna but there is evidence that the waves penetrate deeper into the skin when compare to traditional heat sources. This deeper penetration accelerates and increases the health benefits of a sauna experience. It is hard to beat an Infrared sauna for convenience. Warm-up time is very short and not much clean up is required afterward.
Developing your own custom design and list of materials from scratch is not the only option for homeowners. With our increased understanding of the health benefits of saunas there has been a corresponding increase in interest for this ancient custom. The result has been dramatic progress in the development of home sauna options.
You can now choose from a growing number of prepackaged designs and styles. The great thing is that they can be delivered right to your home and set up in no time at all. You can choose a modular unit that can literally be put together in under an hour or get a sauna kit that requires more assembly but gives you more of that "I did it myself" satisfaction. Almost all kits come with complete written instructions. Many also go beyond written manuals and have video tutorials, making it east to follow their step-by-step instruction
Getting a home sauna has never been easier or more affordable. Don't you think it's time you started enjoying life to the fullest too?

I mean we may not have an entire block of free 2 hours per day, but we do have at least half an hour which we mostly use to read, watch TV, listen to some music, and other personal stuff.

You may be working out from home but this is still an exercise routine which requires discipline, remember that.
4. For the next 6 minutes you will have to jug in your place at different speeds, 1 minute with a normal pace, and 30 seconds of the fastest jug you can possibly perform. This is the most important part of the whole routine. Teaching Hatha Yoga: Is a Hatha Yoga Teacher a Karma Yogi?
What is Karma Yoga and what is a Karma Yogi? The word Karma can be defined as action, work, or service. Karma Yoga is often referred to as selfless service or unselfish action. This is work that you do, without any consideration of a reward. Many times, we may consider a religious leader to fit this description.
However, people who seek change for justice, and the common good, are not always religious leaders. Some may have been considered revolutionaries in their time, politicians, public servants, social workers, teachers, or something similar. There is one common thread, beside selfless service it is the need to contribute to change for the purpose of justice.
So, how could a Hatha Yoga teacher become a Hatha Yogi? Hatha Yoga is union by physical mastery and in some parts of the world, concern over physical appearance overrides the need to make social change
Consumerism, self-gratification, gluttony, and greed, would seem to be the driving forces for people who are physically self-absorbed. It may take generations before consumerism and self-absorption give way to the pursuit of spiritual enlightenment. Unfortunately, this is another example of evolution that we have to wait for. Humankind needs time to "grow up."
However, when any Hatha Yoga teacher answered the calling to teach Yoga, it was not because of the money. If money is the prime motivating force behind teaching Yoga, this type of Yoga teacher will not last long. There is too much giving of one's self involved in teaching Yoga.
There are many Yoga teachers who give selfless service to the elderly, to the sick, and to the poor. When a Yoga studio, or an, ashram is profitable, they always give to charities or have fund raisers. All of the Yoga teachers I have met, give to those in need and do not turn their backs on the poor.
Although Karma Yoga, Raja Yoga, Jnana Yoga, and Bhakti Yoga are considered higher spiritual forms of Yoga, Hatha Yoga is a gateway to character improvement. It is not wise for us to classify "superior" forms of Yoga. The fact that a young Yogi, or Yogini, is practicing any form of Yoga is a good start in life.
When any one of us performs the work that calls to him or her, and it benefits humankind, it is a form of Karma Yoga. Your dosha calls to you in diet, exercise, activity, behavior, and in your work.
When you follow your true nature, you will find tranquility and harmony in life. A Hatha Yoga teacher should learn if he or she is pitta, vata, or kapha. Then you will understand the strengths and weaknesses of your role in this life.

Discover the Advantages of Downloading DVDs
DVD downloads are fast becoming one of the most popular ways for people to get and build movie collections without having the leave the comfort of their own homes. Fast, easy and more affordable than regular DVD purchases, this might be a relatively new trend, but it's one that's very likely here to stay.
The rise of DVD downloads for movies has given rise to a multitude of sites that are dedicated solely this pursuit. These sites range from membership only ventures to single download purchase site
Let's take a look at both and some of the common advantages they both share.
Membership sites These sites offer their members a variety of packages for DVD downloads that can range from unlimited movie downloads to a set number of downloads a month. They can also range from those that offer rentals only to those that provide outright purchases of content. Membership sites might not always have the newest selections, but their variety is nonetheless impressive.
Single buy sites Many sites have popped up that range from big-name productions to lesser-known entities that offer DVD downloads by the single. This means rather than memberships, users pay as they go, buying a movie at a time. These sites, too, can offer rentals that will sunset after they have been watched. The sunset mechanism is a programming feature that disables a download for viewing after X amount of time or after it's been watched in its entirety.
Both types of DVD download sites have a fair amount in common when it comes to advantages for users. These advantages include
* Lower pricing than regular DVD sales and event rentals. Since delivery and packaging charges aren't involved in downloads, the costs are typically a fair amount lower. These savings realized by studios and middlemen are passed on to buyer
* Assurances of legality. As long as DVD download sites have licensing agreements, those who use them don't have to concern themselves with copyright issues or other legal concerns as long as downloads are used within the bounds of the user agreement
* Easier storage. DVD downloads don't take up physical space in a home like a regular collection. Since they are stored on a computer or on the download companies own site, there's no need to worry about housing buys and taking up room in a house. This can be particularly useful for those who want to create a large collection without having to sacrifice shelf space to do so.
* Speed in access. Since DVD downloads are available around the clock, people who choose to go this route can avoid trips to the store to buy movies and they don't have to wait for shop hours to roll around. This form of obtaining movies and videos is truly an on-demand service.
* Selection. Whether it's a membership site or a buy by the movie service, the selection available generally is greater than any single movie store could possibly offer. Since downloads don't require store space, selection isn't an issue.
DVD downloads are rapidly becoming the way movies are sold. There are many options available for those who choose to go this route and as the trend becomes more entrenched, the better the options are.

How to Create Valuable Information Products Easily and Quickly
You hear it all the time, don't you? "I've got this great idea for an e-book, I just don't know how to write it." Or, I've been working on my e-book for months and I just can't seem to finish it."
I've talked to potential authors who have spent years struggling to write their first e-book!
What if I could show you how to write an interesting and valuable e-book instantly and effortlessly? Would you be interested?
One of my favorite images in American Literature is the young Tom Sawyer, who was commanded to white-wash a fence. It was a boring, tedious job and he really didn't want to do it.
Knowing that if you want something other than the obvious to happen you have to do something other than the obvious, Tom pretended to have so much fun white-washing that fence that other boys literally begged him to let them do it. I've taken Tom's approach to fence painting and applied it to writing e-books.
Why Write An E-book?
There are several good reasons to become an e-book author.
1. Money. Information is big business. You can create a product once and sell it thousands or millions of times. Every aspect of the process can be automated except the actual writing-and with the tricks I'm about to show you, even the writing will be easy and painles
2. Build your list. Every internet marketer knows that "the gold is in the list." I've added thousands of names to my mailing list by giving away an e-book in exchange for email addresses. Once a person opts in to your list, you have their permission to contact them and tell them about the products you have for sale.
3. Increase your visibility and credibility. You will be viewed as an authority on the subjects you write about, provided you write informative and accurate e-books. If you can persuade a more prominent author to co-write with you, you increase your credibility.
In return, your co-author will receive the benefits of increased productivity, more visibility and more income.
4. Drive traffic to your other projects. Always include web site addresses in the header of your e-books. There are many opportunities to tempt your readers to explore your sales site
What To Write About
I can remember a time when there was no such thing as an e-book. I suspect that in the future all books will be e-books. Right now, the most successful e-books are nonfiction.
There is a school of thought that says you should diligently research the search engines and current clickbank inventory to find out what people want and then write your e-book targeting the identified market, regardless of your interest in or knowledge of the subject.
This strikes me as similar to trying to drive while looking in your rear view mirror. Although research is good, this particular research only tells you what's behind you. It seems to come from a mindset of scarcity-as if you can only write one e-book! With the tools I'm about to give you, you can write an e-book a day if you want to.
The "next big thing" is going to come from someone who comes up with something new and different-why shouldn't it be you?
You should pick a subject that interests you, and one that you already know something about. If you have experience working on cars, you might consider writing a book on basic automobile maintenance.
Target a specific market. This e-book is for people who are writing their first e-book. If I were writing for Literature Majors in Graduate School, I would write an entirely different book.
Using our example of a book on automobile maintenance, you could target housewives, teenage girls, senior citizens, or people who own vintage Fords. In my opinion, a book on that subject that would be valuable to all those groups would be too long and complex for the e-book format.
The Public Domain
Here's a brief run-down of the rules of Public Domain. I am not a lawyer, and this is not meant to be legal advice. If you're unsure, hire a lawyer!
Almost anything copyrighted before 1923 is in the public domain. Some works published between 1923 and 1989 without proper copyright notice, and works published before 1964 whose copyrights weren't renewed, may be in the public domain.
Tony Laidig's book, The Public Domain Code Book , has an exhaustive list of resources for finding public domain books. I recommend it highly.
Several internet marketing fortunes have been made by recycling out of print books that have lapsed into the public domain. The laws concerning public domain have changed through the years. There is a virtually endless supply of valuable and useful books that, with a new title and a modern cover, still have lots of life-and sales- left in them.
Once you're absolutely sure that the book you're interested in recycling is in the public domain, you're free to copy, augment, edit, repackage and sell it. There are some tricks to this-if you're not sure, ask a lawyer-but once you've learned the ground rules, you've got the accumulated inventory of centuries of writing at your disposal. If you use a public domain work as a starting place, and add your own original material to it, you have created a "derivative work" and may be able to copyright that! Here's a hint almost all government publications are in the public domain.
Find a Work In The Public Domain
A quick Google search found these resources. This will change daily. Project Gutenberg has over ten thousand books online. Many of them are in the public domain.
Their license page explains the rules. Project Gutenberg mainly focuses on literature. Books For a Buck has an index of sources for free books, many of them in the public domain. The Alex Catatalogue of Electronic Texts has an online search engine for finding public domain works.
Rebrand a Public Domain Work
If you find a book in the public domain, or acquire the rights to an existing book, you have the option of "rebranding" that book. There have been several successful e-books whose authors merely changed the title and cover on existing public domain works.
If a book is out of print but not in the public domain, there's a good chance the author will sell you all or part of the rights. Once you've acquired your book, you need to "rebrand" it. A great title and cover is all you need.
There is an art to creating effective titles for e-books. The title is your headline. An interesting and arresting title is your most effective selling tool.
Remember that people buy benefits. How those benefits are created is less interesting to a reader than what the benefits are. Remember, the question your potential buyer is asking is, "what's in it for me?"
A book on investing? The benefits would be increased financial security, increased buying power, and financial freedom. The title, "Fire Your Boss" will sell more e-books than "A Comparative Analysis of Market Index Financial Products," although both books might have the same content.
Look for the positive outcome for your reader. Will your recipe book help them lose weight or find a mate? "Sexy Salads" will probably sell a lot more copies than "Roughage Recipes For A Clean Colon." A lot more.
Write a Workbook or Study Guide Using A Public
Domain Work
One of the fastest ways to create a new product using existing material is to write a workbook or study guide.

Get Others To Write Your E-book For You
A great strategy for producing an e-book is to ask others to write it for you. Some of the most successful e-book promotions have featured e-books with multiple authors.
Why would an author give you a chapter for your book?
Because you will encourage them to include their contact information and links to their web pages, that's why. The more copies of your book that you sell or give away, the more traffic they get to their sales sites. More traffic equals more sale
Here's how I used this technique.
At our weekly mastermind meeting, I cracked a joke about The Myth of Passive Income. I was whining because I had spent two whole hours filling orders and answering customer service email
This was the internet age-I was supposed to be sitting on the beach smoking a Cuban cigar and drinking espresso while the money magically appeared in my bank account, wasn't I?
The reality, as most successful internet marketers will tell you if you catch them out of the public eye, is that most successful internet marketers work long hours to create passive income. Especially in the beginning of your internet marketing career, passive income is a myth.
Joe Vitale laughed at my joke, and then decided it would make an interesting book. So he contacted several of the top internet marketers and asked them to write a chapter about their passive income experiences. In a couple of weeks, we had over twenty chapters, from some of the biggest names in the busines
This technique will work for almost any subject. For example, if you wanted to write a book about running a successful E-zine, you could email the authors of the most successful E-zines and ask them to contribute a chapter.
I suspect most of them would jump at the chance. Every copy of your e-book will be an advertisement for their E-zine.
When it came time to approach Joint-Venture partners for the e-book, we approached the co-authors. They were happy to make money from the e-book. Of course, it would be interesting to their lists- since they're in it.
This generated a lot of sales, but more importantly, each person they sent to our site had the opportunity to sign up for our list. This is a great technique for "creaming" another marketer's list. We were able to identify, and gain access to, the members of their list that were interested in our product
This has led to some great relationships with our new subscribers, and subsequent sales of other product
Get the idea?
Use Interviews To Write An E-book
A variation on having others write your book for you is to use interview
This is just a little more work, but there are a lot of benefits to this method. Remember that the interview can be conducted by phone, in person, by email- sometimes, the method you use to interview the expert can be a selling point. Be creative!
People who might not take the time to write a chapter are more likely to have a conversation with you, especially if you entice them with an ethical bribe-in this case, you can offer to include their contact and sales information in the chapter you create from the interview.
Remember, these interviews can be done over the phone or through email.
For example, suppose you wanted to write an e-book about the best way to buy a used car. You could arrange to talk with a broad range of used car salesmen. What are their tricks? What techniques do they use to get customers to buy? What should a customer ask? What should a customer be afraid of or concerned about?
Most salesmen will happily talk about their business, if you can convince them that it will attract more customer
In this case, I'd ask them about the dirty tricks other salesmen use.
If you're writing an e-book about a topic you're very familiar with, you can interview yourself!
Once you've got your interviews, you've converted your authoring problem to a typing problem. You can even hire a transcription service to type it for you.
Writing your book from interviews has a hidden benefit-you now have an audio product to sell! You can use your interview tapes as the source material to create CDs or you can convert them to MP3s and sell them as digital products.
I interviewed Dr. Joe Vitale on the subject of e-book production and marketing, converted the interview into mp3s and put them online. After listening to that interview, you should be able to come up with a topic, write the e-book, get it online, and sell it. The whole production took less than four hours to create- and was a lot of fun.
Right now, the most popular e-books are the ones that explain how to do something how to save money, how to make a web page, how to fix a car, how to satisfy your lover, how to bake a great cheese-cake- even how to write an e-book!
You're looking for an expert, but don't get in a rut about what constitutes an "expert." Here are some potential subjects for your interview. I'll bet you can think of many more.
Real Estate Agent-real estate is the most expensive purchase most of us will make. People want information about how to make these purchases intelligently. how to finance your first real estate purchase, how to rent to own, how to sell your house yourself without an agent, how to prepare your house to get the best price when you sell it- here's a hint- bake bread before the prospective buyer shows up!
how to qualify for a mortgage
how to get the most house for your money
how to make money on rental property
Insurance Agent-Insurance is a subject that is mystifying and scary to most people.
How to buy life insurance
How to buy health insurance
Different types of life insurance, who should buy what?
Major medical versus full coverage
Day Care Center worker/owner-
How to find a safe day care center
What are the dangers?
Licensing of day care centers
Montessori vs. traditional
There is no limit to this- find a problem and solve it. Then sell the solution.
Coffee Shop employee-
How to make the perfect cup of coffee
The best beans
Easy mistakes everybody makes
Eco-Friendly coffee-why it's good for you and good for the planet.
Grumpy customers-nightmare stories from the coffee shop
Internet Gurus-this is an area that is saturated. If you're going to write about making money online, you need to have a unique perspective. One of the most popular e-books right now is a series of interviews with "unknown" online marketers. Find an angle that nobody else has exploited.
Here are a few I've come up with.
Secret lives-what's unusual and unknown about internet marketing celebrities? Do they play guitar, paint pictures, climb mountains, write children's books, work for charity?
People are interested in the human side of celebritie
Rags to Riches- this one always work
Unusual success-everybody markets information products. Can you find someone who markets something really unusual online?

Do You Think Your Ready for an Affiliate Based Home Business
Before you venture beyond the idea of your dream of an affiliate marketing business, you need to ask yourself some serious questions and determine if you are ready to operate an affiliate marketing business. This has to be something that you are willing to do with the same loyalty, devotion, and zeal that you would extend if you were working away from home doing the same thing. You cannot take the attitude that you can work whenever it suits you rather than when your customers need you to be available. You cannot treat an affiliate marketing business like a hobby and simply devote only those hours that you choose to devote.
There are some affiliate marketing businesses where this is possible to a greater degree than others, but if you have a product-oriented business or a service-oriented business where you deal directly with your customers (accountant, hairdresser, builder/contractor, cleaning service), you cannot set your own hours. If you are a freelance creative artist (writer, editor, copywriter, copyeditor, etc), you can set your own hours as long as you meet the deadline for the project.
You have to be certain that you have both the time and the desire to work at home. Some people are not goal-oriented enough to work at home and must be in an environment where they know they have to work certain hours and complete a certain amount of work within that time frame. If you are that kind of person, an affiliate marketing business is not going to work for you because there is not going to be anyone to tell you that you must work certain hours nor is anyone going to give you work and expect you to have it finished by the end of the day. You are the only one who can set these goals for yourself in an affiliate marketing business, and if you are unable to do that, it won't work for you.
The thought of working at home and not having to report to an office or shop every day is appealing, especially during the winter when the roads may be bad because or the weather or during the summer when you want to be outside. It takes a special person to work at home and be able to prioritize projects so that work, family, and leisure activities all take their rightful places. If you do not feel that you are able to devote the time that you need to a home business, take some time to work on learning how to do that. If you aren't goal-oriented enough to work a home business, you would be doing yourself and potential customers and disservice by pursuing it. Knowing this doesn't mean you can never operate a home business, but rather that you aren't ready now. Keep these thoughts in mind, and when you are ready to commit to working at home, you are ready.

Use Search Engines to Write Your E-book
Another e-book generating idea that is actually as old as graduate school, but the internet makes it practical. It's called "research."
The word "research" brings back memories of confusion and frustration for me. Have they found the sadist that came up with the Dewey decimal system and strung him up yet? I never did understand it.
Google, on the other hand, I understand. Without having to resort to card files or surly librarians, I can type in the subject of my prospective e-book and hit "enter." This will return pages and pages of links to information on my topic.
For example, lately I've been working on an e-book about how you can use a combination of modern technology and ancient mind control methods as your secret weapon to get ahead of your competition. As a happy coincidence, I produce audio products that use modern technology and ancient mind control methods. You can find out all about them at the Milagro Research Institute.
That one sentence was about all I could think of to say about it, which would have made for a short and disappointing e-book. So I zipped over to Google and typed in "benefits of meditation."
Wow. Over eight thousand web sites just brimming with information, case studies, galvanic skin response test results, brain wave scans, and magazine articles appeared out of hyperspace.
I grabbed the most interesting and compelling benefits and pasted them into my e-book. Under each benefit, I wrote a short paragraph describing the benefit and how it was achieved. Then I erased the stuff I had pasted, leaving my original work- a completed chapter on the benefits of meditation.
Using this technique, I believe I could write a believable e-book on almost any subject, and so could you.
Use Lists to Write Your E-book
Another popular e-book format is the "list." If you can think of 10, 21, 101 things that go together, you've got an e-book.
For example, my friend, Nerissa Oden, wrote an e-book called "101 Fun Things You Can Do with Your New Digital Camera."
List books are easy to write.
Here are a few ideas I came up with over a cup of coffee
25 tricks for saving money on gasoline
101 e-book ideas
10 steps to the perfect cup of coffee
17 things you must know about wine
99 great sandwich ideas
19 things to look for when you're looking for a computer
111 dating tips for the shy man
1001 ways to make money with your laptop computer
12 secrets of automobile maintenance
25 things your banker will NOT tell you
What ________ Can Teach Us About ___________.
This chapter started as an article called "What Tom Sawyer taught me about writing e-books."
The more arresting your source is, the more interest there will be in your book. Look for interesting juxtapositions and surprising contrast
Here are a few ideas
What sex workers can teach us about politics
What Thomas Jefferson can teach us about love
What Captain Kangaroo taught me about physics
What Jesse James can teach us about banking
William Shakespeare on Marketing
Gertrude Stein's secrets of communication
What Madonna can show us about marketing
Get the idea?
Now What?
Easy, isn't it?
How many e-books have you written so far?
Keep at it. Use every new e-book as an opportunity to promote your previous e-books.

Colon Healthy Recipes And Foods
Having a healthy colon is the key to long term health and finding good colon healthy recipes is one way to help keep your body healthy. While it might be difficult to actually locate recipes that are labeled to be healthy for the colon, you can learn to recognize them by the ingredients that they contain- namely fresh fruits and vegetables. In addition, a healthy recipe will contain little or no white flour and white sugar. Perhaps the best recipe for colon health, however is to include lots of fruits and vegetables in your meals as described below.
The large intestine or colon is where the results of the entire digestive process gather up to leave the body. Due to poor eating habits, most people have an unhealthy colon resulting in constipation. If your colon is not in tip top shape, food can get trapped in the lining and start to rot. It can also become hardened in there and can even be trapped in your colon for years!
Of course, food plays a big role in the health of your colon. There are many arguments for the pros and cons of a vegan diet, however when it comes to colon health, a vegetarian way of eating has many benefit
Animal foods are hard to digest where plant foods are quite easy to digest. So, colon healthy recipes will include little or no animal foods and be based mainly on whole grains, fruits and vegetables. In addition to good colon health, using recipes made with these foods will have a pronounced effect on your overall health in general.
Vegetables and fruits are very colon friendly and can be processed or digested quite easily by the body. They contain a variety of vitamins and minerals as well as enzymes and fiber- all things that are essential to good health. Fiber, in particular, is good for your colon health as it adds bulk which helps to pass the food along the digestive tract.
One simple and easy breakfast recipe could be a fruit salad with oatmeal (not the packaged or instant stuff). Natural fruit juice can be quite healthy too although it does not have fiber and drinking a lot of water will help with the digestive process.
Always try to include a salad for lunch with lots of dark leafy greens. Stay away from the iceburg and try to include romaine lettuce and spinach as these have more vitamins. Broccoli, carrots, cauliflower and kale are great additions to any salad. Don't forget the olives and artichokes for a little zest. Instead of bottled dressing which is probably loaded with sugar, try olive oil and vinegar- you might even mix in some fresh herbs and create your own salad dressing recipe!
For snacks, stay away from anything that comes in a package and go for raw nuts, fruit, veggies or even a nice fruit smoothie- made with real fresh fruit, of course! If you need something crunchy try spreading all natural peanut butter on celery (this can also help to satisfy any cravings for sweets).
Colon healthy recipes for dinner follow the same common sense rules. Try cutting down on the red meat and eating fresh fish along with a salad and perhaps some steamed broccoli, zucchini and carrots. If you need something more substantial try adding brown rice, corn on the cob or potatoes.
Just like with any other aspect of your health, eating nutritious healthy foods is a sure fire way to keep your colon, and your whole body, in good health.

The Emotional Side To Health
You might not know it, but your emotions effect your health in very great ways. If you are not able to be emotionally healthy, you will have a hard time being healthy in other ways. If you want to make sure that you are completely healthy as you get older, it is important that you are able to be in a good state when it comes to your mental health, as well.
Remember that your mental health is always important. You need to be taking good care of yourself when you are getting older, to insure that your mental health will continue to be good.
Your mental state is important because it is what is going to determine what your attitude is. Many people don't think that their attitude is very important, but in effect your attitude is one of the most important aspects of your health. You need to be able to have a good attitude in order to be mentally healthy, no matter what you think about it.
Another important aspect of your mental health is maintaining a good attitude. A positive attitude is going to help you overcome many of the trials of getting older, and many of the health related effects of getting older as well. If you have a good mental state, and a positive attitude, there is nothing that you can't get through.
However, having a good mental state can be difficult sometimes. You might find it hard to be in positive sprits because you have been dealing with the death of someone close to you, or other things that are causing you to be upset or worried. If this is the case, you need to seek counseling so that you can begin to feel better about the mental state that you are in. Counselors are very good at knowing what things you should and should not do, so the best thing for you to do is to talk to someone about how you are feeling. Remember that you should never be ashamed of how you feel. There are going to be times when you feel a certain way, but in order to be in the best health possible, you need to be able to deal with your feelings and be in the most positive state that you can be. This will help your overall health. No matter what your age, remember that mental health care is as important as physical health care.

Starting A Family Home Business
There are many good ways to have a home business. Some people feel that you should run your home business as you would a regular business, which means that you are the boss and you are the one in control. Some other people might feel that you should not involve your family in your home business because it will make it too complicated. However, some people feel that it is important to involve your family in your business because that is what family is all about.
You have to think about the fact that while your home business is indeed a business run from your home, it is, after all, a business. You should think about whether or not to include your family in your home business in the same way that you would think about whether or not to include your family in a regular business. It is very important that you think long and hard about this and make a decision based upon several factors, such as your family, your business and you.
First of all, you have to consider your family. Is your family dependable and are they going to be willing to work just as hard as you to make the home business a success? There are many factors that are going to play into this. If your spouse already has a job that they love and take seriously, they might not have time to get involved in your home business. However, if they want to quit their job and work together with you, the two of you could make your home business even stronger and bigger and be more of a success. So, it is very important to consider your family.
Secondly, you have to consider what the business itself is. Is your home business something that you want your children to be involved with or does it deal with things that you would rather keep to yourself? Is the home business something that you want to pass on to your children or something that you only plan on doing for a few years? This is important to consider as well, because it is going to factor into your decision.
The last thing that you have to think about is whether or not you are the kind of person that can work well with members of your family. If you think that you can, go ahead and bring them aboard. However, if you are going to get angry and stressed out, you might want to hire employees that are removed from your family, instead of subjecting your family to that.
No matter what, you have to decide for yourself if the home business is a good venture for your family or just for you. Either way it can be profitable for you and there is nothing wrong with involving your family, just as there is nothing wrong with not involving them. It is completely up to you, your business and your family.

Internet Network Marketing: Using Internet And Network Marketing To Maximize Success
Up until recently, traditional network marketing proved to be a challenge for many. The major hurdle was that you had to find some warm contacts, or basically, "bother" your friends, family, acquaintances, and those friendly looking people in the grocery store check out line to tell them about the opportunity that you have found. Often people got discouraged with this approach, and stopped pursuing their dreams by opting out of network marketing.
How much easier network marketing would be if you didn't have to go around bothering people at grocery stores? Wouldn't it be super if your network marketing business worked for you, even when you are busy Wouldn't it be really great if interested people actually came to you? Not only would you have more targeted contacts, you would know they were interested, or they wouldn't have contacted you. The thing is that these things are possible. In fact, there are already people successfully using this new type of network marketing, and they are doing great at it.
The network marketing system is called Internet network marketing. It can be used to maximize your success, as well as automate the dreary task of finding interesting prospects, and educating them about the basics of the opportunity that you are marketing. You are given a professionally set out turnkey website, and interested prospects who see your advertised message have the option of following your link to get more information.
Once they reach your site, they can gain a better understanding of the basics of the opportunity at their own pace, without feeling like they are being pressured. If they are interested, they have the option to leave contact details for you to get back to them with further information.
This doesn't mean that you won't ever have to do any of the work. You will have to pick up the phone occasionally and talk to people, but they will be people who are really interested in hearing from you, and expect, and welcome your call
You can also use Internet network marketing to reach all over the globe. So you are exposing your multi-level marketing opportunity globally, rather than just from your own back yard, without ever making a single cold call, or receiving a knock back from those who aren't interested. There are also some great tools, such as conference calling, streaming videos, email, IM, and much more to keep in contact with those in your line, without having to leave your home.
Internet network marketing has done amazing things for the old traditional ways of multi-level marketing, ensuring that once again network marketers are being given every possible opportunity to succeed with their business opportunity.

3 Ways To Lose Weight With Hoodia
With all of the Hoodia information on the market these days, you would think that somebody would be telling you exactly how to lose weight with Hoodia. Unfortunately that's not the case.
All you hear is how great it is, how it works, where you find it, etc. - but nothing about the steps you should be taking in order to lose weight with Hoodia. This article will give you 3 easy steps to help you lose weight with Hoodia and get optimum results.
First of all, what is it? Hoodia Gordonii is a natural appetite suppressant that is grown in the desert of South Africa. It has been proven to help people shave off up to 1000 calories per day. People also report that it helps turn off the desire to overeat.
Because it is an appetite suppressant, it is assumed that people will automatically lose weight if they take it. Not so.
From my personal experience, I can tell you that Hoodia doesn't just magically help you lose weight by taking it. Some conditions do apply. In order to get the full weight loss benefits, try following these 3 steps
1) Make Sure You're Getting REAL Hoodia Gordonii
Because of the unexpected sudden surge in demand for Hoodia starting a few years back there really wasn't enough supply. (The plant itself takes 3-7 years to reach maturity). As a result the market has been flooded with 'Hoodia' pills that are not as effective as the real stuff.
There have been reports of companies not putting the stated amount in their pills, using a 'plant substitute' (not the real thing) or even filling their pills with silica, leaves, sawdust and other filler products that have none of the appetite suppressing Hoodia ingredients in them.
Several counterfeit products jumping onto the market are actually made with other plant varieties (not gordonii) or coming from Mexico and China.
In order to make sure you're getting the real stuff, make sure you look for South African Hoodia Gordonii with proper certification like the CITES certificate and lab reports/analysi
2) Take It as Instructed
While this seems like the obvious thing to do, many people don't follow the instructions on the bottle. Most Hoodia comes with instructions to take it about half hour before meals 3 times a day. This will help it to be absorbed at the right time to lessen your appetite.
Also, make sure you're taking enough Hoodia to get the appetite suppressing effects. For example, some people start with around 400 mg x 3 times a day before meals. After a couple of days they work up to 500 mg x 3 times a day before meals and after a couple of days they might even go up to 750 mg x 3 times a day before meals.
Remember that it usually takes some time for the full appetite-suppressing effects to kick in so give it several days at each dose and monitor how you feel.
3) Listen To Your Body
Hoodia does help to suppress your appetite - and that can cause you to eat less and lose weight. But only if you listen to your body as your cue to eat. Many people eat not out of hunger but out of external cues.
For example, they eat because it's dinner time or because they are with clients at a restaurant or because eating sweets is a treat they give themselves for a job well done. If you eat mostly from external cues, then Hoodia won't be as helpful to you.
Try to eat the majority of the time only when you are physically hungry (even without pills, that will help most of us cut a lot of calories!). If you do this, then you'll find it's much easier to lose weight with Hoodia.
So those are 3 tips to help you lose weight with Hoodia and get optimum weight loss results. Remember to be patient with yourself, listen to your body and try to incorporate other healthy habits along the way.
As always, be sure to monitor how you feel and speak to your doctor before making any changes to your diet and/or lifestyle.

Green Tea and Hoodia - Better Than Hoodia Alone?
One of the most popular combinations in diet pills these days is green tea and Hoodia. This combination is used in many fat-burning pills, liquids and even patches to help speed up metabolism and weight los
What's the big deal? Is green tea with Hoodia better than Hoodia alone? Is it a magical combination for weight loss? Here's a brief review of the benefits of each
#1 Appetite Suppressing Hoodia
Hoodia Gordonii is a cactus of the "succulent" cactus family, which has grown for thousands of years in the Kalahari Desert region of South Africa. It's been used for years by the San people of southern Africa as a natural appetite suppressant during their long hunting trips for generations.
When it's appetite-suppressing effects become known several years back, Hoodia practically became the #1 natural diet pill overnight. It was shown in studies to help reduce calorie intake by approximately 1000 calories per day.
How does it work?
Normally when you eat, the glucose in your body rises and eventually signals to your brain (the hypothalamus) that you are full. Hoodia Gordonii mimics the effect that glucose has on your brain, telling the hypothalamus (which is responsible for hunger and fullness feelings) that you feel full. Consequently you have no desire to eat.
It has been reported that Hoodia is actually 10,000 times stronger than glucose at signalling your hypothalamus to stop eating.
#2 Metabolism Boosting Green Tea
Sipping green tea can have several weight loss benefits. For one, it has been proven to boost your metabolism. A study reported on in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, found that green tea extract resulted in a significant increase in energy expenditure (a metabolism 'boost').
The researchers also concluded that that over a 24-hour period, green tea extract increases the metabolic rate by 4%. These effects are probably due to the high concentrations of catechin polyphenols in the tea. These work to help intensify levels of fat oxidation and thermogenesis (the rate at which your body burns calories).
Green tea also inhibits fat absorption and helps glucose regulation. Experts tell us that the catechins in the tea help to inhibit the movement of glucose into fat cells.
It may also act as a glucose regulator. It helps to slow the rise in blood sugar after a meal. This prevents high insulin spikes (lots of insulin promotes fat storage) and the subsequent fat storage.
Given their benefits, it's no surprise that manufacturers often add green tea to their Hoodia capsules.
It is important to note however that even though green tea can be a powerful boost to your weight loss plan, it does contain caffeine. So if you find that caffeine makes you jittery or gives you other problems, you should steer clear of any Hoodia product that contains green tea. You might be better off to stick with a product that contains Hoodia only.
Bottom line? On their own, Hoodia and green tea are both great tools to help you lose weight. One helps you regulate your appetite, the other helps to boost your metabolism and aid in blood sugar regulation. Together, they can be a powerful fat-burning combination.
As with everything, make sure you consult your health care practitioner before making any changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Online Guitar Lessons are Great for Teens
In a time when parenting means positive reinforcements, many adults find themselves seeking a system of rewards that will not only entice good behaviors, but also teach their teens valuable lessons along the way. Guitar lessons fit this bill for a number of reason
First off, few teenagers can resist the allure of guitar lessons. Couple them in a reward system that involves not only lessons, but also a computer and they're very likely to take them quite seriously.
There's just something about the potential to become the next great player that makes the musically inclined do their part to earn the lessons they receive. Online guitar lessons are particularly ideal for teens that are new to the instrument and are not entirely sure it will be the one for them.
The benefits of online guitar lessons for teens include
* Easy parental supervision. When guitar lessons are taken online or via computer programs, they are easy to supervise since the action takes place at home.
* Easy to follow. Many good programs are available that provide basic lessons for teens to take. These lessons are created in such a manner that they are easy to follow, even for beginners. Most programs start out very basic and offer not only instructions about the instrument, but also provide some music theory along the way.
* Ability to work at their own pace. Good guitar lessons online or in program form offer something face-to-face lessons do not - the ability to take the same lesson over and over again or move on when the need arises. There's no requirement to book another lesson when a program is doing the teaching.
* Pause ability. When something isn't understood in a guitar lesson, it's easy for the teen to stop the program and repeat the section over and over again until the lesson is learned. This can be much less frustrating for a teen who wants to learn right but who might be embarrassing by going slow in a group lesson.
* Easy to take away. Guitar lessons in computer form are a great tool to use as a reward, and they're also easy to take away if grades aren't where they should be or behaviors are undesired. Since no class has been "booked," there's no instructor to disappoint or class slot that might be lost. This gives parents the leverage they might need in trying to implement a system of rewards and punishment
* Increased concentration. Music instruction in any format is known for helping those who take part increase their ability to concentrate and reason through problems. Music has also been known to help increase math skills and generally is thought to provide other extra benefits, as well.
Guitar lessons can be a great tool for parents to use in creating a system of rewards for positive behavior. Filling a desire many teens have, these lessons also provide some side benefits teens themselves might not be aware of.
With benefits that can even impact school work and translate to other areas of life, as well, guitar lessons or music instruction in general is a smart choice for parents to endorse.

Tips For Decorating A Small Attic Bedroom
In many homes, the attic bedroom is a must, so you want to be sure it has a fantastic design style. But what can you do when the space is very tiny? Fortunately, there are several decorating philosophies available for decorating a small attic bedroom.
There are many styles which you can use in smaller rooms, even still you want to be sure to go with the ones which enhance the features of smaller spaces. Clutter could make even the largest of attics appear small, so having a lot of junk in an already small room will need to be avoided.
When purchasing furniture for your attic room stick with pieces which are diminutive in size. Using underbed storage, instead of bureas, will make a big difference in space, but still allow storage of clothing. All small scaled accessories and furniture could be monotonous and you might want to add interest by decorating with some bigger pieces, so mix your underbed storage, add into your design a big cheval mirror- this can add charm and make the room look larger also.
Choose the colors for the attic room with care because various colors could help make it look larger. If you had always believed that you must keep your smaller rooms painted white, then here is some interesting news for you. You are able to have color and still make the attic room feel larger by using colors which reflect equal brightness, or choosing a monochromatic color palette. So you can paint with all pale blue, or stick to high intensity colors in the same range such as red and orange. You could usually add unique interest and depth to a room by painting one wall a deep, intense hue. For wall shades, pale tones such as blueish gray will provide an overall larger appearance as they give the feel of the walls receding. If you consider gray to be too boring, you can in effect use any cool paint color like green, blue or purple to come up with the same feeling.
Decorating a room with a particular decorating theme in mind could also help to make ideal use of the attics space. Keep in mind designs which allow for a variety of baskets and shelving since these can be used for extra storage. Seeing as this should be a cozy, comfortable space you must ensure to pick a decorating approach you like.
Furniture placement is another thing to consider when decorating a small attic bedroom. If you fancy a decorating style which looks wonderful and also harmonizes your life, think about using Feng Shui when decorating your attic room. Unhindered access into a room can make it seem larger, so put your furniture away from the doors. In most cases, if you can focus the eye on the bigger pieces like a big mirror, it may help the room appear more spaciou
These ideas allow decorating a small attic bedroom to be easy and also effortless. Use your creativity and imagination and you might create a small sized attic room that is big on decorating style in no time.

Living with a Dog in the City? 5 Reality Checks
City dog -- an oxymoron? I used to think so. Then I moved to a city with a dog.
I was surprised to learn that city dogs live very comfortably in small apartments (and so do their owners). City dogs introduce you to your neighbors and force you to get out and explore your neighborhood.
After living with dogs in apartments and talking to dozens of owners in my urban dog parks, I have come up with the following 5 reality checks.
(1) Size of the dog vs. size of your apartment
Size is not important (unless your landlord or condo board has rules).
How big is too big? I have met 70-pound couch potatoes and 9-pound balls of energy. Small dogs can be noisier and can shed more than big dogs -- sometimes!
Of course, in a 500-square-foot apartment, you may feel crowded if you invite a Great Dane to share your space. But some people who do.
(2) Exercise Needs
How much exercise will Fido need? Even in a big house, your dog would need to leave for exercise.
Dog trainers warn us running around a house or yard is not enough. Dogs need to walk to bond with their owners.
Ironically, city dogs often get more exercise than their country cousins. Last week at the dog park, an owner said, When we lived in a big house with a yard, Rover would just hang out, doing nothing. Now we walk 4 or 5 times a day. We visit the dog park 3 times a week. He is much happier, stimulated and even thinner!"
Of course, some dogs tend to be couch potatoes. Others need two or three hours a day -- running at full speed. Investigate before adopting. And decide where you will take the dog for exercise.
(3) Socialization
City dogs cannot afford to be wimps, wusses and shrinking violets. City dogs encounter neighbors, both canine and human, in elevators and on sidewalks. You don't want to referee fights on a regular basis, let alone pay huge fees for doggie damage.
Okay, I am biased. I recommend getting a shelter dog from a rescue group, preferably a dog that has spent time in a foster home rather than just a cage. It is easier to work with a dog's existing temperament than to start over.
Some owners choose a puppy so they can create a city dog. Frankly, this option does not always work. I met a dedicated owner who adopted a beautiful pure-bred puppy several years ago. The owner chose a breed known for its calm temperament.
That dog is terrified of traffic, noise and new experiences.
My little rescue mutt, Gracie, was born and bred in the country. She took to urban living with gusto, rides buses as if she were born on one and doesn't raise an ear at a fire siren. She's become a certified city dog.
(4) Learned behavior
Let's face it a trainer tends to be a crucial part of an city dog's entourage.
Are you willing to sign up for obedience training? Many behaviors (such as nuisance barking) can usually be ended with training But some behaviors are tougher to change than other
I recommend meeting with a trainer before you formally adopt the dog. If your dog displays destructive or hostile behavior, decide if you have the patience and lifestyle to work with the dog for change.
Frankly, it's not easy. Dogs change personality once they join a new home. My dog Gracie developed chewing issues she had never displayed in her foster home. On the other hand, a foster mom told me, "I am caring for Spot because he was considered aggressive. But in my home, he is sweet, gentle and loving."
(5) Time out for the Owner.
City dogs can drain the energy of the most dedicated owner. You need escape outlet
Luckily, most cities have a wide choice of dog parks. You'll also find overnight boarding and doggie day care options. Get to know them. Every so often you can turn Prince over to run around while you shop, relax or get some work done --a real treat, especially in the rain.

Free Hoodia? What You Should Know Before Trying A Free Hoodia Sample
If you're looking for an easy way to lose weight quickly, you've probably heard about Hoodia Gordonii. Hoodia is a plant grown in the desert of South Africa. It has been used for years by the local tribesman to suppress their appetite when they go on long hunting trips. There is a molecule in it that fools your brain into thinking that you're full and so you don't want to eat.
Consequently, Hoodia can help you lose weight by suppressing your appetite and turning off your desire to overeat. In studies, people taking this miracle plant extract have cut their calorie intake by up to 1000 calories per day, which can add up to substantial weight loss.
One of the more interesting developments in the Hoodia market is that many companies are now giving out free Hoodia samples. These can range from a few days to a few weeks supply. The hope is that you are going to try their product and like it so much you'll want to continue using it.
Free Hoodia samples are not a new concept - companies give out samples all the time. Giving out free samples is a proven way to get people to know about your product, try it and get familiar with what it can do for them.
So what do you need to know before you try a free Hoodia offer? Well, there are advantages and disadvantages to most of these offers. Here's a few things you need to know before you try one
Advantages Free Hoodia!
Free samples come in pure Hoodia capsules, fat-burners (where other fat-burning ingredients are included like green tea, capsaicin, etc.) and even weight loss patches. Most samples give you 1 week to 1 months worth of free product for you to try.
That means you can actually see if that particular product works for you and you can probably lose some weight into the bargain - all for free (or a very small shipping/handling charge). Not a bad deal.
Disadvantages Recurring Billing
Most free Hoodia samples will enroll you in their recurring billing program when you request your free sample. That means that if you get a free 1 month sample, probably around the time it runs out, you'll receive another 1 - 2 months supply that has automatically been charged to your credit card.
This isn't a bad thing if you really like the product as it saves you the time of reordering. Plus most recurring billing programs actually give you a discount because you've enrolled in their autoship program. So if you were going to order again anyway, you can save some money this way.
But if you decide the product is not for you, you've got to be quick to cancel before they charge you for the next months supply. This means making sure you check their terms and conditions before ordering your free sample.
When checking terms and conditions, look for a clear way (a website or a phone number) to cancel the autoshipping program. Most reputable companies put this in their FAQ's or terms and conditions section. With all of the competition on the market these days, these companies really don't want to get a bad rap. If they do they know their sales will suffer.
So those are a few things you need to know about free Hoodia samples. If you're unsure about a free sample, many websites will give you the option of trying a sample or simply buying a full bottle supply instead (this way you avoid the recurring billing program).
Just remember to follow the instructions on the Hoodia bottle and give it a few days to feel the full appetite suppressing effects. And please remember to consult your doctor before making any changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Sports Betting: 9 Strategies for Success
Want to win like the pros at sports gambling? The biggest difference between professional gamblers and the rest of us is that professional bettors implement specific strategies on a consistent basis. While they enjoy the process, professionals don't get caught up in the emotions of sports gambling.
It really comes down to consistent implementation of 9 key strategies. If you can adopt the following strategies when betting on sports, you'll go a long way to improving your results and your payout
1. Be patient
There's no way around it successful gambling requires patience. That means take your time and be willing to wait for the "near" perfect opportunities. They come around every single week.
That's not to say you should ignore last-minute betting opportunities. Sometimes, it is important to act quickly. Just keep in mind that if something seems too good to be true, it often i
If you take your time and deliberate carefully about every betting proposition, the odds are much greater you'll finish higher on the day.
2. Research, research, research
This is what your 4th grade teacher would have called "doing your homework". Be aware of the competitive environment, understand how you can both win and lose money, and most importantly, collect as much information as possible.
Important considerations will include field conditions, weather, player injuries, team statistics and game schedules. Scour the internet for online sources of sports information and other online sports betting resource
If you want long term success betting on sports, it's absolutely vital you do your homework on each and every match. Guesses and hunches typically result in losses in the long run.
3. Play what you know
Sports gambling offers a wide variety of options and betting types, and often takes into account a range of terminology including lines, odds, and spreads, just to name a few.
As a result, it's important to start with sports and teams you are familiar with. This will help you come to grips with the "context" of sports betting.
4. Seek out expert advice
The fun thing about sports wagering is that there is no shortage of commentary and expert advice. The challenge is filtering through all the available information and making a responsible betting decision.
This is where your research and experience come in handy compare your expectations with predictions from experts in the sports betting field. Often there will be consensus. When there's not, consider carefully why, and pay attention to those who go against conventional wisdom.
Nevertheless, expert sport gambling picks can often make it a lot easier to win at sports betting. The best idea is to look at a variety of betting sites and bet picking sites online, to see what the experts are recommending.
5. Don't be a sucker
A sucker is often an inexperienced gambler who spots a "sure-win" they can't pass up. Just keep in mind, if something looks like a sucker bet, it often i
If you want to enjoy betting on sports, it's vital you learn to stay away from these "too-good-to-be-true" bets. Quite often odds makers put up lines just to make sure people take the points. Don't fall for it.
6. Allocate Your Money Properly
You'll significantly reduce your risk if you spread you bets across a number of sports and games. In the long run it'll be far better to bet $25 on 10 games than to bet $250 on a single game. There's no such thing as a "sure thing", so don't be greedy, and don't chase losing or winning bet
The road to success in sports betting is long, slow, and steady.
7. Know your history keep good records
How much have you won? How much have you lost? If you can't answer those questions you are risking catastrophe with your sports betting. Many inexperienced gamblers don't even realize how much money they are putting through their online gambling accounts. You are not "breaking even" if you are constantly funding your account, but if you don't keep adequate records, how will you really know if sports betting is really the best type of entertainment for you.
8. Keep Perspective
It's impossible to be emotionless when it come to sports betting. After all, the emotional rush is part of why many people gamble (whether in casinos, or online casino, or even through the lottery).
But if you want to experience outstanding results, be aware of your emotions and how they influence your wagering decisions. The more calm you bring to you betting, the better results you will enjoy. Why is this important? If you don't control your emotions, you will be much more likely to make poor decisions trying to make up for previous losses.
If there's one recommendation I would make over and over again, it is this stay calm emotionally.
9. Find an Online Sportsbook
Internet sports wagers are far more convenient than the offline versions. Not only that, internet sportsbooks have no line-ups, meaning that while a live bookmarker might only be able to process 20-30 clients at a time, internet sportsbooks can process thousands simultaneously.
Another plus is that internet sportsbooks enjoy a significantly lower cost per wager, and these savings are passed on to gamblers on in the form of deposit bonuses or reduced juice to bettor
So that, in a nutshell, are the 9 steps you must follow to make money betting on sports. The better you are at these tips, the more often you will win.

Boating Tips - Steps To Follow Before Approaching A Boat Dealer
Looking for a new boat are you? If so, then you should know that buying a new boat is not like buying a bicycle for your son. The decision to buy a boat is a major one as it is considered as a luxury purchase. It's not a matter of finding the one that looks good, whip out your cash and then off you go boating. It's a matter of finding everything you can about the type of boat that you have in mind before approaching a boat dealer.
Though there are many honest boat dealers out there, you should be aware that there are boat dealers who are purely business men and out to make money off of you. These kinds of boat dealers are everywhere, though not commonly found in developed countries. If you live near the water, chances are there are dozens of them to choose from. So, how do you find the right boat dealer for you and forget about the rest of the bunch.
Before you go searching for a boat dealer, you should do research of your own. The Internet is one of the best places for that. Another one is boating magazines. You might also want to study brochures and sales materials carefully. If you're using the Internet, you'd want to find a forum that discusses boats. In here, you'll find boat owners who are willing to share with you their experiences of owning boats of their own. Who knows, you might get a few tips from them either about boating in general or about what it is like to deal with a particular boat dealer.
You'd want to ask around about the types of boats that are out there, the brands, the prices and only then, should you be able to find out about the most reputable boat dealers in your area. We will be discussing each of the points below.
The kind of boat you want - Decide on the type of boat you want. What sorts of activities are you planning to do with your boat? Are you planning to go fishing with it? Or just cruising around the lake? Or water skiing and other water sports activities? Only you can make this decision. Take note that not all boat dealers sell all types of boats. For example, if you are looking for a jon boat, most likely you won't be purchasing it from a bass boat dealer. By knowing the type of boat you want, you are able to narrow down the dealers easily.
Boat brand of your choice - To further narrow down your choices, you should also decide on the brand name. Choose at least two or three different brands and find a boat dealer that sells both brands. This way you'll be able to get a solid opinion from that dealer and he might be able to give you the feedbacks that he's received previously from his customers who had made a purchase.
Size of your boat - Knowing how big you want your boat to be is also important. Boats come in different sizes. Big boats are expensive, smaller boats cost less. Decide whether a certain size fits the type of activities that you want to do, the number of friends or family members your boat might want to cater.
Name your price - As with cars, the prices for boats can vary from one another. Once you know the type and brand of the boat you want, you might want to compare the prices of these boats. You will not know how much money you can save by comparing the different boat dealers available. In some parts of the world, the prices of the boat depend on the boating season. Usually most boats are marked down significantly when the boating season is over, usually in fall. You might want to buy it and keep it until the next boating season starts. Last but not least, decide on the comfortable price, know exactly how much you want to spend before you walk in.
Now that you know exactly what you want, it is time for you to find the right boat dealer.
Finding the most reputable boat dealers in your area - Before that, we have to bear in mind that boat dealers are businessmen and very good ones at that. They will try their best to get you to make an impulse purchase. They will also try in their best ability to nail you on boat accessories. In the end you might end up purchasing more than what you initially had budgeted for. One tip that should be shared is Don't bring a checkbook with you to prevent from impulse purchase
With that in mind, how do you go about finding a boat dealer? Ask around, either from your neighbours, your friends or those who know about boating if they could recommend you a boat dealer that they did business previously with. You can also find dealers in the phone book and the Internet by typing "boat dealer + your location" without the quotes in the search box. You can also make a call to Better Business Bureau in your area to find out whether there are any customer complaints registered to a certain dealer.
Once you find a boat dealer, ask questions and negotiate for a good price. Don't worry about it. If you're armed with all the knowledge everything will come to you naturally. If not, just act like you know everything about boat
You should ask if the boat purchase comes with registration fees. If not, register the boat yourself with the state. It depends on where you live. In the states, you can do so through your state's Department of Motor Vehicle
You should also ask whether the boat has been used before. If it has, ask about the year of the boat and the problems that you should look for.
As mentioned in the beginning, a boat is a luxury purchase and a big investment. As with most investments, you might want to take your time to evaluate the offer and compare it to other available offer
It is natural for a boat dealer to push you to make your purchase. It's their job! Your job is to take your time and compare, find out everything you can before making that purchase.

$300 For An E-Book? Are You Out of Your Mind?
$300 for an e-book! Are these people out of their minds? No, they are just greed filled vultures. How do you know that?
Well, in the Holy Scriptures in Romans 128 it says "Furthermore, since they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, he gave them over to a depraved mind, to do what ought not to be done." (NIV)
Right now as we speak self-proclaimed internet experts on the internet are charging $300, $500, and up to $1500.- maybe even more at the outset of this writing, for a mere e-book! A book!
Don't you for one minute consider buying one!
Popular books by noted author's like C.S. Lewis sell in mint condition for around $40.- max at the book stores. I'm not talking about 1st Editions of course.
Greed. Greed. Greed. It's all about greed. If your an expert, fine. If your a genuine Donald Trump Millionaire expert, fine. But where on the planet do you get the idea that it is ok to charge $300 for your e-book?
It's not ok, and these experts, and they really are noted minds in their field, are charging outrageous fees for their work. One noted internet marketer is charging upwards of $500 a month to people so that he can share his internet marketing secrets.
I'm sorry dude, but you're not that good. Even if you can teach me how to make a million dollars in one minute, you're not that good.
Pride. Pride. Pride. So great, I make my million dollars in a minute, but what about the 80% of people who do nothing when they buy into a program? You've just robbed them blind. You've hurt them where it counts the most-in the family finance
But hey, let's not think about that, right? Just keep robbing the pockets of the average person to make your millions. I was on a conference call recently where the gentleman said "If you're faint of heart about high prices, I encourage you to get off the phone."
Dang dude, I didn't hang up the phone, but I wanted too!
Lastly, then everyone needs to watch out for the scam by these same artists, and granted these are not no-names, these are good, wholesome, sometimes even professed Christians, I'm sad to say, authors, who are charging $300 and up for their e-books! I'll say it again! You're not that good and you're not worth it!
As my pastor often says, "You're not all that."
I just hope we can get back to reasonable prices out there on the world wide web. Sure you're an expert. Sure you can teach me how to change and rock my world. But dude, you are not worth $300.- I don't care WHO you are.
Lastly, if you are one of these greedy vultures, please reconsider your enormous pricing! Many of you are feeding off of 50-55 year old men and women who are just trying to find another way to make it other than Social Security. Your $300.- E-book is NOT the way!
I say to these vultures, the next time you're on your way to the bank to cash someone's $300 paypal payment, consider you're income source. Your being paid by the father of all lies-lucifer. No doubt about it.
How do I know? The God of this world has blinded you're eyes. Love the sinner, HATE the sin. If you are an expert in you're field, and you have the audacity to charge $300, $500, and even $1200 for your e-book, and you stand in our face as a smiling Christian saying that it's ok to charge these fees, you're simply a liar sir.
In Proverbs 2017 it says, "Food gained by fraud tastes sweet to a man, but he ends up with a mouth full of gravel."
So, go ahead, charge the daylights out of everyone on the net, and laugh you're way to the bank. But just remember that in the end you're going to have to give an account of everyone you affected in this world.
The Solution? Lower the prices of your e-books internet experts! Truly, if you can teach us something of value, you deserve maybe $50.- at best. But if you're charging $49.- you better be the best on God's green earth.
Remember one thing, you've written a book, and you have no right to take away people's car payments in the process. Rest assured, you'll answer to God one day for all of it. Hope you're ready.

Finally, A Guide To Internet Marketing For Real Business Owners
I teach real world business owners how to strategically use the Internet in their busines
Online people, the media, and others like to label you "brick and mortar" businesses, as is you were some kind of dinosaur or immovable object or something. I like to think of you as real world business owners, and are operating real businesses, with real customers you face every day, with real business problems, and real objectives to make a profit every year!
I'm not knocking online businesses, because I own a few. They're great. It's why I know so much about the Internet. The fact is, online business owners think people running offline businesses have it easy, offline business owners think online businesses are a breeze because they can go to work in their underwear, if they want. (Hey, did you hear the joke, "what do dot com guys have in common with Victoria Secret models?")
I'm not here to debate the issue or crack jokes, I'm here to equip you with the tools for success. See, there's a long line of people that can teach you how to make money on the Internet. You know, make a fortune selling overstock items on EBay?
That's great, except the people that buy this stuff are on a journey to find the golden goose - the secret to life - the way to make a lot of money in the perfect business. They are chasing a dream, or chasing their tails. It doesn't matter because that is NOT YOU!
You already have a business. Maybe not the perfect business, but you sincerely want to grow your business, and you know the Internet is a huge way to do that. Congratulations for recognizing that your Internet presence is not an afterthought, and you need to take it seriou
Your website must be an income producing asset for your business. Period. If it ain't putting new clients in your business, or it ain't keeping them there, you are in trouble and need to plug the holes in the bucket.
Bottom line - Not a lot of people are teaching real world business owners how to use the Internet effectively. I will. I am going to take my years of Internet Marketing experience to the real world and hand you the keys to make it work for you.
But first, a little math.
T + C = $
Why is this simple formula important to the success of your business on the Internet?
As you can correctly guess, the answer to this formula is dollars, and the two variables on the left the equation DIRECTLY affect how much money you are making in your business using your website.
So let's end the suspense and get to the point. What two things affect how much money your web site produces for your business?
Let me help by writing out the equation for you
Traffic + Conversion = $Money$
You make most of the money in your business "offline", but your web site is the medium that gets them on the phone or in the door.
Traffic = People
Conversion = Action
This makes a lot of sense to you, right? I mean no one has to be an Internet Marketing superstar to understand that if I can get more people to my web site, I'm going to make more money. Conversely, if I can convince more of those visitors to do business with me, I've increased my conversion and I make more money.
Therein lies the problem - it's too simple, too sensible. "Of course I need more traffic, heck every retailer in America knows that sales increase when foot traffic or eye traffic increases in front of my establishment." So if that's the truth, I don't have to prove it to you. You accept this as fact. More traffic equals more dollars, right?
Wrong! You need to pay closer attention...
I showed you the formula Traffic + Conversion = $Money$
You can't ignore conversion. That's when you get that signed contract, handshake, or ring the cash register. Conversions usually means sales however, in the context of the internet, conversion means much more. Conversion is simply a visitor taking an action on your web site that you intended them to take.
So conversion can mean sales on your website, but it more likely means you get them to sign up for information, register for an event, click to a special page, call a phone number, downloaded a demo, view a video, listen to a presentation, and the list goes on.
The big formula for Internet success is simple get more people to your website, and get more of them to take the action you want.
Now, take a look at your website. Do you honestly believe that you are getting the most traffic you can get? Do you think you are doing the BEST job at converting those visitors?
The answer, across the board is most definitely, no!
As I said, very few people are teaching business owners, like yourself, just how to use the Internet to increase your profits. I look forward to equipping you to finally take charge of your website and create an income producing asset in your business!
Here's to more profits from your site this year!

Elegant Wedding Favors Add to Memorable Weddings
Wedding favors are a great idea as a thank you gift for guests that participate in the couple's wedding. It is a fabulous idea for individuals that would like to share in the memories with their friends and family. There are various favors that a couple could handout to the partygoers.
They can be hand-made crafts or items personalized to each individual. With many different things going on before a wedding, these do not have to be difficult to achieve. An individual could find many locations that sell these unique trinkets for a low cost. It is a fantastic way to say thank you to each individual joining the big day.
These types of gifts could be anything imaginable. There are little salt and pepper shakers designed with hearts, seashells or flowers. A couple could purchase sand dollars to give to each one of the attending guests. A person may be able to find rose petals or small flower-shaped bouquets. If the event is high-class everyone that attends could receive an excellent bottle of wine.
Every single guest will be thrilled that the couple thought of them as they enter the reception hall. A creative crystal design could be given out to each member of the guest list. An individual could purchase a gift bag and fill it with different items like soap, a small bottle of liquor and candy. Anything is conceivable with this method of giving.
A couple in their free time could create a memorable picture frame with an image of them and the person they are giving it to. They could embroider each individual name on a piece of linen. There are various methods an individual could say thank you to each member of the guest list.
An individual could design and create by hand a picture frame. Everyone enjoys adding more images to their walls and work desks. An individual could purchase blank coffee cups and add a special message to each individual separately. This may be the most memorable wedding favor there could be.
A wedding favor does not have to be extravagant or expensive. This type of thank you could be directly from the heart. It is not important on what it is as long as it is well thought out. With so many other things to plan for a huge bash, this could be the simplest.
A couple that appreciates every individual in attendance to their special day should give thanks in a unique way. If an individual does not have enough time to create a personalized design, the wedding guests will understand. By purchasing a gift for each person, they will know that they are welcomed and valued as a friend and a family member. Through special wedding favors, an already memorable day can become an extraordinary event in everyone's life.

While it's not likely a family would want to have their children exposed to the full-bore gambling action that's going on, most good horse racing venues provide outstanding indoor accommodations for family dinners and gatherings on Race Day. Others bend over backwards to create family sections, picnic areas, and even put on elaborate shows and activities for younger visitor
Those who are interested in turning horse racing into a family affair will first want to scout out their local track, its racing schedule and restaurant accommodations. Oftentimes, it's possible for young horse racing fans to have an opportunity to go behind the scenes and check out the animals and their riders prior to the big races.
This will, of course, depend on the horse racing track in question and its policies. Whether visits are allowed or not, youngsters should still be able to get a good view of the action and learn to gain an appreciation for these speedy, but gentle giant
Families that make horse racing an outing tend to do so by enjoying most of the action from the club level in the track's dining area. Here families can very often enjoy 5-star dining, or close to it, while they are removed from the stands, but not the ability to bet on the horse racing action if they so choose. Some venues for horse racing will have more affordable accommodations for families, as well.
As the parents and other grown ups enjoy the sport for its betting aspect, youngsters can get involved by simply enjoying the beauty and thrill of the race. Many youngsters are enamored by horses and their ability to run at break-neck speeds, giving both their parents and themselves a common interest. For races that take place in the day time, the horse racing action can be augmented by strolls around the track area or picnics on the ground
Some horse racing tracks embrace the idea of this sport being a family affair by providing activities for the youngsters as their parents enjoy the races. Others, offer up great picnic accommodations so families can enjoy time together while watching the horses run.
While children will not be allowed by law to post bets, their parents can, and the youngsters can still enjoy the sights, sounds and atmosphere of this great sport that dates back hundreds of years in human history.
While it's not likely most parents would want to bring their children to a casino, a horse racing track is an animal of a different color entirely. The sport has long been seen as one that can be enjoyed by all ages and many tracks make it their business to keep this tradition going strong. They do so by creating family friendly areas and welcoming young visitors to their grounds.

You can probably name things you have learned through relationships and valuable things you have taken away form relationships. Relationships do a lot for us. There are actually four key reasons for relationships. They are outlined below.
1. Lessons. Relationships help up to learn and to teach others. Through our relationships, even our earliest with our parents, we learn. We can learn simple things, like how to walk or talk and we can learn complex things like how to let go or how to love. The lessons we get from relationships are priceless and may not be learned elsewhere.
2. Emotional Fulfillment. Relationships are made up mostly of emotion. It is through emotion our relationships form and grow. We learn a lot about emotion and we get a lot of emotional fulfillment from our relationships. It is through relationships we learn about emotions like love, anger, hope and happines
3. Self Worth. For most people relationships are part of how they define themselves. Think about it, many women define themselves as a wife and mother because of their relationships. Relationships also help us define ourselves because they teach us about ourselves. They help us to learn our likes and dislikes about how we react in different situations and about who we are as a person. The majority of our definition of ourselves comes from the relationships we have had or have in our life.
4. Love. Romantic relationships are the means to the goal of finding love. They are the way to find the one you want to spend your life with and they help us to build our adult lives. Romantic relationships teach us about love and about how we deal with love. They teach us what love is and how it feels. They also teach us the value of love. Above all romantic relationships are human nature. They are, at their very basic, about procreating and keeping the human species alive.
These four reasons for relationships can really define any relationship in your life. If you really think about it they are all true. Relationships are more complex than anything else. The conflicting personalities and the differences in people make relationships fun and exciting and at times stressful. It is through relationships that we develop. Without relationships who knows what would happen. Very few people ever choose a life where they cut off all ties to any other person. As humans we crave relationships and need them to thrive. Relationships are important for many reasons, but perhaps the single most important reasons is that relationships make our lives worth living.

Public domain iPod downloads are becoming pretty popular as people look to bolster their music collections without opening their wallets. These downloads are generally fairly easy to find, but what are they exactly and what makes them legal?
Public domain downloads of music files can be readily found on the Internet from a variety of sources. They are by their nature fair game for sharing without the need for paying a licensing fee. A song reaches the public domain and becomes fair game for an iPod download and other forms of sharing when its copyright runs out. The means whoever held the copyright either chose not to get it renewed or was no longer alive to do so.
Songs in the public domain that are available for iPod download include a lot of old time favorites and even many from more modern times. The truth is there are literally thousands of songs that can be found in the public domain. Downloading these for iPod use and other formats is perfectly legal and doesn't have to involve a charge.
Let's look at some of the best places to find iPod downloads that are in the public domain
Sites that specialize in public domain files. There are lots of sites on the Internet that specialize in researching and finding public domain media. These include everything from the iPod downloadable format songs to TV episodes and movie
There are even cartoons that can be found in the public domain for iPod downloads. These sites typically are free for people to use and will rely either on a donation for their operation or ads that are sold to keep the site up and running.
Package deal sites. Many sites that specialize in iPod downloads by the package price will also offer high-quality downloads of public domain songs. These sites are great for overall iPod downloads, too, because they package everything together and make it easy for fans to find the songs they desire to have with them on the go.
Download by the song sites. Some sites that provide a per song download service for iPod downloads also have free sections. Within these often can be found songs that are in the public domain. These will generally be offered up to give potential users of the paid downloads an idea of how the service works and the quality of the downloads they will be obtaining.
There are a host of sites available that offer iPod downloads that are both paid and free. Anyone with an MP3 player and a love of music is sure to find a site that fits their personal needs. The important thing in dealing with iPod downloads is to remember these files can be fun and nothing beats download music for having songs on the go, but that not all files are legal to download.
Do some background checking if you're not sure on a site, but generally if an iPod download involves a song in the public domain, you're more than okay in getting it for free.

Are You Sabotaging Your Relationships? 10 Fatal Flaws
There are many ways in which we sabotage our own relationships. Sometimes we do consciously, but more often it is an unconscious act on our part. Most people want their relationships to work. When the relationship does not work they wonder why it failed. Many times the reason a relationship failed is that we were sabotaging it.
Sabotaging a relationship is something people do everyday. We do it for many different reasons. Sometimes we do it as a way of protecting ourselves sometimes it is related to how we were raised or something that happened in a past relationship. Whatever the reason, there seems to be ten fatal flaws women make that sabotage their relationship
The following outlines the ten fatal flaws you should be on the look out for so you can stop acting that way and have a healthy, happy relationship
1. Choosing a partner based on the wrong criteria. If you always have a set criteria you look for in a man, maybe you are cheating yourself. You should not judge a man by what he has or doesn't have, but rather by who he i
2. Letting the relationship progress too fast. When women are caught up in emotions they tend to let things move too quickly. By becoming too vulnerable too quickly you are opening the door for trouble. It is better to connect emotionally before letting things go too far.
3. Getting attached before you really know him. Women are emotional beings. We tend to let our heart rule our head. When you become too emotionally attached before getting to know a man then you are putting yourself at risk for ending up heart broken or being stuck in a bad relationship.
4. Being too clingy. If you abandon all your friends and all your other commitments so you can be with him all the time then you are making a major mistake. Becoming too clingy will defiantly drive him away. Not to mention that you will be driving away all the other people in your life.
5. Creating expectations. One thing women have to understand is that when they get into a relationship with a man they have to accept who he is. They can't always be trying to change him to meet their expectations. If he wasn't a millionaire when you met him, don't expect him to become one when you are together.
6. Allowing problems to build up. Many times women are content to ignore problems, thinking they will go away. When you do this you are only building yourself up for a major outburst. It is always better to handle problems directly and as soon as possible so they do not grow into something that can't be fixed.
7. Being fake. You can not try to be someone you are not just to attract a man. Once you start off lying your relationship will forever be scarred by that.
8. Lies. Lies of any kind are sure relationship killers. You have to be honest about everything from the start. If he can't accept you as you are then he isn't the right man for you.
9. Being too old fashioned. Some men appreciate a woman with old-fashioned values, but many men still prefer a women who can be independent and who thinks for herself. Men don't need a clingy, ditzy woman nor do they want one. They prefer an intellectual woman who is her own person.
10. Expecting your man to be your soul mate. Many women are on the quest to find that one true love they are meant to be with forever. Many times in this quest a woman passes up men who are wonderful and could be the one, if only they got to know them.
Having this idea of a soul mate can be quite damaging. It places unreal expectations and strain on a relationship.

Law of Attraction for Sales People
Many people have experienced improvement in their life after they have watched the great DVD entitled "The Secret". This DVD revealed what is believed to be the most powerful law in the universe - the Law of Attraction. The law of attraction has become one of the most popular topics today in the world of Personal Development.
The Law of Attraction simply says that you attract into your life whatever you focus your attention on. Your dominant thoughts will find a way to manifest them into reality. This implies that anything is within your field of possibility if you desire it strongly, believe in it, and take action towards it
It is critical for anyone who is applying this universal law to know how to use it to its full advantage. The law of attraction does not merely rely on the "Ask, Believe, and Receive" formula.
So "How Do You As Sales People Use This Law To Further Your Sales Career?"
1. Have A Giving Mindset.
The law of attraction states that you get back what you give out. When you go out to meet clients, focus on giving value-added service to them. Do not think that your objective is to close sale. In this way, you will send out a powerful positive energy that your client can sense which in turn influencing them to place business with you. Heard of the quote "Givers Get."?
2. Know your unique selling points (USP)
Know your strength and weakness and focus on projecting your strength. Use what you are good at to differentiate from your peers. This quality of yours is what makes you unique. Do you know your USP?
Here's the secret make a list of what your clients have complimented you for. Did they tell you that you are cheerful, very reliable, friendly, easy to get along with, extremely knowledgeable, or comfortable to talk to? Ask them if they don't tell you!
As you make the list and think about it, you will start to become aware that the reason why they do business with you is YOU.
Knowing your uniqueness bring confidence. The more you like yourself, the more you will send out a positive energy of gratitude, and appreciation. Again your client can immediately sense that reciprocate back the energy.
3. Getting Rid of Self Limiting Beliefs
It is your self limiting beliefs that pull you down. Disapproving your actual capabilities is the main culprit of mediocre performance. One effective way to overcome this is "Just Do It" and watch the result after that.
Have you ever think that you can never succeed in telemarketing? Why not reframe your mind that the person at the other end of the line is going to say Yes. And just pick up the phone and call? You will be fascinated to find that it is not difficult after all. The law of attraction says that focusing your mind will attract the intended result.
4. Create Positive Expectation Mindset
Create the mindset that your clients love to talk to you. Think of what they are going to benefit from your visit instead of wasting their time on listening to you.
Here's the secret always expect positive outcome from the clients. Expect that the client is going to benefit from what you have to offer. Send out the energy of excitement and enthusiasm. In the Law of Attraction, whatever you give out comes back to you many fold.
The law of attraction is so predicatable and dependable. Knowing how to unleash its full potential will transform your life for the benefit of your family!
Quote of the Day "Earning money has to do with rendering service. And the more service you render, the more money you're going to earn."
