How A Goat And The Testicles Of A God Have Influenced Skiing
The popularity of skiing has grown enormously since the 1970s. Unprecedented numbers of people now take to the slopes each year to embark on ski holidays. Although skiing has only recently become an extremely popular pastime it is rooted in Ancient Mythology.
Ski Holidays were first mentioned in a book of Norse Mythology. The Prose Edda is a collection of Icelandic poems that was written by Snorri Sturluson in 1220. The collection includes many stories from Norse Mythology. The anthology is separated into two parts. The second section is called the Skaldskaparmal and it includes the story of Skadi the snow shoe goddess.
The giantess Skadi was the daughter of the giant Thjazi and the wife of Nord. The story follows that Thjazi was killed by the gods after he kidnapped Idunn who was the custodian of apples that preserved youthfulness. Horrified, Skadi takes up her armour and weapons and travels to Asgard, the place where the Gods lived, to avenge his death. The Gods are remorseful and offer Skadi the opportunity to choose a husband from amongst them as compensation for her loss. She is only able to see their feet whilst she makes her decision. She selects a pair of feet that she finds particularly beautiful and they belong to the God of wind and sea Njord.
The second part of the compensation settlement was that the Gods were to make Skadi laugh. This was considered seemingly impossible. The God charged with this task making her laugh was Loki. In an attempt to make her laugh he takes a cord and ties one end of the cord around his testicles. He then ties the other end of the chord to a goat's beard. He then proceeded to tug against the goat. As the two squealed Skadi could not control her laughter and the God's achieved atonement.
Problems arose when the newlyweds tried to set up their first home. Njord wanted to live near the sea but Skadi could not stand the sound of the seagulls. Skadi on the other hand wanted to live in the mountains however Njord could not stand the sound of the wolves. Eventually the couple were forced to separate. Skadi returned to her mountain home and spends her time travelling across the mountain snow on skis and hunting with her bow and arrow. This is why she is known as the snowshoe goddess and can be seen as the grandmother of skiing.
If Skadi is the grandmother of skiing then the father of modern skiing is Sondre Norheim. Norheim is from the small Nowegian town of Morghedal known as the cradle of skiing. He pioneered the improvement of ski fittings and his friends were the first to run ski schools that taught people how to ski. He was an enthusiastic downhill skier and made the improvements to the ski bindings so that he could turn easier on the slopes. This has improved the pace at which skiers can complete a slope and has contributed to the increase in people embarking on ski holidays.

What is a Bank Wire Transfer?
Wire transfers are more common than you may think. The name "wire transfer" can be misleading in this day and age. At one time, they meant transactions that were conducted through such services as Western Union, but not anymore. Today, wire transfers take place all the time, whether we know that they are happening with our transactions or not.
In basic terms, a wire transfer is simply the electronic transfer of money. Wire transfers can take place with virtually any size entity. Banks will often transfer huge sums of money between themselves via wire, even though no actual cash is being moved. The accounting procedures for these types of transaction are all electronic. This is a very secure way to move large amounts of money.
Wire transfers are also used for such transactions as credit card balance transfers. Again, there is no actual cash money moved during this process. Transferring money from your savings account into your checking account is a wire transfer. Most people have used an ATM card to purchase something and that is a wire transfer as well. When you pass your ATM card through the machine at the retailer, you are authorizing a wire transfer to take place. In essence, this allows funds to be moved from your account into the account of the vendor.
A wire transfer may or may not be free to the consumer. Some Point of Sale (POS) transactions may cost you a small fee to complete. Other types of transactions may cost nothing to complete.
Another type of wire transfer is when you sign up for automatic bill paying through your bank. This type of bill paying is becoming more popular as technology makes it easier and safer to use. Many utility companies, such as your water, electric, and phone, use automatic bill paying as a means of collecting their payments. As long as you are relatively sure that the funds will be in your account on the date they are accessed by the billing company this can be a good way to pay bills without having the hassles of mailing them off.
The downside to automatic payments is that the money has to be in your account or the bill will not process through. This can lead to confusion and possible cut off of services if you do not monitor your bank account closely.
Lastly, you can still use the wire transfer services of third-party companies such as Western Union. This can be very useful if you need to send money to someone who does not have a bank account or is not able to receive funds in a more traditional way. There are, of course, fees associated with these types of wire transfers and those fees are usually based on the amount of money that is being sent.
A good place to learn more about wire transfers and how they help you is at your local bank. They can assist you in setting up various transfer plans if you wish to do so. They can also explain to you the safety and security features of wire transfers.

Get The Car You Want No Matter What Type of Credit You Have
Are you one of the good people who have some credit problem in your past or present? Well here is a lesson for you Bad credit is more common than you think. There is good news however - More and more lenders are going after the bad credit market causing the interest rates to lower for all consumer
Even if you have had bankruptcy or any bad credit, you can still qualify for an auto loan with very good interest rates. It is now much easier and less embarasing due to the technology known as the Internet. Now you can apply from the comfort of your own home and not have to put up with the stress of walking into a dealership to try and get financing.
Here is how the many good people should buy a vehicle with poor or bad credit...
Set up special financing before even stepping onto the car lot. You can get "pre-approvals" from many online lenders. This way you know when you walk onto the first car lot exactly how much you can spend, and how much your monthly payments will be! The lenders will approve you for the loan, and mail you a credit voucher that you give to the dealership once you work the deal on the car you want. You simply fill in the amount borrowed (up to your pre-approved limit,) sign, send your signed contract into the lender, and you're done!
In order to qualify for a bad credit car loan, lenders look at some specific things. They will want to see if you have sufficient income to cover your current bills, the loan payment you are about to commit to, as well as the costs of maintaining and insuring your new vehicle. Most lenders also prefer that you've held your current job for about a year, and that you've had a consistent home address.
It sounds a bit simplistic, but don't take on any more of a car payment than you can afford. Use this opportunity to rebuild your credit...make your payments on time, and when your credit situation improves, you can get your loan refinanced at a lower interest rate.
Like with any other buying situation, it is best to compare rates among different lenders. Be careful not to apply at too many places though, as too many credit inquiries will have a negative effect on your credit score.
We hope these tips may help you to get your perfect car.

4 Things To Note When Buying Corporate Gifts On The Internet
Nowadays, almost everything can be bought on the Internet, including corporate gifts. No matter if you want to buy just one gift for your beloved one or bulks of gifts for your customers, you can now buy them from the Internet in the comfort of your bedroom.
The World Wide Web is so huge that it presents you with lots of choices to choose from. It is way more competitive when compared to the physical corporate gift market, which proves to be a good thing for you as a consumer. You will be able to get the best gifts with the best price, provided you do your research. Before you buy from the Internet, there are 4 things that you should take note of
1. Take your time to browse around. Do not buy from the first website that you have visited. Take your time to browse through the Internet so as to look for more choices. Search engine is a great tool for you to locate forums and blogs, which will recommend good online corporate gift merchants for you.
2. Compare prices. The price offered on the Internet is always cheaper than those offered by the traditional physical merchants. Online merchants have lesser overheads to cover therefore they are able to pass on their savings to their customers. This makes the price for online corporate gifts very competitive, which is good for you as a customer. Compare prices with other websites and find the one which offers you the best price and support.
3. Check out the merchants. Before you buy from a particular merchant, make sure that he or she is credible. Credibility is very important on the Internet, you will not want to not able to find the merchant if there is any problem with the corporate gifts that you order. The website should have the merchant contact number and company address. Make a phone call to them and ensure that they are legitimate.
4. Look out for discount coupons. Sometimes, especially during festive periods, it is very common to find online merchants offering discount coupons and promotions. Take this opportunity to further increase your savings, by using the discount coupon on those already low-priced gifts when compared to what physical merchants have offered.
Just remember that you are now able to save all the hassles that usually come with corporate gift marketing. Just use your computer and access the Internet to search for the best gifts for your customers.

Andorra Skiing More Affordable with Low Cost Airlines
Many Europeans enjoy going on holiday in the winter, and ski slopes are one of the major destinations for individuals on holiday during the cold months.
Usually the only thing stopping an individual or family from going on holiday is the price tag, as some individuals and families don't have the financial resources to fund a holiday trip to go skiing. However several low cost airlines are making a holiday to the ski slopes affordable for many more individuals and familie
Several airlines recently announced a plan to encourage more trips to ski resorts by opening up additional routes for travel. These fly passengers directly to the airports that are closest to several of the major skiing destinations for many individuals and families on holiday. For example, easyJet flies passengers on holiday into Barcelona, which is the nearest airport to the Andorra skiing resort
In addition to the flight taking passengers to ski at Andorra, there are several more flights connecting skiiers to their favorite ski destinations. Flights from London, Glasgow, Bristol, Liverpool, Blackpool and Newscastle all connect individuals to their favorite skiing destinations. In fact, Ryanair announced in October of 2007 that they would increase the number of ski routes to 58, which is the largest number of direct routes from the UK to European ski destinations for one company.
Of course several other airline companies have followed suit and are also offering individuals and families on holiday to ski resorts with low costs and direct flights. These include Snowjet, Flybe, Thomsonfly and of course easyJet.
The reason airlines have chosen to increase the number of direct routes they provide to ski resorts for the 2007 winter holiday period is due to the fact business is booming. As of the end of October, easyJet alone reported over 2.5 million bookings for individuals and families wanting their flying services to travel to skiing destinations in Europe during the winter.
Increasing the number of direct routes of these low costs airlines allows even more people to book flights for their holiday plan
Due to the fact that more direct routes have been developed, individuals can expect to pay less for their flight than in previous years. More routes have made it possible for individuals to connect to their favourite skiing place straight from their local airport.
This means individuals don't have to fly out of their way and experience a stopover before they even board the actual plane that will take them where they want to go. This will be a major benefit to many individuals as it will save time flying and instead allow them with more time to spend on the slopes actually skiing.
If you are planning to go skiing for your next holiday, consider using one of the low cost airlines offering direct ski routes. Not only do they offer you direct routes that fly you into the airport nearest the ski resort you are staying at, but they also make taking a holiday affordable for more skiiers.

Laser Target Customers with E-mail Campaigns
Increasing website traffic takes a strong commitment to quality content. Launching an e-mail campaign is one way to increase website traffic. A successful e-mail campaign allows you to specifically target potential customers and provide them with a direct link to your site.
The Basics of an e-Mail Campaign
An e-mail campaign can take many forms. It is a way to stay connected with clients and gain new ones. Using your e-mail contact list, you'll be able to send bulk e-mails, newsletters, auto-responders, personal replies to clients, promotions and press releases.
Whatever method you choose to reach your target customers, you must provide them with quality content that has a clear message. E-mails that are error-free, eye-catching and have a clear purpose are more effective.
E-mail Marketing Tips
Get the word out about your website and products. Take the initiative to send personalized messages directly to your target customers. Answer their questions, provide needed information and direct them towards your site to show what you can offer them.
1. Personalized e-mails to increase the chances that they will be opened and read.
2. Use time sensitive material to urge readers to open the e-mail.
3. Use high-quality graphics to grab your reader's attention.
4. Involve your target customer somehow. Use a sweepstakes, have them vote in a poll or use coupons to lure them in.
5. Use relevant links in appropriate places to entice potential clients to visit your site.
6. Test links to make sure they work.
7. Target clients by specific interests.
8. Keep e-mails short and to the point.
9.Use your company or product name in the subject line of the e-mail to increase the chances that it will be read.
Newsletter Content for e-Mail Campaigns
Nothing is worse than sending useless information through mass marketing e-mail. When you decide to run an e-mail campaign you need timely, relevant and useful information to share. Provide how-to tips, the latest research results and product recommendations or allow them to place an order for merchandise. These are just a few ways to grab your reader's attention and draw them to your site.
E-mail campaigns can be designed to reach some or all of the people on your mailing list. Split up your mailing lists into several categories based on their interests or spending habits. Target people in these categories with e-mails that specifically address them.
What to Avoid in e-Mail Campaigns
Spamming is the number one concern with e-mail campaigns. Depending on how your readers have their spam folder set out, your letter can easily be flagged for spam. Your first newsletter or other e-mail has the largest chance of reaching their spam folder instead of being read.
Avoid sending newsletters too often. Less is actually more. Customers will be turned off by receiving too many e-mails from a particular company.
Avoid sending newsletters too close to the holidays. Set your newsletters to arrive when they are most likely to be read and not overlooked because people are busy.
Don't rely on an e-mail campaign to make your sales alone. They need to be part of a comprehensive marketing strategy.
E-mail campaigns are a great way to increase website traffic. Using these tips you will be able to get word out about your website and products without scaring potential clients away. Always offer the people on your mailing lists an option to unsubscribe.

How To Use Unique Corporate Gifts and Capture Your Prospect Attention
In a business, marketing is very important. Marketing creates in-flow sales enquiry, as well as creating more brand awareness for the company. For a successful marketing campaign, your main objective is to create a lasting impression in your prospect minds and covert them to your loyal customer
Branding plays a big part in a marketing campaign. It is an essential step in growing a business as it conveys the message you wish your clients to know and bring your products or services to your prospect minds. To build up the brand of your business, one of the most effective ways is to use unique corporate gifts, so that their uniqueness can build a lasting impression in your prospect minds.
If you want to use corporate gifts for your branding campaign, make sure that you choose gifts which are unique enough so that clients will always remember in their minds or at least during certain promotional periods that you are offering. You can choose something that is unique in shapes, colour or something with great designs. The gift can also convey a very creative and strong message through the words and designs on the corporate gift itself.
Your company logo, name, color, symbol should all be embodied into the corporate gifts that you are intending to give away to your prospects. One way to give away your gifts is to use them as door gifts. Hold a company event to talk about your products or services and present your visitors with some door gifts. This will make your company looks very presentable and create the right expression and branding in your prospect minds.
When you are building the brand for your company, the quality of your presentation is very important. This means that if you intend to use corporate gifts to build your brand, do not give something with inferior quality just to save that extra few dollars. By choosing quality gifts to give away, you will be in the right direction to create a good and lasting impression of your company in your prospect mind
Before you start ordering your corporate gifts, remember to surf the Internet to source out for potential corporate gifts suppliers to work with. These online suppliers usually offer a much competitive price when compared to physical suppliers, as they have lesser overheads to cover. This will enable them to pass on their saving to you, which will in turn give u a better pricing.

The Versatile Field of Avionics
When you think of Avionics think of the amazing control systems and monitoring mechanisms that keep aircraft afloat in the skies.
Very simply, Avionics is equal to Aviation plus Electronics. It is a play on words in the 40's most of the operating systems which were involved in aircrafts were either mechanical, electric, radio-frequency based, or magnetic in nature, and the subsequent invention of radar in detecting enemy planes during World War II ushered in the development of a whole new category of electronic navigational devices.
With the advent of semiconductors in the 70s, the field of avionics really took off. Foreseeing the vast potential for this relatively new field of technology, industry specialists took the applications from the military into the area of civilian aircraft development.
Avionics is currently becoming an increasingly versatile field, with its applications bleeding out from the aerospace industry, and into commercial shipping, and naval and terrestrial vehicle navigation, where the need to quickly process data in real-time is ever more urgent. Avionics accounts for a significant component of the expense on aircraft purchase and research and this field has evolved from being an auxiliary part of an aircraft, to the essential reason for its existence.
Avionics is to planes what the brain is to human beings. That probably best describes its value and function. This system is primarily located in the cockpit of the aircraft, and operates autonomously under the supervision of the pilot. Aircraft avionics can be broken down into different fields, each with a specialized purpose of its own.
Avionics is all about communication. Naturally, there are many other aspects to Avionics, but it primarily started with communication. This also involves onboard communication means, like public address systems and intercoms. Navigation is crucial for determining the precise position and direction of the aircraft above the Earth's surface, such as the Global Positioning System.
The display make available important information to pilot and must be able to withstand extreme conditions. These provide user-friendly systems of determining aircraft altitude and heading, both for the pilot and the aircrew.
Aircraft flight control systems are used to take off the burden from the pilot at crucial situations, such as during the landing maneuver or while hovering these tasks are usually done by the system in order to minimize the chances of pilot error. It might seem right out of science fiction, but collision avoidance Avionics work. And they protect the aircraft on ground as well as in air.
Weather systems are used to gauge weather patterns on the aircrafts flight path, and allows the pilot to consider evasive options in case the results are unfavorable currently, satellite systems have been of great assistance to navigation, as the aircraft can assess weather conditions which are too far away to be detected by in-flight systems.
Avionics creates these aircraft management systems that talk to each other to ensure safety and comfort. Its tasks include monitoring the status of the engines, to measuring minute changes in pressure. Aircraft management system brings together all important functions in an aircraft.

Carry The Right Camping Gear UK
There are different camping equipment available for camping in different weather conditions. You should be prepared with the right camping equipment, especially in UK as the weather here is very unpredictable. If you go for a camping trip in the last few weeks of summer, you must ensure that you carry all the essential equipment to ward off the cold. The best course of action is to prepare a list of all the items you think you are going to need on your camping trip.
In order to make sure that your tent can protect you from all the vagaries of nature, you must ensure that the material it is made from is completely waterproof. Think of the repercussions if your tent cannot stand its own against heavy rain at night and you and all your supplies are left dripping wet. Also, layering your clothes is the best idea during camping trips. That way, you will be prepared if the weather is cold, especially at night. And in case you feel hot during the day, you always have the option of taking off some layers of your clothes. September in UK signifies the end of summer and so this is the time when the weather is at its most unpredictable.
So you should also carry some extra bedding, as the evening time is cool during this time. A good sleeping bag is an investment that you would thank your stars that you made when you are camping. A sleeping bag with a hood is the most ideal. Also, placing an inexpensive thing as a sleeping pad under the sleeping bag helps keep the bag warm and dry.
When you pitch your tent, it is a wise idea to make sure that it is away from the direction of the wind. This will protect you from the direct onslaught of cold winds, especially during the cold nights. An extra blanket will also prove to be a boon in such situations. In case you are still feeling cold, you can add some more layers of clothing. If the cold has made you sleepless, a nice hot drink would soothe you enough to make you settle down. A hot water bottle is also something you might appreciate at this time so make sure you pen it down on your list of camping gear. Considering the fact that the weather in the UK countryside is at times merciless, you need to be fully prepared before embarking on your camping trip.
You can find a wooly hat as well as socks at many camping store in UK. Make sure you carry these with you as when you feel warmer when your extremities are covered and warm. During the day, even in case the chill creeps in, you would be engaged in the activities of the camp to pay attention to it. So stay warm and enjoy the day.

6 Steps To Think And Grow Rich
Many ask how does thinking about getting rich make it happen?
You can kick start your journey to real riches in a financial and personal way by following a formula or recipe for succes
Here is the most significant fact. The subconscious mind takes any orders given to it in a spirit of absolute faith and acts upon those orders, although they often have to be presented over and over again. Through repetition the subconscious mind interpretes our order
Your method, recipe or formula by which desire for riches is transmuted into its financial equivalent consists of 6 definite, practical step
1. Fix in your mind the exact amount of money you desire. It is not sufficient to say that you want plenty of money. Be definite in the amount. There is a psychological reason to be definite.
When you study in a MasterMind group that teaches you to Think And Grow Rich it will become clear as to why this exercise is important.
2. Determine exactly what you intend to give in return for the money you desire. There is no such reality as something for nothing. The only way you can get massively rich is to contribute massively to society. It is the law.
3. Establish a definite date when you intend to possess the money you desire.
4. Create a definite plan for carrying out your desire. Begin at once, whether you are ready or not to put your plan into action. You can refine the details of your plan. It is important to not just think about the plan, but do something now. By taking action, you will have made that commitment to your subconscious mind.
5. Write out a clear and concise statement of the amount of money you intend to aquire, name the time limit for its acquisition, state what you intend to give in return for the money and describe clearly the plan through which you intend to accumulate it.
6. Read your written statement aloud, twice daily, once just before retiring for the night and once after arising in the morning. As you read, see, feel and believe yourself already in possession of the money.
It is important that you follow the instructions described in these 6 steps. It is especially important that you observe and follow the instructions in the sixth step.
As you follow these steps, enter into the feel of the vision until you are seduced to believe it is real, just like a real dream.
Where are you? What do you see? What do you hear? Who are you with? What are the people saying? What charities are you helping? What is the weather doing? Where are you? What are you wearing? How do you feel? What do you do to celebrate? Are you at dinner? Where? What is the course you are eating?
As you can see here, there is definite detail that goes into the impression you are feeding your subconscious mind.
How many people do you know with written goals, a plan to achieve them and so much drive, they are currently in action pursuing their dream
That is where it starts, that is principle number one. It is just thinking, but everything flows from that.
There are many interesting and life changing experiences waiting for anyone who has the burning desire to put their plan into action on a daily basi
These exercises will bear fruit just as if you were to plant a seed and care for that particular seed according to its specific needs. You may have heard the expression, the seeds of desire. I believe that small phrase sums up the process of a Think And Grow Rich philosophy.

Business Web Directories Generate Good Business
There is probably no living soul who does not know the power of the Internet, and its business potential. Functions necessarily thrive on sponsorships in order to be successful, since operating costs can get quite significant. Since the web costs money, it is customary for sponsors to bear a share of the expense.
The community of the great web is similar to other media. The web is practically a sprawling fair ground for thriving and established businesses, in an effort to stake their share of the user's attention, and hopefully generate good business in the process. With numerous corporations sprawled all over and across the vast area of open cyberspace, it's but natural for a user to be hindered by limitations when searching for a particular product or service, unless he knows the particular domain which the company has taken on.
That is why business web directories seem to be indispensable.
Business web directories function very much like every other search engine the user types a query or keyword which is related to a particular topic in mind, and the search engine processes all content within its database which has any relation to the keyword.
. Business web directories differ since they focus mainly on topics of business and financial content. For example a query keyword of 'stock' may bring results containing the word of varied topics in a general search engine, but with a business web directory, the list would only contain topics which leans to the business context of the word, such as 'stock options' or 'stock market.'
Business web directories have a database containing numerous business articles which may be of assistance to the user who may be looking for content of specific nature, or for those who are still unsure of what to look, for but may have a vague idea concerning a topic.
When one is talking about business articles, one is talking about a wide range of things -- right from setting up a business to naming a brand. Users can also browse business documents of varied content, some are available free of charge while some require a viewing or download fee. Content can be anything from documents of rights acquisition to a copy of a corporation's in-house policie
Business web directories generate a substantial part of their income from paid advertisements and sponsorships, as well as paid links which are published on the site. .
When a surfer comes across a page on a business web directory, they will quite likely encounter sponsored ads first. Regular advertisements are also a main source for income, since companies pay high premiums in having their company ad posted on the header or sides of a page.
Sponsorship could be on the basis of impression, clicks, or it might be based on the time that the ad will remain on the business directory page. Some advertisers might even offer a share of their profits. Such arrangements are called affiliate ads.

Bridge Loans as a Mortgage Opportunity
Between the time you are about to get funded and the time that you actually have to make a payment, there might be too big a gap. In this gap, you can get funded for a short-period. Such funding is called a bridge loan. .
Theoretically a bridge loan can be used for any purpose. But bridge loans are definitely more common in real estate funding. Here the loan is used the means for tiding over on the mortgage of a new home while the previous one is either currently in the process of being sold, or still not put up on the market for sale.
Prevention of foreclosure as well as making a payment for purchase are two of the most common uses of bridge loan
Bridge loans are of great help to those who are in urgent need of funds to close on a new residence so that the current home can also close on the contract of sale. This requirement is usually the main reason why most people avail of the bridge loan. There are two types of this kind of loan closed loans are for those whose contract for the sale of the property have been signed, and have pushed through.
Closed loans present a lender a lower risk, and as a result closed loans are more common. A set-up fee is required before processing, and the interest on the loan is paid in bulk when the funds from the sale of the property come in. Open loans are for those whose property have not been sold yet, or the contract for the sale is still under negotiation.
Open loans are difficult to come by, unless they are based on a long standing relationship with the lender.
Because of the risks involved on the part of the lender, the rates for the open loan are naturally higher than the closed loan. This loan can become complex, as the lender may even require the borrower to put up his new home as security for the loan, in case he does not have any other collateral to put up.
Many banks no longer want to take the risk of bridge financing. The terms of the loan do not complement most banks' lending criteria, and it may encounter difficulties in justifying the practice to investors and government assessors.
Though banks are frowning on them, there are specialist lenders who like to give bridge financing.
In applying for the approval of a bridge loan, the lender usually will ask for a copy of the mortgage offer on the new property, the terms and details of the agreement, and further supporting proof of the status of the current home on the market (whether or not it is really up for sale).
The borrower has to completely reveal her or his plans and only then is there a hope for bridge financing. Even if the property market goes in for a nosedive, the lender of an open loan will want to see the periodic payments come in for a year. After that, they may be willing to re-negotiate.

Reviewing Stress Management Techniques
Since we've all come to realize that stress is a part of our lives, finding techniques to manage and regulate it is very important to stay healthy in both mind and body. There are plenty of ways to minimize and manage stress levels, but the important thing to realize is that there isn't a perfect technique and that stress is unavoidable. Finding the best ways to keep yours at a level you can manage is important.
Your time, budget, lifestyle, personality type, and many other factors will play a part in determining what stress management techniques are best for you. Many physicians recommend exercise as an excellent way to relieve it. The exercise does not have to be intense or grueling to be a good stress relief, as long as you do something physical to burn some energy.
This can be something as simple as going for a walk, although many people enjoy running, weight lifting, and various team sports like softball or basketball. Many people enjoy team sports because of the interaction team sports provide. Aerobics clubs and other workout groups can also be very rewarding.
Not only do you get to be around other people who are trying to be healthy, you get to see people with at least one similar interest. The group aspect of these activities also motivates some people to continue to participate on days they might skip if it were an individual activity.
However, exercise is not the only activity for managing it. Anything you enjoy and find rewarding can be a great stress relief. Again, you will want to find different non-physical stress management techniques depending on your personality, lifestyle, and budget.
Of course, if we were all independently wealthy, it would be much easier to maintain a low stress level, since we would have all the time and money you need to relax properly. However, for us in the real world, we have to find reasonable ways to relax when we get a chance.
It's necessary to give your brain a rest too, so while being physical is a good thing, having a mental distraction will bring you to a balance of combined stress relief techniques. Reading is a popular activity and doesn't need to take up a lot of time or cost much money. Finally trying out that hobby you've always been attracted to, such as painting, learning an instrument, or building model trains is another way to relax.
Many people enjoy crafts or woodworking and some prefer getting outdoors, taking up fishing. Having a companion or a friend with the same interest can be good, as two people tend to relax more together than one person alone.
Finding activities you can do on a regular basis is important and the best way to have a continual outlet for the pressures that build up inside you. What you choose to do for those activities is up to you, but there are tons of things to do that don't cost a lot or that are close to home. Experimentation and trying different things out can also end up being a lot of fun.

Trading Penny Shares Online
Buying and trading penny shares online can be very profitable. However, anything relating to shares can be a risky business so it's always important to ensure that you know what you are doing before parting with your money. The best way to minimise your risks of making a bad investment is to have a very reliable stockbroker that you know you can count on.
Penny shares get their name from the fact that they are priced so low. While this has its obvious advantages, also consider the fact that they can be high risk because these stocks usually have a short and unpredictable lifespan. This is why it is so important to ensure that you or someone else knows exactly what you're doing before parting with too much cash. However, once you know what you are doing penny shares can also be a great way of making some money.
In order to get a basic understanding of what penny shares are, all you need to know is that they are basically shares that have a low price. Typically shares may cost tens or hundreds of pence but penny shares will only cost a few pence.
The reasoning behind penny shares is that because they are priced so low, they have more potential to rise and therefore investors are more likely to buy them. Because of this every penny represents a high percentage of the share's value which means that they can be higher risk than other shares. However, because they are so low cost the effects of something going wrong would not be anywhere near as devastating as if you had invested a lot of money.
The first thing you need to do when trading penny shares online is to open a trading account. There are two ways of doing this opening an offline account or by buying and selling penny shares online. An offline account requires a full service or discount broker and selling stocks online requires a deeply discounted broker. Finding the perfect discount broker can provide you with endless benefits such as competitive commission rates and trading facilities online.
One of the many advantages of buying or trading penny shares online is that it is a great way of getting your foot in the door with a company. This is particularly helpful if you know that the company is going to be big and make lots of profit.

How Our Drinking Habits Affect Dehydration
A typical response to the brain's signal to drink water is often the opposite of what our bodies actually need. We drink because of habit, ritual or taste, not because we are thirsty. The signal for thirst becomes grossly distorted.
We wind up drinking even more drinks that dehydrate our bodies when, in reality, our bodies are thirsty for life enhancing water. When we drink soft drinks or alcoholic beverages, we become thirstier and wind up drinking even more soft drinks or more alcohol. Sound familiar?
What Drinking Habits Contribute to Dehydration?
We drink soft drinks, sport drinks, energy drinks, vitamin waters, juice, milk, tea, coffee, and alcoholic beverages. These popular drinks may be enjoyable but are they providing the adequate body hydration that is the foundation of health and vitality? The answer is no.
Soft drinks, both colas and uncolas, have no real nutritional value. Acids are used to carbonate soft drinks and chemicals are often used to flavor these beverages. Damage to your teeth may occur. Bones may weaken with extensive use. Carbohydrates in soft drinks slow down the absorption of water in the body. Soft drinks promote weight gain. The diet soft drinks contain unhealthy sweeteners and additives.
Coffee and tea, both diuretics, tend to promote water loss. A diuretic is any substance that tends to increase the flow of urine, which causes the body to get rid of excess water. The term diuretic suggests that the kidneys are required to take more water out of your bloodstream even as you are taking water into your digestive system by drinking. If you add milk, sugar, or chocolate to your coffee or tea, the rate of water absorption is reduced even further.
Alcohol consumption dehydrates your body. Alcohol promotes water loss by depressing production of the anti-diuretic hormone called vasopressin. Vasopressin acts on the kidneys. It concentrates the urine by promoting the reabsorption of water and salt in the body. Vasopressin helps to regulate the concentration of fluids in the body. Interference with its function leads to an increased loss of body fluid from urination, which can lead to dehydration.
Alcohol induced water loss can also lead to the loss of minerals such as magnesium, potassium, calcium, and zinc which are involved in maintaining fluid balance in the body, as well as nerve and muscle action.
Sports drinks do not hydrate better that water. They also do not quench thirst. What do they do? They give you flavor and they offer a quick boost of carbohydrates. They contain sugar and provide electrolytes that are lost with perspiration. Just like soft drinks, the carbohydrates in sports drinks slow down the absorption of water in the body. They may also contain chemicals that your body
does not need.
Juices, which could be categorized as food, have carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, and electrolytes but are not the best thirst quencher. Juice also has fructose, a form of sugar, which reduces the rate that the cells can absorb water. The result is that cells are not hydrated very quickly.
Milk may provide some hydration, although the sugars in milk slow down the hydration process. In addition, many people are lactose intolerant. Lactose is the primary sugar found in milk and foods with milk. Intolerance means you cannot digest foods with lactose in them. Many people have digestive and gastric disturbances from milk, resulting in dehydration.
Vitamin waters contain vitamins, minerals and herbs that are advertised to do something extra for you. They are loaded with sugar for flavoring, contain chemicals, have electrolytes and are packed with over 100 calories per bottle. You are better off drinking pure water and taking a multiple vitamin supplement that you and your health care provider have determined is right for you.
The Bottom Line
Our bodies need water to remain healthy. Your best bet to maintain your health and energy is to acknowledge the truth There is no good substitute for drinking pure, fresh water. Show your body a little appreciation. Give your body the fresh water it needs to remain healthy today.

Why Should You Trade Penny Shares?
Nowadays, more and more people are looking for different ways of investing their money. There are literally hundreds of options available to people who are in this situation so it can be a very hard decision to know what to put your money in.
One of the most exciting ways of investing money is to trade in penny shares. This is because you can get such a buzz from watching something rise in value from a few pence to a few pounds. This is something that is very popular with people who like a bit of excitement in their lives and who can handle the uncertainty. However, the feeling of investing in successful shares is unlikely to be matched by anything else as you know you have just made a worthwhile investment.
People get involved in penny shares for many different reasons. Some people are particularly looking for a worthwhile investment whereas others may simply enjoy the thrill of it. If you are one of these people who just like the thrill of it and don't take it too seriously, it is probably wise not to invest lots of money into penny shares if you haven't done your research properly.
There are also many different companies you can buy penny shares for. How you decide which company or companies to use is entirely up to you. You may particularly like a company, have a strong belief in their concepts and ideas or feel that they are going to make you the most profit.
When you know what you are doing penny shares can prove to be a valuable source of income. For example, if you buy a share in a company and then shortly afterwards there are rumours that there is going to be a takeover at a considerably higher value than the current share price, smaller share holders stand to make a substantial profit. However, the reason why it is important to keep an eye on penny shares is because if the rumoured takeover doesn't end up happening the share prices will quickly fall and often to a lower value than what they were before.
Just like with all investments, penny shares can be risky at times. For this reason it is advisable not to put all of your money into them in case something does go horribly wrong. However, if you know what you are doing or have got advice from someone who knows what they are doing then they can provide great investments for your future.

Inflating Camping Tent - For A Tireless End-Of-The-Day Experience!
The inflating camping tents are the new buzzword among the camping enthusiasts. It is very well known that after a long day out at a countryside location, one is hardly left with any energy to pull up the orthodox tent poles and erect a heavy camp. It is to avoid all such discomfort that inflating camp tents were introduced and now rank alongside the self-erecting versions.
Inflating camping tents are a few seconds affair and require least physical effort to set up as well as dismantle whenever needed. On those tiresome evenings, when you find yourself limping towards your camping destination with fatigue, you can set up your inflating camping tent within seconds, pack up your gear and unwind. Inflating camping tents bear no fragile parts that risk breakage and can be puckered up easily for comfortable storage. Their simplicity also makes them very economical and the most feasible option for all kinds of holidays, from backpacking to beach destination
The poles necessary to stable a camping tent are also inflatable in nature. All that you may need is an efficient air source that can fit into the built-in air valve of the inflating camping tent and thus blow it up. Such air source and the camping tent don't occupy much space and can be easily packed into the cars dickey or into your RV. Different air sources available in the market are as follows
- Air Compressor - anything capable of inflating car tires will do
- An Air tank - can be refilled at an air pump gas station
- Air-Exchanger
- CO2 Dispenser - an expensive choice but has several benefits
- Diving tank - ideal for Scuba Divers
Even a source as simple as a bicycle pump can also be used to blow up your inflating camping tent. However, that may need little more energy and time, which we're trying to conserve here.
All the above-mentioned air-filling means are environment friendly and safe. The valves are designed in a manner that they prevent overfilling once the most optimum pressure level is reached. Once ready, all that you are required to do is to stake it to the surface, just in case the winds turn little harsh.
Deflating your tent is a job as easy as releasing the air valve and seeing it fold, just as it is in the case of airbeds. Once deflated, you can pack it up and store wherever you like.
There are few other essential features to be considered while purchasing your inflating camping tent. It should be lightweight, durable and domed (not walled) for easy set-up. Please ensure that you have an excellent quality sleeping bag and a sleeping mat to complement your tent. You can even choose from sleeping pads or the bag liners for a good relaxed sleep. Your selection of sleeping equipment must be entirely based on the climatic conditions of the terrains you are planning to camp in.

Credit Cards and Personal Loans
Credit card debt can become staggering, and for many consumers, that can happen a lot faster than they might imagine. When we consider that many consumers carry anywhere from three to ten credit cards in their wallets, it should come as no surprise that the payments on those cards can become overwhelming once they are used. What may be a surprise to some people is that often enough the total amount of money that is required to pay monthly credit card bills is more than any other expense encountered in the household.
There are some viable methods for reducing the total amount of money needed to pay credit card bills. Some of these are good, while others carry some serious drawbacks. One of the more popular means of paying off credit card debt is to take out a personal loan. On the surface this may seem like a great way to get rid of those expensive payments on the cards and replace them with a single payment for the personal loan. However, there can be financial hazards with this plan as well.
If you are considering taking out a personal loan to pay off all or some of your credit card debt here are some tips that might help you with that decision.
One of the first things that you should consider is the interest rate that you are paying on your cards as it compares to the interest rate of the personal loan. If your cards are carrying a very high interest rate (and this might be anything above 15 percent) you may want to think about a personal loan but only if the interest on the loan is going to be below what you are now paying. The lower it is below that high card rate the better.
Some consumers may be asking why not use a balance transfer program as offered by many of the card companies? It is a good question. One thing to keep in mind about balance transfers is that often the rate they allow you in the beginning is only a teaser rate and it will go up. You need to know what that final rate will be before you accept one of these offers. Also, you may be charged a fee which can become substantial if you have many balances from various companies that you want to transfer. Lastly, if you are only allowed to transfer a portion of your current credit card debt you will still have to make the payments on those cards that are not transferred.
If you qualify for a low-interest personal loan for the amount needed to pay off your credit cards you can, literally, pay them off and be done with all those monthly bills. For some consumers this is a wonderful way to get out of that crushing debt and, usually, keep more money in the household budget at the end of the month.
Another bonus is that using a personal loan to pay off high-interest credit cards offers a set date of final payment. In other words, if your personal loan states that the loan will be paid off in thirty-six months then you know that at the end of that time your bill is paid. It is the end. That is not often the case with credit card debt, which can seem to go on forever.

Secrets to Attracting Repeat Visitors
To attract repeat visitors, your site must contain valuable information. Otherwise you won't get noticed and will provide no incentive to bookmark you. Engage your visitors with a well-designed site that stimulates their mind from the moment they scan your content.
A content-rich site is a good baseline, but to attract repeat visitors, you need to refresh your content regularly, either every day or every week. If your visitors come back to you after a month or two and find the same content, they'll never come back again to buy from you.
That's why new content is the number one reason people will return to your site. The more often you update or improve your site in some way, the more often people will be inclined to come back.
Updating does not require a complete overhaul of your existing site. It's simply adding a new article or blog post.
If you take it one step farther and let your visitors know that you update your site regularly (rather than assuming they will know about your update schedule), they will be more inclined to bookmark you.
If you update once a week or add an in-depth report once a month, advertise the days and times you usually add new content. That way those who bookmark you will know exactly when they can expect to see new changes and will come back out of curiosity on those date
What if they forget that you update your site, though? Is it possible that even if they bookmark you, they won't ever return? Of course. But that's where your opt-in email newsletter comes in. It's your best and cheapest source for creating repeat traffic.
Staying in touch with your customers through email encourages them to stay in touch with you by constantly visiting your site.
You can send out a notice to your list every time you update your site with new content. Include part of the new article you posted in your email to generate interest followed by a link to your site for them to click to read the rest.
As long as you're delivering good content, you create an unexplainable need in your prospects to open your email, read what you have to say and visit your site to get the full story.
To make updating your content a little easier on yourself, you can write one article and break it up into a series. By posting parts I, II and III in subsequent weeks, you keep reader interest high and thus maximize repeat traffic.

4. Hug them no matter how old you are and this is just to build a link that has been ignored. See the happiness on your children face, as you recall the first day when you hugged your children for the first time.
5. Recognize how patient they have been while you have been under pressure. They would have been under stress themselves, waiting for you to spend some time with them happily.
Now, in fact you are ready to enjoy what you were missing so long -- The Unlimited love!
You may be astonished to notice that when you are enjoying the great moment created by you, the other stress of your life will reconcile comfortably into your side pocket. Admit loudly to your children how much you have missed them all these days and how important they are.
And ultimately, take another deep breath before you depart from the moment and remember that your other tasks are waiting for you. Also remember that other stuff will wait, but your children will miss each moment spent without you. They too will be waiting for you, but they would have grown up and their needs would have been different, but you would have missed whatever that has already occurred.
It is the only one moment you have got, so enjoy it!!

Where Can You Get A Small Business Loan
Okay, you have the ideas, the desire and the plan. At this point it all seems very clear to you and all you need is the money so you can more forward. Are you prepared to present your plans and documentation to banks and financial establishments?
In order to prove that you're worth the money, you'll want to prove yourself. First your personal credit history is relevant to your small business loan, especially if your business does not have a long operating history.
They will assume that you operate your business in the same manner that you manage your personal finances. You need to show your business's financial health. They want to know how much it's worth and how much money you're moving.
If you are serious, then you'll also want to prepare detailed questionnaire statements. These give projections about what your business will be worth going forward. Banks award small business loans to those that have everything spelled out and planned.
Have a plan with as much detail including bios of you and your partners, your track record, your strategies and advantages. Then begin thinking as to what institution to do business with. It's best to start with ones you already work with.
These places know your history and financial behavior. If you choose not to, then go to somebody who is actively looking to work with people desiring small business loans. Another choice is to ask at credit unions because of their small size you can talk directly with higher-level decision makers.
If you are still unable to obtain a loan through any financial institution there is still another area to look into. The next best idea, and in some ways, a great idea is a home equity loan. It all depends on how much equity you have in your home.
If your residence has around 20 percent equity and 80 percent loan outstanding on its value, then this strategy should not be considered under any circumstances. On the other hand, if you are a longer-time homeowner with more than 50 percent of your home's value as equity, this could work for you.
The following example will shed some light on this. Consider a home valued at $200,000 with $80,000 in total debt outstanding and $120,000 in equity. Borrow $50,000 at 7 percent interest and monthly payments are $300 for $3,500 in annual interest due.
The business will be able to show pre-tax profits of around 5,000 per month and can easily cover the $300 interest. Each month pay the $300 deductible business interest and an additional $2,000 in principal reduction.
At this pace, the entire loan could be paid back in about two years. There are several different ways to try to obtain your needed loan. The only way to know for sure is to give each one a try with all that you have.

How to Create Consistent Cash Flow for Long-Term Success
Joint Ventures are the most powerful form of marketing leverage accessible to you, but if you don't understand how to maximize that leverage, both you and your partners will be leaving a lot of money on the table. Integration Marketing is the way to maximize your JV leverage, yet this is an extremely overlooked area of Internet marketing. Few people grasp the importance of this tactic, and even fewer people are teaching this method.
Just like it sounds, integration marketing is the process of integrating your marketing with other people's marketing. It allows you to generate hungry, targeted traffic and create consistent cash flow for your business rather than one-shot profits from a product launch.
A typical JV deals goes something like this "I'll mail for you when you launch your product if you mail for me when I launch my product." Then after the product launches, the deal is done. You both make money on the actual launch, then momentum from your launch dies because you have no way of bringing in a steady flow of customers--and therefore cash--with your JV partnership
By only focusing on the pre-launch and launch phases of the sales cycle, your message becomes stagnant. So you have to prepare another launch to bring in revenue. Then another. And another. Soon all you're doing is product launches to stay in business.
You can operate your business this way if you don't want a thriving business that is doing what is necessary to survive long-term. So would you rather rely on huge product launches or on consistent cash flow?
Then again, it doesn't have to be one or the other. You can have the best of both methods when you integrate your marketing with each other. Integration marketing brings you a steady stream of responsive customers through leveraging the marketing real estate of your JV partners. By promoting your complementary products on this "real estate," you reach targeted prospect
The real profit power of integration marketing is that it allows you to take advantage of the backend. The backend is where you make your money, so the purpose of front end offers is to drive backend sale
But imagine not having to do any work to get front end traffic. Even better, imagine being able to take prospects directly to your back end and convert them into customers at a rate of 10% or more. You can do just that if you find people in your niche with proven front end offers. Let them spend the time and money to drive traffic to their sites. Then help them make that money back and more by offering your back end products to customers who respond to your JV partner's front end offer
Although you are best able to maintain the leverage in your favor if you are the one offering the back end products, you can also benefit if you are the front end traffic generator. You simply allow your JV partner to offer his back end products to your customers as they walk through your customer path. Then you get a hefty commission while you let your partner do all the work involved in delivering the product.

Water is the Key to Health and Wellness
Our bodies are composed of three-quarters water. Dehydration means your body does not have enough water for it to function correctly. You lose water when you sweat, breathe, urinate, defecate, blow your nose, have diarrhea, or throw up. To make up for the water you lose, you must hydrate your body by eating and drinking.
Who Gets Dehydrated?
Chances are you are dehydrated right now and you do not even know it! Everyone gets dehydrated, even babies and teenagers. Babies get dehydrated in part because their thirst mechanism is not fully developed. Even in the teen years, symptoms of adequate hydration may already be present and hydration can be a problem. Athletes and anyone engaging in a regular exercise routine are also prone to becoming dehydrated.
What are the Symptoms of Dehydration?
Signs of dehydration are many. Energy loss is usually the first sign of dehydration because the cells of the body lose water first. Water is a primary driving force of energy production inside the
cells, so even a little water loss causes a big drop in energy. Some say that for every one percent drop of water inside your cells energy production is cut by 10%.
Other symptoms of dehydration include
fatigue,
moodiness,
a drained feeling,
noticeable thirst,
headaches,
feeling lightheaded or dizzy,
rapid heartbeat,
dry lips and mouth,
wrinkles and sagging skin,
infrequent urination,
a dark colored or strong smelling urine,
digestive problems,
constipation,
allergies
Dehydration is the Source of Serious Health Problems
Many researchers have suggested that dehydration is at the core of serious health problems. Some researchers even suggest that water can aid in the cure of arthritis, back pain, angina, migraines, colitis, asthma, high blood pressure, adult-onset diabetes, high cholesterol, metabolism problems, weight loss, kidney probolems, joint problems, lower back problems, morning sickness, heartburn, arthritis, depression, chronic fatigue syndrome, lupus, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, loss of libido as well as a host of other chronic and/or degenerative diseases. Some health care researchers believe that that chronic health problems are caused by dehydration.
What is the bottom line? Consult with your doctor about your health problems. When your doctor tells you that all things considered, you need to drink more water, you have a choice. You can respond by thinking to yourself, "I already know this. I paid you money to give me this advice." Or, you can respond by thanking your doctor for the best advice you have ever been given.

Multi-variate Testing Made Simple
To run simple, easy and effective multi-variate tests on your web pages, you can use a tool such as Google's new and free Website Optimizer service. This tool lets you test various elements on your web page to see which ones have the most impact on your conversion rate
For instance, by choosing to test three elements with two variations each, the number of "recipes" jumps to nine. With a multi-variate test, you can test up to 40 combinations. The greater the number of combinations you have, the longer it's going to take to achieve significant results because you have the traffic seeing lots of different pages, so you need lots of visitors to get numbers that mean something. But by using a "full factorial design" within the test, the experiment stops when it reaches a statistically valid conclusion.
It records the number of samples and the "spread" of the different elements. The spread is the relative difference in conversion rates between one element or recipe and another. The bigger the spread, the higher the probability that the apparent winner is the actual winner.
Once the experiment of recipes stops, the test is over. You can't turn it back on to continue to collect data running those particular combinations of elements to increase your test sample. The program will test all the recipes as equally as possible throughout the test period.
A program like Website Optimizer makes multi-variate testing extremely simple. Even an amateur with no technical savvy can have a test set up within a matter of hours. Also, having everything on one page rather than sending traffic to different pages actually simplifies the testing and tracking proces
The great thing about multi-variate testing is that you can test the way different elements interact with each other, something that is impossible to do with an A/B test. With this method, you can combine a variety of small improvements to create a huge improvement over time.
A weakness of the Website Optimizer program is that it's not good at testing pages that are radically different. To do that, try an A/B test to determine which page out pulls the other, then tweak the winner of the test.
Each recipe you develop provides specific information about each test variable. By analyzing the recipes together, you can determine the real effect of each variable as well as the interactions between the variables.
Using multi-variate matrix tests lets you increase the power of your tests, learn more in less time and thus increase your conversion rates at a much higher pace so you continually grow your customer base. Don't be afraid to test bold changes, and do be certain to focus your tests on the most important elements that relate to your conversion percentages. And every once in a while, question yourself and your assumptions to really challenge your tests.

How to Create a Site that Keeps Visitors Coming Back
Marketing research has shown that prospects need to be exposed to a product or concept an average of seven times before buying. That means that the majority of visitors to your site are not ready to become paying customers the first time they visit your site. So you need to keep your site active by constantly adding new content.
A great way to keep your site fresh is to add a forum or message board to create a sense of community among your visitors. Forums give your visitors three big reasons to return to your site to see what new topics have been posted that they are interested in discussing with other likeminded people, to read responses to their posts or to just read what other people are posting.
Search engines love forums as well because of the constant fresh content.
You can help keep your forum active by making your own posts. You can answer common questions your prospects have or start new topics to find out what your prospects think or feel about that subject. You should also comment on other people's posts to keep the conversations they started going.
When you host an active forum, your site gains a reputation as being a good place to visit to get information. That means a constant flow of both new and repeat traffic.
In addition to answering questions on your forum, you should set up a separate FAQ page. List the questions most frequently asked about your products as well as answers to those questions. Be sure to include a way to get in touch with you or your support desk if the customer experiences any issues beyond the ones listed on the page.
This will encourage customers who have bought your products to revisit your website, and it shows prospects that you care about helping people have the best experience with your product as possible. If they see that you care, they want to do business with you.
Following are some creative and less-used methods of attracting repeat traffic
1. Develop a "_______ of the Month" feature. For instance, if you specialize in health information, you could have a "Recipe of the Month." This gives people looking for healthier recipes a reason to come back to your site at least once a month.
2. Start a competition. The opportunity to compete and win something for free appeals to everyone. You can offer cash prizes or give away free products to the winners. A way to tie this in with the previous example is by having your visitors submit their favorite recipes. The winner is the featured "Recipe of the Month."
3. Poll your visitors on a variety of topics. People will want to return to your site to see what question you are asking and to contribute their opinions. This is also a good way to get to know your prospect
4. Highlight upcoming events. Create anticipation for a new book or product you are developing or for a seminar you will be hosting or attending. People will return to stay current on your progress or to read about how your trip went.
5. Have a "What's New" section on your site. This immediately clues readers into the fact that you update regularly and lets them know exactly where to look for fresh information every time they come back to your site.
6. Provide links to related sites within your niche. Write a short description for each and refresh this section monthly. Not only will it show your readers you care about saving them the hassle of finding related sites, it will help you stay current on what your competition is doing.
7. Include a tip of the day, quote of the day or joke of the day. Trivia questions, horoscopes or weather forecasts are also great ways to keep visitors coming to your site daily.
Basically, a "must-bookmark" site is one that offers fresh content and is interactive. By making your site fresh and interactive, you get repeat traffic. And repeat traffic benefits you in three great way
First, you develop relationships with your customers and prospects. Remember, people only buy from those they know, like and trust.
Your fresh content gives them a way to get to know you. Your free content gives them a reason to like you. And your interaction with them gives them a reason to trust you.
Which leads to benefit number two increased sales. The more exposure your prospects have to you and your products, the more sales you will make. Marketing and sales is all a numbers game, and creating a site that people want to visit on a regular basis helps you win that game.
Finally, the interactive nature of your site allows you to gain valuable feedback from your customers. When you know what your customers are scared of, struggling with or hoping for, you can provide products that meet those needs and thus sell like hotcakes.

What If My Lender Sold My Student Loan
Lenders sell their loans for variety of reasons, but usually to get cash in order to make more student loans. The loans are mainly sold to other lenders and organizations in a "secondary market" made up of organizations specializing in these loan
This not only happens with student loans but to all types of lenders dealing with loans. Asking the question of whether the lender will sell your loan is the wrong question to ask. The question you need to ask is whether or not the new lender will offer the same benefits and term
First you will receive a letter from the lender who is selling your loan. When the loan is actually sold, the new owner will send you a letter that explains why the loan was sold, who the new owner is, where to send your payments and where to call with question
The letter will include a statement listing the loans they are servicing for you, the dates you took out the loans, the interest rate, the names of the loan programs, and the total amount you owe. There should in no way be any change in the rate and terms of your student loan.
The new owner or its servicer (a servicer is a loan service/company that works for many lenders and markets at the same time) may send you a new payment book and may offer you some additional services not available from the original lender.
You are now indebted to the new owner of your loan, no longer to the original lender that you signed papers with. There will be that question and concern with any new lender if any changes have been made.
As soon as you obtain the name of the new lender, I would ask in writing for a guarantee of your former benefits you received with your prior lender. There rarely is a problem, however, this might make you feel more secure.
Also, if there is a problem or if you have any questions you should call your College Board loan at 888-272-5543. Read your first statement from the new owner carefully and make sure the information is up to date.
When a loan is sold, it can take up to 60 days for your payments to be forwarded from your original lender to the new owner.
Call your new servicer if you are having difficulties in anyway. They are there to serve you and are glad to have your loan. Let's face it, that's their job and how they make their living.
