The Secret to Internet Marketing Success Is ...
People who generate a lot of cash online started out with a realistic mindset with the goals and discipline to match... which is probably the most important secret to internet marketing success there is. While there are many exceptions that depend on the people involved, their marketing experience plus the program itself, it is absolutely normal for the average Joe network marketer to get to the break even point in his opportunity somewhere between 15 and 60 days (sometimes less, sometimes more!).
A lot of the income claims you've read about are generally "overnight successes" who don't talk about the learning curve they went through first before their big breakthrough. So, unless you have marketing (on or offline) experience, you will need to spend the time and effort necessary to master the new techniques that are necessary to achieve the sometime elusive "secret to internet marketing success".
We've all certainly heard the scam stories. Wherever people congregate on the internet, you'll hear them. After all, it's a lot easier to blame someone else for our problems rather than take responsibility for them ourselves. The truth is that the opportunity itself is rarely the problem. Anyone who refuses to take the time, practice, persistence and patience necessary to educate and apply themselves in the secret to internet marketing success will REMAIN BROKE.
Reality Check I dare you to calculate how much money you've wasted on "get rich quick" schemes in the past year... Have you generated any cash with any of them? Did you actually receive and apply the secret to internet marketing success this time? If not, obviously, something's not working, right? How do you expect to get different results in any other opportunity if you don't change how you, yourself are operating?
There are people who spend a lot more money opportunity-hopping, looking for that special secret to internet marketing success, than they ever would have if they had just committed to learning how to market their current program correctly. You have the power to make a choice right now that you'll never be one of these people again!
People who generate extraordinary cash do so because they refuse to accept anything less for themselves and their loved ones, and they make finding the secret to internet marketing success happen no matter the obstacles. Like the wealthy, take "I can't" out of your vocabulary and replace it with "I can, I will and I do."
A. The real secret to internet marketing success Learn how to apply your opportunity's training steps. People learn best by doing, so make yourself follow through with each step, one by one, no matter how long it takes or how difficult you think it is. Figure out what the entire step entails by your own experience. The next time through will be a breeze!
B. The real secret to internet marketing success Follow your opportunity's training steps every day, even if you tried a part of it yesterday and you can't see that it got any results yet (depending on the method, maybe you haven't given it the time to achieve its results yet - are you tracking your ads?)!
C. The real secret to internet marketing success Follow your opportunity's training steps every day of what you have chosen as your work week, even when you don't feel like it. You went to school every day when you didn't feel like it, didn't you? Use the same discipline on yourself that Mom did back then and get your butt in gear!
D. The real secret to internet marketing success Follow your opportunity's training steps every day even when they are tedious and a bit time consuming. Hey, those action steps are usually the easiest and simplest to implement! Put on your favorite CD, grab a coke, and have fun with it! These types of tasks, although small, add up to big exposure in the long run, but only when you follow through and do them consistently!
Resolve that this time, you'll commit to yourself, your family and your financial security until you absolutely "get it" and wealth starts showing up in your life. You deserve it!

Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Narrows Application of the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act
Businesses hoping to take advantage of provisions of the Sovereign Immunities Act need to appreciate a recent ruling of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals deemed to limit the extent and application of that Act. A garnishment action that has been lodged against the Republic of Congo has been dismissed by the U.S. Court of Appeals in Af-Cap, Inc., v. Chevron, 475 F.3d 1080 (9th Cir. 2007) 2007 U.S. App. LEXIS 1638. In so ruling, the Court concluded that the so-called intangible obligations that were at the heart of the cause of action were not utilized for commercial activities within the United States and thus were protected from execution or collection pursuant to the terms of Section 1610(a) of the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act ("FSIA"), 28 U.S.C. 1610(a).
The case arose from Congo's default on a loan agreement for $6.5 million that included a waiver of the sovereign immunity defense. The agreement also contained a consent to execution against "any property whatsoever." Af-Cap, which is the the judgment creditor, attemtped to execute on funds held by Chevron on the theory that those funds were owed to the Congo under various other and unrelated agreements between Chevron and the Congo.
The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals held that the waiver of immunity by the Congo within the loan agreement did not effectively waive the protections against execution found that are duly enumerated in FSIA. Rather, the clauses in the agreement were deemed to serve as a starting point for the analysis.
The court examined whether the property at issue was "used for a commercial activity in the United States." The court went on to interpret "used for" and concluded it was intended to create a specific exception to the general immunity from attachment for property that is employed for a commercial activity in the U.S.. However, this immunity was determined not to extend to property merely connected with a commercial activity in the U.S, which determined was the situation in the case at hand.
The court dismissed Af-Cap's contention that the obligations from Chevron to the Congo were pledged as security. The Court made this determination because the obligations were not actually in existence at the time the Congo signed the loan agreement in the first instance. Therefore, they assets simply could not have been pledged as security.
Af-Cap argued that it was entitled to garnish funds because of Chevron's obligations to pay bonuses to the Congo under a "Participation Agreement" between the oil giant and the African nation. Af-Cap went on to argue that these obligations were utilized as security for a purported "loan" from Chevron in the form of a $25 Million Prepaid Crude Oil Sales Contract. Af-Cap went on to argue that this constituted commercial activity in the U.S. as contemplated by the statutory scheme in question.
Nonetheless, the Court ultimately held that the agreements included set-off provisions such that the obligation was Chevron's property alone and not that of the Congo. The property in question could not be garnished as a result.
Af-Cap argued further that Chevron's obligations to pay over $7 million to the Congo in order for that company to participate in a Congolese joint venture was formed as a result of what Af-Cap called "substantial activities" in the U.S. As referenced earlier, the court held that the property was not "used for" commercial activity in the U.S. as contemplated by the governing statutes. Therefore, the property was immune from execution under FSIA. The court additionally concluded that Chevron's obligations under its agreement with the Congo to fund social programs in the Congo also were not used for commercial activity in the U.S.
Finally, Af-Cap sought to attach property of SNPC, which is an instrumentality of the Congo. In this instance, Af-Cap argued that FSIA Section 1610(b) provided an exception from immunity for property of an "instrumentality of a foreign state engaged in a commercial activity" in the U.S., rather than property "used for" commercial activity, as required by Section 1610(a). As to this contention, the Court held that the parties had stipulated that SNPC was the Congo's alter ego, rather than a separate legal entity, so the more restrictive "used for" standard necessarily had to be applied by the Court. The Court concluded that initial dismissal of the case by the lower court had to be upheld.

Back Pain and the Elderly
Even children can have back pain. But when a person gets older, there are certain conditions of age that are the main culprits in causing back pain. All too often this back pain will send the sufferer to their health care provider for some type of treatment.
Back pain is a bigger problem for the elderly their health care providers see them often. What physicians do counter back problems is different for elderly patients than it is for a younger person.
Treatment of back pain involves more than simply handing out medication. The pain suffered by young adults, like a slipped disc, is not likely something you will see in a senior back pain sufferer. All too often the older you get the more likely your back pain becomes chronic. Many of the problems that cause back pain when a person ages are more serious, including degenerative conditions relating to the spine which are caused by the natural aging process. Other problems for seniors include serious infections and cancer.
Osteoporosis is a condition of the aged. It thins the bones causing them to have a higher incidence of breakage. This can be a dangerous problem, and the proximate cause of cracked vertebrae, hip or pelvis fractures, or a break in the ankle or wrist. With younger patients, with proper care, healing is expected. As you get older you may heal a little more slowly, and as you heal the pain will diminish. Older women seem to suffer back pain worse than older men.
If you have a fracture of the vertebrae, it can take from a couple of weeks to a couple of months for full recovery, depending on which vertebrae and how bad the fracture is. There can be some very severe pain connected to a fractured vertebra - and walking or standing may be done with considerable difficulty. In these cases, rest is highly recommended.
As one ages there are likely to be diseases cause back pain. These can be arthritis, hip diseases, sciatica or lower spinal degeneration. Degeneration causes the spine to become unstable. Degeneration usually happens when one of the discs is out of place, putting pressure on the other vertebrae. It can result in pressure also being put on the nerves, which can be very painful. It will often not only cause back pain, but may radiate pain down the legs. The pain will appear without warning, triggered by a sudden movement or too much lifting. This pain will come and go as the body is in motion or at rest.

Try Acupuncture for Your Depression
In the continuing search for alternates to antidepressants those who suffer from depression are looking to acupuncture as one option. Acupuncture has its origins in Chinese medicines it is the process by which a qualified therapist inserts thin needles into the skin at particular points with the intention of treating illnesses. This ancient art has been used for over three thousand years in China and many hundreds of years in other nearby Asian countries. It was carried to Europe by early physicians and by missionaries in the sixteen hundreds. But it was not until the 1970s before it had begun to be used and later accepted here.
One of the reasons that it is hard for Westerners to accept that acupuncture works is that the there is as much philosophy behind it as medical proof. The Chinese believe that the way to heal the body is to help it find a balance. They believe that if the body and the mind are not in balance that this is when illness can succeed. They include illnesses of the body and emotional illness like depression.
Studies have shown that acupuncture seems to work for dispelling depression or at least diminishing it. Some physicians will recommend it for their patients who suffer only mild to moderate depression, while others think that acupuncture works well for those who can trace their depressive episodes directly to stress. Still other health care providers will cautiously suggest its use but only if the patient continues on whatever medications they have been using.
So many people wonder how the acupuncturist knows where to put the tiny needles. The acupuncturist targets twelve main nerve pathways, called meridians. There are also eight lesser important pathways. Along these major and minor pathways are some two thousand of these pressure points that can be used depending on where the patient has pain or depression. All of these points are believed to channel energy, (called "chi" or "qi") between different parts of the body.
Some people in the medical community have a difficult time believing that sticking a bunch of needles into someone at places that seem unrelated to the medical issue could possibly do the patient any good. Ongoing studies are show that acupuncture does help. A recent study involving a small test group of around forty adult women individualized the acupuncture for each woman and continued for a period of two months. It began with the patient attending two times a week for the first month and then once a week for the second month. When the trial period was over, seventy percent of the patients had a minimum of fifty percent improvement in their symptoms of depression. This is considered at least as good, if not better, then the average results with therapy or perception pills.
There seems to still be much for Westerners to learn about the art of acupuncture but this should not discount its healing elements, especially with something as devastating as living with depression.

An Overview of Eating Disorders
In a society that is increasingly placing standards of beauty upon the youths of our population, people are at more of a risk than ever of developing an eating disorder. Celebrities in television and the media display stick-thin figures which can create a high standard of beauty. This 'model of beauty' can lead to many problems with an individual's self esteem. On the other side of the spectrum, we are dealing with an obesity epidemic that is claiming more and more people in the developed world.
It is important to have a full understanding of the eating disorders which are prevalent in society today in order to be able to catch the warning signs when an individual you know is afflicted. Eating disorders are a mental condition, and while many discount the problem as situational and fixable if an individual desires to be healed, they can be very difficult to overcome. In this article, we'll be giving a basic overview of some of the more common eating disorders that our culture faces today.
One of the most commonly occurring eating disorders within our society today is anorexia nervosa. Many are familiar with the affliction, in which one suffers from such an intense occupation with their self image that they literally starve their bodies in hopes of attaining a slimmer figure. While dieting and exercise are efficient ways of losing weight, those with anorexia resort to drastic methods for trying to attain a body figure with which they will never be satisfied. Anorexia is marked by a preoccupation with weight loss and a poor self image. In advanced cases of anorexia, women may lose the ability to have a period. In severe cases, the woman can die of starvation.
Bulimia is another eating disorder that permeates our culture today. As opposed to anorexics, which use dieting techniques and weight-loss pills to a high degree, bulimics find solace in 'purging'. Bulimic individuals usually eat a large amount of food, then retreat to a bathroom in order to regurgitate, or 'purge' the food from their system, causing them to lose the nutritional value and calories that the food they consume.
Bulimics may also use laxatives, causing bouts of diarrhea and eliminating the nutritional value that bulimics should be receiving from the food they eat. You may be able to see warning signs for bulimia if an individual binges upon foods that are high in fat and sweets, engorging as much food as possible, then retires to the bathroom in order to purge the foods. Poor self image is also a leading reason why people may become bulimic, and it's an important thing to note when considering the health of a friend or family member.
These are just a few of the eating disorders that can cause excessive trauma to the body and mind of an individual. If you know someone who you suspect has an eating disorder, you may want to discuss the problem with them with love and compassion, being sure to let them know that you are there for them. In severe cases, you should speak with a doctor in order to determine the best course of action for helping an individual.

Alternative Medicine: Try Something Natural Against Depression
Many of those who live with depression as part of their daily lives want to use something other than antidepressants to help them. Many depression sufferers are looking to natural alternatives to a lifetime of taking medication.
One popular natural alternative to pharmaceuticals is St. John's Wort. Many studies have been conducted using this natural supplement. While the results of these studies have been inconclusive, there is agreement that St. John's Wort seems to have some positive results. Many of those who choose to use it swear by it, often claiming that they get the same if not better results than using Prozac. They say that when they take St. John's Wort regularly they need nothing else.
The reason for this natural plant's positive results is because it works on all three of the neurotransmitters that affect depression serotonin, norepinephrine and dopamine, by slowing down the body's rate of absorption. This allows the body more time to use them to send messages to the brain. The only negative aspect of this supplement is that is may interact with other medications a person takes and so a person should confer with their health care provider before trying it.
There are also others that have some good results. For example, omega-3 fatty acids, which are found mainly in fish oils, are having some success as well. Similar omega-3 fatty acids are found in walnuts, canola oil and hemp as well as fish, but it seems to be only the omega-3 fatty acids that are found in the fish oils that act as an antidepressant. These fatty acids have in them DHE fatty acids that are used by the brain as nourishment. Depressives are known to be low in these acids and so by taking the omega-3 fatty acids they are able to replenish what the brain requires.
Several of the B vitamins are recommended for those who must deal with depression. Research has found that too many adult depressives are low in their levels of folic acid. Tests have shown that those whose levels are particularly low can suffer from long depressive episodes, and may find that their bodies do not respond well to regular antidepressant medications because of this missed vitamin. It has been proven that when the folic acid levels are upped the person's mood improves.
Thiamine, also known as Vitamin B1, has also been shown to affect mood. B1 even improves the mood of those who are not depressives.
Menopause can particularly affect moods in women going through that phase of their lives. Menopausal moods can be lifted by Vitamin B12 levels. Once a woman reaches the age of fifty her levels of this vitamin have greatly diminished to the point where she often has only half what she should in her system. Vitamin B6 is also important and is known to help premenstrual depression, called PMS. Using any or all of the Vitamin Bs can greatly improve mood. It seems worth trying them all.

Dog Obedience Training Collars
The basic dog obedience training collar goes by many names, including choker, choke chain, training collar, correction collar and slip collar. These training devices are among the most popular and most commonly used tools with both amateur and professional dog trainers.
While a training collar is a widely used tool, as with any tool it must be used properly in order to be effective and safe for your dog. Among the most important considerations when using this equipment are
- How well the devise fits your dog. It's essential that it properly fits your dog. If it doesn't fit correctly you risk losing control in dangerous situation
- Putting the equipment on the right way. There's a right way and a wrong way to fit a collar, and putting it on incorrectly will make it both ineffective and potentially dangerou
- Using the devise properly. It should be used as a sharp reminder to your dog, not as punishment. Avoid applying constant pressure on the choke chain.
- The weight of the chain and the size of the links. The weight of the chain should always be appropriate to the size and weight of your dog.
- The placement on your dog.
Sizing And Measuring
Determining if the dog obedience training collar is the right size is relatively easy. Ideally, it should fit snugly, yet comfortably over your dog's head. Like my father used to say about tightening a bolt, it shouldn't be too tight, but it shouldn't be too loose either. Too tight and it'll be difficult to get on and off. On the other hand, too loose and it can potentially slip off when your dog lowers his head.
Measure your dog's neck with a tape measure, then add 2 to 3 inches. For example, if your dog has a neck 12" in diameter, you would want to buy a collar that's 14" in length. Chain slip collars are generally sized in two inch increment
Proper Fitting
When fitting a correction collar, the part of the chain which is connected to the leash should be on the top of the dog's neck. With this arrangement, it releases the instant the leash is loosened. Training collars are only effective when they tighten or loosen easily and quickly. Tightening is the first step of any correction, loosening is the second step.
If the part of the correction collar that's attached to the leash is not on the top of the dog's neck, it can still become taunt, but it generally won't become loose again. This constant pressure on your dog's neck initiates a counter response on the part of the animal, and your dog will quickly learn to pull and strain against the leash.
Also, if the accompanying lead is too long it can require a great deal of skill on your part to use correctly. So make sure you use a length that gives you comfortable control.
Finally, it's important to purchase a dog obedience training collar that's well made and strong. The extra expense will easily pay for itself by keeping both you and your dog safer.

Cleansing Herbal Remedies Made from Burdock
The Burdock plant has long been used in herbal remedies to treat a variety of ailments.
Burdock has traditionally been thought of as a good plant for creating cleansing remedies. It has also traditionally been used as a blood purifier. In the past it has often been combined with dandelion and burdock wine to create a healing tonic for indigestion. In China, the seeds of the plant are known as niu bang zi, and it is used to get rid of fevers and evil spirits. It is also used in Chinese medicine to lower blood sugar levels.
The Burdock plant is well known of its hooked burrs, which are notorious for attaching themselves to clothing. This aspect of the plant is registered in its Latin scientific name, Arctium lappa, which is derived from the Greek lappa, which means to seize.
Three parts of the Burdock plant is used to create herbal remedies the root, the seeds, and the leaves. The root of the plant is often used by the Japanese to treat a variety of ailments. They think of the Burdock root as a vegetable, which they call godo.
Western herbalists too also consider the root of the plant to be the most important. In the West, herbalists use the Burdock plant root as a cleansing and eliminative remedy. It is often used in cases where a buildup of toxins is suspected. Symptoms of toxin buildup include skin problems, digestive ailments, arthritic pains, or overall sluggishness. Burdock root can be used externally to treat infections and skin sores. The root is most commonly harvested in the fall.
Another commonly used part of the Burdock plant is the seeds. The seeds of the plant are used in several healing remedies of many healing traditions. For instance, the American Eclectic School of Healing has traditionally integrated the Burdock seeds as a diuretic or to create healing skin tonics. In traditional Chinese medicine, the seeds are often used to treat common colds that are characterized by an unproductive cough and sore throat. The seeds of the Burdock plant are traditionally harvested in late summer.
The leaves of the Burdock plant are also harvested to create several herbal remedies. In general, the leaves of the plant are thought to be less effective than other parts, especially the root. The leaves of the Burdock plant are most commonly used to create a healing tonic for common stomach complaints, including indigestion and overall digestive weakness. The leaves of the plant are harvested before or during their flowering.
To create an herbal remedy using the Burdock plant, one easy way is to infuse the plant leaves to create a hot tea to treat indigestion. Burdock tea is used to treat indigestion by being taken in half-cup doses before meals. Burdock tea can also be taken as a mild digestive stimulant. Another herbal remedy from the plant is a poultice from the root of the plant, which can be applied to skin sores and leg ulcers.

What is Infertility?
Infertility is defined as the "inability to naturally conceive a child or to carry a pregnancy to full term." The majority of medical experts will not classify a person and/or a couple as infertile until they have been trying for at least a year to get pregnant without any success. Women who find themselves able to become pregnant but then have repeat miscarriages are often classified as being infertile. There are numerous reasons why a couple may find themselves unable to conceive a child and may find it necessary to seek medical assistance in order to do so.
The International Council on Infertility Information Dissemination (INCIID) deems a couple to be infertile if after one year of unprotected intercourse they have not conceived. This drops to six months if the woman is 35 years of age or older. The reason for this is that a woman's fertility takes a drastic drop at the age of 35 and it continues to drop even further after that age. Being able to sustain a pregnancy and carry it to term is important as well so if a woman is unable to do that then she is classified as infertile.
Approximately 10 percent of all individuals of reproductive age are infertile which works out to be 15 percent of couples. On average 40 percent of the time the infertility has to do with the man while 40 percent of the time it has to do with the woman. The rest of the time it can be as a result of both of the sexes. Most healthy couples in their twenties who are having sex on a regular basis have a one in four chance of conceiving a child in any given month of the calendar year. This is what the medical community refers to as "fecundity."
The American Society for Reproductive Medicine estimates that 6.1 million individuals residing in the United States are infertile. As stated above, one third of the time it is due to a male factor, the other third of the time it is a female factor, the problem co-existing between the man and the woman accounts for the problem 15 percent of the time while there are still other instances where the cases of infertility is mysterious and unexplained. This is known as primary infertility.
There is also such a thing as secondary infertility and this is when a woman has a difficult time conceiving a child after she has already had a child in the past or previous children with little if any complications at all. Sometimes this is attributed to a medical condition such as a hormonal problem but it could also be a problem that is connected with age or else as the result of mental stress and strain to make sure that the first child has a brother or sister. If the woman has changed partners and is now having a problem getting pregnant this is not attributed to secondary infertility.
There are also instances where a woman's ovaries have not matured to a point where they can release eggs every month as they are supposed to. When this happens, injections of synthetic FSH can be administered in order to stimulate the eggs to properly mature in the ovaries.

Promote a Better Back with Nutritional Supplements
Many believe that nutritional supplements are a great way to improve back pain. Experts believe that by taking certain daily supplements you can help to relieve your back's underlying problems and the pain they cause.
Nutritional supplements will strength the cartilage as well as your bones. It will diminish inflammation and help to loosen the muscles. As long as you understand that these supplements will not work overnight, they are an answer to back pain that means investing in a long-term solution, and then there is not a reason not to try them. As long as you understand that nutritional supplements are for those who have chronic back pain not for those who suffer the occasional pain problem.
Supplements are divided into two groups. One type of supplement works hard to strengthen different areas in your back. Strengthening back muscles helps to eliminate pain by giving your back a better defense system. The other group is pain relievers. If you have chronic, constant back pain these supplements can be useful to reduce pain as well.
When taking any of these supplements be careful to read the instructions. Some are hard on the stomach and so need to be taken with food, others must be taken on an empty stomach and some cannot be mixed with others. Read the labels and take them exactly as directed if you want them to work for you. Even nutritional products can be detrimental to your health if used in the wrong way.
Most of the supplements take a few months of use before you will see any improvements at all. If you are going to use a calcium and magnesium mix, often sold in one pill, you should also use boron. While calcium and magnesium strengthen bones, boron will help your body to better absorb the other two. Vitamins C and D as well as glucosamine sulfate are for building stronger cartilage, strengthening the bones and helping the muscles. Another supplement to help with muscles strength is S-Adenosylmethionine
Pain-reducing supplements relieve pain in a variety of ways. Some of them diminish the inflammation, such as Bromelain, Devil's Claw, Turmeric, Flax Seed, Boswellia and White Willow Bark. Bromelain is often suggested for use in athletic injuries, following surgery or if the person suffers from any type of arthritis.
Some supplements achieve both purposes reducing pain and strengthening the back. For example, Devil's Claw also has the ability to make the effects of medications prescribed by your health care provider work better. Cayenne has the ability to improve blood flow. This is very important as improved blood flow promotes healing. Cayenne is taken by mouth to improve circulation, but it can also be used as a cream to help with the pain of strained muscles. White Willow Bark is a good pain reliever with all the same effects of aspirin--but without the potential side effects. Niacinamide is used to help promote the healing of cartilage.

Causes of Female Infertility
Infertility is an issue that 11% of all couples will experience during their reproductive part of their lives. Understanding what some of the causes of female fertility might be for them may help them to deal with their situation.
A fertility specialist should be consulted when females aged 35 or over have been not achieved pregnancy after 6 months. Younger women who have not achieved pregnancy after one year of trying should seek a professional.
In the female there are many causes for infertility, listed are some of them
Cervical disorders
Endometriosis
Hormonal disorders
Ovulation Failure
Tubal disease or destruction
Uterine disorders
The following is a brief discussion of each cause
Cervical disorder
This mainly concerns insufficient cervical mucous (CM). The mucous is a necessary part of conception because the sperm are nourished by the CM and also transported by the CM. Another problem that can be determined by examining the CM is when the female is allergic to the male's sperm and has an allergic reaction to them that actually causes antibodies to be produced that destroy the sperm.
Endometriosis
This is a disease that can cause damage throughout the female body. It is a major cause of infertility because it can attach to the ovaries and to the fallopian tubes. Once attached it grows and can obstruct the ovaries or the tube
Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome or PCOS is a hormonal disorder that can affect a woman's ability to conceive. Women who have PCOS produce an excess amount of a male hormone called "androgens" such as "testosterone" in their ovaries. They often have many small cysts, which are fluid filled on their ovaries. PCOS causes their endometrial lining to become thicker than normal because of the irregular menstrual cycles. Menstruation is when the lining is shed. Without menstruation the lining becomes thicker and thicker with each additional cycle that passes without menstruation.
These women may experience irregular menstrual cycles, acne, suffer infertility and usually struggle with obesity. Women who have PCOS are at a higher risk for type-2 diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure.
Ovulation Failure
Women who do not release ova (egg) each cycle may have hormonal imbalances of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis (mouthful isn't it?). Other causes can be with the thyroid gland, the female having excess body weight, stress, or tumors/cysts. Other contributing factors to ovarian failure can be attributed to eating disorders, alcohol abuse or excessive exercising.
Tubal Disease or Destruction
Sexually transmitted diseases can cause damage to the tubes. Such diseases are Chlamydia and gonorrhea. The tubes may have also been damaged during previous surgeries such as when an ectopic requires surgery and the tube cannot be saved or is damaged by the ectopic pregnancy. Endometriosis can also damage the tube
Uterine disorders
The uterus is the home of the developing baby. The baby needs a nurturing environment that is big enough to allow for the normal growth expected. Fibroids are non-cancerous growths that can happen inside the uterus. Adhesions, which are scar tissue, can develop following multiple cesarean sections. The uterus could also be shaped abnormally or be positioned improperly. Many of the disorders of the uterus can be surgically treated.

No Snow Drops Andorra Tourist And Property Numbers
Having spent tens of millions of Euros on new and improved facilities for skiiers, European country Andorra was looking forward to a good 2007 season, increasing the near ten million tourists that have been visiting in previous year
But the one thing the country really needs to entice ski tourists hasn't been coming - snow.
Over the last decade Andorra has been blessed with an abundance of snow, making for perfect ski conditions. But while the snow has started falling as early as the last week of October in previous years, none has fallen so far for the 2007 ski holiday season.
'The snow making machines have been working overtime since the beginning of the season', comment a local travel guide, continued 'They have allowed a depth of around 20cm of snow for popular Andorra ski resorts like Soldeu, but while it's an effective substitute for many skiiers it's still not the real thing. It's allowing skiing for people who booked their holidays a while ago, but last minute bookings are well down as people read the ski reports and head elsewhere this year.'
Press reports in the UK, Andorra's top market, have indicated that some tour operators have already cut their prices, some by nearly 50 per cent, to entice the skiiers back to the Principality.
'It really is the market for later in the season that's in danger of being hit', say the guide, 'If they see now there isn't much snow in Andorra this will influence their booking even though it could be a different story altogether when they get to go on their ski holiday'.
The ski tourist is also an important factor for the real estate agents in Andorra, with a percentage wanting to buy a holiday home after a visit.
'So far there has been little change in the demand', claim an Andorra property company who specialise in Andorra property for sale, 'A lot of the buyers at the moment are those who visited last year, but it might have some impact from mid October onwards 2007'.
Andorra Real Estate
Buying a property in Andorra is often seen as a route to residency, which entitles people to live in Andorra and benefit from her tax haven statu
To obtain residency in Andorra, applications need to be submitted in Catalan. A notarised copy of the applicants passport, birth certificate and a certificate of good conduct from the home country are submitted at the same time. Residency normally takes between three and six months to be approved.
Once residency is granted, residents are supposed to spend six months a year in Andorra, but this isn't policed.
One of the drawbacks for those looking to become a resident in a tax haven when considering Andorra has been that the country has no airport of its own, and is unlikely to have ine future given that it is located in the Pyrenees. The nearest airports are Barcelona and Toulouse.
Recent improvements in the road from Barcelona to Andorra though have cut the travelling time by some thirty minutes to two hours fifteen minutes.

Sports Posters: Art For Less
Have you taken a look around your room or your place lately? Does looking at it bore you a little? Well, that's maybe because it has looked the same for quite a while. You must have been using the same couch, same table and that same arrangement since you first settled there. Maybe it's time to create certain changes. It's time to improve your room or place by adding or replacing some of its component
Have you considered repainting your room or purchasing brand new furniture? If you think this is too costly a change, there is another way that you can head to. Make art an accessory. Art doesn't have to be expensive as you think. Real artwork can be very expensive. Good thing there's another type of art that's still very popular. And that is the art of posters. Yes, you heard it right. Posters are works of art, too. And if you want to express yourself as a cultured, stylish man, selecting unforgettable sports posters would do you good. Here are some tips you can make use of.
Pick out the classics. Nothing beats the creation of the highest excellence. By doing so, you'll be a man of clas
Combine different themes. While there's nothing wrong with mounting posters that's all about your favorite sport, there's nothing wrong with displaying another sport's poster either. If you want variety, do it. Remember, art is all about expression. Go ahead express yourself.
Put a frame on your art. Don't just glue or hang it to the walls. Doing so would lose its effect and most of all, its value.
If you still can't decide which posters to mount, here are some ideas. First, think about a sports man who has always been an inspiration to you and everyone. Take for example, Muhammad Ali. Don't you get that odd feeling just by looking at him? Doesn't he inspire you? The mere sight of him on a big poster will give you that needed adrenalin rush you just might need to go through your day. A Muhammad Ali poster is perfect to be mounted at your office, too. Second, consider what sport you are an enthusiastic about. If you like baseball then a poster of the famous Fenway Park would be perfect. Not only does the ballpark look good in a poster with its natural greenish color and vast area. It's also a collector's item because it's one of the historical ballparks in the country.

What Educational Toys Do Kids Actually Enjoy Playing With?
As parents and educators, it can be a challenge to find educational toys kids enjoy playing with. A great educational toy needs to achieve that perfect balance between being fun to play with and educational at the same time. Toy manufacturers try to come up with enjoyable and educational electronic toys, as well as more traditional toys. But the big question is, are any of these toys they successful?
The fact is, there are so many different kinds of toys out there that it can be hard to decide which is right for your child. Not to mention the fact that each child has their own personality, interests, and strengths. With all this is mind, how can you really find educational toys kids will enjoy playing with?
Let Them Test the Toy
It is important that you let your child test the toy out in the store first, especially if the educational toy is expensive. What happens if you buy an educational toy and then they don't like it? You may or may not be able to return it at that point. You can save yourself time and money by finding a store that has a good policy about letting children try before they buy.
Read Reviews and Ask Others
Another good way to find toys that kids enjoy playing with is to read reviews and ask other parents what their children like. There are certain toys that have an almost universal appeal. If you find several parents who rave about a certain product, it will likely work for your child. However, it is still a good idea to have them test it.
Work With their Personality
Another key thing to understand when looking for the right educational toys for your child is to find toys that fit with their personality. For example, if you know that your child does not typically enjoy electronic toys, chances are they still won't like the latest educational electronic toy even if several parents rave about it.
Test their Limits
Children like to be challenged. A great toy or game will challenge them in such a way that will build their self esteem and keep them interested. The right electronic game, for example, will build the challenge into the game. You win the game by learning new skills. The right toy will balance those two goal
If you want to find educational toys that your kids will enjoy playing with, the best thing to do is have them test it out. Just because a toy will help them learn does not mean that they won't have fun with it.

Osteoporosis | Magnesium Helps Prevent Osteoporosis
To protect your bones from osteoporosis, look beyond calcium, suggests a study published in the Journal of the American Geriatrics Society.
After studying more than 2,000 men and women ages 70 to 79, researchers learned people consuming the most magnesium had denser bones, which helps prevent osteoporosi
Though clinical trials will be needed to clarify magnesiums role, researchers say the study results add to previous research that shows the mineral is a key player in the fight against osteoporosis. The strength of the association is similar to a previous study of calcium intake and bone density, says lead study author Kathryn M. Ryder, M.D., M.Sci., associate professor of medicine at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphi
The recommended dietary allowance for men is 420 milligrams (mg) of magnesium per day for women, 320 mg per day. Dr. Ryder advises reaching this goal through food alone. Check out our handy grocery list for some delicious options to help prevent osteoporosis. Talk to your doctor about supplements if you can not take in enough magnesium through foods, says Dr. Ryder. And start low. High doses of magnesium supplements may cause diarrhea and cramping.

Move right, Eat Right To find out how food and exercise choices affect bone health and help prevent osteoporosis, we spoke with Miriam Nelson, Ph.D., associate professor at Tufts University Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy in Boston and author of Strong Women, Strong Bone
What are your exercise tips for strong bones? Strength training and weight-bearing exercises. Weight-bearing exercise means you are truly bearing your weight, as in walking, jogging, skipping, jumping, playing tennis. With the strength training, you will want it to be progressive, using heavier weights over time.
Besides calcium, what should you consume for bone strength? Vitamin D is also important, but it is really about establishing healthy habits. You should eat at least three low-fat dairy foods, five to seven servings of fruits and vegetables, three of protein (meat, fish, eggs) and six servings of whole grains daily. Do this, and you will get the nutrients that are good for bones. Then choose a supplement to make up any deficit you might have.
Strong bones go a long way toward osteoporosis prevention. So remember to exercise and choose delicious foods containing magnesium and vitamin D, as well as calcium.

Selecting Food For Your Fish
Fish food is made from plants or animals which are intended for the consumption of pet fishes to keep them alive and in good health. There are a lot of ways connected with fish food production. Some feeds are in pellet form, which are ideal for bigger fishes and those that belong under the bottom dweller category. Pellet feeds tend to sink to the bottom due to its weight and construction.
Another kind of fish food is called the flake food. This is quite the opposite of the pellet food because the structure alone of this type of fish food is made in such a way that it appears like a flaky substance enabling it to float and stay on the surface of the water.
Commercial fish food comes in different kinds. The algae disk type of fish food is similar to the pellets but is disk-like in shape. It is ideal for the bottom dwelling fish breeds since it sinks down. It is brightly colored to enhance visibility. Bloodworms are also treats for these aquatic animals. These types of food are either frozen and or dried. These treats cater to the protein needs of the pet fish's system since blood worms are larvae of insects. Another alternative of protein source would be to feed the fish with brine shrimps. These are small dried shrimps ideal for the pet fish. It is said that dried fish food is recommended for those who prefer to have feeds which will have a longer shelf life. Moisture makes pet food prone to losing its quality as time passe
Other variations of fish food come in a tablet form which tends to sink, stick form which tend to float or a mixture of everything. It will greatly depend upon the pet owner and on what type of fish is being raised.
For those people who are keeping fishes as pets but are always on the go a certain product is out in the market to automatically feed your fish even if you are not at home. There are many types and varieties of automatic fish feeders but they basically serve the same function. Most feeders are battery operated and will automatically dispense fish food twice daily. It has a storage compartment where one can load up the fish food one time and let everything fall into place automatically. This is a worry free gadget for busy people on the go.

Invoice Factoring Can Save Your Business
Invoice factoring is the basic practice of selling invoices to financial factoring companies for the purpose of receiving money right away. Smaller companies often fall into the financial trap of not having available resources and therefore sell their invoices to financial agencies in order to gain working capital. This practice does not require the business to swallow more debt and in fact operates in an opposite manner. Small businesses that don't utilize the financial tool of accounts receivable factoring acquire more debt by waiting for the accounts receivables to be paid.
Invoice factoring is typically used as a measure to avoid falling further into debt. Without this effective financial management tool many businesses have to adopt more loans or alternatively, put up more collateral for existing loans. Invoice factoring is available at a minimal fee, which makes it an attractive substitute to assuming more debt. In fact, accounts receivable factoring fees are usually set up by way of discount and these rates differ from individual company to company. The great advantage to this type of liquidation is that there are no interest fees to pay and the result is most often better profit margin
There are many financial companies that offer invoice factoring services. The individual agencies will set up a company with the right set of accounts receivable factoring parameters. After the professionals from the invoice factoring agency assess the individual situation, they will set up the receivables to be factored and proceed accordingly.
Financial agencies that offer accounts receivable factoring are located worldwide and support every industry under the sun. Even truck drivers can sell their invoices to an invoice factoring financial service to free up capital fast. One of the most attractive aspects to an accounts receivable factoring agency is that they customize the service to each business's individual requirement
There are as many different types of invoice factoring agencies, as they are rates for factoring invoices. Some purchase the invoices no matter what the receivable total is and some accounts receivable factoring agencies will only liquidate invoices that accumulate more than $100, 000. Generally the higher the invoice factoring total is, the lower the rates will be to take advantage of this financial escape. In cases where the total is in excess of a hundred thousand, a solid accounts receivable factoring agency will offer rates that can be as low as two per cent!
There are many different types of invoice factoring agencies. For example, some agencies will only serve those businesses in the medical profession while others only serve purchase order factoring. There are some accounts receivable factoring agencies that are specifically designed to cater to small business and offer many great advantages that a larger agency wouldn't necessarily offer. Despite the type of invoice factoring agency that is required for every individual business need, accounts receivable factoring typically happens within a 24 hour time period.

Treatment for Infertility
Approximately two thirds of all couples that seek help for infertility are able to have a baby at some point in time. In an estimated 80 to 85 percent of cases, infertility is treated by way of surgery or drugs, but other methods are available.
Infertility can be treated in a variety of ways. Conventional medicine, surgery, assisted reproductive technology (ART) or artificial inseminations are all valid and current methods for treating infertility. Sometimes one treatment will be tried and if it does not prove successful, another will be attempted. In other cases, more than one treatment is combined for optimum results.
A doctor decides on what treatment to use based on a number of different factors which include the results of diagnostic tests, the length of time which a couple has been attempting to conceive, the age of both partners, the overall general health of both partners, and whether or not the partners have a preference for having a boy or a girl baby.
The main causes of infertility in men are sexual problems or too few sperm. A sexual problem could be either impotency or premature ejaculation in most instances, either medicine or behavioural therapy or both is used to treat these problems. If a lack of sperm is the problem (or if the sperm are not good swimmers), then surgery can be undertaken to correct this situation. In some cases, physicians can surgically remove sperm from the man's reproductive tract to use for the purposes of impregnating a woman. In a few cases, low sperm count can be attributed to an infection. If this is the case then antibiotics can be prescribed to clear up the infection.
A variety of different treatments are often employed to treat women who are infertile. If ovulation occurs sporadically or not at all then it is essential for the woman to speak with her doctor about both the pros as well as the cons of taking medicine to improve the situation and get her ovulation back to normal. It is extremely important that a woman understands all of the risks and benefits as well as the side effects that could accompany these medications.
Surgery is sometimes a viable method of treating some instances of infertility in women, depending on where the problem lies. If a woman's has a blockage in her fallopian tubes then surgery could be effective and surgery could also be effective if the problem lies with the ovaries or the uterus.
Another type of treatment for infertility is intrauterine insemination (IUI). Intrauterine insemination is more commonly known as artificial insemination. In IUI, a woman is injected with sperm that has been specially prepared in a laboratory. In some cases, before artificial insemination is undertaken the female patient is instructed to take medication that is meant to stimulate ovulation. IUI is most often a viable means of treating females who have problems with their amount of cervical mucus. In fewer cases, the cause can be what is known as
"a mild male factor" causing the infertility. In some cases, infertility problems have no apparent cause.

What Are the Most Important Things to Know About Cash Rewards Credit Cards?
A good cash rewards credit card is a wonderful thing. Getting money back on money you have spent can be a real treat. But often they will cost you more than you get back... by far.
So it's important to know if a cash rewards card is right for you. And that means you need to look both at what it will cost you to own and use it, and what you will get back from the card.
The most basic thing to look at is the interest rate. While you will get the most benefit by not carrying a balance, most people will at least occasionally carry a balance. Your typical cash back card will have a higher interest rate than a card without any rewards attached. However, the rates will vary from card to card, and that is one factor you should consider.
But don't fool yourself into thinking only the interest rate matters when looking at the expenses of your cash back card. The fees matter quite a bit too. Some will have annual fees. It is pretty easy to find cards that do not have an annual fee, so I would suggest dismissing those just offhand. Otherwise you risk the annual fee being more than what you get back each year.
Watch out for the limitations placed on your rewards. Getting cash back means you don't have to worry about travel blackout dates or other such limitations that other kinds of rewards may have, but they can still limit what you get.
A common limitation is what you can earn per time period. If you're likely to spend more than needed to get to that point, you won't want that card.
The percentage you get back may also vary. 1% is no longer the only possibility. Sometimes the card will give higher rates back for certain types of purchases, such as gas, or if you buy from certain stores. If you spend a lot in the areas that you get extra back from, these can be well worth your while.
If you have a balance to transfer, check for special deals on transferring that balance. Sometimes you will find deals offering a 0% interest rate on balance transfers. You'll need to watch for balance transfer fees, but if there are no fees, this will be an excellent deal.
You will need to figure out what is most important to you. If you pay your balance off every month, the interest rate will be less important than what you get back. If you only spend a little, limitations on what you can earn won't matter so much.

How Discussion Boards Can Boost Traffic To Your Home Business Website
Posting messages on online discussion boards is a great way to get free advertising for your home business. When you post a message include your signature file at the end. Your signature file should be no more than 5 to 6 lines. Include an attention-getting sentence why they should visit your web site or e-mail your auto responder.
Creating A Signature Line
A signature line is a few sentences inserted with every post you make. It is another form of online business card. Most online discussion boards will let you set up a signature of about six lines. Some will allow full messages. Include your URL, a short description, phone number, address, whatever may be relevant. If html formatting is allowed you may want to add a clickable link to your site with the anchor text containing your sites main subject, coupled within a phrase that gets people clicking.
Some online discussion boards allow you to leave text and graphic links at the end of your messages. You will get a better click-through rate with links than just a normal signature file.
Below are three types of messages you could post to onlinediscussion boards
1. Informative Comments
Post information that would be informative to the people who participate on the discussion board. It could be an article or a study you've completed. Here s where your personal experiences could come in handy. Making real connections and sharing experiences is a great way to earn trust, so that when somebody reading your post clicks through to your signature link trust won't be an issue and they are more receptive to your message.
2. Ask Questions
Post a question on the discussion board you would like answered. This will give you a chance to meet other experts and it could lead to a profitable joint venture.
3. Answer Questions
Post the answer to another person's question on the discussion board. When you answer questions you will get known as an
expert on the subject.
Before posting to any online discussion board read the FAQ or rules first. They will tell you what kinds of posts are allowed. Read the board for a few days before posting your message to see what type of messages are being posted. Never post messages on a board that are unrelated to the subject because that could get you banned.
Remember also that the habit of posting on message boards can become addictive. The best thing to do is to pick a time during the day that you schedule for this type of advertising. Also choose and how long you want to spend on the message boards, and stick it. Use of this method overtime can produce tons of backlinks to your home business website, resulting in more traffic and more sales.

Depending on how much anger you feel you may have to regularly go to anger management therapy sessions while others may only have to go once in a while and gain minimal help for their anger condition. Depressives Dream More
Have you ever noticed that when you're going through an episode of depression that you dream more? When we're depressed, we dream three times more than a non-depressed person dreams.
This additional dreaming can have detrimental effects. Research has shown that pent-up feelings of frustration and emotions with no outlet are very hard to deal with, and can cause depressive episodes. But at the same time these feelings go deeper and become the fodder for dreams.
To make it clear, think about what happens when something upsets you. Most people can absorb an upsetting moment, and deal with the consequences. When you get upset you feel angry and you back away from it. If you are depressed, often you don't do anything to reduce the upset.
The problem is that those who have emotional issues often do nothing about it. The upset feelings just sit there, making them feel more and more anxiety, as they're unable to deal with it. The feelings remain, and difficulties appear. Since these unfinished emotions are still there, the brain must deal with them when the person is sleeping. So the dreams start.
The dream allows the completion of the unfinished emotional business and so frees the brain to rest. In the dream the emotional experience is played out in some way so the person resolves what's upset them that they were unable to deal with otherwise. In cases where the person can tidy this up in a dream it can be emotionally helpful, but in the case of a person who is in a depressive episode this is more difficult. They take so much emotional baggage to bed with them.
This lack of problem resolution causes more problems because the mind has so many emotional entanglements to deal with. The person must work hard to dream them away. People who are depressed experience a greater portion of their sleep in REM mode, (Rapid Eye Movement) instead of Slow Wave Sleep.
Slow Wave Sleep allows the body to renew itself during the night and so is very important to one's health. It also affects a person's ability to be motivated. Without refocusing off the bad and preparing for the next day's activities in a positive way, depressives suffer each day with no improvement over the last. Those who have continuing problems with something that they're unable to clear up may notice a recurring dream as the mind tries to rid itself of the problem.
The act of dreaming is actually not restful it brings a person to an active state. The body treats the dream as real and puts out stress hormones and adrenaline to deal with the events of the dream. The body may try to diminish the number of hours they are in the dream state and the depressive may find they are waking up early because of this.

7 Amazing Ways To Make Your Internet Home Business Idea More Profitable
Anyone who starts an internet home business idea has high hopes for success. Many feel that with just a few simple ads the business will boom and take off into a major business. However, many find that customers are actually few and far between when it comes to an internet based business idea. With the following tips you can help to market your internet home business idea and turn it into a succes
1. Brand your name and business. You can easily do this by just writing articles and submitting them to e-zines or web sites for republishing. When people see your home business idea consistently they will become more curious and eventually will click through to your offer.
2. Remember to take a little time out of your day or week to brainstorm. New ideas are usually the difference between business success and failure. The more time you spend online promoting your home business idea the more ideas that you will find. Some you might not be able to take advantage of right away because of time or money. In that case create a swap file, or but the site you find into your favorites so that you can come back to it when you are ready to put that idea into motion.
3. Model yourself after other successful businesses or people. I'm not saying out right copy them, but practice some of the same habits that have made them succeed. One idea is to look up their website in one of the major search engines and find out who they are linking to, or where they are submitting their articles, that should give you some more ieas as to where you could be linking to, or submitting articles yourself.
4. Take risks to improve your business idea's reach. Sometimes businesses don't want to advertise unless it's free, sometimes you have to spend money to get results. Make sure that before you do this, you set a monthly budget and stick to it! It's common to hear about people overspending unnecessarily and running up huge credit card bills. Maximize your advertising budget and don't go broke like the big web sites. All you need is a small group of loyal customers to sell back end product
5. Include emotional words in your advertisements. Use ones like love, security, relief, freedom, happy, satisfaction, fun, etc. The goal is to make your offer sound so great that the person cannot wait to recieve it. But never so great that he or she does not believe your ad, or trust you.
6. Make people feel like it's their idea to buy, they will be less hesitant. Tell them in your ad "You're making a smart decision for buying our product". Tell people what they're thinking and feeling as they read your ad. Most people will actually do it. Your statements should help sell your product.
7. Out source part of your workload. You'll save on most employee costs. You could out source your secretarial work, accounting, marketing, etc. If writing is not your area of exptise then get an expert to write your ad copy for you. One good website to go to if you need copy that sells for your home business idea is ww.guru.com.

Factors that May Contribute to Eating Disorders
Eating disorders represent a range of complex afflictions that can difficult to understand. Even health professionals today do not have a complete understanding of eating disorders. Why? Eating disorders are complex because they touch on almost all aspects of an individual's life they can affect a person's health, psychological well-being, and social life.
Most health professionals agree that eating disorders are caused by a combination of socio-cultural, biological, family, and interpersonal factors. This article provides a brief overview of these different factors that health professionals suspect may be responsible for the onset of an eating disorder in some individuals. Remember, every patient is different, so many of these factors may not come into play for some individuals with eating disorders.
Socio-cultural factors that may precipitate the onset of an eating disorder have to do with the media images presented to the public regarding beauty, health, and weight issues. Even the casual observer can find evidence for the fact that our media culture is obsessed with physical appearance, and issues such as weight loss, slowing the aging process, and the general pursuit of physical perfection. Of course, such perfection is impossible. Many people are not able to achieve the rail-thin standards that are promoted in the media and popular culture. These socio-cultural factors, some experts suggest, may provide the impetus for some individuals who develop eating disorders.
Biological factors that may be responsible for the onset of an eating disorder include a genetic predisposition to certain hormonal imbalances. These include a predisposition to an imbalance in serotonin, a neurotransmitter that is involved in brain function, sleep patterns, and mood. Another biological factor that researchers have identified as possibly contributing to an eating disorder is a propensity in some patients for reduced blood flow to the temporal lobe.
Interpersonal and family factors may also contribute to the onset of an eating disorder. Interpersonal and family factors may include a troubled personal life, including an inability to cope effectively with feelings and personal relationships, a difficulty expressing emotions, substance abuse or alcohol problems, and low self-esteem due to bullying or teasing.
A troubled family life can contribute to the development of an eating disorder. Families that are overcritical or put pressure on certain family members to lose weight can contribute to the development of an eating disorder. Children often mirror their parent's unhealthy patterns. Parents who magnify the importance of their physical appearance may be unconsciously sending an unhealthy message to their kids. Researchers have found that families with a history of sexual or physical abuse may also be more prone to developing eating disorders.
Other individual factors that can contribute to the development of an eating disorder may include depression, anxiety, and issues related to self-esteem. Also, researchers have found that major life changes can greatly contribute to the onset of eating disorders. Death in the family, change in employment, moving, starting college, the end of a relationship. All of these can trigger the onset of an eating disorder if a person is vulnerable.

Online Data Storage Trumps Disaster Insurance
A couple of years ago, when a business acquaintance first told me about his company's decision to switch from media-based data storage (tapes, CDs, zip drives) to utilizing the services of an online data backup company, the first thing that came to mind was a nightmare that had occurred in my business back in the mid- to late 80s. "Disaster" was definitely the word for it - and our protection against the fallout from it was practically non-existent.
Sometime after the end of business on a Friday, some pipes burst in the suite of offices right above ours. Throughout the weekend, untold gallons of water crashed through the ceiling unrestrained and uncontrolled, so that by Monday morning it looked as if a tidal wave had washed us. Unexpected, to say the least, on the 14th floor of a building in the middle of town.
As is the case with most executives it was my habit to be the early bird to the office, and the sight that greeted me when I unlocked the door is forever burned into my brain. Our carpet was soaked through with three to four inches of water. Our furniture was all but floating through our suites - and even the pieces that remained stationary were soaked through and ruined. All the phone lines were shorted out. And I didn't dare flip any light switches....
Worst of all, though, was what I saw when I went to inspect our small, fledgling IT area. Absolutely everything in the room was thoroughly drenched and dripping water, from our server to the file cabinets housing tape backups to the PCs on the desks. We had, just several months prior, begun the arduous task of moving our client and other business data from hard copies onto an electronic storage system - and I can still hear the one word that echoed in my head as I surveyed the damage Gone.
Our insurance policy covered the financial losses - but nothing could reimburse us for or replace the staggering amount of vital data lost to the flood. Because this was in the 80s and IT departments were just beginning to be considered in small businesses, the learning curve was steep and expensive when anything out of the ordinary happened. Online data storage services didn't even exist in those days. Our entire repository of crucial data had been on those tapes and on that server - and we lost almost all of it.
The first lesson my company learned from our flood was that we needed physical, off-site storage for our organizational and customer data. That's how we handled backup and storage for many years following that event - but while that was a great deal safer than storing our data on-site, there was nothing to guarantee our storage site wouldn't ever experience such an unexpected disaster, as well.
I never once fully stopped worrying about it - until I learned about online data storage and backup services.
Today, my company utilizes both an on-site tape backup and the services of a remote, online backup system. Our in-house tapes are mostly used for monthly backups (thus saving wear and tear on the tapes and maintenance on the hardware) and we use an online data and storage service for daily data backups. We're fully covered, now - and our data is as safe as it possibly can be.

Can You Handle That Garden Hose?
Chances are your hose developed a kink and needs to be straighten out. The flow of water should return. If you have a well that supplies your water, you may need to space your watering so the pump has time to replenish the water supply.
When purchasing your garden hose , you want to shop for a hose that can withhold pressure. Your hose should be polyurethane. This hose is durable and has many fine features. A Guarantee is furnished to back up this product. This will be the last hose you will have to buy.
Vinyl or polyester gardening hose are prone to cracking and becoming very brittle. Invest in an industrial type garden hose such as the polyurethane. It will take care of all your outdoor watering chore
When time comes to reel the hose in , you will find it to be very easy to lift and store away. Polyurethane gardening hoses lay flat to prevent you from getting tangled in it and falling.
Make sure when you purchase your hose , that you check out the length. Invest your money in the perfect garden hose that will reach to areas that you need to water . If you desire to have timer hooked to your garden hose , this can be done. A timer keeps you from having to drag out the hose and watering the garden or lawn. The timer will allow it to come on and shut off at different time
Every household needs a garden hose. Whether you need to water the garden or wash your car, garden hoses are valuable to have around the house. During the summer , when water is levels are low ,you may need to preserve water for those occasions. If it rains , use barrels to catch the rain water . Rain water is a great source for watering your outside flowers and shrubbery.
Never leave your garden hose just lying around. Anyone could trip and fall causing serious injurie
Remember those little four legged friends love to chew on things. Dogs and cats can puncture your garden hose causing small holes with their sharp teeth. Purchase yourself a garden hose reel cart to reel in your hose when not using. This is a very convenient way to store away your garden hose.
Always think of ways to conserve and save water when using your garden hose. On days it rains , there is no sense in watering your garden and lawn. You can see this happening evry day.

Formats Of British Vehicle Number Plates
Everyone knows that you can tell a lot about a person depending on the car he drives, but did you know you can probably get the most information from his vehicle number plate? In the UK, where license plates are also known as registration plates, all cars are required to be entered into a national vehicle register and have vehicle number plate for the purposes of identification in case of accident or theft.
Currently in the UK, vehicle number plates have black characters on reflective white PVC when the plate is in the front, and black characters on yellow PVC for the rear. The front plates measure 520 mm by 111 mm, while rear plates come in three categories. Square rear plates are 285 mm by 203 mm, Standard rear plates are 520 mm by 111 mm, and large plates are 533 mm by 152 mm. These are consistent with the system used by the European Union, though the UK is the only one that uses different colours for front and back plate
Personalized plates, also called vanity plates are available for use, and any registration with two to three consecutive letters and a number between one and 999 are allowed. Registration numbers appropriate to older vintage cars are in high demanded are often sold, either by the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency or by private dealers who hold their own stock of desirable registrations. Pricing currently starts at 250 pounds and the record for amount of money paid for a personalized registration stands at 330,000 pounds!
You can learn a lot about the car passing you in Britain by glancing at their license plate. The vehicle number plate of the British forces are white on black and can be identified by having the older "two numbers, two letters, two numbers" format, or by having the newer format of "two letters, two numbers, two letters." You've spotted a diplomat if you see the combination of "three numbers, one letter, three numbers." The letter in this case is "D" if the user is a diplomat and "X" if the user is accredited non-diplomatic staff.
You can compare this system to Ireland's which has a license plate format of two numbers, one to two letters, followed by one to six numbers. In Ireland, the first two numbers refer to a year, the letters refer to an Irish county, and last digits refer to when the vehicle was registered. A license plate reading 93-WX-1201, then, would refer to the 1201st car registered in 1993 in County Wexford.
Though you can learn a lot about a car through how well the owner takes care of it and what he's chosen to use as a bumper sticker, you can also learn a lot through his or her license plate!
